OMG!!!   Nant is a life saver!!!   Had a main water line leak and had 6 other plumbers out to my house and no one could pinpoint a leak.   Nant fixed it!    Thanks for ur help!!!!

Sean and his guys did an excellent job helping us locate and mark our sewer line locations. He was one of the very few guys with the right equipment to help us. They were very professional and extremely helpful. They educated us and even gave us great recommendations to solve our drain problems. I would highly reccomend him and his team.

Last week we noticed our hose bib was leaking and decided to replace both the front and backyard (to keep everything consistent). After looking at the reviews on yelp, I reached out through yelp, and Cori was able to respond with an estimate within the time frame given.

Cori and and Anthony came out the same day, and not only did they fix both hose bibs, but Cori was able to point out that our water pressure needed adjusting. They were able to come back to our house over the weekend to fix our water pressure too.

We're really glad we reached out to Plumbing Method to get everything fixed. Great communication, very professional, they offer competitive pricing (and we're very honest with us as we are having to watch our finances due to COVID), and their overall work is very thorough. I have already referred them to a friend, and plan on being a returning customer when needed.

I work for a medical facility in H.P. The city was coming down on us because our BackFlow had failed the annual test. Long story short, I contacted Jaime through yelp. I was impressed by Jaime's  work ethic. He showed up the very same day. Not only did his crew install the back flow. Jaime also conducted the annual testing & provided test results. Thank you Jaime & your team for being your word & keeping good costumer service alive!

Stay away! I paid 125 for nothing, and don't believe their 30-day warranty!

Short version: Spent $125 for them to snake twice for my clogging master shower, and they DIDN'T fix it and refused to come back after 2nd visit. I gave them 1 star for the fast response, that's about it.

Long version: called few plumbers for my clogged master shower, they responded the fastest; quoted and get paid $125 and was told it has 30-day-warranty. After a 5-minuet-snake into the drain, was told it is done. Showered that night, water came back; called the following day, the owner Justin came and did the 5-minuet-snake again, He said it is fixed and re-insured the 30-day warranty again. That night, the water came back up after I showered; following day, I called again, no call back. The 2nd following day, I called again to check, and in the phone, Justin refused to visit again and blamed I unscrewed the drain cap and it wasn't something they can do to fix! (I really don't understand this part, isn't this the reason I need you - the plumber?) And was told with his 14-year-exp, the only choice I had is camera down the pipe... In the end, I had the other company - Plumbing Concept Inc. came and took a massive hair mass out of drain. According to the 20-year-exp plumber, Justin Time didn't know what they were doing.

I guess the 6 years exp makes difference...

Excellent service on multiple occasions. In the beginning it was small things like toilet issues, faucet problems at my house but the Company was so good I continued to use them. I also own an Animal Hospital with allot of plumbing issues due to the volume of animals. Had construction done and repairs with Iron Mtn Plumbing at my Hospital and excellent all around! I only use them! The very efficient friendly service is important and most of all the problems we had were fixed the first time never repeats.

If I could give more stars I would. Was looking for dishwasher removal and plumbing issue. Marco  responded  to my quote quickly with the lowest estimate .He arrived at go straight to work. Quality job, super friendly and very skilled.  Definitely recommend!

We bought a house and are doing some work. We noticed some water stains. I called them yesterday to check on it right away since I had contractors about to paint. They came out in a few hours to check that everything was ok. Prompt, professional, reasonably priced.

Found these guys on Yelp when we needed a small toilet repair. Asked for a quote online and got a prompt response with a very good estimate. Chris arrived on schedule and did a good job. Will definitely use them again.

I have to edit my review of this company. I'm getting my ac and furnace system replaced today and apparently Avis did not set the system up correctly. They installed an air scrubber and all-house humidifier in our attic. We have 2 intake vents and they only connected 1 of those intake vents to the system so only half the air has been filtered all these many years we've had the system. Also, the connecting duct from the ac unit was much smaller than it should've been so we weren't utilizing the ac to its fullest, basically turning our 5 ton unit down to 2.5 or 3 ton unit. I'm really not sure if it was Avis or if that's how it was originally installed in the house but either way, whether they did a bad install or didn't catch the problem, they didn't do what I wouldn't expected them to do.

The reason I still gave them stars is that their people are really super nice and the customer service was great. We had the same tech for most of the time, but we stopped using their service when he was no longer available to come out to our house.

The AprilAire scrubber and humidifier are still amazing. we were told by our new ac tech with this company that's installing our new ac system that the air scrubber actually filters out COVID particles from the air. I would definitely still recommend the AprilAire brand 100%!!!

Soooo glad I found Brian! Responded quickly, was on time for the appointment, and fixed the leak for a totally fair price (not to mention he was such a nice guy!!) Cannot express how stoked I am - he will definitely be on my speed dial for future plumbing needs.

My Insurance company set up the appointment to have them come out and move my water heater so the drywall could be removed to dry out my wall from a water leak. This company arrived on time and Anthony and Eric were very polite and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing work!

Anthony and Kai removed a 15 year old water heater and installed a replacement.  Besides installing a commercial grade water heater, they also changed basically everything....hoses, pan, straps, etc.  They wore  masks and practiced social distancing, were very professional, had great attitudes, and provided clear communication throughout the job.  They also replaced a broken spigot in the backyard.  They did a great job.

Carlos and Karla helped me get my water softener system set up. It worked really well, the bypasses look great, and they did a great job. I ran into some freak accident issues with the water softener and Carlos came by and fixed it with pretty short notice. They're a good crew with fair pricing and they honor their guarantees.

Responsive Plumbing lives up to its name! James was very helpful and sent Alberto out on a Sunday, which a lot of other plumbing companies would not do. James remained in communication with us every step of the way throughout the day. Alberto showed up on time (a few minutes early even), and was able to fix the issue in a timely manner. James even called after the job was done to follow up. I would definitely recommend them any time that you are in need of plumbing services!!

We had Gene Gallegos come out because we had some faulty toilets. We wore PPE, & was polite & very thorough. He used his auger & cameras and found and removed some left behind construction debris! I'm sure he saved us tons of money in the future. Thanks for excellent customer service!

I manage properties and have to call plumbers quite often. ARK has been great to work with. They always come quickly, usually same day, and they have very fair prices. I would definitely recommend them.
