The water in my kitchen sink started backing up. I called a few places. Most were booked solid for days. One Source Plumbing And Rooter had an opening the next day in the morning.

I checked in via text and Mo confirmed the appointment. He texted me when he was on his way. He came on time and got to work.

Unfortunately Mo could not clear the clog. That in itself is not the problem. He did not charge me. He explained to me that the next step would probably involve working in the garage to undo the pipes and try to get at the clog from there. He even drew a diagram to show me where the clog is.

In the end it seemed he was running late on time. He suggested I could possibly make another appointment or try another plumber.

Okay fair. I understand that he was not prepared for more involved work, and probably had other appointments.

After I came back to the kitchen I noticed he left a screw driver and dirty towels in my sink. Okay, whatever not a big deal. But when I looked inside the kitchen sink cabinet, I saw black stains everywhere. This must have happened when he was working and the water was backing up and spraying everywhere. He did briefly wipe the floor and the cabinet before he left, but that didn't do the job. I spent the next hour wiping and trying to buff out the stains.

Honestly, I am not sure how one goes about protecting the cabinet when doing this kind of work. But I am not a plumber. Once dirty water like this hits any un-laminated rough or semi-rough surface, it's not possible to get rid of the stains. The truth is I have generic builder grade cabinets. But what if I had expensive new cabinets?

I can see why most of the reviews are great. Maybe it was just bad luck. A bad day all around.

The plumber that came after him, did manage to clear the clog. He did in fact get at the clog from the garage. When working in my unit, he used those industrial 50G plastic trash bags to completely cover the inside of the cabinet and the floor. When the black dirty water started spilling again, it went right into the bag without staining anything. In my garage he connected a hose to the water heater and hosed down the entire area where he worked. It was cleaner than before he started.

Very satisfied. I called Nak to fix a leak, install a new Kitchen faucet, and install a new water line outside. John came out and gave me good advice on what should be done. He even identified an area where I had cast iron pipe touching copper ( a no no). He fixed all of it. He was spot on with his time estimates, and did a very clean and professional job. Part of the job required that he go in to the crawl space under the house, while under there he identified possible termite damage and took a photograph for my review. This was above and beyond, and something I very much appreciated. I would highly recommend them and will call them again when I have a plumbing need.

Fredd was awesome! He came out and fixed a slab leak that was causing major issues in an emergency situation. He was the only plumber we called that was able to come out right away and he took care of it quickly. He showed me the problem and told me how he was going to fix it and did the job. Seeing him work I can tell that it's a lot of hard work and it requires a lot of expertise and Fredd displayed both at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Fredd's Handyman Services.

I noticed water forming on my garage floor. The garage walls were wet so I quickly ran inside to see if the upstairs bathrooms were leaking, thank goodness everything was dry upstairs. The garage drywall had a trail of water damage going down the wall. I quickly called the first plumber with a five star rating and Carlos was here in less than 30 minutes. They hammered the wet dry wall and deduced it was a leaky pipe. Sure enough there was a very tiny leak near a joint of the copper pipe. They gave me options and I told them to go ahead and repair it. They even cleaned up after themselves. I was very impressed with their work.

My rental property doesn't have hot shower in the shower room. We asked 5 different guys to come and inspect for a solution. 2 guys came and tried fixing it but failed, they either don't have the correct tool or can't fix it with their solution plan. The project was dragged for 2 weeks long at this point.

Then Mr Harris to the rescue!! He answered my call on a Saturday after noon around 4pm and was at the property by 4:30. He was able to fix it within 2 hours. Very happy with his work!

Less than a year ago, our two year old bathroom faucet started to drip. We had other plumbing issues so I called our ten+ years reliable plumber to unclog the drain and repair the drippy faucet.  I learned that new faucets today have a replaceable valve, which was replaced to stop the drip.  I was shocked when my reliable plumber gave me the bill; he over-charged me heavily. When the faucet started to drip again, I told myself  that I would replace the faucet myself. Over 1 hour into the removal of the old faucet and being unable to remove the bolts, it was time to seek help from a new plumber.

I searched yelp as  I've always had good luck locating reliable, affordable and excellent contractors. Upon reading reviews regarding plumbers in my area, I selected A-1 Performance Rooters and Plumbing. I called A-1 Performance and spoke with a friendly receptionist who took my information and put me on hold to check appointment times for the installation of a new faucet. An appointment was set for same-day service between 4-5 pm.

At 4pm Bradley from A-1 Performance, called to check on the details of my repair request. I told Bradley that in addition to the installation of the new faucet, there was also a leak on the shut off valve under the sink, and an outside water valve that was in need replacement. With the additional repairs needed, we agreed to re-set the work for the following morning which was perfect since it was already getting dark outside.

Bradley showed up at 8:20; he was professional, friendly and ready to go.  I showed Bradley the sink and items that needed repair/replacement. Bradley is knowledgeable and his communication regarding the repairs was clear. He even shared and explained the tools he uses to remove the bolts that I was unable to remove. Bradley had the new faucet replaced in no time and then showed me and explained that the nut was only loose on the shut off valve and the valve didn't need replacing.  I found him honest and ethical  and I was appreciative of his cost-saving measures. Afterwards, he checked for leaks, cleaned up his work area, then we headed outside to address the repair of water faucet. Bradley saw the valve was leaking, and explained that rather than a repair, it simply needed to be tightened, stopping the leak.  

Bradley was honest and stated that there was no charge for tightening the nuts. A lot of plumbers would have charged for repair and replacement of the valves knowing the nuts needed only to be tightened and not replaced.

I am extremely pleased with Bradley's great work and ethical business practices. The professionalism and honesty Bradley exhibits can be hard to find these days. My overall experience with Bradley rates his work with five stars plus. I now have a honest, fair and reliable plumber who I can call and count on for my plumbing needs.

My water heater broke and was leaking all night.  AC Plumbing came first thing and fixed everything to include all new wiping.  One easy price and they were incredibly helpful, kind and clean.

Green Eagle Plumbing came to the rescue several times.  Some appointments were urgent like water leaking through the ceiling and sewer problems and then a big job of putting in new gas lines & plumbing for a tankless and new bathroom as well as a greywater system.  Everything was completed with the highest quality care and expertise.  Anam and Marvin are the best!

I just listed my house for sale and had a couple of small issues with a  toilet and a slow bathroom sink drain that needed repair before I could sell the house.  I called Discount Plumbing Rooter on the recommendation of my real estate agent who raved to me about their service and said they are her go-to company. She was not wrong and I cannot more highly recommend this company.   Tony came out exactly on time, understood my issues and quickly resolved each of the problems.  He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient.  Their customer service was impeccable.  I had to call back about a small glitch in the toilet repair but Tony called me right away and returned equally as quickly at my convenience to switch out the flapper.  Their work warranty is excellent and customer service was unprecedented in my experience with other plumbers.  If only I had found them years ago, and not on the cusp of moving out of state.

I hired Ernie to remove my fluorescent lights fixtures in my kitchen and replace with 4 spot lights. He also fixed a crack in the ceiling from the sliding door to the kitchen wall. I also had all the ceilings painted except for the bedrooms. He makes sure that you are satisfied with the job!

Wow these guys are amazing, I sent in a request for a quote at 6 am in the morning and got a call back within a minute. They had the technician Manny arrive within the hour they promised. Manny fixed my water heater within minutes as well, I will be reaching out to them again in the future. Highly Recommended.

Found Daniel through the Cypress FB page, he came highly recommended. I messaged him Monday and he came Tuesday to diagnose. I had sent him a video of the leak so he already had an idea of what the problem was. The bathtub was leaking and he was upfront about the price and possible outcome due to limited access to the pipes. He returned today to make the repair and was successful. He stuck to his price range and took his time. I appreciated his communication and honesty and he did a great job. I would highly recommend him. He will be returning in a couple days to repair another shower.

We had a drainpipe (slowly) leaking behind our dishwasher that went undetected for quite a while.  Once the leak was identified and fixed, we had quite a bit of water damage behind our dishwasher and kitchen cabinet areas.  We had damage to the drywall, a wood cabinet; a toe kick that needed to be removed, created and replaced then anchored to the cement floor.  We called Mr. G Contractor.  He saw the job and understood what we needed done.  We got a quote, and the job was scheduled.  Mr. G Contractor fixed the damage to the wall and wood cabinet areas.  He communicated well, was on time and respected our property.  We would highly recommend Mr. G Contractor.

OMG! They were absolutely amazing . I had no idea what was wrong with my hot water heater and after calling them and talking to them we figured out it was a small problem that could be fixed easily.
