Our AC went out a month ago when temperatures were super high in Corona, Ca so I contacted a few companies to get quotes and by far NexGen was the most affordable and the ones who were able to install next day! We had our AC going in just one day! Also, the sales person, Randy, was very detailed and reasonable explaining the product. The installers went above and beyond making sure everything was done properly and addressed all issues and concerns. Their costumer service and attention to detail was amazing. We are pleased with their extraordinary work and highly recommended the NexGen team!

TL;TR 100% Recommend due to being professional, honest, transparent, family-owned, and they had the proper equipment while another plumber who responded at the same time did not have the correct equipment. Remember it may seem easy but it is because they know what they are doing.

Main story: We had contacted many plumbers on a Saturday weekend at a busy commercial complex only a few plumbers responded, and RN Plumbing was one of them. Other plumbers initially responded with a quote of over $600 without even asking any in-depth question. RN Plumbing responded with good question that pertains to the issue and they gave us a base price of a standard rooting. The price they quoted us seem reasonable, so we move forwarded with them responding. When they arrive they were very professional and transparent. They did NOT up sell us for any services that we do not need, and they were very friendly. This is most defiantly a family-owned business and I can strongly confirm that they deserve every dollar that I paid. As RN Plumbing say HONEST TRADE HEARTBEAT AWAY -RN.

Someone came out on Sept 16th and gave a verbal estimate for $14,000. I said I was interested in paying for a landscape design as well, and was told he would get back to me if they had someone. I asked for the estimate in writing and never got one. I called the main number and left a message about a month later inquiring about the estimate and never got a call back. It's now November 10th and I'm still looking for a landscape company.

I contacted them through yelp for a last minute fix. I was remodeling my bathroom and had to have some plumbing moved back into the wall. They were able to come that day to fix it which helped me stay on time with my project. Pricing was very reasonable. He moved the plumbing and checked it. Realized there was a small leak and then fixed that. He even checked some additional work I had done and fixed a minor leak on a valve while he was there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is the second time we've used this company. They are a great team - i called on Memorial Day weekend and they were out the same day and had our problem fixed.

We had a leak out in our front coming from the main water line. Turtle and Tito's wasn't the first company we called to get an estimate , but they were the company we went with for repairs. Why? Honest and fair pricing, excellent work, and great customer service. They are a small business that offers excellent quality service and won't break your bank. I will be calling on Turtle and Tito's from now on for all things plumbing. Thanks guys!

Superb Service!!! 5+ STARS!!! Every part from the initial phone call, the follow through, the execution... everything was perfect! A nice breath a fresh air; it truly is hard to find businesses that have true customer service. I called Andy on a Monday afternoon, left a message and not 10 mins later he called and said he could be there in 20 mins. He started he job this morning and everything is back to normal, thank goodness. Rick did an excellent job on our bathroom!  First of all, he responds to calls promptly and answers all your questions.  He is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, reliable and thorough. He takes the time to answer all our questions. His pricing is very fair.  I would definitely recommend him.  5 stars! Would give him more stars if I could.

They sent James to find a water leak.  Turns out it was a few small holes in my shower tile grout.  What a relieif!  James also replaced two old water supply lines to my toilets that were 20 years old and leaked if you turn the water up all the way.   The bill way fair. He called to twll me he was on his way.   Communication excellennt.  Well stocked truck. No messing around he gets the job done quickly and professionally.  I have been going to ER Block for almost 25 years or more.  They always have the part I need, great advice and teach me how to fix stuff my self.  Today I was over my head.  First time I have hired them for a service call. Very pleased.

Excellent Job! Jay and his team fixed the water leak in our front yard. They quoted a reasonable price compared to the other plumbers that we asked for quotes...Jay explained to us the procedure and materials to replace the old pipes...They left the area clean like it was before, patched the concrete and returned the artificial grass where they dug for the new water line. I highly recommend the team for any plumbing problems!

We called All City Plumbing to provide service for a toilet issue and they were quick to respond and prompt to set up an appointment. The technician (Ruben Silva) responded on time during the time window the company provided and was a pleasure to work with. Ruben also showed up masked up and had booties ready to go, that was much appreciated.  Within a minutes upon arrival, he diagnosed the issue and provided recommendations on how to proceed. The prices were fair and the service was completed quickly and professionally.  He also help fixed a few other minor issues as well and included it in the total price.  Definitely would use All City Services again and if possible have Ruben come and provide that service. He was friendly, professional, quick, and very knowledgeable.

When it comes down to the ability to fix a pipe at the end of the day, I would imagine you could probably say plumbers are plumbers. But from the very start elite plumbing showed that they were more than just Plumber's. They came to my house for a leak behind the kitchen cabinets, and were able to refer contractors to us to give us a complete solution. Professionalism from the start is the best way to describe this organization. Always wore shoe covers when coming into my house, even though it was already a disaster because of the water leak. The owner gave us a great deal of personalize care and support through the entire process.

I'm having new baseboards put throughout the house . The contractor pulled a board off the living room wall behind the kitchen wall and the next day my 2 day old carpet was soaked 3 ft out . One of the nails had pierced a water line and had been there for 20 years until the baseboard was pulled off .
I called 4 companies and everyone was booked . This company called me back 20 minutes later and said they had a cancellation and Adam showed up right away and had the problem fixed within 2 hours !!
Extremely happy and will definitely be using them and recommending to friends .

Our shower backed up first then unfortunately our toilet - I called Cleveland Plumbing and they came out right away.  They were able to clear up the problem quickly and their rate was better than their competitors.  The guys that came were very courteous and prompt and did a great job - I highly recommend them and we'll be sure to call them in the future.

Main drain clogged!  Called Roto  Rooter and Joe responded.  Joe has done some work for me before and I have not seen anyone work harder than he does.  This time,  he arrived around 9:30pm.  Has no problem working long hours to get the customer taken care of.  Joe cleared the problem and made arrangements to come over the next day to install a new kitchen faucet.  He even shopped for the right one to go with a new portable dishwasher I was expecting.  
Joe came over early the next day and installed the new faucet for me and I love it, by the way!  He just knew it would be perfect and it was.
