I hired repipe1 to do some plumbing job at my house. I'm happy with the work in general but what really impressed me was the customer service. I had a lot of issues with another plumbing company before and a lot of miscommunication resulted in an unfinished job and I was not happy about it at all. But with repipe1 everything went really smoothly and I got exactly What I expected. Very happy, thanks.

Fast service! I had an issue with my Gas line. I called and they had a technician out in 30 min. When he arrived he was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to correct my issue fast. I would definitely call again if needed

I called this company for backed up toilets, after several others.  They seemed to be the most honest.  Unlike the other local companies, they did not try to upsell me, and were less expensive than the others.  One of the companies tried to sell me a $450 jet cleaning without knowing the extent of the damage to my drain.The staff was great...from the phone representative to the service person who came out, Eddie.  He was pleasant, helpful and honest.  And they came out fast!  All I needed was a snake in the line.  Very pleased.  I would recommend them highly.

Our house is a 1931 historic home in Santa Ana. We've been here 3 yrs & often had problem with the cloging in the bottom bathroom. Water rise up from the bathtub & toilet if we use the shower upstairs. Talking about sewage in our bathtub in days.
After using several plumbers, we found Rick through a friend's referral. We have been using 2 services from Rick's company within 2 yrs. Always happy with their services, fast & reliable even on weekend.

This time, we called Rick's Happy Plumber & requested to have a camera to inspect the problem. Art & another plumber came out, both worked on our house for 2 hrs. They put the snake down & camera but could not clear the line & the camera got stuck & would not go further at certain point. They did not charge us anything due to the problem was not fixed. Amazing!!

Art suggested for us to call the city to check on the main line and if that doesn't work then call them back to install a 4 clean out.
We called the city of Santa Ana, they came out the next day. Cityinspector put their big camera down & confirmed there were issues with the main line. Within 3 days, workers tear up half the street, put in new pipes and install a clean out on our sidewalk. No cost to us at all. We feel so blessed since it turned out to be a huge job and all  done by the city. So thankful for Art's advice. This could be a nightmare of this homeowner & would cost in the thousands or more.

Better, Faster, and Cheaper service than I expected!
   I recently ordered a bidet to install on my toilet... and like a jack ass I tried to install it myself. In the process I broke the valve and finally decided to contact an expert. Fernando was at my door with am assistant within 15 minutes! I live in a condo so I had no clue where the main shut-off valve is located, but he found it, then he replaced the valve and installed the bidet CORRECTLY in what seemed like half an hour. If I need plumming services in the future, ...he is who I'll be calling.

Albert and Grace are the best!!! My septic tank got full and was backing up in my bathroom!! This was the first time we had dealt with a septic tank. Albert came out that same evening and drained it out. After further inspection, he found the problem with our septic tank. They were great at working with our schedule and great at explaining what needed to be done. I would highly recommend them to anybody! Thank you again Albert and Grace!!

My gas water heater went out suddenly, I called around to about 6 companies, in hopes to avoid a cold shower . I called Franks and didn't leave a voicemail however he replied back to my number and said he could be over that am. He showed as promised and fixed my issue quickly and efficiently. Will definitely call him again for other work.

The Best Plumbers Ever

My Rheem Tankless Water Heater was leaking water on my garage floor so I called the Rheem Company. The Rheem Company suggested that I call Rush Plumbing, Heating, and Air in Yucaipa, CA. Don from Rush Plumbing sent veteran Plumber Paco and his assistant Simon to my house around 3:00 pm on the same day that I called. I have never seen a more sociable, intelligent, detailed, and professional customer-caring Plumber in my entire life. Both Paco and Simon were so friendly and had great personalities as they took their time and made sure that everything they did was explained to me with honest smiles on their faces. After entering my garage and checking my old Rheem Tankless Water Heater which was leaking, they contacted both Rheem and a company in Fontana, CA about 4:00 PM to get another new Rheem Water Heater that they could pick up. It took them 2 1/2 hours with all the traffic on the 10 freeway to get my new Rheem Water Heater replacement and drive back to my house in Beaumont, CA . Paco & Simon then took almost an hour to remove my old leaking Rheem Water Heater and replace it with the new Rheem Tankless Water Heater. Both Paco & Simon did an amazing, perfect, and super clean installation of my new Water Heater. I have never seen anybody like Paco & Simon from Rush Plumbing, Heating, and Air in all the years I have done reviews of professional employees.

I've been using MB for pretty much all of my HVAC and plumbing needs since I moved to Riverside 2 years ago, and I don't know why it's taken me so long to leave their entire operation a glowing review. Every single interaction I've had with them (and there have been many... that's what you get when you buy a house with very old pipes) has been incredibly pleasant and professional. Their rates are extremely fair, they are always on time, and their techs are not only knowledgeable and honest but are also genuinely nice people. Steve was able to help get my AC back up and running   It was a hot day and he was able to squeeze me in,   Figured out the problem and fixed it.   It was over 105, thank goodness.   Thank you for working weekends and helping people out on hot days

On 10/5/19 we had our first maintenance check up. We have purchased the bi-annual service for our unit.  Technician came out to clean the motor and changed the filter. Everything looked great until we started the AC last weekend. That's when we noticed air was not coming out of the vent..We called them back out to diagnosis the issue.

John came out this morning and did a few things, took a look around and resolved the issue in less than 15 mins. He suggested a few updates to improve the unit and ways to keep the heat out.  So glad to have the air back especially in this heat.

Kenny is efficient and reliable! He is an excellent plumber and extremely knowledgeable. He repaired our slab leak and did so with a lot of care to make sure our home was disrupted as minimally as possible. He even noticed our hot water heater was tilted due to the water leak and contacted our insurance adjuster himself because he didn't want us to have more problems! We highly recommend Kenny. He will not disappoint you!

Art did an amazing job and price was reasonable He was on time and honest  He did more work than anticipated at no extra charge   I don't usually leave reviews but he's the best !
