We called Big John's and they were very helpful in getting us an appointment that worked for us.  On the appointed time Marvin showed up right on time.  He was quiet but friendly.  When I explained what need to be fixed, he understood and started in on the job.  I left for a few minutes and when I came back, he had already finished the first job, which I thought would take hours.  I was pleasantly surprised!  He undertook the second job, had to leave to get a hose, was back quickly and before you knew it the second job was complete as well.  It was a rather pleasant experience to have someone come in who really knows what they are doing!  Everything was neat as a pin when he finished.  Marvin certainly deserves 5 stars.  I will call Big John's again if the need arises.

We had a soft clog, and at one point it flooded the area. We called Christian and scheduled the service, showed up on time, worked on the issue for few hours until the clogged pipes were cleared. After he and his helper finished they cleaned the area from debris and left the, I could not tell anyone worked in the house. Highly Professional, pleasant, reasonable pricing.

Will be my number one to call for any plumbing issues.

Great service! Just bought a home in Riverside and there was a leak in my  bathroom going down to living room floor.  Alex and his team came out and were very helpful,  informative on diagnosing situation and coming up with a resolution. Professional team and reliable.   Definitely  will use again...if needed.

Dustin came an hour earlier than scheduled and I was given advanced notice over the phone. He came to snake a toilet that was clogged ever since we moved in to this home. After trying multiple interventions the clog was stubborn. He ended up taking out the toilet to assess the clog and he found some sort of cap the previous owner must have flushed down the toilet. Despite doing more than snaking, Dustin charged us a very fair price. Prior to Dustin we had a different company come over and they wanted to charge double to snake the toilet, not including extra interventions. After almost 3 months we can finally use the toilet in our bedroom. Thank you FPS plumbing, i know who my go to plumber is for future issues!

Bernals plumbing is a very reliable company, came out to do some work and did an excellent job, knows plumbing very well. Would recommend to any one looking for a good plumber.

As a first time home owner, I feel lost when anything goes wrong.
I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom- I panicked and was referred to Alpha and Omega Pluming.
I called on a Sunday, late afternoon. Sounded like the team was done for the day, so I mentioned I would be available the following day. George, bless his heart, told me, Send me your address, I can be there in 20 minutes.
And he was.
He checked several areas of the house and gave me options, thorough explanations, and guidance on what to do next.
This company is professional, honest, reliable, and they care about their customers. And for that, I am very grateful.

Do not use this plumbing company!!  I paid Anthony Medina $100 cash to fix a simple problem, a running toilet, which he did not fix.  It is still running after he changed one part for $100.  A running toilet should be an easy fix for a plumber.  If he was not sure which part should be changed, a leak test could determine if a flapper issue; however, Anthony did not know what that test was when I mentioned it.  I called Anthony several times since he left our house for him to go back to resolve the issue.  Despite I paid $100, Anthony advised me he does not work for free, when I asked him to go back out to fix the problem he did not fix. Instead, he had his associate call me who agreed would go out to my home, but the associate, Louis, never showed up to his appointment and did not even bother to call me to let me know unable to make his appointment, even after I was advised I would have to pay another $75 to $150  just to fix a running toilet that Anthony never repaired correctly in the first place.  I was advised that Anthony is the new owner and George (told was his father) is in Arizona so may be the reason for the decline in service since George no longer runs the business.  Very importantly, therefore, do not be fooled by the other reviews, as I honestly believe they are not accurate reflection how the company is run now.

Mr. G's Plumbing is excellent!  Albert returned my call in about 30 seconds and it was after 9pm!  He came first thing in the morning to my home in Perris and my water pipe was fixed in about 2 1/2 hours.  Very professional and courteous service!  Rates are very reasonable and Albert will be my go-to plumber for any future needs.

Mr Singer and his assistant are the epitome of the definition of professionalism. We had a great time. My problems were solved when Bob the plumber showed up.  Very nice.  I'm very happy.

We started out on a bad note, but Horacio, Jr made it right.  I needed my water heater brought up to code, as it was not 18 inches off of the floor in the garage, or strapped to the wall in case of an earthquake.  He came the next day as promised and finished the project on time, and did a wonderful job of cleaning up.  Very friendly, competent service at a fair price.  I will use them again.

Quick response, Thank You Joe!  Joe sent out his two plumbing technicians Paul and Fernando who were very professional.  They came first thing in the morning to diagnose the problem (internally busted water heater) and returned later in the day with a new water heater of my choice, installed it and had my house running again just in time for dinner.  So glad I found me another reliable local plumber!

Responds immediately to yelp messaging. Quote was cheaper than many other companies. Removal of dishwasher was done quickly and at a great price. Did not charge more to haUl away old dishwasher. Will use this company again.

Gene and Ricardo came by the fix the drip sound which actually ended up being something called thermal expansion.  I'm glad they fixed the issue and even more glad it wasn't a leak
