One Flow exemplifies an elite level of professionalism year in and out. We started using them for backflow testing service 4 years ago, and haven't looked back since. Instead of tracking my backflow tester down every year and playing phone tag, these guys come out and get the job done.

Called early this morning left a message for Sara. She called me back right away and was able to schedule work on three bathroom faucets and two broken drain pipes. Austin and Mo came out in the morning. They were polite, professional and explained in detail how to address the issues. The work was completed within a couple hours, Work are cleaned up and done professionally. I would recommend Done-Rite to anyone. Austin and Mo, we're fantastic. Great work! Thank you so much.

I called the listing and the agent on the phone identified himself as Carlos (later found out he was the owner) and I explained that I was having a problem with my main shower, the handle on one side was not working and I gave further details. After listening, Carlos said, Sir, I don't want to charge you for something that is a pretty easy fix for yourself, you could easily do it. I then explained that I had literally just been released from the hospital and was/am very ill and even though I could do the project, because of my illness and the fact that I wanted it done correctly, I asked Carlos if I could make an appointment? He answered that he was close to my home and said he would be there soon.

About 20 minutes later, Carlos showed up and not only checked out the issue, but told me what was wrong and then fixed the problem so that the shower had a temporary fix, until further arrangements could be made. I asked what I owed him for the fix but he refused and said it was a quick fix, don't worry about it. We shook hands, I thanked him and he left.

When is the last time you ever heard of such a thing?! An actual HONEST guy running a business? I've found my future plumber and the company that I will recommend from now on, Carlos from SoCal Plumbing Service. He was the guy that told the truth, then made time for me, then fixed the issues and didn't charge me for the small adjustments.

Last week we had what we thought was a leak in our washing machine.  It turned out to be a stopped up drainpipe.  As I mentioned in our previous review, we called Ace Plumbing to help us out.  Paul Han came out the evening we called him and cleared the drainpipe and no more water on the kitchen floor.  After Paul left we found that the shower drain was also stopped up.  I immediately call Paul.  He came out the very next day at 9:00 am, cleared the drain and checked that the washing machine drain was not affected.  I believe we were charged a very reasonable rate, but it was Paul's timely response to our needs that was most important to us.  Thank you Paul.  We hope we won't need to call you again, but if we have another plumbing problem we will call Ace Plumbing!

You know the feeling when you need a plumber?  Oh, no....dollar signs floating down your drain, lol.  Call Luke Bates!!!  I've called him twice , first time, by chance, this time because of the honest, efficient way he fixed our plumbing problem. Came out, gave me an estimate, which I accepted immediately, and an approximate time the job required. What a guy!!!  Honest , knows his stuff!  And, his son is now his apprentice!!  Please, don't look anywhere else. Luke is the go to man!!

I submitted a request for a quote to several area plumbers for my water heater to be replaced. RMG got back to me with the best price. RMG arrived on time with a new water heater and took his time to install it. All new water lines and gas line looked great. Their work was clean looking and professional. I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks RMG!

Magna Plumbing was recommended by our home warranty company for a sink disposal replacement. I was going to do the installation myself, but  Amazon sent a used disposal - the parts were in a ziplock baggie! So I decided to use our home warranty plan, who recommended Magna Plumbing. Mark, the owner, was very nice and promptly called to schedule the appointment. I am so glad that Cesar did the installation! A couple of the bolts were frozen, and it would have been impossible for me to do it myself. Cesar was really nice, professional, and taught me a few important plumbing tips, like using plumbers putty that is made specifically for stainless steel sinks. I highly recommend Magna Plumbing and enjoyed working with Cesar and Mark.

Noticed my kitchen faucet leaking in the morning. Called up Go Go Plumbing. About an hour later they were at my house looking at my problem. Told me I needed a new faucet and I could go to Home Depot pick one up and they'd install. Did that,called again and they were back about 30 minutes later. Install all done within 15 minutes. Excellent response time. Very professional service. I highly recommend them.

We had some really crazy issues. We had just had brand new floors put in when we found out they would have to cut through them for the fix. They were super considerate of what we had just completed and did as minimal cutting they could. Buddy, Kevin and Mike were great, even through a difficult decision process, they were accommodating and did a great job. I would use them over again if I have another issue.

Rolando showed up 2 days early (during a heat wave!) and handled our problems professionally and with a smile. Replaced the transformer, got me upgraded to a smart thermostat, and had everything blowing cold again in no time. Highly recommended!

As a 40 year F.V homeowner, I came across Professional Plumbimg in 2009 when I was doing a major room addition. Since that time, I have had occasion to use them for major sewer line relocation as well as other major installs. I have referred them to everyone I know. Nick, is without question the most meticulous and skilled plumber I have ever come across. Chris, is also a highly skilled and courteous pro. These guys do quality work in every aspect of the job. They do it right the first time,everytime!  The best!

Andres Fault provided a competitive quote, (I received 2 others) to replace outside hose bibs and update the water pressure valve.  The work was excellent.  The staff was on time and completed the work.  I called them on one item and they were back the next day  to check on things.  I would definitely use them again.

He was referred to us by a friend.  Our friend said that he did a decent job for general plumbing at a fair price and only had 1 complaint.  When he worked on the shower he mixed up the hot and cold so now the cold turns on the hot and the hot turns on the cold.  They couldn't fix it because it wasn't caught until after the shower enclosure was installed.  I went ahead and scheduled him for my brother's place to snake a drain.  Took a week to get a return call from him, but was able to schedule an appointment that worked with his schedule.  Since my brother couldn't get off work I arranged to get off work early to meet Frank.  Day came... no show.  Called him, got voicemail.  I took into consideration that perhaps a previous appointment took longer than expected and was open to reschedule, but after leaving him a couple more voicemails he never made an effort to call back.  I ended up calling a larger plumbing outfit that was professional, reasonable priced and worked with our schedule so we didn't have to take time off work to meet them.  

Frank the Plumber is not recommended.

Gabriel and I connected through yelp when I requested several quotes for my leaking water heater. My water heater was installed end of 2018 so still fairly new and I tried contacting the original plumber who installed it just to be told to send him a picture and he'd get back to me, which he never did. So Gabriel & I  spoke on a Saturday afternoon he had one of his guys at my house by Monday! His tech told me that whoever installed the water heater didn't tighten the nut enough that connects the hose from the wall to my water heater so I had a slow leak. I also told him that when I ran the hot water I'd hear weird noises in the pipes and he stayed extra to assess the noise and told me it was due to the water collecting in the bottom of the drip tray that was underneath the water heater. He made sure the tray was dry and stayed longer to make sure it wasn't making noise anymore when the hot water ran. I haven't had any leaking issues since (date of service was June 18th) and no noise in the pipes anymore whatsoever. They're service and professionalism is above and beyond! Thanks guys!!
