Matt did some work on a property I have in Spring Valley.

He was thorough and although less expensive than some of the competition, he did not scrimp on quality.  He persevered with a challenging tenant and did not let it impact his accurate and objective assessment of several plumbing problems that had developed in part from the tenants hard use and in part due to normal wear and tear.  Bottom line,I did not believe the quote inflated at all which is as important to me as ensuring quality to make lasting fixes.

Payment was flexible.  My cashier check to him got tied up in mail due to an address problem (on me) and he was understanding and patient while we resolved the problem.

I will definitely be a repeat customer with this company.

Never send a boy to do a mans job. Had a main line issue and went through home warranty to get a plumber to resolve the issue. A company came out to clear out line only to spend about 15 minutes to say that the snake wasn't long enough and needed a 125' line. He likely made the clogging worse! Spoke to Travis (owner/operator) at Vessel and he was friendly, knowledgeable and came through in the clutch! Travis had all the proper equipment to diagnose and was working on site within 20 minutes of initial call! Hate to call out another company but a spade is a spade! Especially when it's dealing with a critical component of a home. Stick with piece of mind and call Travis for your next plumbing need.

Scott and Matt came to diagnose our water heater problem.  From the start I could tell they were honest, stand up guys.  We called some other plumbers before them who tried to tell us our water heater was bad quality and tried to convince us to buy one of theirs and upsell us on their very expensive packages.  I declined and went with Twin Plumbing to get a second opinion.  

As soon as Scott walked in and looked at our water heater he remarked that the water heater we had was a really good quality one that most contractors use (this was without any prior knowledge of other plumbers visiting beforehand).  

They also took the time to verify if our water heater's warranty really had expired as I was told by the other plumbers.

After assessing the issue we ended up getting a new water heater at a very reasonable price.

If you're looking for someone who is honest, reasonably priced, very responsive, and local look no further!

Mike and his team were great! Not only were they able to come out and assist us immediately with identifying a possible leak, they were timely and courteous. They both had masks on and went above and beyond for us! I would highly recommend using them and will definitely be keeping their information for any possible future plumbing issues!

Gabe responded to my request very quickly and was able to take care of the kitchen in my rental the next day. He called me after the job was done to explain his work and described other possible issues that may occur in the future. He was professional and will be my go-to person for jobs at the house. Ryan and Dylan from Affordable Drain came out and did a fantastic job in diagnosis and fixing our recurring clogged drains. It was a mainline obstruction. They had to remove the toilet for proper access. Previously,
band aid solutions worked for a time but would recur some place else. I feel they put in the extra effort to fix the problem. This is a reliable company that has a professional approach and am very pleased with them from the initial call to resolution.

Great plumbers and great guys!  Their work is excellent and their prices very reasonable.  They take pride in the work they do and are willing to go the extra mile. We highly recommend them!

Responded to my call immediately and was at our house within a half hour. Friendly, reliable and took care of the job quickly. I will definitely keep this # in my phone for future needs!

Jose Martinez arrived on time and was able to assess my plumbing problem and with in minutes he was able to give me an estimate of the repairs to be done. Jose did an awesome repair on the pipes under the kitchen sink. It went from a wreck to a plumbing dream.During the repairs he noticed a large amount of water and mold damage that needed more attention then he could give. He was able to get me in contact with the correct person to take care of that issue. Jose was very professional, courteous and takes pride in his work. You won't be disappointed.

Wow. I am so impressed. Due to a landscaping repair snafu, our back flow started gushing water at 5:20 p.m. And, this wasn't just a trickle, it was spraying and spilling over into the street, leaving us no choice but to turn the water to our house completely off. We have a large family and being without water for a full evening, night, and uncertainly into the next day is just a problem. We all know that needing emergency service after standard business hours is the worst case scenario and we are at the mercy of the experts who answer these after-hours calls. Well, Jeffrey answered the phone. He asked me to send pictures of the back flow and, 40 minutes later (30+ of which was pure drive time), he was at our house assessing the problem. He was polite. He was professional. He explained how the system worked and what can cause these problems. Most of all, he charged us a completely reasonable and fair price for his time and efforts - and he fixed it and did the basics to check its performance.

I asked him why his company didn't have many yelp reviews and he mentioned that they don't feel right soliciting reviews; customers should write what they want to write if they choose to - no dangled incentives or personal requests. That's honorable conduct so don't let the few reviews dissuade you.

I'm sorry that backflows are so rarely in need of repair or testing because  these guys are good, and I'd happily work with them again.

This week I had some quotes and inquired about whole house water filtration or soft water systems.  One of the contact was E-Drain from San Diego and to my surprise this company responded quickly, gave me a budgetary quote right over the phone with 3 options within my budget, and carefully explained the equipment offered including features and benefits.  They set an appointment to finalize quote for which they showed up on time, and when I decided what I wanted, they promptly sent an installer out the same day to execute the work.
I looked into this because I'd suffered from dry skin, frizzy hair, and dry scalp. My whole family has noticed a difference in water quality and my skin and hair already feels great.

I highly recommend E-Drain!

I hired Darrell to install aluminum cable railing for my San Diego home and he was all you could ask for: prompt, polite and professional. He provided a quote that was totally fair (not the cheaper and not the most expensive).  He showed up the night before to verify the location, the supplies and to confirm that's he'd be there the next day.  He finished the job beautifully and with great care.  I highly recommend this professional!
