Top Tier Plumbing And Rooter

My tenants called me reporting a leak coming from the kitchen ceiling which was directly below the upstairs bathroom. I needed someone to get out there fast to minimize the damage and make the diagnosis and repair. Nathan responded immediately and went out to the unit within the hour. He quickly diagnosed the issue and set to work fixing it immediately. I arrived after the repair, which involved quite a bit of drywall work, and I was really impressed with the quality of the work.

Nathan communicated well with me every step of the way, explained everything well, sent me pictures of everything, and provided detailed, itemized estimates and invoices so that I always knew exactly what to expect.  He was also extremely professional and cautious on the phone and in his texts.

I would absolutely recommend Top Tier plumbing - they were really wonderful to work with.

Our hot water went out in the kitchen over the weekend.  We have a baby and my wife has another one due any day.  Frank came within minutes late in the afternoon, within an hour of me calling.  He was awesome.  Very nice and sincere, he really tried to diagnose the issue and ultimately figured out it wasn't a leak, or a pipe issue.  My faucet had become clogged with sediment due to our hard water.  After ensuring the faucet head was cleaned out, there wasn't a lot more that could be done other than replacing the faucet.  And ultimately, trying to address the hard water with potentially a home water treatment (filter) system.  They didn't even charge me.  I couldn't believe the level of service and that people and companies like this still exist.  Much appreciated.

Wouldn't tell me what a ballpark would be to replace a tub that was older. Was very evasive and wasted my time on an estimate. Wanted $6000 to revive the old tub and replace a prefab with walls. Ridiculous amount of money and I've remodeled homes for over 30 years. Really disappointed and disturbing that someone would think they could charge so much.

I feel confident turning to Top Tier with any of my future plumbing needs based on my experiences so far. I can't recommend Top Tier enough. They're professional and communicative, and their estimates have always been clearly itemized and reasonable overall. The faucet replacement I had done for my bathtub was pretty complicated because of how my house was built, but it didn't deter them from the high-quality work they're already known for around here. They are capable, trustworthy, and do a consistently solid job.

Alan was very knowledgeable plumber. I've learned a lot talking to him while he was there fixing a shower tub spout. I highly recommend top tier plumbing and will use them if I ever do come up with something I'm not confident in doing myself.

I had a great experience with this company.  Nathan is very communicative and thorough.  We had an issue with our tankless heater distributing hot water to a particular area in my house. He quickly made an assessment of our plumbing schematic, and just as quickly pinpointed the cause of our issue.  It wasn't so obvious to me (I've been in quite a few scenarios as a plumber).  Skill and experience was evident as he was able to see without seeing. I've called this company twice. I've interacted with two technicians. All in all, their work, presentation, and professionalism lives up to the company's name.

I highly recommend top tier plumbing. We called five plumbers before top tier and all were problematic (either flaky, incompetent, or exorbitantly expensive). All we needed was a plumber to hook up our new kitchen sink, but because of our plumber woes we've been living without a sink for 2 weeks (washing dishes in the bathroom, eating takeout, etc. ). Yesterday we called Top Tier plumbing and the same day Nathan showed up, was very knowledgeable, and fixed everything perfectly for a reasonable price. He was also super cool, and we are very happy because now we have a great plumber for the future.

I called Nathan out. He was at my house quickly, to diagnose the issues. Rudy came out to complete the repairs on my scheduled day and everything was perfect. I'm extremely happy with the job that was done. Very clean, in and out (all things considered), and we are back to normal. A+ on quality of work and professionalism. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

What an amazing experience!  I had a huge plumbing issue with septic tanks and Top Tier came to the rescue.   Nathan was extremely professional and walked me through the entire process.  I will definitely be using them for all of my plumbing needs in the future!  if I could give 10 stars, I would.   Thank you Nathan and everyone at Top Tier!

I called regarding a clogged drain in my bathroom. Nathan arrived quickly with a warm smile and eager attitude to tackle the issue. I was so impressed with his expertise and his genuine old-fashioned customer service. The cost was great. I heartily recommend Top Tier Plumbing.

The toilet in my trailer was leaking. Nathan from Top Tier came out and inspected it. Turns out it was a defective toilet I recently ordered from Amazon. He was kind enough not to charge me anything. I would like to add that my dogs normally bark at people, not one bark lol. I guess they sensed he was a good and kind person. Thanks Nate

The owner, Nathan, is very friendly and personable. He put me at ease when I first met him. He called or texted me every step of the way through the project. He removed an old tub/shower unit and replaced it with a new shower unit. All the specialists Nathan hires are as great as he is. His tile guy had to lay an additional row of tile on the floor. It fits perfectly.  All the specialists Nathan hires are as great as he is. His price was competitive, even lower than some others, and his work is excellent! I give him and his company my highest recommendation.

It's great when you find a company with integrity. I contacted Top Tier Plumbing through Angi's List. They came out within 90 minutes, which was great considering I had called for emergency service. Jesus came out first and got right to work. He noticed a break in our piping and told us exactly what needed to happen.  Then came Nathan, who was just as amazing as Jesus. Nathan explained and reiterated what we were told before and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. In the end, we are very pleased, and no more blockage or backup! Another thing. I wanted to tip Nathan, and he told me he couldn't accept it. WOW! Now that's integrity! All he asked of me was to do this yelp review, which I am doing gladly.  I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed.

Anymore it is so difficult to find tradesmen who are prompt, professional and fair priced.  Look no more if you need plumbing services.  We had a somewhat complicated install at my home and Nathan and his partner handled it with ease.   Hardworking and very knowledgeable.

Nathan is very responsive and was able to fix my leak at the meter with reasonable price on the same day while others made me wait few days because the leak was too complicated to fix. I know who to call from now on when I have plumbing issues.

Our tankless water heater needed a flushing. They came the next day and did the job. We are satisfied with the work done and the price.

I called Top Tier Plumbing  for emergency faucet leak. Nathan showed up on time, replaced and installed my new kitchen faucet for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Top Tier plumbing exceeded my expectations from the first call through the entire service. They are prompt, professional and talented. For our remodel, they put in water lines and shut off valves to our refrigerators. The initial service was outstanding. After they left, I realized I made a mistake and needed Ty them to come move one of the locations. They again came quickly to fix my problem and didn't charge me even though it was my mistake. I will use their services again.

Had a water heater issue found out about it at 9am called and technician was here at 10 quoted me and got me a new water heater by 12pm. Showed me and explained to me what was done. Great service

I needed help locating underground sewer line for an addition I will be working on. I contacted Top Tier Plumbing and Rooter (on their website) to see if that is a service they offered. Within a couple minutes I got a call back from Nathan and he informed me that it was something he can do. He came right over and proceeded to carry out the task at hand. Nathan was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions, and gave me more information on things I wasn't even considering for my project. He also informed me that Top Tier also does new construction and that he would be able to assist in my plumbing needs for my bathroom addition. Overall, I am very impressed by his friendliness and professionalism and would definitely recommend him.
