I had distressed hardwood installed on my floor, but the idiots that did it, walk on it when the adhesive was not set, and after so many times of trying to clean it, it had ugly scuff marks.  Arthur's flooring sanded and refinished my floors and it turned out so much better than the original wood.  These guys are amazing, their work if clean, they make sure you are happy and they stick to the timeline they promise you.  I am very happy with the and will always used them for any of my flooring needs.

Wow!  Very fast response to my message!!   After reading the great reviews, I had Phil do the plumbing under our kitchen sink. He was very kind, professional and was able to repair our issue.  First time in years we have no leaks, no flood!

Ever since I moved to Redlands I have used Raul for my house and rental houses and he has always been honest and reliable and more reasonably priced than any other plumbing service in the area.  He will be honest with what it takes to get the job done even if it is not the most costly option. So far so good...scheduled an appointment for Sunday, Although they were late but were able to fix the leak in my toilet. Technician was friendly, accommodating and professional. The labor was reasonable and I guess they don't take advantage of the repair. I have called around for the cost and the price was staggering high. Thank you and looking forward to call your office again if I need a repair for any plumbing problem.

I needed a gas line installed for a new outdoor firepit. Quick quote response time. Reasonable pricing. Quick no-hassle service. That about sums it up. Matt was even flexible and willing to work with the crew doing some other construction work and willing to move his schedule around to fit in with theirs. I would definitely use his services again for any other jobs that come up.

Put in a new garbage disposal as promised for the price agreed. A good experience overall.

Our A/C, located on a inside hallway of a one-story home, had a condensation drain pipe built into the slab and roots grew into it.  The pipe in the slab was too small to clean out after talking with several plumbers.  Les of All Drain said he would attempt to clear it but was unsuccessful.  The line handles a lot of water with the A/C on and we had to jury rig a big waste basket to collect water.  It had to be dumped several times a day.

Les decided that a line could be run behind a closet wall to the an exterior.  Others had suggested a pump and line running up to the attic and the over the ceiling to an outside drop.  We were very concerned about running water overhead with potential leaks dropping ceilings and affecting electrical circuits in the walls.  We liked Les's plan much better.

Today, Les showed up with his helper at 12.30, the time he had set up.  He laid out tarps and cut several sections of wallboard from the back of the closet to the bathtub wall.  Walla!!  The space between the tub and the wall was clear from the hall to the outside.  He drilled a small opening in the exterior of the home, ran the line from the A/C out, closed things up and refastened the wallboard to the studs.  Pretty neat and clean.

I will tape the wallboard and repaint the area to make me happy.  Les did all this in 21/2 hours.  We got a drain line that works, should not plug up in the future and is repairable should that ever be needed.  As I told Les - it was a slick solution.  He used his head, figured out an uneventful fix and executed it leaving everything working and back in place.  Also, we have no water overhead to worry about.

Had a clogged drain that was backed up from the kitchen to the washer drain. Frank came through and fixed it quickly and explained what was going on. Good communication, clean work ethics, and very professional. Appreciate these guys and I highly recommend them for any plumbing job! Make sure you hit them up! Thanks again Frank!

Unfortunately, I have to update my former review of AAP from a 5 star to less than a 1 star.  They don't care about making the customer happy and would rather argue with you for 30 minutes - than spend 10 minutes to jet a sink drain that was under warranty.  Their solution to open a drain was to jack hammer our kitchen floor and tear out the granite counters and cabinets rather than hydro-jetting the line, which worked in the past.  Our response to this ridiculous option was laughable -  I guess every house that has drain issues has to completely rebuild the plumbing system.  Talking to the office manager about this issue was a total waste of time; she apparently thought all we wanted was a free drain cleaning rather than addressing the problem.  Bottom line - we won't have AAP over again and can't recommend them.

I had a great experience with this company.  Nathan is very communicative and thorough.  We had an issue with our tankless heater distributing hot water to a particular area in my house. He quickly made an assessment of our plumbing schematic, and just as quickly pinpointed the cause of our issue.  It wasn't so obvious to me (I've been in quite a few scenarios as a plumber).  Skill and experience was evident as he was able to see without seeing. I've called this company twice. I've interacted with two technicians. All in all, their work, presentation, and professionalism lives up to the company's name.

OMG!!!! First off, I usually dont do reviews because I just seem to have bad luck with some services. But let me tell Joaquin from Ayalas plumbing definitely deserves this review!!! 3am my hot water heater started leaking, I shut off the water and started looking for a plumber on the Nextdoor app, and let me tell Ayala's plumbing was amazing! I contacted him at 7:15am he responded by 7:16am I told him my problem via text and he called me at 7:17am told me he was taking his kids to school and had a job in La Habra so he would be here between 11and12 at 10:16am he text me he was on his way at 10:40 am he was at my door he fixed my hot water heater and then I said I was gonna be contacting him about my garbage disposal, he said let me see and next thing i knew he had replaced it and was done by 11:15am. He was really affordable and fast and just amazing. He also had an assistant Ceasar, and he was just as amazing. Let me tell you things happened for a reason. These gentlemen definitely deserve this review. Please , please, if you need plumbing help, give Ayala Plumbing a call first. I am sure they can help. Thank you so much, Joaquin and Ceasar

Impressed with their service and very professional. I need a small fixes for my AC according to the inspection report, Drew came in, explained the problem that needs to be fixed. Drew also provided me a detail explanation in writing so that I could show the buyers.

I can't thank Raul enough for his team's amazing service and customer care. We called them, and they just delivered. To keep things simple, they are good.

Just bought a home and to my dismay, I found that one of the bathtubs was not draining very well. (It was disgusting.)
Called Tony, he came out the next morning, right on time. Immediately I noticed his friendly demeanor and positive energy. Family guy, local, small business, so he definitely cares about his name and how he runs his business.
He not only cleared our drain, he actually showed my husband how to do it ourselves next time so we wouldn't have to PAY HIM. Who does that??? I wish I could give extra stars for honesty.

Christian arrived right on time. He was polite and courteous. The pressure of my shower was low, and embarrassingly enough, the problem was only that my shower head was plugged with hard water deposits. He cleaned it out, and then checked my overall house water pressure. When I asked him how much I owed him, he said nothing! Imagine, an honest guy! He didn't try to upsell me, and he could have charged me for the housecall. I appreciate honesty! I will definitely call him next time I need a plumber!

When I called for an appointment, the waiting time over the phone was very reasonable.  I explained that I had bought a Groupon  for a  preventive maintenance on my two-year old cooling and heating system.  They told me they could come out the following day, but I told them to schedule it the following week.  The day before the appointment, they called me up to remind me .

Joseph Yanez, the technician who came to do the work was very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and professional, answering every question I asked regarding his work and my AC system.  He came in and immediately wore a cloth foot cover that I told him he did not need, as ours is a laminate flooring. After he was done in less than an hour, he came in to explain the things he did and the amperage readings he obtained when he tested our AC.  Then he showed me lots of photos that he took of my system and pointed to me some things he thought were odd or out of place.  He also left everything spotless just like before he started the work.  And I did not see any extra screws lying around either.  To prolong the life of my system, he also offered me three regular maintenance packages, which I thought were very reasonable. I greatly appreciate that he did not pressure me to make a purchase.

Unlike other contractors that charged me more than I paid for with the Groupon, I was not charged an additional penny.

For what it cost me and the quality of the work I am very happy overall.  I highly recommend them.
