Honest and hard working! Marco came out looked at my panel and said nothing was wrong. He was about to leave until I showed him an outside outlet. He took the time to check and discontinue the power to it. Life saver because it was in a bad location; next to a sprinkler head?! Did great work and most importantly cleaned up and left everything like it was! I would definitely use him again snd would not hesitate to refer him to friends and family.

On 12/18/19 I had my AC unit installed and I just wanted to give a shout out to Mike H and Andrew for their kindness.  I work out of my home and they were very respectful of that, which I appreciated the most.  There were two other things that stood out from these two that I think is reflective of the overall experience I had.  As they were leaving they showed me the unit and I noticed the foam (not sure of the proper name) that covered the wiring and simply made the comment, more to myself than to them, something about my new puppy was going to get to that (her chew phase).  Again, not saying it to them or expecting anything I was thinking out loud as to how I could prevent that, next thing I know they are covering that with a better material.  This material has not been touched since the install and I must say looks better than the original cover.  The second thing was as they were leaving they informed me that the furnace filter needed replacing and again out loud I said oh I have one in the garage, they immediately offered to put it in if I would get it.  Even when I said I would have my sons do it, they insisted on doing it.  Thank you Mike H and Andrew for going above and beyond as in both of these cases they did not have to do this as any part of the process.

From my first connection with Colby who was knowledgeable and polite, never did I feel pressured. When I called again almost a year later Colby was as kind as the first time.  From sales, to scheduling, to installation the experience was great.  it seems to me this family owned business has maintained the kind of business that many businesses are lacking.  Thank you for making my AC (and attic installation) a great experience.

Had a leak in my kitchen the insurance company sent a plumbing company to pinpoint leak but they couldn't find it after three trips to my house so the insurance found another company to come out . It was exact leak detection that sent a technician name Damien that very nice and professional and within an hour he found the source of the leak .

Extremely fast response time from inquiry to completion of work. The guys that showed up were  professional and had a great attitude. I will absolutely call them whenever I need a plumber. A+++ service!

These guys came highly recommended.  They were here within an hour of my phone call. Rick assessed the situation and gave me a quote. Final price was lower than the initial quote so greatly appreciated that. He fixed a leaking water pipe in my front yard, which was creating quite a mess. I submitted a request for a quote to several area plumbers for my water heater to be replaced. RMG got back to me with the best price. RMG arrived on time with a new water heater and took his time to install it. All new water lines and gas line looked great. Their work was clean looking and professional. I feel confident turning to Top Tier with any of my future plumbing needs based on my experiences so far. I can't recommend Top Tier enough. The faucet replacement I had done for my bathtub was pretty complicated because of how my house was built, but it didn't deter them from the high-quality work they're already known for around here. I'm going to keep this short and simple. I was quoted one price. He showed up and charged me less. That means he is honest and doesn't try to get you for things you don't need. I'll be using them for all of my plumbing needs from now on.

Sunday's are the worst day to have plumbing problems, right?! I called 4 emergency plumbers, and didn't get any call back. ( All were from a community site for referrals) Finally got ahold of this company, showed up Monday morning, and we are good! Great experience, great price! We highly recommend this company. I purchased a 40 year old home with a septic system.  We started having problems the day we moved in.  I had called 5 plumbers, several that would not even bother to come out to the house.  Two told me I should dig up the septic system, inspect it and call them back to tell them what I found!!  For  the 3 plumbers that did show up none knew how to even begin figuring out where to start.  Two showed up with nothing but a plunger!!   It was extremely frustrating.  

Then I called AAP on a holiday weekend at 6pm.  The lady that answered the phone was kind, patient and knowledgeable.  She said she could not assure me that she could find a tech However; within 10 minutes William called and said he was on his way.  He showed within 20 minutes.  William was extremely knowledgeable as well.  William came prepared with everything possibly needed to not only diagnose the problem, educated us on the problem and our system and then repaired the problem on the spot.  After almost 30 days with on and off plumbing we are extremely grateful.  I WILL NEVER CALL or USE ANOTHER PLUMBER OTHER THAN AAP!  They were upfront with all diagnosis', William walked us through the problem and showed us the problem on his camera, They were extremely fair with their pricing, they gave us the option to do it ourselves if we wanted, HOWEVER; having these experts do quality repairs and guaranty their work has given us huge peace of mind.

Joseph did a simple job of replacing two toilets but did a professional job. The house stayed spotless and he hauled the old toilets away and broke down the boxes from the new ones and put them in my recycling bin. He even took some time and went into my garage and gave me some advice on how to maintain my water heater by draining it once a year. The finish work was good and hte  caulking was professionally done. Its great to see someone who takes great pride in his work. I will use them again for any plumbing needs.

We had a man Named JACOB who came to our home in Fontana to help us with our broken central AC unit. My father is on oxygen and it's 106 degrees today. It is very difficult for him to breathe especially when our AC stopped working. Jacob was very considerate, professional, and helpful. He was kind to my father and our family and we decided to purchase a whole new unit. It will be installed Friday. We appreciate Jacob's help immensely. Totally recommend Jacob at AAVCO and this company. Thank you
