I am so thankful for Aaron and his team, after working a long day he still came out to take care of my plumbing emergency.i highly recommend this company to everyone.

I found Art and his team on Yelp for a quick plumbing job I needed done to move forward with a kitchen renovation. They were super quick to respond and his guy Luis was out there in a matter of hours. They were easy to work with, communicated issues and resolutions well to myself and our contractor, and were affordable. Very thankful for their service and speediness, I had a great experience with these guys.

This business is made up of a father and sons team. I highly recommend their services. They are punctual, efficient, and have reasonable prices. My family has contacted them with most if not every of our plumbing emergencies. Most recently we had a leak from our kitchen water faucet. Ivan helped us that same day we contacted them. He fixed the leak and installed a new water faucet. He explained step by step what the procedures were and was extremely helpful.

Flaked on appointment twice! Wish they kept the word, and were a bit more dependable. I had good experience the first time but this time they have been flaky.

Awesome experience! My water heater went out so called my home warranty company to have it looked at. They ended up sending Neil from water heaters only and very thing couldn't have gone any better. Neil was at my residence within a couple hours to diagnose the problem and installed a new water heater the very next morning. The work performed by Neil was of the upmost quality and done super quick so we could be with hot water once again. I definitely would suggest that everyone out there uses water heaters only for any of their services as you will not be disappointed by the service at all. Thanks Neil!

I was very impressed with the speed and quality of their service.  The problem was fixed quickly and at the price mentioned over the phone.

Since we bought our condo in Huntington Beach, we have relied on Henry to handle all of our plumbing needs. He is a great plumber and an absolutely wonderful person. We wouldn't consider using anyone else.

Great service, fast and friendly.  I also like the fact that they are honest with the pricing and doesn't price gouge you.

They also provide tips on DIY stuff so that you can save money next time.  Would recommend to anyone!

I had the best experience with this company. Called Chris at 7:30 in the morning panicking over my clogged kitchen sink and that mg guests would be arriving to my house for an event and have to see the mess. Chris had Re-routed his guys to make a stop at my house on their way to a scheduled job. They were in and out in 30 min. Problem solved. Sink worked and I wasn't overcharged or asked for extra for the last minute request. Chris texted me after the job was complete. Payment was easy. Sent a Venmo and the guys wouldn't even except a tip. They just asked for good reviews. That's what I am doing - they took the time to help me. I'm taking the time to write a review. Our galvanized pipes were rotten and had cracked and it released a really bad odor into our home everytime toilets were flushed. It was gross. I called CAL-TECH and spoke to Albert and he showed up that same day to provide a estimate. He was hired and showed up the very next day to take care if that bad odor due to the rotten galvanized pipes. He is extremely knowledgeable, took the time to thoroughly explain the process and the work that he was going to do. I felt confident with his explanation and extremely satisfied after the work that he did. Just like he was recommended to me , I would definitely recommend his services to all my friends and family. I needed a licensed plumber on short notice to replace my water heater and was referred to SPS by my awesome handyman. Antonio called to preliminarily assess the situation. He let me know what to expect over the phone then came for an onsite assessment.  There were no surprises or hidden costs.  He was honest, professional and cost-effective.  I highly recommend SPS.

Our guest toilet flooded our guest bathroom on a Saturday. We called Plumbing Matters because of the excellent Yelp reviews and are so glad that we did.  Matthew promptly came over and diagnosed the problem (roots in our 1947 sewer pipe). Over the course of several days, he hydrojetted the pipe, dug up and replaced part of the old disintegrating pipe, and then used an epoxy liner to fix the remainder of the pipe. Throughout the process Matthew kept us informed, was conscientious about keeping dirt and mess to a minimum, protected our new irrigation system that had to be dug around, and gave us a very competitive price for the work. Hopefully we won't need a plumber for awhile but if we ever do, we will be calling Plumbing Matters.

Wonderful, professional service!  This past week I needed several plumbing issues taken care of and I knew I could count on First Option for a quality job at a fair price.  They removed a broken water softener and re-seated two toilets, repairing the flange on one of the toilets. Their prices are reasonable and I can always count on them for a quality job well done

My down stairs neighbor called me with a reported leak potentially coming from my unit. I was not home and to be neighborly I let my neighbor go in my unit with the plumber to survey the area. I received a text message from the plumber stating he needed to knock out my drywall to investigate. I immediately called the plumber and advised him NOT TO DO ANYTHING until I had personally spoken to my HOA and was present - the next morning - less than 24 hrs. To my shock and surprise when I arrived home from work that evening there was holes in my wall - WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION!  Scott English Plumbing made the decision to undermine my request and physically alter my home when i clearly said not to. Its a very violating feeling when you come home to walls in your home. I then spoke with Kevin Miller, the owner of Scott English Plumbing to explain the situation. He dismissed my concerns and frustrations and suggested that we would not be having this conversation if the HOA was responsible for damage/repairs. I then explained that he was incorrect and that the issue was his employee dismissing my request and physically altering my home with out authorization. Kevin was extremely rude and condescending to me. He did not take responsibility on behalf of his company which is all that was looking for. Once I mentioned I was going take this to yelp to warn other consumers - he changed his tune - too late. PS...They quoted $500 for the repair and $200 for an inspection fee (which I didn't request) I shopped 2 other plumbers who stated the parts for repair were less than $10. Needless to say I paid a wonderful & professional plumber who respected myself and my home MUCH LESS for the repairs.

I used Good News for my new home construction and many years after that.   Robert is a very honest and straight forward business man and has always come through for my emergency needs too.   His work on my own home and neighbors who I have referred him too has always been stellar and reasonable.   I appreciate his matter of fact approach.   I would recommend Good News to anybody needing help especially in an emergency.

We had a leaky faucet and it was flooding under the sink on Christmas Day.  I assumed no one would reply back when I put in a project request through Yelp.  Pipeline Plumbing was one of the first to respond and they fit me in their schedule and I was able to make an appointment two days later.  Jay was able to come earlier than my initial appointment time due to a cancellation.  He was super quick to figure out the problem and fix it.  Even was thorough to check the amount of pressure coming from our water system.  He was able to replace a new pressure regulator because our water pressure was so high.  He probably saved us from other issues occurring due to that.  We were extremely happy and satisfied with Jay's efficiency and professionalism.  Very nice guy too! Thank you, Jay!

I will spare the gory details.  After calling Ryan arrived in 10 minutes diagnosed and resolved the issue in 10 minutes!  After police and firefighters plumbers are my heroes.

Anthony was courteous and knowledgeable in his line of work.  Anthony helped fixed the underground water leak issue we had, and even went above and beyond to call my insurance claim adjuster to coordinate the repairs.  On top of that, what I like about Anthony was that he is up front and tells me it is what it is and not beat around the bush. This helps me manage my time and coordinate other repairs. I was also able to obtain feedbacks from Anthony when the job is completed. I will keep Anthony on my good list.
