I woke up on a Saturday morning to our kitchen sink backing up. I called two other places but they didn't have an available plumber. Flo Star not only had someone but the plumber arrived promptly by midday and cleared the main line with ease. The payment process was super easy using their payment app. Thank you Flo Star for saving our weekend.

Quickly responded to my message, arrived on time, explained exactly what he recommended and did a great job fixing my issues.  Overall I was very, very pleased with Juan and Flo Star Plumbing & Drain!!  I would definitely use their service again for any future needs.

Juan helped my parents in-law fix their toilet last year and did a great job.  I reached out to Juan last night because my kitchen drain was plugged.  He came by my house this morning and fixed the problems in minutes.  Like before, he arrived early, was friendly and left everything clean.  I am a customer for life.

I needed to replace the corroded 3 shut off values, underneath Kitchen sink. Juan responded to my phone call promptly. He was available the next day, and quoted a reasonable price.

Late last night our kitchen sink decided it wanted to go on strike and water stopped draining. I called Flo Star Plumbing this afternoon and spoke with Juan. I was so thankful he was able to fit in an appointment the same day. He showed up early and was very professional! We used Flo Star for our first slab leak . Juan The owner seemed trustworthy.  Called him for our second  slab leak 10 months later and this time he made up this whole story that the leak is coming from our kitchen (bigger job) with out using his detection machine. Thank god we had a second opinion for that one since it was going to cost so much (7k) . Our second opinion used the detection equipment for about 45 min and told us there was no leak coming from the kitchen and only behind the downstairs bathroom sink. Our second opinion saved us $6300. Juan is a good talker/sales don't let him trick you.

This company is awesome! This is the second time doing work for our bathroom. This time it was for our shower. He came and took a look and fixed the the problem in no time. He didn't try to do unnecessary additional work that he could have tried to but he saw the problem and fix it quickly and for a good and fair price and now we have amazing water pressure. Definitely recommend them and we will keep using them.

I have used Flo Star plumbing multiple times and they never disappoint.  My house was built in the 1980's and the plumbing is just getting older.  Every job they do is professional and completed quickly.  No plumber is gonna be cheap but the prices are fair for the great work they do.

Got home this morning from work and noticed my garbage disposal was leaking water. Called Juan around 810am and he got to my house around 840.  About 25 minutes later he was done installing a brand new garbage disposal.

He was very nice, on-time, and very professional. I would definitely use him again when needed. Highly recommend!!

We had a few things done by flo star and we have been satisfied every time. They changed out our washer valves, repiped Garden hose bib, changed out our stop valves and snaked our drain. Stands by their work.

Fast, Efficient and Reliable. I had issues with a different plumbing company that couldn't find an all access point to clean out the whole house just to unclog my toilets. Sergio came to my house and didn't need an all access point because he explored all the options he had and even though it was harder to do he snaked it from the Roof and got the job done! Call them, they know what they are doing.

Juan installed a Water Softener and Filter over the holidays.  Did an excellent job, would recommend them highly.

The team was great. The price was right and the final project looks very professional.  My water pressure was so high before the service it could have led to a disaster. They have a 1yr warranty on parts and labor. This has taken a lot of stress off of me because I won't worry about water damage to my home.

I called multiple places for a drain pan install and they either didn't do them or were giving really high quotes for the job. Juan came out and did the job in less then 30 minutes and was really friendly. Awesome job!

I contacted FSPD really early on our way into Orange County after luke warm morning showers. He responded to my yelp request in less than 15 minutes before 8am.

Juan responded quickly to our shower valve leak.  He came out the next day, as I told him this was not an emergency.  He showed up on time, retrieved and installed the part (valve cartridge) quickly to repair the valve and was pleasant and informative throughout.  He also was $100+ less than a local plumber I had used previously.  I highly recommend Flo Star and will use them again should I have any more issues.

Our kitchen sink was clogged and also draining slowly at the same time which was confusing. Mike from Flo Star Plumbing came out and worked hard to figure out the problem. Mike was very personable and brought out a piece of equipment that had a camera on it that could see where the problem in the line was. Mike was able to see the problem and also succeeded in breaking up the clog. He gave us a good price on getting this issue resolved for us and we were so happy. Not only did he give us a good and fair price he also had great follow through and had the entire job completed quickly and efficiently! You ever get excited about writing a Yelp review?  Me neither. However I have some good things to say about Juan and Juan. I put a request out for quote to fix a water leak. Juan as well as a few others responded.  Juan had his guy out same day. I had a water leak that the city notified me of and I knew it was somewhere in my irrigation  system.  It proved to by nearly impossible to find.  His three guys spent the majority of one day trying to track it down to no avail. Today Juan the Supervisor came along and tested the various valves to no avail in finding a leak.  Just after he told me that we would have to start digging the main line to isolate it, his guy told him the meter had stopped moving.  So believe it or not, perhaps turning the valves on an off, kicked something loose and the leak stopped..... For now!  He wasn't taking credit, just lucky he said.  Best of all is that he was very fair on his pricing and didn't assess a service call charge just to show up.  Juan is now my plumber and I hope I never need him again.  :)

Had an issue with a water leak.  Called a couple of 24/7 places only to get a vm message saying they were closed.  Called Flo Star and s/w Juan.  It was after hours but Juan still offered to come out to the location and shut the water off.  Came out to the location exactly when he said he would and stopped the water leak.  Found out that pipe had busted.  Juan moved some things around and was able to get a worker out the next morning and fix the problem.  He then showed up later to make sure everything was done properly.  Also throws in a 1-yr warranty to make sure the customer feels comfortable.  Juan and Flo Star were a life saver!!!  Will definitely be using them for all my needs down the road!

It was my first time to look plumber and I had no idea how to start looking for a good one.  I searched for Yelp, and some of plumbers were booked until next week, and I needed it fixed right away.  Luckily, I called Juan, and he was great to help me solve the problem and the price is reasonable.  I would recommended Juan if you are looking for plumber, and his friend Alex for fix dry wall did an excellent job too!

Juan and Rodolfo with Flo Star plumbing came out to take care of a leak we had with our landscape plumbing. They did a great job taking care of the issue and replacing what needed to be replaced/repaired. We plan on hiring them for some other future work. I can definitely recommend them for plumbing services.

The dreaded kitchen drain clogged hit us this morning and the usual attempts at clearing them ourselves was unsuccessful. The business responded within minutes of the request and answered all my questions straight forward and did not play any of the games some other places started doing such as the old we need to do a visual quote first. Angel came over immediately and was very courteous, respectful and had a great sense of humor and also provided some very good maintenance tips to help us try to prevent future problems.

Who fixes another competitor's job for free? Flo Star does! I was really in a bind- selling my house and inspector coming in 2 days! A couple months ago, 2 Brothers handymen in Corona came to replace 2 sink faucets/pop-ups. This morning, I went to clean out the cabinets under the sinks and found they were both leaking! I called 2 Brothers and they gave me the run around saying the warranty had passed and their work wouldn't have made the sinks leak. I then called Flo Star and Juan made himself available this afternoon. Juan told me Two Brothers didn't seal the pop up assemblies correctly. He immediately went to work, tightened the assemblies, and double checked for leaks. At the end of the job, Juan told me he wouldn't charge. There are good, honest plumbers out there and Flo Star employs them!

Flo star, more like 5 star! Angel came out to check out a few plumbing issues I was having and provided fast and accurate service. He also gave me helpful tips and recommendations for the issues that were simple fixes. We will most definitely be giving Flo star our business again in the future! Great service! Angel was amazing.

Flo Star Plumbing was efficient and communicated clearly. They replaced a cross threaded bathtub drain and replaced part of the bathtub shoe!! They didn't charge an arm and a leg either, which I appreciate considering the previous day I had received and outrageous quote from another company that was 5x's more for the same work.
