I can't say enough about how amazing this service was. We paid way to much to have someone not fix the problem last time. I manage a business, Sunright Tea Studio, and had a toilet clog earlier this morning. I obviously had tried to unclog the toilet using a regular plunger for a good 30 mins to an hour, but it was obviously to no avail. Being the indecisive person I am, I turned to yelp's estimate/quote finder to help with the task. Two companies gave a reply within 5 minutes, (this company) and another.

I initially went with the other company but they could not come in the same day. As this job was a bit urgent, I had then decided to go with this one. I'm very glad and appreciative that I did. Honestly, without their help, I don't think we would've found out the cause of the clog.

Well, long story short, they definitely provided the best services, according to the needs at hand, and I would genuinely recommend this plumber to any other commercial property as well!

I have several properties and I always appreciate a company that responds before 9:00 am to offer their services. Truly, if I am calling for a plumber, its likely an emergency. Cristian was quick to respond, on time and found the issue right away. He gave me an estimate (though, I didn't take any time to compare pricing); I went ahead and had him complete the job anyway-- truly because he was so prompt and fast. Also, he threw in an extra snaking for an additional unit on the property on the house. BONUS. Oh, and he has a sense of humor.... which means a lot for a plumber.

Cristian was really cool and was prompt. He originally was supposed to just declog my kitchen sink pipe with an auger but that wasn't enough and we had to hydrojet. He didn't charge me for the auger portion and gave me a great deal for the hydrojet. After he cleared the pipes, we had the water running to test the drainage but had to perform another hydrojet but with a much bigger pump and longer tube. He could've easily charge me more for going above and beyond but he didn't. He's a trusty plumber who I'm going to make sure I can keep in good terms so that he's my go to guy. Thanks again! You a real one!

Cristian came out on a Sunday less than an hour after reaching out to him on Yelp. It turns out what we thought was a simple garbage disposal clog was a grease clog that required a hydro jet cleaning of our pipes.
