I can't say enough wonderful things about Perez Plumbing. Recently, our water line from the water meter to the house started leaking under the concrete driveway and was in desperate need of repair/replacement, and I was certain it would mean a lengthy excavation process that would disrupt water service and not able to park on my driveway for days. However, when Juan and the team from Perez Plumbing arrived, they assessed the situation and quickly devised an ingenious strategy to reroute the line, minimizing major excavation. What an incredible relief! Juan was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable. I highly recommend Perez Plumbing for any plumbing project - you won't be sorry! Five out of five stars!

If you have any issues with your septic tank or plumbing do not look any further Albert Castro is your guy! We had called two plumbers before him and the first one did not know we had a septic tank and the second one was trying to over charge us. Once Albert came he was ready to work. He informed us about how septic tanks work and what could have been the cause of it being backed up. He walked us through whatever he was going to do along the way. I am not one to leave reviews but they really deserve one .I do not remember how I found him but we are so grateful that we did. He is a very honest hardworking man and someone who knows exactly what he is doing. I definitely would recommend him to anyone who needs his service. You wont regret it.

Luis and Ever came by and repaired our toilet very quickly. They are extremely helpful and friendly. Price is also reasonable. We are totally satisfied and would recommend their service to friends.

I've had Petar do three projects for me now - water softener, whole house water filter, and under-sink reverse osmosis system.  In each case I shopped online for a week to select the product I wanted and bought them on my own on Amazon and at Home Depot.   Petar came and installed the units.   He did a great job - I have soft, pure water throughout the house now at a price this is literally less than 1/4th (including all my purchases and all of Petar's labor) of professionally installed equipment from the guys that work with Costco.   And Petar stands behind his work as I found when there was a minor issue - he was right back out and quickly and cheerfully corrected it.   This is the best way to go - I had quotes for over $10k for this project and its done for under $2k!!

Ramon was great! He called me when he was on his way, and he arrived promptly. He checked out my shower and tub drains. Got them working despite being told it was the Ptrap. He also took his time cleaning out the kitchen pipes. I appreciate him explaining what he was doing. He was really helpful. He works hard and is very honest. Call Ramon for all your plumbing needs!!

Got a call from my wife saying that our sewer line is backed up went ahead called around yet the last sewer solutions gave me a call back within matter of minutes they came out to my property took a look at my issue fixed it within 30 to 60 minutes like they promised I have a broken sewer line found roots in my sewer line gave me a reasonable price to dig it up and replace it and even give me an extended warranty with a 10% first-time customer discount I will keep these people in my phone from now on I do recommend them to anybody looking for a good reasonable plumber thank you

I was referred to Plumbers, Inc by American Home Shield. I believe they made a good choice in sending Miguel from Plumbers, Inc to help me out. Water leaking under my kitchen sink was bad. Miguel happily repaired/replaced the faucet and hose under sink. He then recommended I have the cabinets checked out for water damage. I did that and found out that I did indeed have bad water damage under flooring and cabinets..Whew!  thank goodness for Miguel and his suggestions....

The team at Flo Star were very helpful and knowledgeable in in identifying our water problems. They provided great recommendation for new equipment, were fast to install and were clean in their work areas. They were incredibly quick to respond to our leak situation.  Thank you Juan, Angel and your team. We could not be more pleased with our new system.

Great service. Jeff is a great guy, professional and reliable at a fair price.  He installed a recirculating pump for hot water and it works flawlessly and I'm saving  gallons of water every day.

My brand new heater wasn't working on this second season , Next Gen schedule service and they sent a technician as they promised, Roby (technician) was very helpful and professional knowledgeable, he came in  2 different ocasions. This second time He brought a coworker David , they both were very throughout full on my heater system , thank you I just took one star off because it is not good to be needing help on fixing a new furnace but again it is part of technicalities of the system that needed to be adjusted. Thanks

Bill came by and gave an estimate to have a pressure relief valve installed. We had some pipes knocking due to our pressure being too high. We were able to schedule the job the next day and he knocked it out in the amount of time he said he would. You can tell he took pride in his work and left the work area cleaner than before the job.

Andrew was amazing! He was quick to respond and very professional! He was able to make it out to my house the same day and unclog two different drains within my household. Andrew was able to access the plumbing problems we had, and provided a solution to our problem. I highly recommend Andrew's services!!!

After a few hiccups with communication, the general manager gave me a call and we squared things away. They made good on their promises and they absolutely gave me the very best price out of the several companies that I called for a quote. They did not over sell and my equipment is top notch. Shout out to Chris who was the one who quoted me the system. He came through and ensured that I got everything I needed. Also, a big shout out to the team who installed the system. They were excellent!

Found Western on Yelp, called and they said someone would come in a couple of hours, from 12-1pm, they showed up right at 12!  

John and John were courteous, they used tarps, and covered the snake so there was minimal mess (no junk splashing all over my bathroom) and they wiped the floor which was NICE when they were done.  Of course, I still need to Clorox the room.

They let me know what was going on, and gave me some helpful advice!  We thought we were going to need to replace the flange on the tiled floor but he said it was fine, just needed new screws because the old ones were too loose. Saved us a couple of hundred.

My mom had a guy charge her for $150 to use a snake on clogged pipes 2 weeks ago, we had a guy a couple of months ago charge $150 to use a snake for a clogged kitchen sink and he made a disgusting mess in my kitchen.  Western charged $120 to use a snake for up to 80 feet and $1 a foot after that.  We paid  $120 and have a 90 days warranty.  

Something else to consider, the snake barely fit into our old 50's bathroom door, which is 27 inches wide. So if you live in an older home, take that into consideration.  They recommended making another access route outside and warned us about our Jacaranda tree roots out in the front.

I will definitely be calling Western Rooter in the future for all our plumbing needs!
