My wife noticed we had no hot water Friday afternoon on a Holiday weekend so I checked the water heater and tried to re-light the pilot light, which wouldn't stay lit. I called Scott and he was out within 2 hours (5:30pm). Since this heater was over 10 years old and it was a holiday weekend He said he would try to locate a Thermocouple but no guarantees. He asked me to call him on Saturday morning even though he was extremely busy and said if I would be able to purchase a new water heater he would try to install it Saturday mid-morning. My wife and I decided to purchase a new water heater hoping Scott would be able to install it. True to his word, even though he had 4 other installs that day he and his son came over and installed it in about an hour in 108 degree weather! I highly Recommend Scott and see why he has a 5 Star Rating!!!

Im adjusting a previous review to say this company understands what true customer service looks like. Every person I encountered from the receptionist to the plumber to the owner was professional and pleasant. Not every company gets everything perfect all the time, but the mark of an excellent company (in my opinion) is one that says I don't know if we messed up or not, but regardless we want to help fix the problem. I honestly didn't believe that kind of customer service still existed. Not only were we satisfied with their work and their professionalism, but the card is on the fridge as the official plumbers for any issue we have in our home!

I called Scott McLeod on a Sunday afternoon when I had no hot water. He was friendly and very quick to assess the problem over the phone. On Monday morning I called GE and ordered the part needed. When the part was delivered Tuesday morning, I called the office back and Katie relayed the message to Ryan who came out and installed the part quickly and efficiently.
My dishwasher was leaking and he fixed that for me also.
I couldn't be happier with the professional manner in which my problems were handled.
I have found my new plumber!!

Their technician was professional, friendly, and fast. I installed a gas 50-gallon water heater unit myself, but needed help with the gas hookup. The technician, Jeffrey, hooked up the gas line super-fast. He made sure the earthquake strap was bolted. He answered my questions about tankless water heater conversions (gas and electric versions). Jeffrey incidentally noticed that my HVAC gas line did not have the yellow protective coating, and that it was too short (had tension on it). He replaced it with one of appropriate length, and charged me a fair price. He reviewed how to safely light the pilot light, then started up our water heater. Soon, my wife and kids had warm water for their showers. I will definitely be a return customer. Also, their phone appointment system was top notch and professional. It was obvious that this family-owned business is very decent and honest. They just exude pride and integrity.

In addition to being able to get a technician out within a week for my issue, they added a second shut-off valve for a secondary pipe on my main water system when replacing my pressure regulator, which sure seems handy for making repairs to the sprinkler system without shutting off all water to the house. They included this without increasing the price on my original quote. The team showed up on the early side of the appointment window and got the work done quickly, but with worksmanship that appears quite solid. I'll likely be calling on them again for future work.

I called late last night to address a leak in the main line for my parents. I spoke to Katie who stated that an estimate could be done that evening or this afternoon. I could not figure out if a leak was coming from the shower or free standing tub. Other plumbers were stumped as well.

Cole sent out Rick to my house.

Rick arrived and ran a few diagnoses to find out where the leak was occurring. He discovered it and explained exactly where and how it happened.

I was very happy with the work and the fact he was relentless to find the problem and offer the solution.

Brandon & Matthew came to inspect a possible slab leak. They did they're best to determine the cause, but could not locate the source. Brandon was very honest in saying that the source could be from ground water or a water pipe. He didn't want to make a bunch of holes on the walls to determine where the moisture might be coming from. He suggested a water detection company take a look. I really appreciate him not making my walls look like Swiss cheese to locate a possible leak.

I already made the call to the water detection expert, hopefully they'll find it.

They also removed and replaced a leaking backyard water valve and removed an old inoperable soft water system, including repiping where the system had been installed. This work wasn't on their service call, and I really appreciate them taking the time to fit this in their schedule.

Their work was flawless and done in a timely manner.

I will definitely call Scott McLeod Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

Had a problem in back yard with a drain in side yard not draining.
These guys came out were every professional and courteous. They found the problems in the pipe, corrected what they could, and gave us options to correct what they couldn't do to get full flow from the drain. These guys were also reasonably priced.I would use them again for any problems we have.

Scott Mcleod Plumbing save us one Sunday night. We had a water leak from our main water line to our home and had to shut our entire water source off. I called the 24/7 phone line and Michelle answered, she was very kind and honest from pricing to when the technician James would be at our home. Soon after we hung up James called and he too was very kind and explain how he could help us. He gave us a timeline as to his arrival, and was able to take care of this situation very quickly. Times like this is when we Truly need a dependable company and it Team of employees like Michelle and James to show they care especially on a Sunday! We need more companies like this!

If you're looking for the best in plumbing, call Scott McLeod. We had a problem with our dishwasher and had several service calls from an appliance repair person. The problem, was the dishwasher would occasionally stop draining the water at the end of the wash cycle. This meant we had to pull out the Shop-vac, drain the water, and run the wash cycle again. The appliance repair person told us the dishwasher pump was not the problem but couldn't come up with a solution. We decided to call out a plumber and remembered we used Scott McLeod once in the past several years ago so we called them. They sent out 2 young men, Brandon and Ricky who were very professional and polite. The bottom line was they found a small round clump of something that would move around in the air gap and cause the intermittent problem. While they were here they cleaned out the drain line, tightened the under-the-sink soap dispenser, and adjusted the hose return weight for the sink faucet all on the one service charge. I am very pleased about Scott McLeod Plumbing.
He was prompt, competent, thorough and courteous as well as lower estimate than other.

I called 3 Plummer's for estimate for leaking water from exterior pipe. Scott McLeod Plumbing is the first responded to my call, and the first one showed up at my house.

He immediately started taking care of the problem. In the matter of hour, I have a brand new copper waterline pipe and more.

He changed the water line pipe from PVC to copper, replaced tee connector, and changed plastic switch for pool water line to solid brass ball valve. I am very pleased about his work. Now I know where I need to call if I have a pluming problem.

He even alerted me about leaking water around Water Meter outside near lawn. I called the Water Dept, they showed up immediately, fixed the problem. They thanked me for calling them. LOL. Thanks Scott!

Stepped in a puddle in my hallway in the middle of the night (why does everything always happen in the middle of the night??) - made a few calls first thing in the AM. Scott McLeod Plumbing was the first to return my call. Scott himself arrived at my home shortly thereafter, checked out the situation, let me know who would be coming. The two technicians arrived as scheduled, found the source of a slow leak, replaced my water heater, addressed some other issues that could have been very dangerous (older home, older water heater and set up). Everyone I worked with from the first call to the completion of the job was personable and professional. The guys left the area spotless and price for work was reasonable. I had a great experience with this company - I hope you do too!

From the moment I reached out to Scott McLeod Plumbing, my experience was nothing short of stellar. They were prompt in their response to my initial phone call and were more than accommodating in scheduling a same day appointment for a free estimate at a time that suited me.

Upon arriving at my property punctually, the technician from Scott McLeod Plumbing exhibited an admirable level of professionalism and courtesy. Their knowledge and expertise were evident as they got to work diagnosing the problem with my aging hot water heater, which was roughly 10 years old.

What really impressed me was their dedication to exhausting all possible solutions before suggesting a replacement. They could have easily pushed for a new, expensive water heater right off the bat, but instead, they prioritized identifying the underlying issues with my current unit. The time they took to clearly explain what they were doing demonstrated their commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction.

Despite their best efforts, it transpired that I did require a new water heater. While their quote wasn't the absolute cheapest I received, it was nonetheless competitive and certainly more reasonable than some of the more extravagant ones I had been given. Notably, the other estimates I had been given were for brands and specs that didn't match the quality of what Scott McLeod Plumbing proposed.

The installation of the new water heater was carried out flawlessly, exceeding even the standard set by the original installation. Furthermore, they were able to schedule the installation for the same day, saving me from the discomfort of cold showers while waiting for the replacement.

In my experience, Scott McLeod Plumbing exemplifies the old adage that quality matters more than price. While their service might not be the cheapest, the superior quality of their products, their meticulous attention to detail, and their honesty and professionalism make them a worthwhile investment. I have dealt with this company twice now. The first one was with our house; and then the next one with my neighbor.

Our house: these folks are amazing; punctual, clean and honest. They are the best in business!!! Can't say enough. Ryan followed up from Scott; amazing team. We also sensed that they are a great family.

Today:

Our neighbor is in Canada on vacation. Their elderly parents were baby sitting the house. Life had been great until they had a leak in the back yard. The flooding was quite evident! Obviously their panic and anxiety levels were very high. Needless to say that our neighbor friends traveling in Canada were beside themselves; tough spot.

Our son received the call from them.... we went to their house. It was time to call Scott Mcleod plumbing.

Ryan was on call... I have to tell you this company is a class act. The person who took the call (I did not get her name; so sorry!!) and Ryan coming to their help was soothing. These guys are pleasant, honest and reasonable.

All of a sudden we no longer had hot water. After trouble shooting, we noticed our pilot light was out and we couldn't get it re-lit. We called Scott McLeod Plumbing and they were able to come out the following day. An appointment was set for a 2-hour window. They were running behind because a previous job took longer than expected. We were called and given a new time frame. Jeff called when he was on his way. He was wearing a company shirt, was professional, personable, and explained what he was doing. He determined we had a problem with our igniter switch. He left to pick up the part, returned, and installed it the same day! We had hot water in an hour! Scott McLeod Plumbing is our go-to plumber. We have used them multiple times and have always been more than satisfied with the results.

Not only were they the only plumbers to answer their phone on a Saturday, Derek was able to arrive within half an hour! He was fast, knowledgeable, courteous and triple checked his work. Scott McLeod Plumbing is top shelf! Our family has known them for years, our sons went to high school together, so of course I wanted a team of professionals I know and trust. The office took my information- a broken water pipe behind the wall of our second- floor master bathroom flooding into the sink vanity and leaking through the ceiling into our downstairs. Mario came over immediately with his high-tech equipment and his experience, he found the issue and along with ServePro of Mira Loma/Corona who was also onsite at my home taking care of all the water damage mitigation. Mario identified the broken pipe behind the wall and replaced it. These are the guys you want! Very professional and polite, explained everything to us. PLUS being was very calm and reassuring.

So this is in response to Scott McLeod having Yelp pull down my previous review. I wrote nothing vulgar, no bad language was used. I simply stated the facts of MY experience. I kept it straight to the point. I wrote the kind of review I like to read. Quick and straightforward.
I received an email from Yelp. In the email Yelp states they pulled down my review because it lacked; in their words, lack of detail, context, and a helpful tip or two. So here it goes again

Details- I recently purchased a property in the Inland empire. Upon my inspection of the various systems in the home the gas line that feeds into the tankless waterheater was found to have a gas leak. To be a bit more specific, the leak was 2 feet past my gas meter and 4 feet before my tankless waterheater. I called the gas company who found the specific point of the leak. They turned off the gas at the meter for safety reasons and placed a lock on the meter. Gas leaks past a certain point after the gas meter are the homeowners responsibility.

Context - Since some; if not most, plumbers also fix gas lines I decided to look up local plumbers and see if any were available to come out that day, mind you I was calling early in the morning so this would give any available plumber enough time to come that same day if their schedule allowed.

Problem - I called SCOTT MCLEOD and a person identifying themselves as Cody answered. He wanted to know what I wanted. I told him I had a gas leak and would like someone to come take a look and give me an estimate for repairs. He asked for my name. Upon hearing my surname. He hung up immediately. No call back went either way.

Solution - I then proceeded to call other plumbers who were polite or had call centers take their calls and as well were very polite, courteous and we'll mannered. Most could not come that day, they were booked, some as much as two weeks in advance. But fortunately I did find a good plumber to come out that same day and fix my gas line leak. The gas company was called once more and upon inspection my gas was turned back on after the technician was satisfied with his inspection.

Helpful tip or two - my tip is... if your white and your last name sounds white then call Scott McLeod. Or more specifically make sure to ask for 'CODY'.

Conclusion - But let's say I give Cody and McLeod the benefit of the doubt and say I was not hung up on; and service was not refused based on a racial or biased bases. Maybe McLeod does not fix gas lines. Or he does not know how to service a gas line. Or is not covered by his insurance to work on gas lines. Maybe Cody accidentally stumbled and the phone flew out of his hand slamming into the ground and SHATTERED into tiny tiny pieces and he was unable to call me back.

As stated up top when you began to read this review, this is in response to McLeod plumming having Yelp pull down my previous review.
McLeod should have responded to that review as other plumbers with bad reviews have done. That gives Yelp what it wants: BETTER CONTEXT, MORE DETAIL, and a helpful tip or two.

Here we are 2 days before Christmas and we get a slab leak under our hot water heater in the garage ... great timing right?
Called a few plumbers and none were willing to come out and most said they couldn't get to it until after Christmas! That was not going to work for us. Called Scott and he came right out to look at the problem himself. He had Sam come over to the house and Scott and Sam worked their magic, located the leak and re-routed the line to stop the leak. I can't tell you what a relief it was to have his years of experience and his willingness to do whatever it took to get this resolved ... it gave us the peace of mind that we needed right then.

I called SMP about my father-in-laws bathtub's hot water being seized up. I was worried about breaking the part trying to clean it, and I couldn't locate the brand of the parts. SMP sent their plumber Derek over the next day and he did great dealing with my father-in-law (who's a bit much at times) as well as advised us of the brand and that it should be life time warranty! A week later we received the part, Derek came back to remove and replace it! High quality and fast service with knowledgeable plumbers! Will use again!

Had a water leak (drip) under kitchen sink. Called Scott McLeod Plumbing. Scott sent out Mike. He was on time and very knowledgeable. He was neat and explained what he needed to do to resolve the problem. This is the second or third time I have used Scott McLeod Plumbing. They have also replaced my hot water heater. They do it right the first time and stand behind their work. I have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to friends.

We needed our hot water heater replaced because of a leak and because it was old, we looked online and read some reviews before contacting anyone. We came across Scott McLeod Plumbing and my wife said let's try them, they have good reviews and they're family owned. We called and actually spoke to a person, she said we will have someone call you back within a few minutes. Within five minutes Carson called us back (he is literally one of the owners sons). He asked what the problem was and I told him, he said what brand water heaters they used. I said I'd call him back and I went back online to look up reviews of the heater...which were all excellent! I called him back, he gave me a broad quote and said said let's do it, from that point on he was in contact with us I'm leaving now, I'm picking up the new unit, I'm here. The young man was clean, polite, professional, and he knew his stuff too. He did all of the work himself and kept us updated on his progress through the whole procedure. Kyle is the best! The water company flagged our account for excessive usage to the tune of 14 units of water per day and a $1k water bill, so it was obvious there was a leak on our property. Kyle was amazing as he came and found the problem with one of our irrigation valves. Through process of elimination Kyle patiently worked through to find the problem which ultimately did not require repair. He generously shared his knowledge and time and completely resolved the issue. I've since contacted the water company and they confirmed that there is no longer any usage outside of the norm.

I contacted Scott McLeod Plumbing and had the great opportunity to work with Cody. I called in with a leak under our guest bedroom sink that was pumping out hot water. There was water everywhere and the steam from the hot water was starting to bubble the ceiling. Cody calmly walked me through the steps to turn off the water before the technician was able to arrive on site. Before I knew it the sink was up and operational again.

Scott McLeod plumbing is my go to place for plumbing repairs. I have always had great experiences both with internal customer service and their technicians. My last service call was truly exceptional and worth taking the time to review. I have used them for both business and residential repairs and would 10/10 recommend them to friends and family.

I first called Mc Leod Pluming last fall for a faulty water heater. They were very professional, and did a terrific job installing a new water heater.

I had another problem in the winter. Called Mc Leod Plumbing again. Main line clogged, once again they did a great job clearing that out too.

Then the big one!!!! Water was on the floors in the bathrooms and hallway! Problem...Subterranean water leak! Piping under the concrete would need to be replaced or run all plumbing through the attic. OMG!!!! This was a real hard pill to swallow, the house if 50+ years old and it's happening to my neighbors too. Once again Mc Leod Plumbing to the rescue, we went with putting all the plumbing through the attic. Carson was the lead on the job and he is fantastic! The BEST. He took care of it. Very Professional! Michelle in the office is very nice too and very professional. Papa Scott Mc Leod built a nice business and I hope he can sit back and retire and enjoy it, there is a great team of people at Scott Mc Leod Plumbing!

It's no wonder why this company has a 5 star rating!?!? I'm seriously impressed with the service they provided both the customer service and service repair. My service guy was Brandon (aka Jax Teller), beyond awesome. Everything was clearly explained on the front end from the repairs needed, estimated down time and cost. Not only was he honest about the job but he also got me up and running about 8 hours sooner than expected. Now I didn't get close enough to know if he smelled good but I tell you what when it comes to what matters, service, job knowledge and execution, Mike Diamond ain't got nothing on these guys. At first, I called the number listed & didn't think whoever would answer would even give me the time of day since I was on the hunt for used pvc pipe. My husband and I contacted Scott McLeod Plumbing because we started hearing noise in the walls upstairs whenever we flushed the toilet or used the bathroom sink. We were concerned this was going to be a major money issue, but knew it had to be looked at.

Jacob arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue. He explained that the p-trap was dried out in our bathroom tub which is what was causing the noise. He also recommended running the tub each week for about a minute to avoid it happening again.

When it came time for payment, he refused to take it. I am glad we chose this company, and will call them in the future for any plumbing issues.

I had a gas leak at my pool heater for about a year, but had been hesitant to call a plumber thinking the cost would be exorbitant. I saw one of their trucks working at a neighbors house, and decided to look online and see what kind of reviews they were receiving. After seeing numerous five star reviews I decided to reach out to them. Scott and his son both came over to the house, Did a little digging, and laid out some options for me. The repair ended up being significantly less than what I expected, and I could barely tell they were even in the yard. Absolutely the best plumbing company around! Brandon A. came to my house (at exactly the quoted time) and was very respectful and professional! I felt very comfortable with him in my house and would request him again if I ever needed a plumber!
My shower was slow to drain and asked if he could snake it. He ran the water, watched what was happening, and said, I don't think I need to snake it. Let me clean the trap and we'll see what it looks like. He did just that and a huge wad of hair was there, he removed it, and fixed a problem I'd been dealing with for years.
I appreciated the fact he did not jump in to do something that was not needed, just to make more money, and was honest! He also did not judge me for the gross ball of hair that he had to pull out and made me feel ok about the embarrassing moment.
This is a great employee that you should definitely take care of and appreciate how well he represents your company!

Our main line completely stopped and toilets and showers backed up. My first call was to Scott McLeod hoping they weren't booked up but unfortunately they were so I call another company (1st mistake).
The other company tried to make a lot money off me by saying the line wasn't completely clear after snaking it and that I needed a new check valve.
I immediately didn't trust him and needed a second opinion. A plumbing technician from Scott McLeod came out and confirmed that our main line was indeed clear with proof and confirmed we don't have a check valve. The other company was going to charge us thousands of dollars for something we didn't need.
I will never call anyone else but the technicians from Scott McLeod, they are honest and reliable good people!

I can't say THANK YOU enough to Scott McLeod Plumbing for restoring my plumbing back to normal.
I had Mike Diamond come out and snake my kitchen pipes since I had a back up. He stated he could not get past the 25 foot mark. And recommended a camera going into my pipes to diagnose the problem., for an additional charge of a few hundred dollars! The technician stated my clog was past 25 feet and my pipes were probably damaged! If they found a problem it would have cost thousands to re-pipe! So I left the water pouring out by my kitchen outside pipe for nearly a year!
I decided to call and get a second opinion (which I should have done in the first place). I stumbled across Scott McLeod's video and the family operation impressed me. Scott came over and tried to snake my clog. He went past the 25 foot mark and thought it might just work. He worked for about an hour and decided he needed to come back the next day and use the hydro jet for the main line.
He and his son came the next day, and used the hydro-jet. My plumbing works like magic. I am sooo happy. I can use the dishwasher, washing machine and all my plumbing without worrying about overflows! I HIGHLY recommend Scott McLeod plumbing! BTW the cost was only a few hundred, NOT thousands!!! And they had a truly free diagnosis.

I called Scott McLeod Plumbing after discovering what turned out to be two under-slab leaks in my newly remodeled home.

The McLeod crew were prompt, respectful, polite, and highly competent. I also appreciated their sense of humility in that they actively sought consultation amongst themselves, along with outside experts who they brought in, to double check their opinions about where the leaks might be and how to best approach the necessary repairs.

Their stated goal at the onset was to do the least amount of damage to my home, balanced against stopping the leaks, while rerouting the plumbing to avoid future leaks. I am happy to report they accomplished all of their stated goals.

My kitchen sink was backed up and green smelly gunk was coming out! I called various places but there were not plumbers available to come out today! I contacted Scott McLeod Plumbing and a plumber came to my home less then 20 minutes after the call. Mario called me before hand to let me know he was coming. Thank you Steve for an awesome job on fixing our mistake! My husband and father-in-law tried to replace our water heater themselves. As a result of said DIY job, when I ran the dishwasher the person in the shower got a cold shower. We had a slab leak. The leak was from a copper pipe under the slab the house was built on. All the plumbing in the house had to be rerouted through the attic. That meant holes had to be cut threw the walls behind every faucet and toilet, inside the house and outside. When the plumbing crew was finished the drywall crew filled the holes that needed to be drywalled and textured.

Wow! It's nice to have dealt with a professional business that is not into taking advantage of their customers. Called another plumber in the area with strong Yelp reviews. ACP came out the next day and quoted $1500 for a simple sink and toilet repair. Luckily I knew I was being ripped off and said no to their estimate. I had a leak outside, and called this company, as I'd used them in the past. Branden assessed the situation and scheduled an appointment with me. When he arrived that day, he was on time, and both he and his co-worker were very professional and efficient. They were also friendly and polite :)
He suggested that I fill my bathtub with water so I could use it to flush toilets, since he'd be turning off the main water line. I've never had a plumber tell me that - what a smart idea!
They had to dig a large hole, replace with new pipes, and backfill. When they had finished, I couldn't even see that they'd moved any dirt because they'd even paid attention to the exact way I'd placed my pavers, and had put them back just as I'd had them!
They completely cleaned the area too, so there was no residual dirt or mud on my pavers.
The end result is a beautifully finished job.
I'd really recommend that you specifically ask for Branden - he really is a great worker!

We had an issue with our main pipe that distributes water to the entire house had to shut off the water as a result to fix the issue! So we where stressed and desperate to say the least . Lol
I was completely impress with both men that came to our house to help resolve the issue. Communication throughout the entire process was on point every step of the way from the begging as far as what time they would be at the house to the end when they found the leak.

I called 10 companies that are supposedly open after hours. Only 2 answered; the first company took down my information and couldn't confirm whether or not someone would be here tonight for our plumbing emergency. The second company to answer my call was Scott McLeod plumbing. The dispatcher took down my info and said she would call a technician and call me right back. Sure enough, she called back in under 5min and said Anthony was finishing up a job and he would be right over after. That was 9:08pm tonight. It is now 10:24pm and the job is completed! They were professional, fast, and courteous. Price was higher than expected, but the job was done right the first time and in amazing time. Worth every penny to have working toilets again.

The water line from our fridge started leaking and my water valve wasn't shutting off the water as expected. This was late on Sunday evening at around 10:30PM and I was afraid I wasn't going to get a timely response from any of the plumbers. I called Scott McLeod and they answered and connected me to one of their on-call plumbers within a minute or so. Brian talked me through my issue over the phone. He was understanding, patient, respectful throughout the phone conversation. He helped me get through the night. He came over the next morning and continued providing assistance with my house. In the end, I didn't need to replace any parts. He didn't try to sell me on any services I didn't really need.

I've used them on multiple occasions with happy results. But this was the first time I needed a plumber urgently. I'm very grateful to have such a friendly, reliable plumber in my area. Thanks guys!

Had a leak issue under my kitchen area (I have a raised foundation). Called a local plumber to come out and take a look. They looked at it and told me it was an issue that would involve cutting into my wall to replace the old pipe that was leaking, something that would cost me over 3k.
I didnt want to spend that kind of money, since we had just done some home remodeling.

I called Scott McLeod Plumbing for a second opinion and quote, Teddy was sent out to look at my issue.
In a nutshell, let me just say Teddy was awesome..!! He looked at the issue, told me the same thing about needing to cut through the wall, etc.

BUT the difference is, Teddy also provided me with cheaper alternate solutions to the issue. He was also honest enough to tell me the cheaper solutions were not permanent, so I may see the issue arise again in future years. But to me, that was good enough delay for my wife and I to at least financially prepare ourselves when that issue raised its head again.
We agreed to one of the solutions he proposed. He took pictures of the issue before he fixed it and afterwards (since the issue was in the crawl space under my home). Teddy was also very detailed in his information and around what he was going to do.
Teddy was prompt on the day he was going to do the work, did the work in a relatively short time and was in constant communication with me during the repair.
I cannot say enough about Teddy and his communication and quality of work. He did an awesome job..!!
I highly recommend Scott McLeod Plumbing....and if you do call them, ask for Teddy to be on your job...!!

So at 10 pm on a Friday night my pressure regulator went out and had almost zero pressure. I looked on Yelp for someone in the area with good reviews and decided on Scott. After trying to deal with my home warranty company and getting fed up with their lack of service in dealing with my water heater, I found Scott on Yelp. He immediately came out to my home the same night I called his company and diagnosed the problem. Within two days, he went out of his way to find the parts I needed to fix my water heater (when the home warranty company told me it would take weeks due to a back order of parts) and he even came late at night to install the part so I could finally have hot water after close to two weeks of dealing with no hot water. I thought really long and hard about how many stars I should leave them because I've used them before I was happy with the service. Don't get me wrong Billy was very communicative and helpful and fixed our broken irrigation valve.This review is mostly based on their pricing. I feel that when they heard it was for a main water line their price went up. I looked up the valve online and it was about $30. With the other materials they have been at most $100 total. Then with labor they were there for about three hours and my total came to $695. So doing the math I was charged roughly $200 an hour for this repair. Not sure what the going rate for plumbers is but that seems pretty steep to me. Needless to say I don't think I'll be calling them back again. Yes my valve was fixed and our water restored, but I don't feel like $700 for this repair was worth it. What do you think?

I have used Scott McLeod plumbing in the past and I knew they are honest and reliable, which is why I called them to fix a stuck/frozen shower handle. The person who came out the next morning was Kyle. He provided a quote and when he ran into issues with parts fitting in my 1987 house, he had to make a couple of runs to the parts supply store to get the needed parts. Kyle went above and beyond and made sure everything worked perfectly without changing his original quote. I am very happy with the quality of work and the integrity Kyle showed. Fast and reliable service. Garbage disposal broke in the evening and they were able to come the next morning, assess, order the parts, replace the parts by the afternoon.
Pricey? Not really. I contacted another vendor and they were charging $99 just to come check the issue. Here, I was charged $49 so it was a no brainer. Didn't really have the time to compare prices much, not that the prices were going to be too different from one vendor to another in Rancho.. The sink was getting filled every time so I needed fast and reliable service and that's what we got. Our neighbor recommended them and we were glad.

OK so to make a long story short... Just bought a home in the area. Was having major plumbing issues. Sewer water and waste was coming up into both bathroom showers, toilets and started making its way underneath our new carpet completely soaking it in some areas. The plumber our home warranty sent out was a complete joke and was useless. Only tried snaking through one of our toilets which was a fail and didn't even want to help us or told us what our options were. We thought we were doomed.My husband immediately took action and called Scott McLeod plumbing and boy are we glad that they came out!! Our plumbing issues have finally been resolved! Martin came out that same day, explained to us what we had going on, and came back the next day to fix the problem. He even located our cleanout with his meter which we were told by the other lazy plumber that we didn't have one. Scott the owner also came by and introduced himself and also explained that it's pretty common to have that problem in this area. He was very knowledgeable. Definitely give these guys a call if you have any plumbing issues. You will not be disappointed. They are honest, professional, dependable and actually KNOW what they are doing. First let me say Thank you to a wonderful company that went over and beyond to help me in a very stressful time! I am a on-site storage manager and had a major crisis on my site that caused my apartment water to be turned off. I have 2 children and to say the least I was stressed out and panicked! Billy and Rick are awesome! They are very professional and polite young men. They called me half an hour before arriving and showed up on time.

They capped off a non-permited firepit to my new house. They also checked their work twice to make sure the gas line is secured.

I had a plumbing issue come up over the weekend and tried to get someone to come out to take a look at my bathroom. Unfortunately they didn't have anyone available that day (was also a holiday so I completely understood) so I told them I would call back to set something thing up for the following day if I couldn't find someone to come out same day. I did find someone else to come out same day and I was greatly disappointed when they did nothing to attempt to resolve my issue but wanted to sell me a needed repair that was going to cost me $3k. I sent him packing and called Scott McLeod's Plumbing back and spoke to the same pleasant woman I spoke to earlier. Told her I wanted to book an appointment for the next day. She set me up for a morning appointment and Carson came out and was able to resolve my issue without telling me I needed this outrageous repair the prior plumber told me. He was very professional and courteous. I would totally recommend this company because they are honest and don't try to upsell services that are not needed. Thank you for your help Carson and also to the lady who books appointments. Sorry I don't remember her name but she was very friendly and made me feel like they truly care for their customers. I would like to thank Scott McLeod plumbing for coming out on 03/02/2019. Nick Rossman showed up late that night around 9:00 pm and it was raining the whole night. He was outside trying to unclog my main sewage line and figure out what was causing it to back up sewage into both my showers and made using water in my house impossible. I called at least five different plumbers and nobody was available or willing to come out that night or at least be available until Monday. I have five people living in my house with the youngest being a twelve year old and the oldest being a seventy threes old who is my father in-law with stage two cancer in his prostate. So we needed a restroom to be usable immediately. Nick Rossman showed up that nigh ready to help and figure out what my problem was. My plumbing was all screwed up and had broken Orangeburg piping. He could not unclog the main line with the snake and told me he would need to use a hydro jet to clear it out tomorrow. He wasn't going to charge me after spending all of that time unable to clear out the main sewage line. He told me he could come back tomorrow morning at 7:00 am to start figuring it out. Nick was very professional and well spoken. He showed up on time and unclogged may issue got my plumbing usable that night. Nick explained everything in detail and completed all of the work on a timely and professional manner. I found Scott McLeod on Yelp and they had excellent review which lead me to give them a call. I am glad I did and I would recommend this company to anybody with a plumbing issue. Nick Rossman is an excellent plumber with patients, great communication skills and is a hard honest worker. Called Scott for a second opinion. PAYLESS 4 PLUMBING said they had to jackhammer the concrete and replace part of the sewer line under the toilet for a discounted price of $3,200. Told Scott what was happening and he said he would check it out himself. Scott and Derek found a ball stuck in the toilet!!!!! They removed it and it works great!!! I am so grateful for honest people like Scott and Derek. They could have easily confirmed the prior plumbers diagnosis and made thousands of dollars for unnecessary repairs. They are experienced, honest, inexpensive, and quick to respond. I highly recommend them for any job big or small they can do it all!!!

I got an urgent call late Thursday afternoon that the gas was shut off to my rental property due to leaks.

Since the property was built in 1956, I knew it wasn't going to be pretty and the tenants were in an obvious rush to get their hot water back.

Who was there bright and early the next day to get the job done on a full valve/line replacement???...No shocker here!

The McLeod's have been solving plumbing drama since as long as I've been alive. Professional, reasonable and communicative. Everything you could ask for in a plumber. No need to look elsewhere.

Let me start by saying these guys showed up quickly, on time, and were very friendly. I had a leaking shower faucet that I had taken the first steps to repairing myself, but after the initial fix was complete, I realized it was a internal issue that I did not have the correct tools for, so I decided to call someone out. When I called to have someone come out, I had told the woman I talked to what I believed needed to be fixed, and when the guy showed up, I again told him what I believed needed to be fixed. Long story short, he ended up not having the correct tools needed for the job and had to borrow my specialty tool to initially take the valves apart, he then replaced and rebuilt all my shower stems, which didn't fix the problem, so he started talking about having to replace the entire shower panel which is a $1400 repair. He said there was one more thing he could try before it came to that, and that one more thing was EXACTLY what I had originally told him needed to be done from the beginning. So after an hour and a half of his work and him having to make multiple trips to Home Depot to get the correct tools and parts, it ended up being the $5 part and 5 minute fix I had originally said needed to be done, but I still got charged a discounted rate for all his time and parts to rebuild the shower stems that did not need to be done in that moment. Granted, they are done now, and I'm sure will be beneficial in time, but the repair ended up costing me more than I planned on spending in time and money. As a young female, I feel that my suggestion may have been taken more seriously if it came from a man, so females beware. Again, the guy was very nice, and came out quickly, it just left a bad taste in my mouth that he didn't take my initial diagnosis seriously from the start.

I had a plumbing problem with the hot water faucet in a bathroom. It made a terrible noise. I was told several times that it was a pipe problem that needed to be replaced -that they were corrosive, etc. etc. Mr. McLeod
diagnosed the problem and immediately knew that it had to do with the valve under the sink -he did a quick adjustment and the problem was instantly repaired
in less than 5 minutes!
He didn't charge me anything! I will definitely call his company again.

My family and I used this company less than a year ago to fix a leaky shower. Ryan informed us that they would need to break the wall behind the shower in order to get to the pipes to replace a shower valve. So they did just that, they made a 2 foot hole in our den wall (didn't even leave the piece of dry wall so we could use to patch up the wall again) to get to the pipes and charged us $650 for the parts and labor to fix our leaky shower. We thought that was extremely expensive, but since I trusted my friend who recommended him & because I am no plumbing expert, we bit the bullet and went with them.

I kid you not that damn shower is leaking again. Not even a full year has passed and we are dealing with the same drip from before. Ryan came back and told us that our water pressure is too high so our regulator needs to be replaced. I asked him why this wasn't caught before and he said he didn't even check the pressure the first time around because it wasn't a pressure issue before. It seems like our pressure has been high for quite some time so I feel like it should have been caught beforehand.

As mentioned earlier, I am not a plumber, but it is ridiculous that our shower is leaking again when we JUST paid a great amount of money to fix it in the first place & left a huge hole in our wall. He said he would give us discount on the parts and labor because we would be returning customers (as if we wanted to return in the first place). He priced us at $650 for replacing the shower cartridge and regulator which included our discount. $650 before and $650 again. I was hoping for an almost free of charge service seeing as we just had them out to fix our shower, but nope.

Needless to say we did NOT give them a call back to schedule the work because it's complete nonsense that we should have to pay that much again for something that was fixed less than a year ago. We called out several other plumbers (with just as many stars on Yelp & more reviews) and they quoted us for way less (down to $400) for the exact same services.

So, woke up last Saturday to no hot water. I have a home warranty plan and as usual, they could not get anyone out to even look at my water heater until the following Tuesday. I have a family of 6 plus 2 grandbabies so having no hot water for 4 days was not acceptable. My husband went on you tube and thought he would try to fix it himself but no dice. Called a few local plumbers and couldnt get anyone out in a timely manner. Then I called Scott McLeod Plumbing. Never did I expect Scott himself to answer but he did. And not only did the owner himself answer but he came out to my home within 15 minutes of my call. He got the water heater working in less than 5 minutes. My husband actually did everything right it was just slow to light on the pilot. He wasnt going to take any money but we gave him $60 for his trouble. I will NEVER call any other plumber other than him. He was honest, friendly and he geninely seemed to care about my familys need to have hot water. Cannot begin to thank him for his quick response!!!!

We had a water pressure issue and called Scott McLeod Plumbing because of the great Yelp reviews. We could not have been happier with the great service we received! Ryan, who was extremely knowledgable, diagnosed our problem right away. Our water pressure was at 150 psi and the normal is supposed to be between 70 - 80!! I went to use my garden hose this afternoon and thought the water pressure was kinda high. I checked with my gauge and found it was over 120 psi! Called a couple of other companies and they were too busy to come over and replace my water pressure regulator. I checked the yelp ratings and found Scott McLoud Plumbing. The girl I talked to said she'd call me back to let me know if someone could respond. After a couple of minutes Branden called and asked my address. He arrived within 5 minutes and assessed the problem, gave me a quote and said he believed they had the part at the warehouse. After I agreed, the job was done and finished within an hour. I wanted to give a shout out to the guys at Scott McLeod Plumbing though. I was in need of handicapping our bathrooms for my husband as his health has declined over the past year and it has become very difficult for him in the bathrooms. I knew a plumber could take care of installing raised toilets, but had no idea they could also install the hand rails needed for assistance. I was very happy to have both done on one short visit. The additions look great and are so much easier for my husband to get around with. Gave 1 star because they never did any work. Called on a Saturday morning stating my water heater would not light.They said they were very busy and could have someone out between 3 and 5 which was fine with me. I knew it was a bad thermocouple but I didn't have time to do it because I had to work and figured I would just pay to have it fixed.
The technician showed up about 5:20 tried to light it and then told me the thermocouple had to ordered from Lowes or Whirlpool and once I got it they would put it in.He called his boss to see if they had one laying around the shop which was a no then said if the water heater was more than 10 years old he would just replace it ( it's not ) and said sorry for the cold shower and left.After about 10 min. researching the issue went down to H.D. picked up a universal thermocouple and put it in myself in about 20 min problem solved.

I guess he just didn't want to do the work.Will not call this company again

My husband noticed that our water heater was leaking and tried to fix it himself.
The next day we checked to see if there was still water coming out and there was. Since he didn't have the parts to fix it himself, he finally broke down and told me to find a plumber. (LOL).

I knew about Scott McLeod Plumbing from an old co-worker of mine who also lives in Rancho Cucamonga. My husband called on Monday afternoon and they said they would be available the next day (Tuesday) from 3-5PM.

On Tuesday, we get a call around 2:30PM that they were ready to come to our house which was excellent news. Ryan arrived and got the job done so quick. He also answered some of my husband's other questions and seemed very knowledgeable. The leak is fixed and no issues.
We'll be sure to stick with this company for any future water heater or plumbing needs.

Basic kitchen sink backed up...
They answered their phone promptly, set up a same day appointment, and arrived in the appointment window. The plumber (Jeff I think) was friendly and professional, cleaned up afterwards and seems to have done a great job. I'll call them next time I have the need for plumbing services.

Woke up to a small flood in my backyard and I could hear water running throughout the house but couldn't pinpoint the location. Got on the Internet to find a plumber and found that Scott McLeod was rated #1 in my area on Yelp. I was in a bind and losing water by the minute so I looked no further and made the call. Was attended by a very sweet girl who assured me someone would arrive in an hour to diagnose the problem. I didn't think I would get someone that fast so I was immediately pleased.

An hour later Ryan shows up. He was a true professional. Courteous, respectful, and straightforward. He shut of the necessary valves, told me what was wrong, and stated he would return the following day once the flood dries up to fix it. I realize I now knew the problem and could have shopped around with my free diagnosis, but I had already received A+++ service up to this point, so why mess with a good thing?

Ryan showed up again at his scheduled time. Fixed the problem very quickly. $195 for troubleshooting and repairing pvc. I understand it's not a ton of work but he came twice and didn't even charge for the first visit. I am pleased and will always use this company from now on. Great job!!

We have had major issues with our plumbing since moving into our house. We called on a Sunday to see about scheduling an appointment. They connected us to Jeffry Padgett and he walked us through a couple of steps to ensure there was no emergent leak. We scheduled at a later time that was convenient for us. He came today and was extremely thorough and discussed the plan plus any variations that may occur. He was completely transparent regarding pricing and made sure everything was to my liking before leaving. He went above and beyond to ensure there were no additional problems while my toddlers talked his ear off. Great work and wonderful customer service! Would highly recommend their services.

I had a problem with my fireplace. It wasn't getting much gas to it, so not much of a fire would light up in the fireplace. I didn't know if it was a small problem (maybe it just needed a new valve - i.e. the one attached to the fireplace itself), or if there was a major problem with the pipes in my house that was going to cost thousands of dollars to fix. Martin came by, surveyed the situation, and was able to locate a relatively minor problem that he fixed in about an hour. Martin was great. I was highly impressed.

I had two leaky faucets in the bathroom so I gave them a call. Scott was here within two hours to check on the problem. He took his time to inspect and isolate the problem before jumping into conclusion. He came back the next day with the parts to fix our faucets and finish the task within 20 minutes at a reasonable rate. Not only was he professional, but he was also very friendly and knowledgeable. He also recommended me an electrician since I need electrical jobs to be done around the house. It was a great experience overall, and I would definitely call him again in the future for any plumbing problems.

He was knowledgeable, quick, courteous, friendly and this is typical of all the service people who have visited us over the years. This is the 2nd time I have used them and each time the customer service from beginning to end has been amazing. From calling in to get an emergency appointment for my business on a Saturday. The receptionist was polite, friendly and was extremely pleasant to talk to. When Mario(I believe) showed up he called me advised me of his pre-findings and what his plan was. This Company ROCKS! Nobody likes to have an emergency, but it happens. My handyman broke the shower valve late in the afternoon. I called and spoke with Heather and she scheduled me for first thing in the morning. Great customer service. They sent out a plumber by the name of Derek. He was timely, and very professional. Gave me a quote, I approved it and he went straight to work. Great job, well done. This was no easy task. He had to cut the drywall from the bedroom (a clean cut I might add, Sweat the pipes changing out the valve.

I am extremely pleased with Scott McLeod Plumbing. I went through 2 different plumbers, which the first plumber (no names to mention) didn't have equipment to resolve issue nor did they have courtesy to let me know they were not returning as they initially stated. I called Scott McLeod plumbing and Carson arrived to resolve my issue. I could tell the passion of knowledge this young man has. My every question was answered with honesty. Unfortunately, we woke up to a pipe that had burst under our backyard concrete. We had flooding and had to immediately shut off the water main. That meant NO water to the house. It was on a Saturday and a holiday weekend. I was certain we were going to have to wait until Tuesday to have anyone come to look at the problem. I took a chance and called Scott McLeod Plumbing on Saturday. Heather took my call and said she would have a technician call me to schedule an appointment. Within minutes, I received a call from MARIO C. He stated he would come by and check to see what was going on. He arrived promptly within the hour and checked to see what was needed. Mario indicated he could go to work immediately to fix the problem. My husband and I were amazed that we could get help so quickly. Mario worked hard to cut away the concrete, find the leak and do the repair. When the work was done, Mario cleaned up his work area and gave us a call to let us know he was finished. We are so grateful for Mario and Scott McLeod Plumbing. We were contemplating going to a hotel, but with Mario's hard work and fixing our problem on the same day, we were able to stay home. We had a great experience with McLeod Plumbing. Ryan arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly and cleared out our sewer line right away. He also predicted the problem might be caused by tree roots growing into the sewer line. Within minutes he was able to confirm his prediction with a camera down the line and now we know exactly the location that needs repair.

Scott Mcleod plumbing. dispatched a technician out yesterday and of course when he got here the toilets were working fine. The technician (Billy) was wonderful. Wore a mask and was very respectful of my home. Didn't charge me a service fee since no work needed to be done. I needed plumbing help to replace the valves for my washer. Called the company on Sunday and was able to make appointment for the next day. It's great.

Within the designated time frame, Jeffry called ahead, as requested, that he will arrive in another 5-10 minutes.

Explained the situation to Jeffry and he is able to work on it immediately since he has the parts in his truck. He is very courteous and has professional demeanor throughout. After everything is done, the water is turned ON to make sure there is no leak.

I would definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs. They also have emergency hours, just in case needed.

I called early in the morning to resolve a plumbing problem that that the other plumber did not fixed the job. Beside he was going to charge me a extra $194 for a float valve that cost me $7.89 at Lowes. Shower did not work for three days and some more minor things. A little frustrated I decided to try another plumber. I called another and he said next day appointment. Then I call Scott McLeod and a lady name Valerie and answer the phone. So Professional and respectful. I told her my problem and she said no problem.. We 'll have a truck over and the plumber name will be Jeff. In 15 minutes the truck was there. Jeff was driving a big truck with every thing on it. Courteous, very nice, clean cut and a open heart to all my questions. My opinion, call Jeff,

Our water heater stopped working out of no where here in Upland. I Immediately called them on a Sunday afternoon. It was a pleasure working with Scott McLeod Plumbing, their tech Jeffrey was very professional, came on time and very knowledgeable. One of the drain was not draining the water out to the pipeline in our front yard , so we started looking for plumber and found Scott McLeod on yelp, it only took less then 3 rings for them to answer my call and within 10 min I was able to schedule someone to come out for a quote. Jeff came and check out the drain almost immediately he was able to find out the problem. The drain was never installed properly to the main pipe line and that's why it was flooded, we wanted it to be fixed right the way and he was able to schedule to come back next day with his Co-worker (which I forgot his name, I am sorry ) and solved the problem for us. We are very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much again for helping us resolve the issue.

It was 95 degrees, and me and my elderly mom was on our 2nd day of no water. On Monday this week, we noticed our main water pipe out on the curb was gushing out water from the home owner's side. I put in 3 online requests to different companies, including Scott McLeod, for service on a Sunday regarding my backed up kitchen sink drain. I noticed McLeod's had a scheduling feature on their site which was nice. Come Monday morning, I got a phone call from the tech stating he was on the way. The issues was diagnosed and fixed quickly. (To this day, the other 2 companies never even responded).

Second one was a charm! We called Scott McLeod Plumbing while Rooter Hero was in our premises and right off the bat we knew we were being ripped off by Rooter Hero. Scott was very straightforward and you can sense the honesty, confidence and quality of service just by speaking with him over the phone.

True enough when Scott, himself, came and diagnosed our problem, our gut feel with Rooter Hero was confirmed. Scott McLeod Plumbing is conservative in their approach. They go straight to solving the problem and not up sell you with thousands and thousands of dollars that we are not ready for. All I need is a clear drain to do laundry (for now).

Sam and Albert (Scott's team) were very meticulous with the way they work. They got me the moment they were prepping the area with tape, plastic and towel. They made the dirty job that they do more pleasant.

This has been quite an experience. We met quite a contrast of people in the same type of business. Now that we met Scott McLeod Plumbing, we will be at peace with our future plumbing issues.

Can't say enough good stuff about their professionalism and cleanliness. My water heater went bad so we needed a new one immediately and they were able to come out that same day to replace it with a really efficient and bigger water heater than I had before. My sink/dishwasher was overflowing and water coming through the air pump. When I contacted the company, the receptionist was friendly while scheduling. My appointment was scheduled between 12-2, I was contacted at 1215 and provided an update of ETA (which was still within the original time provided). Billy arrived around 115 was friendly and explained the reason for the backup. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I called Scott on Labor Day weekend after I found wet carpet in my Theater room. Scott came out himself and checked everything out and determined it was a slab leak. He brought Anthony, a leak detection specialist and together they found several manifolds in the drywall and after a lot of hard work figured out which line was leaking. James and several other Scott Mcleod plumbers reconnected and rebuilt every manifold, and worked for several days until 6 pm to make sure every single fixture had water and was working properly. It was a big and frustrating job and the guys never lost their cool and made sure the work area was cleaned up. They were very professional and well trained. I can not recommend them enough.

Be prepared to pay top dollar if you use this company to replace your water heater. They quoted me $2500 to replace my broken water heater with a 50 gallon heater. I was shocked by the price, so I asked which brand of heater they use: Bradford White which costs $1600. Then after adding labor and a few minor parts, the total would be $2500.

I said no thanks.

I found another plumber who went to Home Depot to get a $600 Rheem water heater, and charged me just $400 for labor. It took him about 2 hours to install. Grand total $1000.

What a great company.
I really recommend this company. They did a terrific job and was very professional.
I had an issue with my water heater.
Best part was they didn't charge me for service call just to come out. Most place charge you just to show up. So this was the best part.
He came first to see what the issue is.

I was so pleased with the service I got from Scott McLeod Plumbing! My first impression was with the receptionist (or dispatcher) who was so pleasant and accommodating. Although they were really busy when I called she was able to juggle some things around and have a plumber to me within an hour and a half!
My Plumber, Ryan, was so fast, efficient and friendly. He had the clog fixed in about half an hour - and I thought it was going to be a really complicated situation. The charge was very reasonable and I'd definitely used them again and recommend them to friends and family.

My hot water heater no longer produced hot water. I called McLeod Plumbing and they were out quickly. The young man who came out assisted me in calling the manufacturer so they would send the necessary part. As soon as the part was in he came back out and installed it. Being without hot water is miserable so I really appreciated the expediency. While he was here he also tightened my kitchen faucet. The best plumber in Rancho Cucamonga and I have used several!!!!!

Responded within minutes of our inquiry here on Yelp! & scheduled an appointment/estimate later in the afternoon the same day. Kyle arrived as scheduled & explained/showed us the issue with our water heater (water was flowing from the vent pipe of the water heater to the outside). Kyle explained why/what was happening in detail & explained ALL options for the fix. What both my wife & I liked about Kyle is he was knowledgeable of the situation & empathetic of the cost BUT in the long run we decided it was best to replace the water heater, the permanent fix which had the longer time frame of the options given for the fix. Without hesitation Kyle told us he'd return with the commercial grade water heater, which is what Scott McLeod Plumbing deals with, not the brands found at the two leading hardware stores. Kyle would remove/replace our existing water heater & remove/discard our old water heater (remember he came out the same day for the estimate when we called AND it's still the same day when he returned.... Now the time is just before 5pm) My wife asked all the questions which needed detailed explanations & with a smile & positive attitude Kyle answered 'em all making sure her questions were answered & we both understood the process. Kyle stayed 'til after 8pm completing the install of the new water heater AND Kyle installed an outdoor garden hose faucet on the side of the house IN THE DARK while wearing a headlamp. We will definitely be using Scott McLeod Plumbing for our future plumbing needs/emergencies & we'll be requesting Kyle. I'd highly recommend Scott McLeod Plumbing because of their customer service, professionalism, on-time if not early arrival & price. My husband and I just moved into our home and the gas company discovered that we had a gas leak in our attic. Scott and Jimmy came and fixed the problem - which turned into a much bigger issue than we thought. They talked me through the whole process and what they needed to do which made me feel much more comfortable about the whole thing. They fixed the problem and we were able to get our gas turned on. Had some backyard flooding issues over the holiday and called Scott McLeod plumbing. They had more serious jobs on Thursday so opted for Friday first thing in the morning. Never received a call and no plumber showed. Spoke with the actual plumber who was occupied on large scale job. Waited for a follow up call or actual show up in Friday. They were a no show. Called today for follow up and they were not aware we did not get service. We completely understand larger, more important jobs come up, however this is no way to treat customers. Would not recommend them.

We had a strange whooshing sound coming up from our sink, tub, and shower drains in one of our bathrooms when someone flushed the hall toilet. Thought it might be a partial blockage, even though we didn't have any backup issues. When the Scott McLeod plumber came out, he listened to the noise. He shrugged, said it might be a soft blockage, and said they could do a snake for $495 (no warranty), or hydrojet with camera for $795 and 90 day warranty. I decided to pass and check around a bit. I'm glad I did. I asked for quotes through Yelp, and found SoCal Rooter & Hydrojet. The owner, Andy, said he would do the same service for $300. When he showed up, he listened to it, asked me about backups, and then if we used the garden tub recently. After I told him no to both questions, he quickly concluded it could be the drain trap on the tub, that it dried out, making the sewer noise come up the drain. We ran a bit of water down the tub drain, and the sound was gone. Even more impressive, he refused to take any money for the visit. I called Scott MCLEOD Plumbjng yesterday for a slow draining bathtub . The receptionist was very helpful and was able to get me an appt the next day at a time cove Inter for meZ It was very timely. Ricky Nelson called ahead of time, which I appreciated because it gave me time to finish some of my work . Ricky Nelson was very pleasant, professional and went to look at my bathtub. He took a wrench out, unscrewed something, pulled out a lot of my daughter's hair that was the culprit. The water drained without a problem after that, though he did give me precautions and the slow draining recurred in next couple of days, then to call him back: He was professional and efficient and will definitely call him back for any future plumbjng needs . Steve with McLeod Plumbing helped my family out of a major jam. With a 1 1/2 year old daughter and a 7 month pregnant wife our water heater decided to break! Scott McLeod Plumbing is GREAT! A couple weeks ago they come out and fixed my leaking kitchen sink, replaced my garbage disposal, and fixed my toilet valve. A week later I had another toilet problem, so I called and they came the following day. Scott tighten a few bolts and my leaking toilet was fixed. Since the service was an easy fix, they didn't even charge me. I would highly recommend Scott McLeod Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

I just moved to Upland 2 weeks ago and found my new plumber. I called Scott Mcleod Plumbing and they showed up on time the next day. I needed a bathroom faucet replaced in the shower area. Kyle showed up and looked at the problem area. He gave me a fair price quote and said he could do it that day. After the installation the water was making a groaning sound from the faucet area. Kyle spent much time trying to correct the issue as it was not as it was not supposed to be making such a loud sound. He went above and beyond to make this repair right. He went back to the plumbing supply store to get a different ( and more expensive) valve to see if that would correct the sound/ flow issue and it did and it was fixed right. It took some difficult troubleshooting to do this as he never had this problem before. Good job well done and honored the price quoted. They will be back to do our water heater soon and we are glad we found them as I would recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

This plumbing company is the real deal. Honest, reliable, and outstanding work. A few days ago I had a main water line that ruptured in my restroom. This led to some terrible flooding. I was able to have the main shut off and clean up the mess but we still needed the restroom running. Placed a ton of calls to plumbing companies who are supposed to be 24/7 but never got a call back until the next day. Scott MCLeod and Plumbing answered and had Ricky out within the hour at 11pm. He arrived and quickly resolved the issue. He went above and beyond and even tested the water pressure after. He continues to remain available and is honest in his work. No upselling or funny business. Ricky also put me in contact with a restoration company for my water damage. Amazing company and staff!

Amazing service, friendly employees, honest estimate, and charges. I had a sewer line that was draining slowly. Brandon hydrojetted the line from the roof and all drains are now draining quickly. Pricing was very fair. Another plumbing company quoted me 4 times the amount for this service. The other plumber also falsely stated that the water pressure in my home was too high, Brandon checked the water pressure as a courtesy, it was fine. The plumber that came was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I'm sorry that I forgot his name. He shared a couple things that could be wrong. Quoted me two prices, luckily it was the less expensive of the two. He quickly fixed the problem, made sure he left the bathroom clean and that the toilet worked. I asked him a question about the shower head. He answered my question and even fixed the loose handle for free! That was very sweet of him to do for us, I really appreciated it! I won't hesitate to call McLeod again!!

Unprofessional and unreliable. I called on Wednesday regarding backup on pipe and was told they could not schedule me until Saturday. I decided to wait until Saturday trusting they were coming on that day. On Saturday at about 4 pm I called and was told they weren't coming. McLeod plumbing did not even have courtesy of calling me. I wasted days in getting my plumbing fixed. No way to run a business

Carson and staff are very friendly and honest and professional! Great prices and explanations of the work that needs to be done to fix the problem. Always there for you when you need them. Another company came to drain my water heater which later I realized the plumber didn't even do. All he did was leave my perfectly good water heater dripping. They said they'd come cap it or replace the whole faucet for some ridiculous amount. I just wanted maintenance by this other company who straight out lied to me, left my water heater defective, took my money and had the gall to slap their sticker on my water heater! They were cheaper than McLeod plumbing but you honestly get what you pay for. I called McLeod for help and I had one of their plumbers at my home in less than 30 minutes. If you want quality work, reasonable prices that mean quality work and people who take pride and have passion in their work call McLeod Plumbing and NO ONE ELSE! There are not any other companies like McLeod that have done such superior work on my home that I have had for 17 years. I trust no one else. You shouldn't either! You won't regret your decision.

After being without running water in the kitchen for almost 2 weeks due to a complicated countertop remodel, we were excited to use our new sink for the first time today. Lo and behold, once everything was put back together under the sink something was leaking. After my husband did his best and spent most of the day trying to fix it, I was in tears and we knew it was beyond our capabilities. We have a whole home warranty with Sears but I knew they would not be able to get anybody out here until sometime next week, and I simply could not deal without a working kitchen sink one minute longer. I called Scott McLeod's Plumbing at 3:30 on Friday afternoon; Katie (sp?) was so friendly and helpful on the phone and Carson was here within the hour. He replaced the garbage disposal due to a leaking seal inside, as well as some of the piping components under the sink. It was a little pricey for the hour it took ($295), but considering it was last minute on a Friday afternoon --- and now I have peace of mind --- it was worth it. Thank you Scott McLeod's Plumbing!

There ended up being water in the line but James and the Mcleod crew, were able to figure out a way to remove the water while out tearing up our concrete walkway. So they were right the rain came, and much to my chagrin the drain in our driveway was plugged up and the water was rising, threatening to come into the garage. In between feverishly bailing water I managed to get ahold of Scott McLeod Plumbing and quickly help was on the way. Cole McLeod showed up and went to work. He was courteous, professional and tenacious in unstopping the clogged drain line while working in drenching rain.

I am Highly impressed with Scott Mcleod Plumbing! So we just recently moved into Rancho Cucamonga Red Hill CC area, and 2 weeks into our new home the toilets started flushing slow, the water in the tub took longer than norm, and when we hooked up the new washer and dryer we noticed that the water from the washer was backing up into the laundry floor! It was a disaster to say the least, specially after buying a new home with All New Plumbing. So we tried contacting the seller with no avail and home owners insurance, did not cover it. Meanwhile, my husband went under the house in the crawl space and found a disaster! Leaks everywhere, busted pipes and old plumbing! So we had to deal with this ASAP, it was obviously an emergency! So my husband did some research and read the excellent reviews and decided to call Scott Mcleod Plumbing!

So the next day Jeffry from Mcleod plumbing showed up to check out the problem and give us a quote. I have to say I was very impressed by Jeffry, he was very professional and so knowledgeable! He took his time to explain everything to me, and I showed him videos that my husband recorded from under the house and he was in disbelief, he had never seen that type of unprofessional work. He spent over 2 hours assessing the plumbing, taking picture and videos. So he sent us a few quotes for the work that was needed, never pressuring us. So we decided to move forward with redoing all the plumbing.

So Jeffry started fixing our plumbing the following day, he also brought Melvin to assist him with the work. Both of them worked so hard from morning to night! We were so impressed with their work ethics! Jeffry always kept us updated on the status of the work, and always ensured that we were comfortable and not inconvenienced by them being there. We always had running water and a usable toilet during the entire process. He even came on his day off to ensure everything was completed.! He made sure everything was cleaned, and removed all the old pipes and crap that was left behind from previous workers!

He was very puntual with the appointment date, and he called 15 minutes before to let me know he was in his way to the house, very professional,

I had a convoluted plumbing system thanks to previous homeowner there was no regulator and galvanized pipes were rerouted in the ground to accommodate water softener. That said I called McLeod who was willing to come out same day for an estimate. Nick L. responded on time. He figured out how to reattach the main line to the copper piping and connect to my sprinkler systems plus an outdoor faucet. He put in shut offs for all connections. He installed a new main line and the above mentioned issues while two others replaced the water heater. It was a lot of hard work, he never complained and was very conscientious checking with me as he completed each project. Felt like I had a personal plumber with the backing of a larger company. Price was reasonable.
I will use again and recommend.

I sent a video of my leaky shower faucet and requested a free estimate. Two guys came out and said hey had to shut the water off from the street (not from the house line in the front yard...hum?). They said they were unable and would have to wait for DWP which doesn't provide service to my area. Then told me that they would reschedule the upcoming Thursday. Which they never did.
I only used the company because a few families said that was the only plumbers they did business with.
So glad I waited for an honest plumber who wanted my business. Salomon Plumbing later came and replaced my cartridge.
