MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

I recently moved to Riverside and this was my fourth time calling a different plumber. I was very impressed with Plumbing Master. David came out and was very professional and knowledgeable. My toilet had no wax ring which was producing the sewer smell in my bathroom and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem. Will definitely use them again.

We had an existing AC system tune up, and service was good.   Mr. Brent Wangsness was efficient and effective in his service tune up.

I had a problem with my garbage disposal we called la Mirada plumbing and the technician named Kevin came and reset the garbage disposal button. He was doing something with the pipe and when i asked what he was doing hes answer was im just checking it. After that, he charged us $105 for just 5 minutes. The 2nd day i turned it on and it wasn't working again, and water was coming out from the pipe that kevin was supposedly checking. so i called them to see if they can fix the problem that for sure Kevin had messed up. A lady answered me with a very nasty attitude and after i explained the problem to her she made it seem i was lying to her and i felt very offended. they offered me to send me another technician to check the problem but would charge me $180 on top of the $105 i had already had pay!!!! I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS,THIEF'S AND CROOKS!!! THEY MADE ME PAY $105 FOR NOTHING MY GARBAGE DISPOSAL IS STILL BROKEN PLUS MY PIPE!!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I wanted to let everyone know what an awesome plumbing service we had today. They found the leak, videotape the leak , took pictures, replaced the pipe and filled in the area in a little over 2 hours total. The price was awesome and service top notch. I have to a  addy the quote was better than most I called. I would highly recommend this service.

We've been in California over 15 years. Hired quite a few Plumbers. Competent to incompetent. Just because they have a truck with big recognized logos,  tool boxes and ladders doesn't mean they're good.

None good enough to recommend.

The job was enormous. Every pipe protruding from the damage soaked walls and angle stop valves needed to be replaced.

The once operational main hot water pipe underneath our cement slab would be capped. Not used.
The reasoning by my trusted friends and neighbors agreeing to have Leak Pro Plumbing cap the main hot water pipe was it may break again. Our pipes are 30 years old.  Some of my neighbors experienced a second hot water burst on their same under the cement slab pipe a few years later.

The father/son team of Joe and Andy were punctual and ready to knock out the task at hand. Great work, excellent communication, and thorough explanations. We've used them several times with both our plumbing and A/C needs, and they knocked it out of the park each time! Highly recommended!!

Business was super responsive and quick to respond with a quote. Came out the very next morning on time to help us install and remove adapters etc for our fridge, washer, and dryer. He even told us he would come back to help us if the place where we purchased our appliances gave us any issues about installing again. So I contacted J& M on Sunday to figure out why my water was not working. Jesus reached out to me quickly and said he can get out there within 1 hour which was a blessing as the house is an Airbnb and we had guests needing water. His quote was $100 plus any repairs. A guy other than Jesus shows up on time and was very professional. He checked the meter and other stuff looking for leaks or what ever. He was there for 10 minutes and found the main valve was closed for some reason. No repairs needed, great news.

The bad news. He charged $250. I asked what the $100 was for and he said to show up. The diagnostic and said repair was $250.

I just felt that was smoke & mirror and felt taken advantage of. I just wanted to share so no one else gets caught up in the bait & switch they practice.

I give them a star for responding pretty fast to my Yelp message.  Unfortunately they turned out to be unreliable.  They gave me a service window for Friday.  They called me minutes later to tell me that they needed to reschedule for Saturday.  I had no problem with that especially since it was a holiday weekend.  Well Saturday came and they were No call, No show.      They never called me to tell me they weren't coming.   Fortunately it wasn't an emergency but very unpleasant and unprofessional.  Luckily I found another company that came through and fixed my problem.

Well I found this company, at first not sure they are good and honest people to do the job, I am surprise, they show up on time, do  amazing work, professionally done and I am very satisfied and will definitely call them again in the future.

Dustin arrived as promised and was very professional!  He addressed the problem, repaired it and gave helpful information to prevent future issues/problems.  I will not hesitate to call in future and will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a honest and reliable plumber.

Stumbled upon Bernal's Plumbing while looking online for a plumber. Over the phone, Frank quoted me a very fair estimate. Once he arrived, the service was very prompt and professional. He not only repaired my initial problem but also fixed my garbage disposal and replaced a broken clean out plug at no extra charge. I just recently moved into this neighborhood so I'm glad to have found a reliable plumber on my first shot. Bernal's Plumbing is definitely being added to the address book.

Prolific Plumbing offers exceptional customer service. I only had a dripping shower faucet so I thought; Cody was able to show me in real time moisture in the wall and garage ceiling. I had a leaking valve in the wall. Precision cutting and technical expertise impeccable! Surely saved me thousands of dollars with his diligent assessment. He was pompt, neat, commutative, with up-front fair pricing. Recommending to my homeowners association!

After getting screwed by two different plumbing companies from my home warranty, I had to go solo and find someone to install a new kitchen faucet for me. I got in touch with these guys and they came in and did the job quickly and without issue. I wish every company can be this professional and yet maintain that human element. They didn't talk to me like an idiot, or was trying to nickel and dime me for every little thing. They were really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great service! They responded very quickly when I put in a request for an estimate. Alfredo showed up within an hour, in a mask and was very professional and completed the job quickly! We were in a real pickle with one of our showers not turning off and were very grateful that he was able to fix this for us! We would absolutely hire them again for any plumbing needs.

Needed a water heater replaced ASAP and George was at my house within 2 hours of calling. Did great work at an awesome price. I couldn't be more happy with the service.

I sent a text with a picture of the water leak I was experiencing to them last Wednesday and asked if they could stop by soon to take a look at the problem. I hadn't heard from them by late afternoon so called and left a message with their answering service. Brandon called me back and said he could stop by next Tuesday and would call me the following day ( Thursday ) to set up a specific time.  No call on Thursday nor Friday so I left a message again with his answering service Friday afternoon. Still haven't received a call back from anyone. If he decided that he did not have time for my job nor the ability to deal with it, I would've appreciated a response so that I could've looked elsewhere and not waited around for 5 days. So much for trying to help out a small business. Time to move on to a company that shows respect for potential customers.
