I had previously reviewed this business at 1 star due to what seemed like greedy business practices. Here is my update:
Today, unfortunately, the clog that flooded our kitchen came back. My sister in law spoke with Devin on the phone and despite being outside of our 30 day warranty, he was perfectly willing to come out and fix the clog personally. He also was able to match the price of the guy that usually does our work and refund us part of the fee we previously paid. We had all been slightly upset at the cost of the work before (the technician was really sweet and knowledgeable, so he wasn't a problem), but this show of customer service took the bad taste out of our mouths. He was even willing to come out within an hour of her calling.
With four people living in one house (my brother, sister-in-law, my husband, and myself), a clogged sink can really ruin your day. I will be glad to call this business any time we need service in the future.
Exceptional customer service is hard to come by, and I am happy to be able to update my review to reflect that.
