I took off early from work in order to be home to receive an estimate. After the 2 hour window I was given came and went, I called to see if they were still coming. I was told there guy was still on a job and couldnt make it. When asked if they could come another day, I declined. If you dont have the decency to call someone when your missing an appointment, a simple task, you certainly cannot be trusted to do plumming.

Allen Wrench arrived within two hours on a Sunday. We had water leaking from behind drywall. There is no appliance or faucet there. He diagnosed a confusing situation, corrected the builder's faulty pipe routing, and stopped the line to the sprinklers - the source of the leak. Allen returned as promised and installed a pressure regulator and shut off valves, front and back. He is prompt, friendly, and explains parts and his procedures. His prices are fair. He does not inflate the price of parts.

Mike installed my tankless Rinnai RUR98i, cleanly, on time, on budget.  Mounted high on a garage wall, this liberated an inside closet where the old fashioned tank water heater had been. Mike came back to add a dedicated recirculation line which gave me instant and unlimited hot water, for a very reasonable price.

Because of Empire Leak Detection & Plumbing I didn't have to change out my water heater when the warranty plumber said 'no parts were available'.
I would have had to come up with an extra $480 for 'modifications' (which I did not have) if I had used the plumber my homeowners warranty originally sent out.  
HA good thing I got a second opinion and someone who knows the industry well.
It cost me a 1/3 of the original estimate.  A part did the trick and my water heater was back up and running within a day. Thank you to Hector and his team.  
First time using this business and yes, I will keep this number handy for future references.

I had a service done by Carter at Nexgen Palm Desert on my heating and AC system which included periodic service and installation of a new thermostat and new air purifier and was totally impressed with the company and Carter, the technician from start to finish.  Customer servi ce in the office was terrific from making the appointment to billing and followup.  Pricing on the service was better than I might have expected based on my experience with many other companies.  Carter was knowledgeable, professional, patient with many many questions from me and my family and overall one of the best technicians I have ever worked with in my life, and I am 82 years old!  The only thing I could add is I would give more than a 5-star rating if I were able.  Thanks Carter and Nexgen.

We wanted a whole house system and decided on Pelican. I found what I wanted at Home Depot, but wasn't sure I could DIY install myself. I found Kent online and saw he was a Pelican dealer. I contacted him for the purpose of installing the system I intended to buy at Home Depot. After talking with Kent I found he was a wealth of information. He said he would be happy to quote the whole system I wanted, fully installed. I was very pleasantly surprised that Kent quoted the system I wanted, at the Home Depot sale price, and the additional cost for installation was very fair. Kent showed up promptly for the installation, did a fantastic and clean job, and we couldn't be happier. Yes, the water is now vastly improved. Call Kent. You will be happy you did!

We requested 8 x heavy-duty shelves and 14 x workbenches. He assembled them only for 1.5 days and charged a reasonable price. I would recommend him to other yelp users.

Where do I click to rate Mike and his team partners Matt and Nick 1,000 stars????  5 stars do not in the LEAST way describe the phenomenal service!  If you are reading this review, then I guessing you are looking for the best plumber to help your current situation.  If so, AND if your situation is bad, I'm talking REALLY BAD, then definitely read this review!!!  Oh, one more...If you are like me and never had to call a plumber before, but have heard for years of other people's horror story of working with plumbers and called everyone you trusted if they had a good plumber only to hear back no, then you have to read this about Lomonaco Plumbing and what you will experience when you call or text them.

My situation:
- Came home Saturday night to a big puddle on the floor sorta near the water heater, but where the water heater was, it was totally dry. Hmmmm.  Mopped up the puddle, area all dry again.
- Went out for a early day break run and saw that the puddle had returned but was twice the size.  Mopped it up, but this time I could see that it was slowly seeping up through a hairline crack in floor.
- We called a friend who was a handy man.  On the other side of the wall outdoors of the garage is a faucet that was leaking pretty heavily.  He said it looks like it probably the sprinklers, but the sprinklers weren't on.  He said he had a friend...
- Came back from my run a few hours later, and the garage was FLOODED!
- Forget the recommendation of friend of a friend who does plumbing, we knew immediately that this was bad, and water was coming up from under the house AND turning off the water actually failed, it kept going!!
- I typed in Best Plumber, San Clemente into Google and found all the suggestions from various companies.  I chose Mike because of his expertise in both residential AND commercial which told me he knows his stuff AND if this turned out to be major construction, we needed someone with that level of expertise and experience.  Second reason why we chose Mike and that sealed the deal for us is that we needed someone who was not only going to do it right but do right by us.  That's where all the other Yelp reviews came into play.  Customer experience story after story sold us on what we would experience.  Every single experience story was right on the money.

What we experienced:
-Called Mike Sunday morning, he ANSWERED!  I explained my situation and he was over to our house within a few hours.
- He pulled out all his devices to listen to the pipes outside leading into our main water line, then gave me the earphones to hear first hand what was going on and why, even after shutting off the water, water was flowing.  We had a main line break and the water was looking for an outlet which of course found it's way through the slab and up through the cement flooring of our garage.  This was the worst news.  
-To fix our problem, we gave us options...dig up where the break was to patch it or since the piping is extremely old replace the main line.  We chose the replace the entire mainline--never want to deal with the situation again or the damage it caused under the house and garage.
-Fixing the mainline involved tearing up the walkway, through our tropical front yard full of deep roots plants, then under the side walk to the mainline meter/shut off.
-We said go for it--but how long would this take? What horror is in front of us...living with construction for weeks, water buckets to take showers, our landscaping turned upside down?  NOPE--NONE OF THAT!!!  :)
-Mike and team showed up Monday morning, and treated the job as if working on his house.  
-They thoughtfully cut through the walkway, through the landscape and under the side walk so as not to get the association all upset.  
-At the end of the day, they cleaned up everywhere and even the dirt was neatly piled and covered up until they could return on Tuesday.
-We went without water Monday night, but within a few hours into Tuesday morning, he had it back on.
-By noon Tues he was almost done with fix.
-His team then spent the rest of Tuesday afternoon restoring the landscape as if nothing had happened.  I was stunned.  It was unbelievable.  Neighbors at this time were gathering around because they were amazed too!!  It was like a magic show in Vegas, -ha!
- By Tuesday 5pm, it was done.
-Wed he had his guy who does walkways to restore the walk way.  Again. Magic.

Mike and crew were professional, treat your home like their own, have incredible expertise and are insanely friendly and positive, and are ALWAYS there for you every step of the way.  And they were so incredibly respectful!

There is so much more that we ended up having him do, but I'm out of Yelp space to keep writing.  Just know that we are having him repipe our home just because we trust him now 100% and will NEVER use another plumber but him.  I wouldn't spend an hour writing this review if I weren't blown away--and I was.  Still am.  HIRE them!  You'll thank me later. ;)

We had a slab leak in our home which constituted being an emergency.  It was early morning, not quite 8am yet and I called about 4 local plumbers/handymen and nobody answered their phones.  I left 4 messages with each of these individuals/establishments and not one even returned my urgent phone call pleading for assistance.  

It was then that Benjamin's was referred to us by a family member and Ben called us back right away.   He understood the urgency and proceeded to move around his already busy schedule that day in order to make it to our home and evaluate the issue.  

He quickly diagnosed the issue and let us know that we definitely 100% had a slab leak.  He spoke directly and truthfully covering all the options that we had in order to get it fixed.  He steered us in the right direction but ultimately left the choice up to us.  

We decided on going with fully re-piping the house, so that a slab leak would never again be a situation that we would have to be in.  

I was concerned about the time it would take (as I have 3 large dogs that cannot be kept in one spot too long), and also concerned about the quality of work that would be done in my home.  

Ben talked us through every step of the way and assured us that by the time this was over... it would appear that there was never a problem in the first place.  Brand new plumbing in the entire house and they completely re-patched and textured all the holes they needed to gain access to plumbing within our walls.  They respected the surrounding areas by covering everything with plastic or cloth.  This included flooring, surrounding walls, appliances, furniture etc.  Not only that, but they proceeded to clean up as best as possible once the job was done.  

Our expectations were met 110%.  Ben and his team went far and beyond what I believe any other contractors would have given us.  He was extremely knowledgeable,  responsive, understanding, and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the Riverside area.  Rest assured that you would be treated fairly, kindly, and the job would be over before you know it.  Our home was completely back to normal in 2 days time.  

If you want quality work in a timely manner, then go with the best around.  Benjamin's Plumbing & Drain Cleaning.  You will not be disappointed.

Disappointed! Although they are personable, I must warn people to ALWAYS get second and third opinions before proceeding with work. After snaking my drain successfully, I agreed to a camera for an extra $200, thinking I would get a picture. They stated there was a blockage under the edge of the slab, right by my gas line. He pointed to the exact spot, but said he could not give a picture. He said it would be a minimum of $5K to fix. Shocked, I had a friend dig down to the exact location he stated, and open the sewer. NO BLOCKAGE!!!...I paid my friend another $300.          I am on disability due to cancer, and  am now out $600. There is either something wrong with their camera equipment, or they were trying to dupe me. Thank God I didn't agree to their $5K proposal!

Good reputation however I had a bad experience at the end of the weekend, I paid 3X more than I should've. By the time they showed up, it was late Saturday night and couldn't find a clean out and sold me on hydro jet. I had no choice had to take care of the renters only to find out Monday morning clean out was located and could of $375.00 instead of $1200.00

Best plumbing company out there! Had trouble with our dishwasher and Samantha got us in the very next day to check it out. Mike came to take a look and was very polite and informative. Definitely would recommend this company!

In my normal due diligence, I interviewed four bathroom contractors for this project...a bathroom measuring approximately 9 X 10 feet.  I was presented with a lot of sales talk from three well-dressed bidders and numbers were thrown at me on the spot without due consideration of the age of the home or possible issues behind the walls and under the floor.  Since the home is over 100 years old, this gave me pause. Jorge Mora came in in his work clothes, looked under the sink and made several observations, I thought were quite insightful.  A week later, I received a bid, which while not the lowest, made the most sense.  The true surprise was the absolute top-notch quality of the work performed.  His team worked seamlessly together and completed the project within two weeks and I could not be more pleased.  I plan on recommending his services to friends and family and will most certainly use him in the future for other projects in our home.

WE FOUND OUR GO-TO PLUMBING COMPANY!!!

With COVID-19, I was pretty hesitant to get a stranger to come into my home but after my husband tried twice to unclog our toilet without success, we had to get someone ASAP.

We only use referrals for any and all services that we need. My husband was referred to Renowned Plumbing by one of his customers so we already felt confident in hiring them. CHRIS was extremely helpful and informative. He was on time and respectful. He wore shoe covers, a mask, and gloves! I was very appreciative of that. He let us know that if option 1 didn't work he would need to try something else BUT he always asked for our approval before adding on extra services.

The service was quick! CHRIS spent about 10 minutes max unclogging our toilet and then took the time to give us the why it clogged what clogged it and how to prevent it from happening it again. He answered all of our questions and we didn't feel rushed or brushed off.

The pricing was extremely reasonable and honestly was probably less than what my husband spent altogether to try and declog the toilet himself! Haha

Mr Daniel helped us with rooting and hydro jetting, very professional, high energy, very kind and honest, gave 110%, very recommended, its worth your money.
