Matt did some work on a property I have in Spring Valley.

He was thorough and although less expensive than some of the competition, he did not scrimp on quality.  He persevered with a challenging tenant and did not let it impact his accurate and objective assessment of several plumbing problems that had developed in part from the tenants hard use and in part due to normal wear and tear.  Bottom line,I did not believe the quote inflated at all which is as important to me as ensuring quality to make lasting fixes.

Payment was flexible.  My cashier check to him got tied up in mail due to an address problem (on me) and he was understanding and patient while we resolved the problem.

I will definitely be a repeat customer with this company.

Super happy to have found Scott for my plumbing needs.  I had scheduled an appointment with another plumbing company last week and they never showed -- despite sending me texts saying their technician was on the way -- then they never called to apologize, etc.  Made an appointment with Scott and right at about the end of my scheduled window, I realized that he had put 10:00 pm to 12:00 am and knew my appointment was probably not showing up on his calendar.  After calling him, he apologized profusely and asked if he could still come later that afternoon.  At any rate, he made it, apologized again, and took care of what I needed.  We chatted for a bit after he was done and I could tell that he genuinely wants to make sure his customers are satisfied.  In fact, I got an email today just checking in to make sure that I was.  This is so rare.  Another good thing about this company -- it's the owner that you're dealing with -- not an employee -- and I think that makes all the difference.  I will absolutely use Twin Plumbing again when I have a plumbing need.

I have used their services twice in the past few weeks. They have always been very responsive. I needed some drains to be cleared as well as an issue with my hot water heater. Communication with Leon was good. They were able to clear the drains and fix the water heater. Other improvements were discussed but no pressure was placed on doing anything immediately. They were very open to questions and explained the problems well. I've been happy with their service.

Touchdown Plumbing is fantastic.  Rich is knowledgeable, professional and my hero!  Our main line was clogged with 5ft of roots and was backing up into the house.  We called Rich in a pinch and he was there the same afternoon.   He gives education and options, which was really appreciated.  He was always on time and was mindful of our schedules to not leave us without water usage before and after work.  His price was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of his work.  He also put our front yard back as he had found it after the job was done.  I will never go with another plumber after finding Rich!

Gabe did an amazing job with my kitchen! I had a busted garbage disposal, a faucet that wouldn't turn, and a scratched up two compartment drop in sink that needed replacing. Gabe was very responsive to my calls and texts.

I had issues getting the sink shipped to me from Home Depot twice and ended up buying the materials in store. Gabe was very patient and didn't mind that I had to reschedule. If you need any plumbing work done, Gabe is a great handyman that can get the job done. I'll be contacting him for any future job I need done.

Jeff the service tech is FANTASTIC!!!! He is always thorough, professional and trustworthy. I know we will get the best service when he is here. No complaints with him or his work performance or ethic. We have complete confidence in him, because he will get the job taken care of in a pleasant manner. He is EXCELLENT!!!!

Unfortunately, I wish I had the same opinion about the office staff who I had to interact with on the telephone today. Both conversations were obstinate, defensive and difficult. Their need to state the obvious (repeatedly) was unnecessary and redundant. They were more interested in getting their point across and not considering my words or platform. It was a power play, and in my opinion the furthest thing from customer service or customer appreciation.

I chose to share this because, this company has taken care of us in the past as it related to drains and also being generous with how they billed due to our repeated need for their service. That kindness was appreciated and we are grateful, but to dangle that fact within the conversation (repeatedly) was insulting. We were and are grateful for the discount(s) that were provided, and that should have been accepted and noted when it was stated in our conversation. Their need to repeat what they did for us by providing a discounted service, not appreciating us as repeated customers, and their need/want to get the last word in as the 'only' word that mattered, really made it feel like a power play platform.

This was unfortunate for all of us on the phone today......

They responded to my inquiry right away. Very responsive on the phone. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable. Didn't price gauge and the price stayed the same. I give them a 10 out of 5!!

I was very happy with the service i received. My kitchen sink was clogged, and Christian was out within an hour of my call, which was way faster than I expected. He had the drain fixed in about 20 min for a much more reasonable price than the last plumbing service I called. Will definitely always use in the future.

I was having a problem with my faucet in my laundry room.  The cartridge to the hot water valve needed to be replaced.  Auriello came out to quote out the job for me.
The quote was fair and despite some complications, he was able to perform the work within a very short period of time (maybe 15 minutes - if that).
I was very pleased with his professionalism, his attention to detail, and the skill of the repair.  While it might not be the most complicated job, the price was fair and he treated me with the same respect as someone requesting a much more expensive repair.
I will definitely be calling A&B immediately when I have plumbing needs in the future.

Jeff is so easy to work with gets the job done when you need it most.  He saved me (and my neighbors )from non-compliance with the city twice now. Im truly grateful for his quality work and timeliness.  I'm also thankful that I don't need to ever search for a backflow professional ever again. Thank you Jeff!

Eddy was recommended by a good friend who regularly hires E-Drains for his properties... he did not disappoint. Eddy and team (Rey and Angel), did a stellar job. I hired them for routine maintenance (hydro jetting and snaking drains). They went above and beyond by also fixing other small issues, like water pressure. Definitely recommend these guys!

I use Darrell for all my handyman repairs. He does great work and is reasonable in price. He does amazing electrical work. He is easy to work with and get a hold of him. I recommend him highly.
