The technician, Rick, was professional and worked fast installing my new faucet. He was very helpful and throughly explained the cost of the services. This is my second time working with Right Solutions Plumbing and I plan to use them again for future projects.

Just called them and the lady on the phone was super nice, I am a disabled American Veteran and was glad to hear they were an Veteran owned business.  They sending out Frank who has good reviews, My mother in law is here and is fragile so I'm glad they have a quick response time. I will update after Frank tells me what the problem.

Came same day and installed our bathroom faucet. Saved us a ton of hassle because another plumber we met with inaccurately said we needed to replace our hot water valve because he couldn't turn it. (That meant turning off water for entire building, having to give days of notice first and paying hundreds more!). Phenom Plumbers just turned the hot water valve firmly and shut it off and did the job!  We will definitely use them again!  Terrific!

So, these guys are amazing. This is gonna be kind of long so here's the short vereion. Fast quote, quality work and amazing speed. Their team arrived day 1 of a full repipe job including the main and the water was back on for the whole house by 6pm. This blew my mind.

Up here in Lake Arrowhead, plumbers and tradesman in general were so backed up with work we were getting quotes to start 3 weeks out after a major leak into the foundation of our 1960s three story craftsman necessitated a full repipe of all the original galvanized piping.

A day after I called, Toby drove out and laid out a plan for replacing everything with PEX (the good stuff too, Uponor with compression fittings), including digging out my original and heavily corroded main water line and replacing with a thick copper pipe. Even before the Military discount and the Yelp special they had going on, the quote for this came in very competitive.

A few days after the original survey, Alfonso and his
team roll in and somehow have the entire houses plumbing completely replaced with fully insulated PEX by 6pm. Even the main line was somehow replaced day 1, with the digging 30' down through my concrete driveway and everything. It was amazing to see. They even added a few extra outdoor hose bibs and a area for a future kitchenette and fridge ice maker line etc which were last minute add-ons. 10/10. Did I mention they insulated damn near every inch of that piping with half inch insulation?
I am not worried about pipes bursting at all now.
Other then the holes in the drywall and the cut out driveway sections.. by the end of the day you couldn't even tell they had been there in other sections due to how well they had plasticed everything off.

After the work passed inspection by the county, the repair guys did a phenomenal job repairing the drywall in all 3 floors and matching the various texture well. They left it primed and super easy for us to paint, at our request (good excuse to change colors).

The driveway took a bit longer to get finished due to inspector availability (I did mention how busy up here everyone seems to be), but once it passed they did a great job redoing the drive and it's been solid for weeks now through even the first freezing temps of the season.

We went from only being able to use one shower at s time to being able to run every single faucet and shower simultaneously without pressure drop. If you're thinking of a repipe or need it like we did.. call these guys they are fantastic!

My hot water heater started leaking. I called and with in a few hours Sal was there with the new water heater.  Took 2 hours to complete the job.  Fast responsible, reliable.  He also did a great job last year on my boyfriends mobile home.  That was a bigger job.  I would recommend Hercules Plumbing.

We were very impressed with Michael's professionalism and thoroughness when looking over what we needed, and he was prompt in getting back to us with the quote. However, are still seeking additional quotes from other companies.

So impressed!  We had a major leak and back up in our pipes.  Water was coming from the ceiling.  We called Plumbing Buddies and they were here within an hour.  Their work was awesome.  They were very knowledgable, very tidy and fast!  We hope to NOT have to use them again...but totally will if we another emergency arrives!

Thankful for a quick response from BHI.  Being that our home had the original A.C., we needed a complete system overhaul.  The BHI crew was  phenomenal in their attention to detail as well as cleanliness.  BHI  installed A New condensor, Coil, furnace, and a Wi-Fi thermostat.
We are 100% satisfied and might I add... Nice and cold/warm.

On February 16th, I completed the contact form online and as of today 2/26, I have not received a call or email back for service. Terrible customer service!

FANTASTIC!!  Plumbing Concepts is awesome. We recently had a water heater replaced on the same day we woke up to a garage full of water. Plumbing Concepts was fast, efficient and very thorough. We are impressed with their high quality and workmanship. We would highly recommend them!!

During my Saturday morning while washing dishes water started spilling out from under my kitchen sink. Prior to this incident I had noticed the faucet was acting up by not properly shutting off.

This occurred at 9:30am, so I decided to Google search a much needed plumber. I decided on Drains and Plumbing 24 based on merit reviews. I spoke with Jose who was on another service call, but gave me an eta of 12:30-1:30pm to arrive at my home.

At 12:00pm Jose and Gerardo arrived onsite for service. I immediately noticed their respect for our property. They had to park around the corner of our house as not to block our driveway, and before entering our home they slipped on some protective covers over their shoes. This to me showed me they not only cared, but were attentive to the little things.

What I appreciated is how professional and upfront Jose was. After diagnosing the problem with our kitchen sink he showed us pictures and explained what the issue was and what caused it. We needed to replace the entire faucet fixture due to the worn out threading on the hose.

Jose gave us a quote for all parts and labor needed. He stated that in the off chance the parts would cost more he would immediately inform us of any price changes. My take away from this is that it's great to do business with someone who is upfront and clear about things. No surprises. They even offer a year warranty for their repair.

After replacing our kitchen faucet, Jose went above and beyond by fixing our switch to our garbage disposal. We had to keep it unplugged since the switch wouldn't shut off the garbage disposal. He made a minor adjustment inside the switch and now we have a full functioning garbage disposal. This service wasn't even part of the quoted job he was called out for. I wasn't charged for this or for the minor adjustment that was needed to my bathroom sink drain plug.

All in all I am completely satisfied with the service we received. Jose and Gerardo are my guys for any and all my plumbing needs moving forward. I HIGHLY recommend using Drains and Plumbing 24.

Fred and sons did a great job on our major project remedying leaks and poor plumbing from a whole house DIY project gone wrong prior to us purchasing the home.  He and his crew were very hard working, efficient, had reasonable prices, finished our project on time, cleaned up when they were done, and had excellent communication to keep us apprised of everything they were working on and why.  Freddy is very friendly and never tried to up sell us with any work.  He provided pictures, videos, and full explanations with multiple options to remedy the inevitable few surprises we found along the way.  I would be happy to work with him again for any future plumbing issues without reservation!

Every time Christian says he'll show up, he doesn't. Will have to search for another company to help us.

I had an emergency plumbing issue and I went down list of local plumbers on a Sunday.  Owner answered and had someone out within an hour.  Good communication on what to expect.  David was the plumber to come in and it was a very good experience.

Often times for businesses, it's difficult for the owner to hire people that have the same level of customer service.  David seemed to genuinely care about providing good service.  I asked a side question about my pressure regulator and he took time to take a quick look.  

I will be calling to get estimate on replacing my pressure regulator as my first experience with Owen Plumbing has been good.

My family has been using Lampman's' for over 20 years. For over 20 years they've been honest, reliable, hard-working, reasonably priced!!
. I don't know what else to say this is really an honest plumber. The workers are always very kind and patient and have time to answer questions.  When they give you an appointment they'll be there at that time. Highly recommend

Pedro Ortega was amazing. Very friendly fromthe start. He was polite and on time. My air wasnt blowing cold and he refilled my a/c unit. He double checkes to make sure everything was running right before leaving. A/c blows cold now. He answered all my questions and was very efficient. I would recommend Pedro anytime. Ask for him. Great guy and very professional.

Rip off.  No itemized receipt upon payment (says I will get an email within the hour - I suppose so I can't immediately see how I was ripped off).  $450 for toilet (could not fix due to not having the specific gasket), leaky sink with non-working on/off (could not fix due to not having parts), but did fix downstairs leaky sink (changed parts). So basically 1 of 3 items were fixed - but a hefty price tag.  I will still have to pay to fix the other 2 issues. Don't think I'll be calling them a second time - One Stop and you're done!

I've used this service twice.  They replaced a water heater and also fixed a toilet issue.

Really happy and lucky to find Ray's Plumbing. I called them regarding a repipe for the whole house because the copper pipes were badly corroded. Ray's quoted me half the price the other plumber company gave me. They did an exceptional job. No more leaks. I give Ray's alot of credit for their hard work and dedication into fixing my plumbing issues. A snow storm was about to hit just a couple days before the scheduled repipe installation. Even though it was a 3 day project. They all worked overtime to make sure my house had running water before the storm. I feel blessed that I was able to save so much money with a quality job even though they were pressed for time due to the storm. Loyalty, value, hardwork, and professionalism. Thank you Ray! :-) This company deserves 6 out of 5 starts.
