If you are looking for quality workmanship at a fair price this is the plumbing company to call! I have used them multiple times. I had a water heater that needed to be replaced, and a toilet that was leaking. They came out and took care of both issues at a fair price. Friendly, efficient and fast turn around. I would recommend them if you need a reliable plumber!

Called at 3pm let him know our water was coming up through the shower and toilet. Had someone out within the hour and main line cleared in 5 mins. Awesome job and friendly service! Will be using them from now on and recommending to family!

We had them come out for a second opinion since we got an outrageous quote for a large service from another company.  They responded right away when I called (my mother doesn't even respond that quickly to me). They scheduled for the next morning at 8 and were kind enough to call that morning to let me know they were stuck in a little traffic.  When they got to our house,  they were kind and professional and went right to work.  Long story short,  the large service we were told was needed by the other company was found to not be of any urgency from these technicians. We were told to make some adjustments but nothing was in dire need. The other company was so quick to want to schedule a very expensive service that wasn't even necessary.  Thank goodness I called these guys and asked them for another opinion! Even their fee for the camera to go down the hole (my technical lingo is spot on) was about $75 cheaper than the other local place.  We kept their info and will be using them again!! Thanks guys!!

Phillip came to our house alone on a Saturday and installed a new water heater for us. He was so polite. On time. Very informative and courteous and he did in amazing job in a very timely manner. My Kitchen sink had a leak, called them up the other day and got things scheduled at a very fair price.  A job ran long for them, but they communicated that out and worked with me to get things handled. They came late but it got done and honestly that's so valuable and nice to me- I absolutely appreciate other jobs can have bumps in the road and scheduling has to be so hard. The fact they were able and willing to work with me on my schedule and still get it done that day means so much since we have a working sink and the problem is just solved.

The owner was nice, chill, pleasure to work with.

I'd absolutely recommend them and use them again.  Things happen, and they worked with me to still get my problem resolved.

They were competitive with pricing, for a commercial job, although never completed it, I have reached out by phone and email, with no response from John the owner.  His Wife Sarah had reached out and apologized and notified me the job would be completed twice with no one showing up or calling to say they were not coming.  I still have an incomplete job, open hole which is a liability and safety hazard even though they were already paid for the job. I definitely would not recommend this company.

Gordon family plumbing went out of their way and would not stop until they fixed the clog. and though it took the tech a longer time than expected and a lot more work, he didn't raise the price up, in fact he ended up giving me a discount as a return customer. Thank you Gordon family plumbing.

These guys came recommend to me .   I called them and told them I had a leak underneath my mobile home could they come and check it out .   They came early the next morning clean and had pleasant attitudes .  One of the guys named Ryan had to crawl underneath a very small crawl space and figure what was leaking .   He told the price and had to go back to the store get a special tool .  Before I knew it they knocked on my door and said done!   Wow that was quick !   The price was actually what they said !    Was very happy with their service .    Highly recommend them!

Had these guys do multiple repairs around the property and service was solid and fast.

Gordon's Family Plumbing is an awesome company that is fairly priced and does fantastic work.  They don't just put a bandaid on the problem and walk away.  If they find something else they tell you and you decide if you want them to continue.  They remodeled our bathroom and the work was spot on.  They are organized, clean up after themselves and take pride in what they do.  We were very impressed with their work and when my in-laws needed work done they were who we told them to call.  If I ever need a plumber Gordon's is who I will call.  I also refer all our friends and acquaintances to them.

This company does not deserve any stars. I called this company to unclog my kitchen sink, they were NOT able to put the plumbing under the sink together, they told me the line was clear, so I paid $150, after I called a second plumber he put the plumbing back together again once he ran the water the line was still clogged. Got in touch by text with John Gordon, finally agreed to refund my $150, it's been ALMOST a month and still have NOT received my refund, and he is not longer answering my text it phone calls.

Gordon's Family Plumbing recently completed a plumbing and small construction project for me. I am very pleased with the results. This was an honest and hardworking crew. They were reliable, on time and left the area clean. I highly recommend them and look forward to having them complete my future projects.

A pipe collapsed in our building rendering our bathrooms unusable. Gordon's Family plumbing has been absolutely amazing to us! They are always there when they say they will be. They give continuous updates of the work being performed. Their guys are always courteous to us and they always clean up when they are done for the day. We love that they are willing to explain in detail what is going on and why. We appreciate that they are willing to explain every detail and options regarding this plumbing repair. We couldn't ask for a better plumbing company to use than them. They have made this plumbing nightmare seem not so bad after all. We will only use Gordon's Family plumbing for all our plumbing needs whether it is for work or personal reasons. I give a BIG thank you to them!

Total crooks . They sent two of their employees the next day after I called with an emergency. The two guys , 1 specifically,  kept telling me that they couldn't do every single job I wanted them to because they're giving me excuses that they didn't have the pieces or it was going to be astronomically high. My toilet was overflowing and flooding my first floor. They said it most likely needed a new flap on the inside of the toilet but they don't replace it even though it's replaceable. They said they would have to fix and replace the whole toilet. They said it might be my bidet and said they would check. The guy  comes out and says $195 I took out your bidet. I was shocked but I paid it anyways. Less than an hour later my toilet is still leaking so I send them a video. I'm super pissed I paid $200 for crap? I sent them a video showing that it was not fixed yet. And I want my money back because the issue is still there and they told me the issue would still be there. The person said well we don't work for free and their most likely doing a trial and error by removing the bidet. But I wasn't paying for a trial and error.. I was paying for it to be fixed. Well the leak stayed I had to call another company early in the morning to fix it. They offered to come back at 7:00 the next morning to fix it but a supervisor would come. I agreed upon 8 a.m. but through the night it got bad the leak was just overflowing I had to get someone in sooner! Long story long they still sent the two guys  back to my house at 7:30 in the morning. No supervisor in sight.  I already had someone that fixed it and had just left. I also sent the owner of text saying I didn't need their service anymore. I requested my money back the same day they were here  because they didn't fix the problem they refused to refund. They even broke my sink by setting their tool bag in it. They  have horrible customer service they will rip you off steal from you and basically tell you f*** off. Do not deal with them. THE OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS IS GOING TO RESPOND BACK AND SAY THIS IS NOT A TRUE REVIEW. YES THE F*** IT IS. I HAVE TEXT I HAVE PROOF I HAVE RECEIPTS.

I have used Gordon's multiple times and based on their prompt, speedy and clean performance on those jobs I am certain that we will be using them more.

Seriously very thankful for Phil and Matt. They were so knowledgeable and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me make sure all the emergency shut off valves. They came for 4 valves and ended up having to do 11. Thank you guys! If you ever need a reliable plumber, call this company!

If you're looking for an honest quality plumbing company Call Gordons Family Plumbing! I had no hot water. Phillip came out and looked at replaced my water heater. He was on time, polite and so helpful. He answered all my questions as well as John. He quoted me an amazing price and installed the supply lines at no extra charge. I would recommend them if you need an honest and reliable plumber.

This was an honest review. We did not add more work. We actually took work away. The original
contract including replacing the wood sub floor and tiling on all four of the bathroom walls. The floor was not replaced (upon mutual
agreement) and we went with wainscoting instead of tile on three of the walls.

The only photo from before the job was competed is the one of the bathroom door. We were unable to close our bathroom door until the workers came the next day to fix the issue. The other pics were from after we were told the job was complete. Please read the other reviews. This owner is aggressive and has no problem texting his customers to F--- off and calling them a$$ holes.  The trash was to be hauled away daily as per the contract and it wasn't done. The tiling job was beautifully done, and the plumbers were very knowledgeable and respectful. The problem with this company is the owner and failure to produce a general contractor license. Had we known he didn't have one, or checked Yelp, wouldn't have hired this company.

Gordon's Family Plumbing is very fast and reliable. We are very happy with Gabriel who did an amazing job with our plumbing. He took his time and even came back the next day to finish the job. Other plumbers had worked on it in the past and for one I feel like the job was finally done right.

I purchased a water heater from Gordons fanily Plumbing. They installed it and I paid them $1,200. It turns out it wasn't a new water heater they installed but a used water heater. They tore off the manufacturer identifying information so that We couldn't trace the water heater. When the water heater broke down 8 months later and I called them to repair it they gave me the Heisman. they wouldn't return my calls they wouldn't return my text messages I finally got them to send somebody to the house to check it out. They said they were going to order a part and was never seen again. Do yourself a favor avoid these guys at all cost.

I found out I has a slab leak and started calling various plumbers. None of the guys would give me any information just large estimates of what it would take to fix. I finally called John at Gordons Family Plumbing. He talked my off the ledge and explained how everything would work. John and Steve were at my house that evening to look over the issue. My wife found this incredible company through local community recommendations on Eastvale Exchange, Facebook on Sunday night. On Monday morning I spoke with John, the owner. I explained our situation, and he provided valuable information and insight. By Wednesday morning, two of his team members (Phil & Matthew) were at my house working on the issue. John, Phil, and Matthew were gentlemen and scholars. The work was done expeditiously, professionally, and they fixed the problem. Phil & Matthew were respectful, courteous, humble, and kind. Our water pressure regulator broke and was leaking out a significant amount of water.  I called Gordon's family plumbing and was able to get Gabriel here in 90min to fix the issue.  Fixed the regulator and offered to flush the tankless water heater for discounted price.  Reasonable price for a quick response.

My wife and I called to get a tankless water heater quote from Gordon's family plumbing. We were replacing a 19 year old 50 gallon tank that was leaking from the bottom. John informed us of many options and recommended a brand (Navien 240) they like to use due to the reliability of the unit. He gave us the price of the unit and what rebates were available for us and scheduled us very quickly. He also explained everything that would be done to install the new unit. We texted John a photo of our current setup and he responded right away.
The day of the installation Scotty and Justin showed up to do the installation. These guys were awesome in so many ways. They were efficient and professional. Fun to be around and let me watch the progress as I was interested in how they were going to install the new water heater. Scotty walked me through how to do the yearly maintenance on the tankless heater. I have a 1910 craftsman home with old pipes and electrical. These guys are pros and worth every penny. I hope to have them out to do more work for me in the future. They even made paying them for the work super easy. I appreciate them all and how they conducted business! This morning I went out to my backyard and found it flooded right about where I knew my main line was for my water. I called John Gordon well contacted him through Facebook where I have followed his work for years. I text him a message. Sorry to bother you on Sunday but I have a plumbing emergency explain what the problem was, he got back with in 10 minutes of me sending him the text and within an hour and 10 minutes I had somebody here fixing my main that was almost a geyser. I cannot express how grateful I was for their fast and courteous service the young man he sent to my house was name. Amen. He was courteous. He was kind he got right to work and within an hour not even two hours. Had it dug up fixed and repaired. I gave them five stars but I would've given them 100 stars if you need anybody to fix anything John Gordon and amen are the people to call again? called the company and spoke to John late on Friday about rusted out toilet flange, he gave reasonable cost estimate and made arrangement right away.  Phil and Matt came in on Saturday morning and got the job done nice and quick.  We highly appreciate their excellent service and will recommend the company to our friends and family.

We had Gordons Family Plumbing install a tankless water heater. From start to finish they were extremely responsive, friendly and professional. The workers were always kind and respectful and went out of their way to work around us as we work from home. They disposed of our old water heater, left the work area clean, and even painted the pipes to finish off the job. We were very impressed and will turn to them for any plumbing jobs needed. Up next, a bathroom remodel!

We called them to fix a plugged up sink.  They came took off all the plumbing underneath the sink, turn the garbage disposal around, and could not even put it back together again.  And we are not even the clog is cleared because we still cannot use the sink.   It's been a week.  Several phone calls and text and. I respond.  They did say someone would call today 1/12 but nothing.  They took their money and ran.  The cheated an elderly lady with stage 4 cancer out of her money and left her with a sink she still cannot use.  Pleas do not use this company.  After reviewing their reviews more in depth, I have seen they have done this before to someone else.  Did not return phone calls or anything.  And yes they have been reported to the BBB.  We just want the sink fixed or our money back.  For an elderly patient on a ver limited income, that's a lot of money that they stole from her.

I'm a realtor in So Cal and I had a buyer who was in a pinch needing a simple replacement of washer dryer hook ups. It was tough finding someone who could come out in such short notice and on top of that everyone who I spoke with wanted to charge and Arm and a Leg but then I got in touch with Gordon's and they responded to the call. Since they are a family business I got the feeling I was dealing with someone who was easy to talk to and the beat part was the pricing they offered! It was much lower than everyone else I was getting quotes from! They basically gave a friendly discount just to be nice and win a customer for life!!

My daughter had a slab leak and the plumbing service that we normally use give us a bid that seemed high. I shared this with a friend who is a contractor and he recommended that I called Gordon's.

John, the owner, was returning from vacation with his family but still stopped by to see what our situation was and give us a verbal quote. I was happily surprised that it was substantially under the other companies price. After receiving the written quote, we agreed to the contract and they were at the house the next day. So we had a leak under our corner shower unit and had to completely gut out the bathroom.
I needed to hire someone to jackhammer out the old piping in our concrete slab and make repairs if needed. I called several plumbers and got mixed quotes and even had some refuse to do the work.
Once I narrowed it down to whom I would hire I asked Gordon's to come out for another look to make sure we were still on the same page, which we were.
John Gordon was very helpful, polite and professional during the entire process, he even went as far as answering my questions during his daughter's gymnastics which I immediately felt bad for but he insisted on making sure I was good.

Now it's the day of the job, Phillip and Scotty came out and I can't say enough nice things about them. Very polite, professional and commutative. Showed up on time and greeted me with a smile and a handshake.
I highly recommend John Gordon and his two guys that came out and did the work, their attitude, professionalism, and job knowledge sets them a step above the rest.
