You treated me terrible.

* You told me my pilot light control was not under warranty and it was.  I got it replaced for free.
* I told you the ball valve you installed was bad from the beginning after you installed it and your answer was:  Ok I will sell you another one.
* You were not careful and got water spilled that drained underneath my tank.
* You came on a Thursday and told me you were going out of town and could not come back until Monday which left me with a faulty tank for the weekend.
* Instead of being a professional and using a wrench on the connections you used channel locks and chewed up the connections.

The way you treated me and the way you talked was more like a used car salesman than a professional plumber.  After spending some time with you my concern for your workmanship increased.  After you left I called another plumber and he got my part replaced free.  He called Bradford-White for approval.
He did a trouble shoot: took controller off and blew out with air.
He removed the old pilot controller and drove to supplier and picked up a new one.
Returned and reinstalled new controller.

His total charge was $185 and you charged me $135 for no repair at all.  When I called you and told you no need to come back just send me a bill it was because I did not want you to work for me.  My pilot light went out 1 hour after you left but I did not want you to come back.

I wanted to have a water line and gas line run from my house to my garage for my washer and dryer. Les of All Drains Plumbing & Rooter gave me a very reasonable quote. He was professional and fast. He ran the water lines and gas line to my garage, included extra water lines for a garage sink and ran all the exit plumbing to my main sewer line. He ran a camera from my house to the sewer and included a hydro jetting. The workmanship looks super clean and the job was finished in less than 3 days. I'm completely satisfied with the way the project turned out. Les also took a look at my gas wall heater. He walked me through the problem to the point where I was able to fix it myself. Our main sewer line backed up. You gotta love those tree roots. I interviewed 3 plumbers. Les came out and tried to snake it. No such luck!  It was completely blocked 46' out. Les came back the next day, dug 5' down, replaced the pipe, and gave me two new clean outs. This company was definitely the best. All Drains Plumbing did a fantastic job!  Local guy and very kind. I called for a quote and Les sounded very unprofessional and trying to brush me off.  He quoted minimum $125.00 plus parts and will also charge $45.00 to just drive out to my house.  I wouldn't bother using his service just by his phone manner!

Les came out to my residence with his assistant.  I am not good with names so forgive me since he is a nice guy too. I think it's Gary or Ryan?? Maybe I am thinking Ryan Gosling too much. He texted 30 minutes before knocking on your front door which is always good.  I needed a drain pan installed under my washer but the pipe below was broken and they installed a custom pipe to secure the drain pan.  I feel confident it was good work and they cleaned up after themselves. Even brought down some old 2 by 4 in the garage.  They were polite and informative.  They were also fast and made it look easy.

This is one of the best experiences I've ever had.  To start off, this past weekend was my birthday weekend and was hoping for some rest and relaxation.  I took off work early Friday and noticed that my main sewer drain in my front yard was overflowing.   Subsequently, my toilets started to overflow and sewage began to backup in my bathtub and showers.  Being only 4 months in my home, I contacted my home warranty company and they contacted their plumber who unclogged the pipes and advised that I have roots growing and I should have them razor rooter-ed out within the next month.  I thought I had some time to buy, especially with the holidays coming up.  Needless to say at 3am yesterday (Sunday) morning I got up to use the restroom and sure enough my toilet began to overflow and sewage began to backup into my bathtub and shower.  I waited until 7am and began to call every plumber I can google and then went on Yelp which should've been my first move but with 3 hours or so of sleep, I couldn't think straight.  I came across All Drains Plumbing and Rooter and contacted Les.  I explained the problem and he was very genuine and sympathetic to the issue.  He explained the technique he used to remove the roots with a high pressure hose and the efficacy of the technique over others used.  He came to my house earlier than expected which was very appreciated, he removed the roots and cleared the drain.  I will be recommending Les to my neighbors, friends and family.  He is trusting and reliable and most of all thanks to him I was able to at least shower for my birthday :-)

I called Les to open up our clogged drain line. With just a few hours notice, Les was by and within a short bit had reopened the line all the way to the street. I had a very positive experience dealing with these guys. I was buying a home and they did a camera scope on the pipes to make sure everything was ok. Then they did a hydro jet cleaning of the pipes for me as a follow up. Les took the time to explain to me what was going on so I fully understand the work he was performing and answered all my questions. He is a very nice and easy to deal with. We discovered that our kitchen double sinks were disgustingly stopped up, and I knew I needed HELP, ASAP!   I found a phone number for Les, a local Tustin plumber (All Drains Plumbing & Rooter) who knows his way around a clogged drain and a snake!  I contact him and was delighted that he was willing to come by within a couple of hours to save me!
Les made quick work of the disgusting sink stoppage that included his use of a bailing bucket and a wet-vac!  Then, moved on (at my request) to tackle our 100 foot exterior drain line that requires being cleared of roots on a regular basis.  Once that task was completed, I suddenly remembered an irritating low-water pressure issue.  He smiled and handled that in a flash...and was moving out the door and on  to his next client!  This was an EASY call for him, but truly saved the day for me!  Thanks, Les!  Your business card is now in my 'fix it' file!

Les is very responsive and provided top notch customer service! I highly recommend! We hired him to run a gas line for our stove. And then he helped when our water heater pilot light went out. He was able to swing by very quickly to help in our slightly urgent/ cold shower situation!

Les is the most honest and genuine plumber I have met.  I had roots growing into my main house line and didn't know it. Les came ot to my house on a Saturday that he was suppose to take his children camping saved my plumbing.  He is reasonable priced and fair.  I like that he is straight foward and clearly explains the problem and gives you options on how to remedy them.

We had both of our bathroom showers spewing backup water that overflowed into our hallways and nearby room this past Memorial Day weekend -- I frantically called over 6 plumbers and emergency water restoration companies and Les was the ONLY person that came through. He was out in less than an hour (where other larger companies quoted me 2-6 hours) and tackled the immediate needs right away. He returned first thing in the morning on Tuesday and spent the entire day rooting, scoping, cementing at a fraction of the cost of other plumbers. It was an incredible job. I'm confident that I'm covered for the next 30 years (at least). Thank you Les for saving our home! I definitely recommend keeping his number on speed dial. He is a small business owner that delivers above and beyond the call of duty.

When the Water Department called and said our usage had spiked to 6x our previous usage and it was probably a leak, I freaked out.  I had no idea who to call so I went on Yelp and hoped that Les from All Drains Plumbing & Rooter would be as good as his reviews claimed.  I was not disappointed!

Les and his assistant Tom came this morning ON TIME and were professional and friendly.  Les and Tom listened while I explained the issue and then systematically went about solving the problem.  They were even kind and patient when they asked where the sprinkler manifolds were I and responded with a blank stare and a shy uhhh....what's a manifold?? They found it for me and explained everything they were checking and solved the issue they were dealing with quickly and efficiently for a bargain price. They were honest, friendly and fair.  I would absolutely recommend Les & Tom and should I ever have another plumbing issue, I will definitely call them back.

I called another highly recommended plumber who was out of town. I asked if he could  recommend someone, he said yes, Les with All Drains. When you recommend someone, you are also putting your name on the line. I called Les, he answered right away, and he came out on a Sunday. He cleared a nasty, rock hard clog in our kitchen drain. He was very professional and cleaned up. Very reasonable price. I was very pleased with the whole experience, I'd use Les again, and I do recommend Les.

We have used All Drains for both our home and work repairs for a couple of years now. Great service and always felt like I was dealing with someone honest. Surprised so few reviews with how long they have been around.

Les has been my plumber for all my rentals and for myself for years.  He always does a good job, and at reasonable prices.  I am able to reach him on his cell at odd hours, and he often goes above and beyond for me during an emergency.  He is honest and does exactly what he says he will do, lets me know if it will be more or less, and he is always great to work with. Highly recommended.

Needed some urgent service since our hot water went out out of no where. I contacted Les Friday and he was working on my water heater by Saturday. Humble & honest with competitive pricing. My heater was 16 years old so I decided to just have him install a brand new water heater and he did a wonderful job! I highly recommend Les.

We called out All Drains Plumbing to take a look at an issue we had where the toilet was bubbling up every time the shower, kitchen sink, or washing machine was running. Everything we looked up online prior to calling out the plumbers was that this was most likely tied to a venting issue.  

When the plumber came out, however, he dismissed this idea outright, and since I'm not a professional plumber, I tend to go with the expertise of the people who do this for a living.  He insisted that this was due to a blockage somewhere in the main, that would at the very least require snaking, which would cost $175.  Seemed relatively reasonable.  In order to snake, however, he also needed to remove the toilet, another $150. Fine.  

A few hours and $350 later, after a snaking attempt that failed (which they still charged me for), a camera attempt that failed (which they tried to charge me for) and an inability to reproduce the same bubbling after removing the toilet (which they also charged me for), they basically said, Well, it seems like the problem is fixed.

Now, barely two weeks later, guess what? The toilet is bubbling again, because they never addressed, or really ever acknowledged the underlying issue, which is the venting. They never got on the roof to check to make sure that there was no blockage in the vent, either, which we've since learned is a common issue.

Both guys that came out were definitely friendly, but not professional, and they spent more time ribbing each other and pointing out what the previous plumber had done wrong than doing a good job themselves.

Disappointed---we'll definitely be calling out another plumber to address the ongoing venting issue.

Les is a really mellow and friendly guy. He's quick and honest about what needs to be fixed and it's always legit. He also explains what he's doing as he works so you can see exactly what's wrong with the pipes and appliances. Prices are affordable, especially if you're a renter and you land lord reimburses you. Definitely recommend!

Les is great!  I called him on a Sunday afternoon and he returned my call within the hour. Not being very handy myself, and not very familiar with how to fix plumbing problems, I wasn't able to explain the problem we were having in our downstairs bathroom very clearly to Les; however, he asked me some questions to help him understand what may be the issue.

Les showed up when he said he would and quickly figured out the problem was not as severe as what we had initially thought. He could have charged us for all sorts of repairs that we didn't need - we would have never known. Instead, Les told us what the issue was and how we could manage it ourselves. That's honesty for you!  I would highly recommend his services to anyone needing a plumber.

Les is my go to plumber. He responds fast and goes the extra mile to do the job right. His prices are very fair and he has a lot of integrity so I don't ever wonder if I'm getting up charged for services I don't need!

I am skeptical with All Drains. For a simple bath sink leak, I was told there was a pop-up underneath that needed to be replaced. Then was told that the water lines was leaking but that he would just tighten it. That doesn't make sense as I think he was trying to get me to replace both the hot and cold. After agreeing to almost $200 to fix these, I paid and had to leave the house. Got a  call later from him as he was finishing up and now he tells me that the whole faucet fixture was the problem and he could replace it for another $125 or something like that. It seems to me I was baited on several occasions to continue to spend more money. Since I was not there anymore, I told him to leave everything as is, not fixed and disconnected because I felt I was getting scammed. A simple leak would have resulted in replacing the hot/cold lines, pop-up assembly and the entire faucet fixture. He basically didn't do anything and I unfortunately paid him already. I went to Home Depot the next day, bought a fixture for $50 and went back to replace and install, all within 30 minutes. It is now working. Be very cautious with how they may increasingly ad additional repair costs to their work.

Les and his staff are GREAT! His prices are very reasonable, he always shows up on time and is very nice and works with you.I had him replace my bathtub fixtures and my sink in the kitchen, so he has done work for us twice now and has been great both times. He also guarantees his work as well

I've used All Drains Plumbing a couple of times: once to fix a leak in my ceiling where a copper pipe was leaking, and once to replace a toilet.  Both times they were prompt, efficient, courteous, clean, and affordable. I highly recommend them.

I had a broken hose bib leaking and also a frozen main shut off valve. Les was able to come out the same day and took care of my issues quick and for a reasonable price. He had all the correct parts and tools needed for the job. He is on time and professional and friendly. I will call him back in a heartbeat the next time I have an issue.

Our A/C, located on a inside hallway of a one-story home, had a condensation drain pipe built into the slab and roots grew into it.  The pipe in the slab was too small to clean out after talking with several plumbers.  Les of All Drain said he would attempt to clear it but was unsuccessful.  The line handles a lot of water with the A/C on and we had to jury rig a big waste basket to collect water.  It had to be dumped several times a day.

Les decided that a line could be run behind a closet wall to the an exterior.  Others had suggested a pump and line running up to the attic and the over the ceiling to an outside drop.  We were very concerned about running water overhead with potential leaks dropping ceilings and affecting electrical circuits in the walls.  We liked Les's plan much better.

Today, Les showed up with his helper at 12.30, the time he had set up.  He laid out tarps and cut several sections of wallboard from the back of the closet to the bathtub wall.  Walla!!  The space between the tub and the wall was clear from the hall to the outside.  He drilled a small opening in the exterior of the home, ran the line from the A/C out, closed things up and refastened the wallboard to the studs.  Pretty neat and clean.

I will tape the wallboard and repaint the area to make me happy.  Les did all this in 21/2 hours.  We got a drain line that works, should not plug up in the future and is repairable should that ever be needed.  As I told Les - it was a slick solution.  He used his head, figured out an uneventful fix and executed it leaving everything working and back in place.  Also, we have no water overhead to worry about.

We had a leak in the wall. I called Les, who came in no time and with a pleasant attitude did the job quickly and efficiently. I will call him back next time (I wish there were no next times) as well.

Those monsters somehow crawled into my drainage pipes, causing my washing machine to back flow/overflow the adjacent bathroom sink.

And let me tell you that you ain't lived until you've tried plunging your bathroom sink while standing barefoot in stanky brown water.

This morning I called Les of All Drains Plumbing and he was able to make it out a few hours later (well within his promised arrival window). He could have easily said no and opted to take advantage of today's awesome beach weather, but this man takes his work seriously.

Upon arrival, he quickly assessed the situation and with the help of his magical Snake of Doom, Les and his team managed to vanquish those wretched C.H.U.D.s from my drains-all within one hour.

I called Les late Monday night, he was here on time Tuesday morning. He's work is fast and good prices. Threw in some extra's for no charge. I will be calling him if needed for any other job that we might have.

Our toilets became clogged this weekend so I searched around on Yelp and found Les. When I called this morning, he said he would be here within 2 hours, and he was!  Which was great,  especially based on my past experience with plumbers. He was very professional, friendly, and efficient. Price was great too. Two  up.

We have a house made in 1965, when drains slow it's always scary. So of course on Thursday before Labor day weekend it happens.  All Drains Plumbing came out the next afternoon (so I didn't have to miss work) found the problem right away using the camera in the pipe, cleared the blockage, re-camera'd it  and we're happy!
  Also Les (the tech) is a really nice person, and he loves Dogs! (bonus points!)

We had what we suspected a gas leak coming from our water heater. The gas company came out and verified this and suggested we have someone come out to look at the water heater. Our landlord called Les whom she found from Angie's list. He came right out dr it up and came back this morning with his co worker and they replaced the water heater with a new one in a couple hours. They arrived early and cleaned up before leaving. I would suggest them to others as they weren't the type to over suggest repairs. Honest and cordial. Thanks a lot!

We found All Drains Plumbing on yelp and chose to contact them because of the good reviews. Les and 2 of his guys (Mike and Jeff) came on time and checked out what was wrong with our plumbing. They worked effectively and took time to explain to us what was wrong and what they were gonna do to fix the problem. My wife and I thought that we only had a clogged drainage but it turned out that we had a bigger plumbing issue than just a clogged drain. Les and his guys had to come back the next day to continue the job. They came the following day, punctual as usual. They finished the job and resolved our problem by the end of the day. Les even offered to come back and pick up the big pieces of cut trees so he can dispose them himself (and he did just that).. Great guy, great service!

Les has done a number of jobs for us over the past few years. He's prompt, reliable, and stands by his work. We had a problematic toilet seal that developed a slight leak after 9 months, and he was out the next day to put in a new seal at no charge. He was just out again to replace our 40-year-old main that had developed a hidden leak resulting in a $300 water bill. We have lots of hardscaping to tunnel under, so replacing the main was not an easy job. The job was done in a couple of days, as promised, with all the dirt nicely filled back in and the sidewalk and patio hosed off. All of the sprinkler pipes that were broken in the process of digging the new main were also fixed. I highly recommend Les and All Drains.

We have used All Drains plumbing twice for big jobs. We had a sewer pipe break at the sidewalk and Les came out the same afternoon to get started. He and his helper stayed late and got the job done. I almost felt guilty watching them dig a huge hole in our yard; they worked so hard.

Be careful with Les. He is very unprofessional and rude. We've had business with him and he reverses his credit card payments after you provide services to him. And then he threatens you to stop sending him invoices. I would highly recommend looking for a plumber with ethics.

These guys were fantastic. I called because the water supply line on my refrigerator was cracked and leaking. They came over the same day I called them and fixed it in about 15 minutes. They were well prepared, very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be calling them again for all future plumbing needs.
