Tech arrived quickly, wearing a mask and solved my first plumbing issue within first 5 minutes. The second issue was a bit more complicated (from my perspective) but Michael the tech, listened to me, then clearly explained my options for repair. The landlord will make final decision but they were so professional we will call Tweedy to do the job.

I was very pleased with the service I received. Seem to be very knowledgeable about plumbing and gave great advice. Plan to have them back for additional work.

Definitely was disappointed with today's service! Sent me the wrong individual to do a men job and on top of that really bad attitude! Totally disrespectful thinking that he is talking to his family or a friend! He forgot that I called for service that I have dealt with them for the pass 5 months and that I already know the problem and the only thing I needed him to do was to unplug my sewer! It's always the same thing. He said that why we don't fix the problem that we needed to change the pipes so he didn't have to be coming all the time. I mean dude I'm paying you for the Job you be doing! If I wanted the pipes change I would had asked you to do so. I told him that we know the problem and that we are not changing the pipes so I only wanted him to unplug the toilets like the regular guy Gustavo does every time he would come. Then he said ok I'll charge you $450.00 when I usually pay $200.00 then  I said you know what never mind! You lost a customer because of unprofessional individuals who think they can get away with their attitude and corruption methods. Never again.

Nasir did a fantastic job.   He unclogged a blocked drain in our 90-year old house after several attempts from other plumbers had failed.   He saved us several thousands in demo work and new pipe installation.

He was also punctual, friendly and great about adjust his arrival time to accommodate some last-minute changes to our schedule.

We were in the market to replace our old tank water heater with a tankless system. After almost a dozen bids that were sky high, Ken with Flush with Success came in at a reasonable price. He was also installing a better unit than the other contractors quoted.

Ken and his team were in and out within a day. With rain threatening, everything got installed with time to spare. He even went and matched some paint for us while he was out getting parts.

I would highly recommend Ken and his team and will definitely be using him again.

I have some basic plumbing experience, but after receiving defected fixture parts from the manufacture and a persistent time crunch, I surrendered and called Albion Plumbing. I consulted with a friendly dispatcher name Raymond. I explained my situation in detail and found him to be very helpful. I 've had a small business for 24 years and worked with many plumbers and I have never come accross a honest and reliable plumber, until Albion plumbing. His plumber technician's name, Armando, was prompt,  knowledgeable and obviously experienced. My plumbing problem was solve in a hour. And the cost was reasonably fair. They now have a loyal and happy customer. :)

Prodigy was awesome! They were able to fit me into a very busy day and Mark was great. Polite, professional, and fixed the problem quickly. Great local company serving their neighbors. Definitely use them!

A true honest review. We sent out search for a few items to be installed (toilets, faucets, etc.) Amazing Rooter replied with prices and were no gimmick or hassle. Straight shooters. You don't need to be sold or priced gouged. This is a exactly why I choose Amazing Rooter.

I can't believe I'm the first person to review JR and Norm's Plumbing. These guys have been such a lifesaver for me over the years - they've installed my water heater, done the plumbing for my bathroom remodel, and generally been quick to respond when any other issue involving water comes up.

I had to call JR at Norms this morning after we noticed funky odors for a couple of days, we checked under the house this morning and sure enough there was a pool of water in the crawl space from a leaking drain pipe. Upon further inspection, the backup had pushed its way up an old drain in the bathroom that had never been capped, so now I also have a soaked closet and mildew farm. Oh joy. Oh rapture.

JR is just the best, he's great to work with and reasonably priced. I've never had to bring in another contractor to fix something he or his guys screwed up (which I cannot say about other plumbers I've hired.)  I have a rule now that nobody but JR touches my pipes.

If you are in the Long Beach, Cerritos, Lakewood, Bellflower, Paramount area you will not go wrong with Norms. (Picture is of JR outside my house, he'll be back tomorrow replacing the drain from the kitchen all the way out....)

Rip-off artist...don't trust this company. See pictures of the bathtub installation, they speak for themselves. In addition to the terrible and incomplete tile work, Rick promised me brand new Moen fixtures and a porcelain tub and installed plastic fixtures and a hollow metal tub that's so cheap and so bad, I didn't even know bathtubs were made this crappy. Avoid A1 at all costs!

Ben was great!  I gave him a call in the morning for a quote,  he was able to schedule me in the same day and come out in the afternoon.  I had two tasks that I needed help with:  fixing a spigot and moving the washer and dryer out so I could clean underneath as we had an overflow issue.  He was polite, efficient and professional.  In just under two hours everything was done.  Ben was an absolute perfectionist. He made sure to test out the washer/ dryer after he reconnected both. He noticed that the washer was shaking a lot during the extraction process.  So he took extra time to level and make sure everything was in good order.

Will definitely be reaching back out for any future projects!

We had a nasty clogged drain in our bathroom. I reached out for a quote thru Yelp and Roberto responded promptly and answered all my questions. He gave me a quote and honored it despite our drain being really clogged. He came out same day and the sink drains like a dream now. Will definitely call him again for future plumbing issues.

I am very impressed with this company. Their office person (Angie) is extremely professional and efficient in responding to calls and emails. My original appointment was to service our tankless water heater. Unfortunately the prior owners of our townhouse had not done adequate servicing and we neglected it ourselves for 2 years. The end result was that instead of servicing we needed a new water heater. The plumbers who installed our new water heater were super nice and once again very professional and efficient. My husband and I strongly recommend Tony's Plumbing.

Joyous day- our household no longer leaks!

We first asked Zayah over to replace a pair of showerheads that were installed forty years ago and completely stuck on. He took care of us rapidly and efficiently, then took a look at the seven sinks we had that all were leaking. Based on his advice, we ordered appropriate faucets for all of them and asked him back.

That's where his work began. Our plumbing was a DISASTER. We had drains that fell apart when touched and handles that broke when turned. Significant time spent cutting out old drains, replacing angle stops, and having to go out to the local hardware store for necessary parts. (Such as the unexpectedly new drain. We'd already planned to replace four of the others and were prepared for those. Sigh.)

Zayah was amazing and worked us into his schedule as he could, especially given the expected and unexpected needs of our project. His rates are phenomenal and his work ethic top notch. We can't recommend his work enough!

Anthony is so friendly and professional. My water heater went out and I'm located in San Jose. He was able to commute from Oakland to San Jose to remove the old water heater with a new one within 4 hours. He was so fast and efficient. I could've went with someone local in San Jose to replace my water heater but I heard great things about Anthony that i wanted to give him my business. A few months later one of my pipes in my master bedroom busted and again, Anthony came to the rescue! I truly appreciate good customer service and he provided that.

Pipe Arts (Edgar) found and repaired a few pipe leaks in our house 8 years ago.  We had a wet spot show up on the ceiling and we contacted Edgar again.  He was able to come out and take a look at it.  He found that a vent pipe was broken and that the wetness was caused by condensation.  He had the parts available and was able to fix the problem quickly.  

I highly recommend Pipe Arts/Edgar and will definitely be contacting him if I have any more pipe concerns.
