I purchased a 40 year old home with a septic system.  We started having problems the day we moved in.  I had called 5 plumbers, several that would not even bother to come out to the house.  Two told me I should dig up the septic system, inspect it and call them back to tell them what I found!!  For  the 3 plumbers that did show up none knew how to even begin figuring out where to start.  Two showed up with nothing but a plunger!!   It was extremely frustrating.  

Then I called AAP on a holiday weekend at 6pm.  The lady that answered the phone was kind, patient and knowledgeable.  She said she could not assure me that she could find a tech However; within 10 minutes William called and said he was on his way.  He showed within 20 minutes.  William was extremely knowledgeable as well.  William came prepared with everything possibly needed to not only diagnose the problem, educated us on the problem and our system and then repaired the problem on the spot.  After almost 30 days with on and off plumbing we are extremely grateful.  I WILL NEVER CALL or USE ANOTHER PLUMBER OTHER THAN AAP!  They were upfront with all diagnosis', William walked us through the problem and showed us the problem on his camera, They were extremely fair with their pricing, they gave us the option to do it ourselves if we wanted, HOWEVER; having these experts do quality repairs and guaranty their work has given us huge peace of mind.

I have tried to contact this company again and so far they have still not replied. So disappointed. My service was December 2017 and still no resolution despite multiple promises to make things right. I saw them in my complex yesterday and it just reminded me of this whole issue. They obviously are still around so not responding is just bad business practices

I had a leak in my shower and AAP came out as requested, diagnosed the issue and repaired it a timely manner. My technician Carlos and his trainee fixed it so quickly and were very professional and friendly. I would definitely use them again for my plumbing needs.

Great company to do business with. Have used them multiple times and they always meet/exceed our expectations. At different times, have had clogged drains, new faucets installed, garbage disposal replaced and they do a professional job.

Had Carlos out today for whistling noise. Was very informative and took care of my elderly parents with the uttermost repair. Beyond satisfied and would recommend 100%

Will and Nick are like Batman and Robin- I looked up Plumber in Eastvale and these folks were the first ones at the top with the most stars. When they came out they were very professional and trustworthy. If will tells you know No at the door, it's only because he doesn't want to over promise and under deliver. Let him do his thing and he will then give you a thorough explanation and options of how to fix it. I will definitely use them again.

BUYER BEWARE. The plumbers that do the work are great. The office is unprofessional and shady. I was told it would be flat rate $1200 to service my tankless water heater for the brand I have. So I asked for a flat rate sheet, they wouldn't provide. Then they had me talk to multiple different people giving me the run around, not appreciated. I asked how they come up with $1200 and nobody could show me where that number comes from. The don't listen to their customers, bad customer support, shady on how they price jobs. And the sad part was that I had a great experience the first time which is why I was coming back to them....but never again.
ASK QUESTIONS if you plan to use these guys.

My fiance reached out to AAP Home Services, and before he could even tell me he had done so, Rudy called me to set up an appointment. The girl who set up the appointment gave me a 2 hour window for the next day from 9am-11am, and I had asked to have Rudy call me back so we could discuss exactly what he had spoken with my fiance about, just so we were all on the same page. Rudy called me back within an hour. To say I was already impressed with this company was an understatement. Edward showed up at 9:15 and was very polite, listened to what my issue was, and told me exactly what he was doing as he was doing it. He told me what he thought the issue was, gave me prices on a replacement water heater that we will need soon, but wasn't pushy about getting something done ASAP.

We had a horrible sulphur smell in one sink, Edward thought it was a bacteria issue in the pipe, but also flushed the water heater in case it was that and not what he thought it was. He gave me an enzyme gel to pour down the sink to get rid of the smell. He waited for the city to arrive to close the water main at the street. When we need additional home work done I know who we will be calling!

I have used AAP for many home repairs. They are the only plumbing vendor used in my association which gives me confidence they are reliable. They provide same day service and the price for work is more than fair. The workmanship is high and the repairman are always careful to leave conditions the way they were before starting. I strongly recommend this company to others.

After messaging with Stephanie she was disputing my post so I decided to provide more details. Tech showed up and I had other plumbers on site. Apparently they do not do bidding wars and said they would come back at a later date and I informed them that was my only day with access to the building. The tech was bothered and said he would not give a quote and per Stephanie she explained they have the right to choose whether or not to quote a project. That being said, he left the appointment and the company did not bid my job simply because they do not do bidding wars which is confusing because I didn't know a bidding war was happening but rather getting quotes on a limited schedule. If that is their policy they should state that they will not quote the job if someone is on site rather than sharing that later since they clearly aren't familiar with job walks and must not do much commercial if they are not comfortable with others onsite.

We have used All American Plumbing for 4 yrs now.  Service is outstanding.  Daniel came out this time due to our garbage disposal not working, and sink was clogged.  Daniel was able to figure out the problem in a timely manner, but he didn't stop there.  He wanted to make sure there was no other problem.  He noticed that the other sink was backing up, so he snaked it to clear the problem.  I failed to mention that that was happening once in awhile.  Daniel was very professional.  We highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.  Will always call them when needed.

I just had my 3rd experience with AAP, this time with Saul. Rosa was the person who had called to alert me that they needed to reschedule due to an emergency, admittedly, I freaked out as I'd taken today as a remote work day to get my running toilet fixed asap. Rosa never lost her composure and assured me they WILL get someone out albeit later in the day. She called back within 1.30 hours and let me know Saul will be there in 45 minutes! Saul was quick, efficient and friendly and Rosa understood my attitude when I'd explained a bad experience with another plumber who had basically told me the same thing and then, never came! AAP is a terrific company, I appreciate their follow through and especially their friendliness and professionalism!

William and Daniel came by today and did such an amazing job and they were so quick and efficient it looks great thanks guys so much for making my experience with your company amazing!!

NO SHOW!!
First things first, they cancelled at time the appointment was made. The appointment was scheduled one week in advance. I am a busy professional and need to adhere to a schedule. I took the day off to meet the plumber Rick who called to cancel at the actual appointment time.
Secondly, I was quoted $488 to replace two shower valves.
After they no showed, I went to Home Depot and purchased one shower valve for
for a cost of $40.00. I did the work myself which took 1/2 hour.

I cannot recommend this plumber.

Our experience with William & Luke of AAP was great.  Our kitchen sewer lines were rotted through and the slab flooring needed to be broken up to reach the problem area.  

These guys were clean, efficient, courteous, hard working and professional!  We are very pleased and will be calling them back for future work.

Rovel was great! He was able to get my AC working within minutes. He was very professional and didn't mind being asked questions.

I will keep their contact for future use!

AAP did a major water main repair at my condo complex this weekend and provided stellar service.

The plumber assigned to our job, Darren, was prompt, articulate and highly skilled. He came out on a Saturday afternoon after another plumber failed to help us, coordinated with a leak detection service on our behalf and then showed up again bright and early on Sunday to start work so that multiple tenants could have their water service restored as quickly as possible.

The job required removing shrubs, trenching, cutting 9 concrete and working around other plumbing/electrical/natural gas. It took a full day but it was done right and easily could have taken another day had we worked with a less-skilled plumber.

The best part - the price was great! I can't believe we paid as much as we did for the amount of work and time that went into this project.

I am giving this company a 5 star! I have had some piping issues in my house due to old pipes. I called this company and they send out a plumber named zack. He fixed my leak within a few mins and I couldn't have asked for a better plumbing experience. I will def. be using this company again and will ask for zack to come back. Love trusting a company especially as a lady. ;)

So I had one of aap plumbers out for a water stoppage in my back to back bathrooms.1 hour later I'm being told it would be 1800.00 dollars, the plumber didn't even try to snake the pipes then he tried to negotiate the price.I called another plumbing group and 168.00 dollars later it was fixed.I called aap office to complain about there plumber and was told he was an apprentice and they were sorry and was given a 200.00 dollar credit towards any future problems plus they will send out a senior tech,I guess I will give them another chance.

On Saturday morning noticed my carpet in bedroom was soaked called AAP Home Services they had someone show up that same day,Carlos showed up let me know what was wrong right away, I decided to have both showers repaired. I had him come back Monday morning since I had a day off from work so repairs could be done. Carlos showed up along with an assistant Brandon they did an amazing job thank you both. Thank you AAP Home Services for fast response in getting me someone!!!!!!

I have called AAP Home Services on a few occasions and found them to be somewhat hit and miss.  They respond well, but I have lacked confidence in their technicians and/or methods.  And their estimates are often well above the prevailing rates.  The best thing I can say about them is they have twice recommended other related contractors that I have found to be excellent with competitive prices.  In the future I plan to skip AAP.

Mike & Drake came out to my condo to check on a possible slab leak. On their initial visit, they confirmed the slab leak and started work that day. They came back the following day and re-routed my hot water line, since the leak was under my neighbor's garage. They were early each time they arrived at my house and were extremely professional, knowledgeable, never made me feel uncomfortable in asking questions and were very clean in leaving the house. I would highly recommend that you request for Mike & Drake to do the work when you call All American Plumbing. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased in how smooth the entire process went. I've had AAP do repairs before in the past and have always felt that their pricing while a bit high was justified by their expertise. Until yesterday. I had them come out to fix a few leaky valves. I asked about their hourly rate and was told they price by the job. I had the work done knowing that they were a bit high but they were already there. They checked the pressure relief valve and found it to be defective and would not warranty the work inside due to that. It's when I asked about the cost of the PRV repair that has prompted me to write this review. I was given a price of $995 and when I asked why so much was shown a replacement part cost of $668. When I googled the part on my own, I found it for $230, was asked if is it lead free like their part, and it was. Then they lowered their repair price to $530. All credibility with this company is now lost, and I will find another plumber for my future projects. Make sure you double check part pricing on your own before trusting their cost.

UPDATE: 5/13/15 12:44PMI received a call from the owner within 10 minutes of the review, who apologized for the misunderstanding, offered to do the repair for the cost of the part today, as well as threw in an additional repair of a hose spigot at no cost. This is customer service at its finest. They just left and I'm again a happy AAP costumer.

Just had an unpleasant interaction with a rep from AAP.  David Hess.  I have a small gas leak to a pool heater and David discovered that some of the existing plumbing is old and out of code.  Typical home owner experience in So Cal, so nothing to be dissatisfied with along that issue, however what David did next should have anyone reading this review second guessing calling AAP for a service quote.  After calling the office to get a plan of action and bid together, David tells me that they'll need to cap the line at the meter for a fee of $287, and that they need to do it right away or he'll call the gas company.  I can't imagine anyone looking for a repair quote on their home wants to be strong armed into signing a contract on the spot.  I was agitated, so I excused him from my property as politely as I could.  Within minutes I had a notification from the gas company to do a leak inspection.  They came and we were able to shut the gas off at a valve that served this line in the back yard at the meter, while keeping the home hooked up, in about 1 minute of time.  David failed to notice the shut off valve, probably item #1 a plumber should be looking for if there is a leak.  Be warned, AAP has a rep that will report you to the utilities if you wanted to get other bids instead of signing their contract on the spot.  Not worth the risk if you don't want to be shut down by a utility or whoever they report you to as you're requesting multiple bids for repair work.

Carlos was awesome and used sound logic and high tech listening equipment to find a slab leak that I had paid my old plumber $100 to not find.  He was one of the fastest hardest working plumbers as well, so even though it took two days to complete the re-route and change out our shower valves, not a second was wasted while he was here.  He was a pleasant and knowledgeable guy, and I would recommend this company again, even though I was a good dent in the bank account after all was said and done.  This kind of plumbing work isn't really plumbing work, it's hard labor and detective work, so I felt the price was reasonable for the work and complexity that it entailed.  I will call them again, even though I hope to never need to.

They made a slight lead time error, and compensated greatly for it!

I had a gas leak and they had a rep come out within 1hr of my call.
Carlos was our rep (he had a partner but I cant remember his name) he was very professional, courteous, friendly, clean and well dressed. Carlos was very good about informing me exactly what was wrong and gave a fair price on repairs.
I would call this company again and ask for Carlos!

We live in Long Beach and AAP evidently covers our area. We had heard about the good work they did... We no longer had hot water, so that was an urgent situation.  AAP came to our house immediately and resolved the problem in less then two hours.  It's nice to know that we could rely on someone in an urgent situation, and not have to wait.  They work around our schedule.  Thank you AAP!!!

I had several items I needed checked out for leaks and possible replacement in my home. I first set up an appointment with the office for an estimate. The staff was friendly and easy to reach.  Steven showed up on time to provided an on-site estimate. He took his time and wrote out an estimate for us. He was able to schedule us a few days later and came  prepared with all the materials and tools he needed to complete the job. He worked diligently, didn't take any breaks, and  did a fantastic job. Steven replaced our water regulator, several faucets and our shower fixtures, and fixed irregular installations done by previous technicians. Steven is also friendly, respectful, and takes pride in his work. I am confident that I received quality service and work from Steven.

We just had the worst customer service with AAP !! We stayed home all morning on a Friday for a tech then they had to reschedule for Sat from 10-12  then it changed till 2pm and still no show! When I called to finally cancel they still showed up!  I was told a certain price then it was changed when he called office! I felt bad for the Tech because he was a nice guy! The office  needs to be retrained on how to make appointments and maybe alot more time between appts. I will never work with this Company again!!

Fast and friendly service ! We were in a bind and needed a plumber within a couple of hours and they came quickly. Very satisfied with the service we received . We definitely will use them again!

Did a great job, they came out figure the problem with the drain system. Gave us an estimate and schedule the work quickly and worked it into our schedule. They got the parts, put the new flapper value in, nice and neat, all cleaned up, no left over mess. For the hot water problem, Tim proposed a better solution than we had been told and got the parts and install them and working great. It was actual a less costly solution also. I like the fact they followed up and did what they said and there were not a lot of changes or delays or up charges. They are my plumbers for the future. Thanks

Found out we had a leak in our upstairs shower. Called AAP and received a quick response. Isaac was our plumber and he did a great job. Explained everything, very professional and friendly. I will call easily on them next time I have a problem. Thank you Isaac!!

Very professional. The dispatcher gave me a 1 hour timeframe. They were early!!! The technician lucas did not even hesitate to go under the house even though it's 150 degrees outside. I used to work for an HVAC company and those guys raised holy hell when they had weekend calls and would dare go in an attic when it's hot. So I have a special appreciation for this excellent service. Now I can take a damn shower! Drain all clear.

Great service from aap but A bit of hassle getting referral to fix dry wall.

We just had Daniel come out and check out a water stain I recently noticed that was right below our laundry room.  He was very polite and thorough.  Asked lots of questions and was attentive to the job.  After opening up the ceiling and checking all of the fixtures upstairs for leaks he determined it was an issue with our pan and or washer very slowly leaking through a gap.  He also had to great tips on how to seal the pan and what to buy.  He explained everything to me and my husband and let us know that they don't repair dry wall but they have someone they can refer.

I would give Daniel five stars as his service was excellent.  

Now I just need the hole in my ceiling fixed... Here's where I encountered a little bit of trouble.  
I called the dry wall guy that was referred me to and the guy quoted me nearly double what Daniel said the cost Could be.  Daniel gave me a broad range and made no promises about what the cost could be.  It's about a two by one patch and the minute I told the guy it seemed high for such a small repair and he dropped his price but was annoyed about it.  I called aap back and asked for another referral because I didn't feel comfortable with Ernesto doing the job.  They gave me the number to someone else and that guy quoted me on the low end of what Daniel said the repair could cost.  A little bit of a hassle but I don't feel ripped off like I would have if Ernesto did the job.

Daniel shows up on time, and founded the issue of my water heater and fixed it within 40 minutes. Very good service.

Never used them. My dad waited all day for someone to arrive. Time window was 10-12 and at 12 someone called to ask if they can move it to 12-4. At 415 I called and said please cancel anyone from coming as no one showed up at the time we were given. At 4:30 someone showed up even though I cancelled appointment.

I asked them to call prior to coming because I wasn't home and my dad didn't  know what  the issue was. No one called prior to coming. I was told we'd receive a call with technician name and # when they were on way which didn't happen.

I wouldn't recommend this place.

Wanted to fix up the guest bathroom a bit before we had guests coming for a long weekend. We attempted to remove old fixtures ourselves, but they were so heavily corroded and limescaled that we thought we would do more harm than good.

Did a quick yelp search and found AAP, who had people staffing the phones 24/7! Called at 10:30pm and had someone scheduled for 8AM following day! I don't like that he was running late, but he had the good sense to call us and be truthful instead of keeping us wondering, which we appreciated.

He performed everything we asked, and gave us some advice about how to troubleshoot some other problems for the future. Very kind, very helpful, saved us in a pinch :) Would definitely use them in the future!

Just had AAP come over and change my house over from septic to sewer. Matt was wonderful to work with and explained everything that was going to get done. The work was completed on time with all the permits signed off.
Overall, I would have no hesitation to have them come back again for future work.

Sunday morning, main line stoppage smh! Every time sum1 flushed the toilet, it made its way out thru the front yard; not the way I wanted to start my day. Searched thru Yelp and came across AAP who was open.  I called and customer service said theyll have sum1 out between 2-4pm (i calld after 1030am).  Np i completely understand then about an hr later customer service said a tech was in the area and on his way TYJ!  He arrived literally 10 min after we hung up.  Eddie explained the problem, let me knw how much and I was like cool handle your business sir.  He was done within 20 min and my household breathed a sigh of relief.  Thank you AAP for helping our family on such short notice!

ALL American Plumbing is outstanding! We have had two different emergencies and they responded immediately both times. After diagnosing the problem (leak under kitchen sink), they calmly showed us the problem and the solution, giving us the comfort of knowing they could handle it easily and quickly. I expected a huge invoice due to the urgency, and late hour, but was pleasantly surprised with the cost. They even took preventative measures and fixed other problem areas that could have been a huge mess down the road. They even left the area cleaner than it was when they arrived! Highly recommended.

I had a pretty bad leak going on under the concrete slab of my house. Gabriel  came out and was very helpful. He was able to locate the problem and fix it. He was also very informative and helpful with my insurance company and connected me with a restoration company who also did good work. I would strongly recommend using this company and using Gabriel.

Last Friday night after 11 pm I sent a message from Yelp to the company seeking advice on my water heater that just stopped working. The owner Anthony P. responded within 30 minutes and told me to contact GE and let them know it was under warranty. He also sent me a link with GE's warrant contact information. An estimate was also given on the message. The part in question was delivered from GE on this date. I sent the owner another message on Yelp after 3 pm today and before 6 pm I had a plumber, Josh, at my home making the repair. I can't give enough positive stars for the quality of service I received. This a a great company, and if I have future plumbing needs, I will contact them before even considering anyone else. In fact, I didn't have to even call them, ever thing was done through Yelp messaging. Very convenient. Thanks again AAP Home Services.

I had a dripping faucet that started last night. I called All American Plumbing at 7:20 this morning and Carlos showed up at 9:15 with the correct replacement cartridges and had everything all repaired in about 30 minutes. He called me prior to arriving to make sure which parts he needed to pick up on the way. Great Service! Thanks AAP!

This is my first Yelp review. We called AAP regarding issues with our lack of water pressure and replacement of water regulator. They were prompt, professional and personable. Service was quick and yay, everything was fixed and replaced within 24 hours. What more can I say, if you have plumbing issues, call AAP! An added bonus, the total cost for parts and service was beyond reasonable.

In the last couple of years we've some plumbing issues in our home ( slab leaks, leaking valves, leaks in walls, etc...). Each time AAP came out and provided quality work at a fair price. This time, we had another minor leak in a pipe located somewhere between our first floor kitchen ceiling and our upstairs master bedroom toilet area. I was told that a plumber would be at my house between 12 and 2PM. At about 1130, Gabriel Sanchez and his apprentice Steven showed up at my door. Gabriel carefully listened to my explanation of the problem and he was able to identify the location of the leak and repair it with minimal damage to my kitchen ceiling. I also had him replace my water pressure regulator which is 25+ years old and starting to be inconsistent. As usual, my house was left as clean as it was before the work was started. I would highly recommend AAP if you are looking for a good and honest plumber.

They have  worst customer service.they don't stand behind their work poor customer skills. Poor work they flooded my house then the refused to stand behind their work. Im waiting for the owner to call me his employees refused to contact him for me. I give them a 0. Worst office manager very unprofessional.

Tim and Joe were extremely helpful! Very knowledgeable and new exactly where our leak was coming from. I highly recommend them and we will definitely use AAP for future services! Great job!

This company OVERCHARGES!! We called them out on Sat because our toilet would not flush even after many times plunging it. We Assumed our line was clogged. They sent a guy named Cesario out and he pulled the toilet and flushed the line only to find out the line wand fine, the toilet was the issue. He gave an estimate of $475 to replace the toilet after we just paid $145 for him to tell us we need a new toilet. We declined the $475 offer and just paid him $145 for what little he did. We bought a new toilet ourselves and called them back out to just install it. I was completely shocked that they charged $375 just to install it!!! WTF? That is an insane amount but since my Dad is a senior citizen, he didn't know any better and paid it. I was so upset when I got home and found out what they charged him. I would NEVER recommend this company. It should not have cost more than $100-$150 if even that. Beware

High recommend!! Fast, efficient, professional just about sums up my experience. Had an emergency toilet clog so I decided to give them a try. Didn't expect great service since they were the one few companies  still open past 11pm on a Saturday night but from the moment I called, they exceeded all my expectations. Daniel, the technician, arrived super fast (lady told me an hour and he arrived in 30 min), identified the problem within minutes and completed his task shortly thereafter.  Thanks for setting the bar high AAP!!

Had a backup in the bathtub and the toilet, couldn't figure it out on a Sunday. Our property management sent AAP out. The plumber showed up on time, clean and ready to work. Steve was very informative about what needed to be done and in a very timely fashion, knocked it out. He cleaned up his mess was very polite had us sign and he was on his way. Awesome  job, highly recommend, Steve was the ish.

Had to call for a clog in our kitchen sink. They responded within an hour, and the tech, Carlos, was friendly and knowledgeable. Ended up choosing to have him install a new garbage disposal, too, and am very pleased with the cleared drain and new disposal.  I'd definitely recommend them, and will use them for any future needs.

Wow all those great reviews.   I can't say I agree.   I called asked to have someone come out to find a leak.  The lady said it would be 90$.  I said fine send the guy but have him call when he's on the way over.   Well he doesn't call ahead and he shows up wanders around but without any equipment he can't find the leak.   Says they didn't tell him but he will send one of his guys over later.  He leaves calls back later says he has the equipment will come over around 4.  I say call ahead.  I never hear from Zachary again.  Im busy so I call the office the next week I say, what happened to your guy?  They say he called you but no answer.  Of course my call log shows no calls.  So I say send another guy.   We set up the appointment for Friday and bam I get a call this morning at 10:30 they're not going to make it..too busy...would I like to use another Company.  LOL    You guys suck.            Ok so I read your reply and you are a liar.  I was home all day in fact I'm home practically all the time. .  Nobody ever called period.  Let me tell it like I see it  you guys didn't want to find the leak for 90$ because you never intended to find it for 90$ instead you wanted to come out and quote me for a big fix it  job which is what you did. Sounds like bait and switch.  When I told you I'd fix it myself  while you were wandering around  my house without your tools that's when you knew you weren't coming back.

AAP came out the very next morning after I submitted the refrigerant leak repair request on my HVAC system on Sunday. They were friendly, professional, very thorough and completed the job that same day. Klayton is a wealth of knowledge regarding HVAC technology and it's great to see that they stand by their warranty and provide very fast service. Highly recommended! A++

I have had 7 different plumbers out to fix problems but AAP was there to help me immediately.  Anthony explained the situation to us fully and offered suggestions that were do-able.  His workers were fully knowledgeable, courteous and helpful in resolving our major problem.  They estimated the work would take approximately 2 days and the work was fully completed.  They also cleaned up after themselves.  I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends in the future.

Steve Reeves is awesome! My 10 year water heater was giving me problems. Pilot was not staying lit and after two days of cold showers I contacted AAP. I left a message at 9:30pm thinking I wouldn't get a response until next day. To my surprise I was contacted within  15 minutes! AAP offered to send someone out that night. I declined but appreciated the service offered. So they scheduled Steve to come out between the hours of 8-10am. Steve was at my door at 8am with a smile. After Steve patiently explained my dilemma, I decided to have a new water heater installed. I didn't feel I was given a sales pitch. Steve pretty much laid out my options based on the condition of the water heater and my budget. I had already dumped money into my water heater for a minor repair that didn't solve the problem. Google can't fix everything,my issue was much bigger. Steve was very professional and answered all my questions. Steve got the job done in a very timely manner. Oh, and a bonus he installed a new kitchen faucet I had purchased over a month ago that was on my Honey Do List

This is the second time I have used these guys. Michael came out quickly, gave my a reasonable quote and scheduled to come by later when he finished the job he had left to come by my house. My kitchen sink had failed and flooded my kitchen. Michael pointed out that my faucet wasn't worth trying to rebuild and suggested I buy a new one at Home Depot. I did just that and he came back when he said he would and replaced it. When you need a plumbing issue resolved quickly and correctly these are the guys to call. I'm done spending all day trying to do this stuff myself and not being sure if it's done right. I'm just going to call Michael and get it done right the first time!

I called AAP because of their great Yelp reviews when my regular plumber didn't return my call and I'm so glad I did. They came over the same day and showed up on time. They listened to what I wanted and gave me a fair price quote for the work I wanted done. They had the work down within an hour and all is working prefect. They answered some other questions I had  that didn't have anything to do with the work that they came over to do. They even retrieved my favorite earring that I had dropped down the bathroom sink for me.
I would highly recommend them to my family , friends, and clients!

I got several quotes. AAP gave me the best price so I had them install a high efficiency 18 SEER Amana heat pump system in my house. everything went perfect on the install. the job
was completed in 1 day.  5 star for AAP.  time will tell for Amana.   (so far I love the system)

Initially I was uneasy to hire a plummer for the leak because I had a bad experience with plumbers. After Michael explained the process from start to finish I knew I made the right call. The professional service has renewed my faith in in the plumbing industry. Michael diagnosed the water leak,  ordered and installed my water heater earlier than expected. Any future plumbing issues I will call All American Plumbing immediately. Outstanding service!

I had an excellent experience with this company.  I dealt with William, who explained the whole process and what to expect with the slab leak.  They were accommodating with my tenants schedule.  The crew that came out was very knowledgeable with slab leaks and they cleaned up after the job was completed.  I will definitely refer them.

Let me start by saying that AAP DID attempt to help us find a septic emptying company last weekend over fourth of July, but didn't have any luck. I rated them a 2 star instead of a 1 star because at no point in time did they directly lie to me, and the plumbing services they recommended weren't a bad idea.

For some background I have a home we purchased 4 years ago that was built in 1981 and has septic. For the last 4 years our septic has functioned flawlessly until this last 4th of July weekend where it backed up completely into our lower bathroom.

We had a pool overflow into the leach field and a water spigot spring a leak right over my septic main line at the same time. I explained to the plumber when they came out Monday what had happened and they recommended an empty service and inspection. The quote was initially $675 which was dropped after I told them it was WAY more than we planned on paying for a septic empty. The septic guys came back and said $250 and the plumber held fast at $375 for inspection due to my small 6 risers.

I asked if for $625 I was getting a guarantee minus any major issues that my drains would work and they said yes. After the septic pump was finished the AAP team determined they could not do the original job without digging the caps up and inspecting the tanks. They dug up both sides and determined the baffles were not properly installed, although they had been functioning as is for years and years without issue.

They then tested the leach line to make sure it was working properly and it was. So they went to work on the main line. They snaked the line which drained it and ran the camera up there. To me it looked like a crushed pipe which would make sense due to the water leak at the foundation adding weight to the dirt. They told me it was a grease backup and that I needed hydrojetting.

The plumber went back to call in for a quote on repairs and came back with an estimate of $625 and $675 for basic hydrojetting. At the time I had no idea what this would or should cost. It was 9pm at night. The highest quote was $4895 to install 2 new 24 risers, add a main line clean out port, to hydrojett the main line, to fix the 2 incorrect t baffles at the entrance and exit to the septic tank, and a chemical treatment of the tank. I immediately researched parts costs while the guys were there and it was about $200 in parts. The hydrojetting machine is not free and obviously should have a little premium on it. However the work would be completed that night, so truth be told it was about a $4500 labor quote for 3-4 hours work. Maybe less, the T baffles are right at the top of the septic tank and the lids were already exposed. The main line was 18 down so it was a little more digging.

I thought the quote was personally outrageous.

7 days later this Sunday my septic clogs again and once again we have to call a plumber. My wife calls the original company AAP and I speak with the owner Anthony who explains to me that he didn't get 17 trucks trying to take advantage of people and that he would send his guy back out today to inspect what is going on for free. I am super pissed about the quote and he tells me I have a major leak in my system if my septic filled up in a week.

A septic is supposed to fill back up in about a week. Research it, that is typical and there is no leak because I have already tested at the water main meter at the street. Then he tells me it is probably my leach lines then (a $5000 repair on top of the $4895 already quoted by the way) and I respond we ran a leach test with the hose for 30 minutes and it passed.

So he then says all I can do is send my guy out and find out what is wrong. So 3 hours later his tech Josh shows up and we show him the toilet. Since there is no main line cleanout he tells me he cannot inspect the line without removing the toilet and then placing it back on. I tell him to go call his boss as he said the inspection was free. They were already here and already knew there was no access so why tell me it is free if it isn't?

I literally walked to my garage, got a crescent wrench and some pliers, walked back into my lower bathroom and had the toilet off when he got off the phone with his boss. He then said OK yeah my boss says $165 to pull the toilet. OK so my free inspection was now  already $165 for 2 minutes work. Awesome! So the tech places the camera line down the main through the toilet and hits a block and because of the water we can't see anything.

So he tells me the grease in the line probably broke free and clogged the t baffle and assures me the issue is at the t baffle. He can snake it for me, but it is $98. lol great free service that so far would have cost me another $265 for 15 minutes work.

I dig up the septic and same issue as day 1. I fixed it with the hose for free. I still believe a crushed pipe to be the issue. I will be digging it up at the foundation myself. If you choose AAP, be prepared to finance the repairs.

After dealing with a clogged kitchen sink for nearly 2 days, we decided to have a professional plumber come out and deal with this mess.  

We contacted AAP last minute via yelp on a Sunday morning.  They were able to schedule us in same day and had a technician to our home within an hour.  

Josh arrived shortly after, he was very knowledgeable and professional, he fixed the problem with no hassle, he was quick and very fair with the price.  

The entire service from start to finish was easy and efficient.  Highly recommend these guys, and will refer to friends and family.

I will never use this company again. After using them almost a year ago, I'm just now finally getting everything in order with my plumbing and repairing the mess that was made.
I called for a possible slab leak early in the morning. Woman on the phone was very nice and told me they would send someone out right away. When he arrived, he didn't have the leak detection kit. So we waited hours for another employee to bring the leak finder. I was then told I had multiple slab leaks and the only option was to repipe the entire house. I said I couldn't afford that, and was told that they would try to find the leaks and repair them. After cutting massive, uneven holes in the drywall, and splicing in pex tubing that was not secured, and is still hanging loose through the attic, I was told that for every fix they were making, a new leak was springing up and they couldn't do anymore work until I paid for the repipe. I had already spent a large amount of money on these repairs and was left with hot water I had to turn on at the water heater every time I needed it and I couldn't afford to then pay for the repipe as well.
I had to call them back twice because a pipe they bypassed was not capped and I had a huge water leak in my garage as well as them bypassing my water source to my washing machine so I couldn't wash clothes until it was convenient for them to come back out and repair it.
Needless to say after being here all day, my house was left in worse shape then when these guys arrived. I called another plumber and in half the time, for half the price, and half the mess, my plumbing was 100% back to normal.
In closing, I feel like either the plumbers that arrived had no idea what to do, or they are told to upsell and do a subpar job if the big money fixes aren't chosen by the customer. In the end I found a great plumber who I feel comfortable calling for any plumbing issues. But it's not these guys.

I've used these guys a few times for my rental property in Riverside, CA, and they are always on time and very friendly! The jobs I have had them for (broken water valve and toilet seal) they always finish in no time at all and for a reasonable price!

Great service. Called after hours and since they couldn't dispatch right away the service tech called me to try to get relief until they could show up. Very friendly and price was not bad either.

The plumber came promptly, and the fees were as stated, but he left me with more repairs to be done, which required parts he did not have. Bummer.  

I can't believe it was just plain luck, because I was with him all the time except for 5 minutes, and the toilet POSITIVELY did not have that 2nd problem BEFORE he worked on it, as I had twice demonstrated to my own satisfaction before he got there,  

So now I still have a toilet out of commission, and am looking at another repair bill. Don't think I want to use them again.

I had a VERY unpleasant suprise on a Saturday night in the salon I manage- a burst pipe in the wall- flooding and all that good stuff. After talking to a bunch of plumbers who were rude and short with me I got ahold of Anthony from aap- not only was he patient with my millions of questions- he even let me send a picture and tried to help me turn the water off over the phone until our normal contracted plumber could come out. I ended up being paranoid and had him send someone anyways- he sent Michael who was super professional and had a great attitude for having to do an extra job on a Saturday night ( and far away). They definitely saved the day and r the most professional plumbers iv ever dealt with. Thanks guys!!

We recently had our kitchen sink get clogged. The first time we called AAP, Zachary came out and got the sink working again, gave us a great price. We were satisfied. A few weeks later we had the problem again. We called AAP and they sent another tech out. He couldn't get the sink working again. To my surprise Zachary showed up today without us calling. He came back on his own and fixed the sink. He went that extra mile. I can't tell you the volumes that speaks about that young mans work ethic. Very professional. That is exactly the kind of tech I would hire if I was running my own business. 5 stars. No question about it.

Professional and they smelled good too! Prices were fair and the three men who showed up appeared competent and confident in what they were doing and explaining. Very satisfied with their work. Fixed and replaced my Noritz tankless.

Josh was very patient and professional.  He took his time and didn't rush the job.  He took care of the sprinkler leak and made sure everything was good after the patch up work.  The price was fair and I'd recommend AAP.  Definitely will use their service in the future.

These guys are crooks! I had a slab leak and called this company for a leak detection. They quoted me $99 over the phone. Two guys came out (William and William). Before they start, they asked me what do I want to do. I told them I need to find where the leak is and get an estimate for the repair. They said they will find the leak but they WILL NOT tell me where the leak is. The $99 service is to let me know there is a leak and to give me an repair estimate. I was like What?? I already know there is a leak and I don't need to pay someone to tell me there is a leak. I need to know WHERE the leak is  They said they can't tell me where the leak is so I can get another repair quote from other company. It will be $475 to tell me exactly where the leak is. It is absolutely a bait and switch business practice. BE AWARE AND BE SURE TO ASK EXACTLY WHAT THEY WILL DO BEFORE LETTING THEM START. Better yet, don't even bother calling them. Waste of time and adding more stress to my stressful situation!

Called AAP for a slab leak and Daniel came out. He was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. The estimate was competitive with the other plumbing companies I had come out. I decided on AAP to do a total house re-pipe. The estimate included the re-pipe plus drywall repair. AAP was the only company out of the five I had give estimates that could start the project within a day and also compete the re-pipe in one day, allowing us to get the water back on. The drywall repair being included made it less stressful for us in that we did not have to find a company on our own. They also did all drywall repairs in one day. At the end of the project Daniel came out to ensure we were happy with all that was completed. He even offered to have a cleaning service come out for three hours to help clean the house after all the drywall mess. Great overall experience with Daniel and AAP.

Our house had a pipe burst in the upstairs bathroom and we contacted AAP. They were able to dispatch a technician out quickly. Our technician Tim was wonderful and very down to earth. He answered all our questions and help us resolve our issues with the plumbing. I would definitely recommend Tim and his company for any plumbing needs or concerns. Excellent service and lots of knowledge.

We had a hot water slab leak that we had to get fixed. William came out to identify the problem and came out the next day and it only took one day. He explained everything he was going to do. He told us that we only needed to replace one water line. He and his helper cleaned up after themselves. I feel this is an honest company and will call them again if needed and will recommend then to friends snd family.

Beware of this Company.  

They use the name All American Plumbing on the phone and in response to Home Advisor requests, even though their name is actually AAP Home Services.  All American Plumbing is actually the name of a highly rated plumbing contractor in San Diego, but this company isn't them.

Not realizing this, I made an appointment to have them come out and give me an estimate today.  Shortly before they were supposed to come out, they called and cancelled because they were too busy.

AAP did a slab leak repair, reroute in my home last year. So this year, when I had yet another leak in the ceiling, I turned to them to see if it had anything to do with the last job. It turns out that it was a shoddy job done by Bath Planet who installed my shower. AAP came out and fixed it even though it had nothing to do with their previous one. They are an amazing company that does a fantastic job and stand by their work 100%. Cesar was polite, efficient, a professional in his work and wore a mask. I highly recommend this company.

Called AAP and set up an appointment to have our main drain looked at. It was an emergency situation.  They said they could be out later that afternoon (called around 10AM). Said they would arrive by 1 but after an hour and a half past, nobody showed. We called and rescheduled for Monday and stayed at my dads with our 5 month old because our house had no running water or working plumbing. We took off work and were given an appt time between 11-1 Monday and when nobody showed by 1:30 we called and were told it would be another 20 minutes. By 3 pm we called back and canceled our appt with them and will be hiring another company.
To AAP: please consider that people have lives (and a new baby in our case) and that when you quote a time, it is important that you show a little professionalism, and CUSTOMER SERVICE... actually arrive when you say you will. Thank you for leaving our family in a bad situation for 3 days while we waited on you to get your stuff together (and you never actually did). As a business owner myself, I would be ashamed!

I had a horrible experience with a different plumbing company over a very simple job. AAP was my second choice and I wish I had called them first. William Llames was my plumber and he fixed what the previous plumber could not. It was so simple that I was not even charged for the 5 minute repair that had caused me so much grieve by the previous plumbing company. I live in a condo complex and this company knew more about it then the previous one. Though AAP may not be the cheapest, I think knowledge is power and worth the extra money to get the job done right and in a timely manner.

I contacted the owner and they sent out Gabriel to do the work at our house. The water heater is a power vent system and there are many parts to this water heater system compared to the standard ones. The tech was trying to check for issues within all aspects of the heater, and found that the burner assembly was out. Instead of trying to go for the largest invoice and sell me on a new water heater, the tech gave me options which I liked. He told me the advantages and disadvantages and was supportive on both options he recommended and didnt pressure me, I felt I bought something rather being sold on something. I also wasn't home and my wife is 35 weeks pregnant, and she had no problems working with their staff and made everything smooth. I highly recommend them as they came out the next day and fixed our water heater issues. Questions were answered, problems were solved, and the hot water is back. And for anyone who might complain about time of arrival (though he arrived on time, and even if he didn't), remember, they are going from job to job, and I would rather have them stay at their previous job to make sure it is all right and then come to my house. If the tables were turned, I would want the same treatment.

Unfortunately, I have to update my former review of AAP from a 5 star to less than a 1 star.  They don't care about making the customer happy and would rather argue with you for 30 minutes - than spend 10 minutes to jet a sink drain that was under warranty.  Their solution to open a drain was to jack hammer our kitchen floor and tear out the granite counters and cabinets rather than hydro-jetting the line, which worked in the past.  Our response to this ridiculous option was laughable -  I guess every house that has drain issues has to completely rebuild the plumbing system.  Talking to the office manager about this issue was a total waste of time; she apparently thought all we wanted was a free drain cleaning rather than addressing the problem.  Bottom line - we won't have AAP over again and can't recommend them.

Very pleased.  Helpful without being too stressful.  Went the extra mile as far as I was concerned.   They replaced entire sewer system.  I did have to remind them to pull permits with City.  Generally I get more than one estimate.   Wished I had when work was done so fast!

I called AAP because one of my tenants had a clogged kitchen sink. Their technician, Josh, came out well within the time frame I was given. Our garbage disposal stopped working and a backyard faucet was leaking so it was time to call a plumber. We've used AAP before so we called them again. AAP sent us Zachary and Dylan. Replacing the garbage disposal was pretty routine, but replacing an old crusty faucet was a bit more difficult. Zachary was cut for the job. A  young man with such impressive maturity. He is very patient and you can almost hear him thinking as he goes about doing his work. Dylan is being trained by Zachary and if he turns out to be like Zachary, he would be a great plumber. Everything turned out well and I would like to expressly say Zachary and Dylan were a delight to have in our home. They are both very well mannered young men.

Awesome response time.  Quality work.  Fair Price.  And they informed me about insurance submission!
Next time, each time, I'll call AAP.  ASK FOR EDDIE!

We had a heavy leak coming out of the main water pipe into our house. Called AAP and they had someone out to our house within an hour. Gabriel looked at it and said it just needed to be tightened. He got out his large wrench tightened it and didn't even charge us. Will definately be calling AAP again for any other plubing issues we have.

I believe this company is overpriced and recommended unnecessary parts and labor. Would not use again.

I called at 10:20pm by the time the main drain was cleared out  it was 11:21pm. Now that is awesome turn around time especially during after hours. Lucas came out and was very professional and got it done. The cost was very fair especially being after 10pm. I will sure be using them again.

I've had this company out to my house for 3 different problems.  Each time they've come out, they have found and fixed my problems fast and efficiently.  I would suggests this company to any and all of my family and friends!  Love these guys!

Last night my kitchen sink became clogged and after spending about an hour using my $20 Home Depot hand auger I finally gave up and decided to call a professional since I figured I needed a machine auger to clear my sewer line.   I called AAP at 8:00 a.m. the next morning and by 10:00 a.m. Ryan was at my house.  He gave me a quote and in about 15-20 minutes he had cleared my sewer line.       After he was done he began to clean up and while looking under the sink, he noticed  some water dripping off the garbage disposal and gave me a quote (parts and labor) to have it replaced.      I politely declined since that's a job I could do myself by picking one up at Home Depot.

I would give AAP and Ryan 5 stars for service and he is an excellent salesman.....if I wasn't so cheap I would have had him put in a brand new garbage disposal instead of doing it myself.   I would definitely call this company again in the future.

Took a day off from work to meet with this company for an estimate and they did not show up. Worse they made zerio effort to contact me to let me know that they would not be coming.

When I called them back, they said they could not do the work they had implied they can do on the homeadvisor.com site. Why list it then? Why not call back?

Being a homeowner for over 25 years, I've had more than my fair share of plumbing problems and experience with plumbers; most not good.  That being said, by far, AAP - All American Plumbing is a top-notch plumbing service that I will recommend to my staff, family, and friends!  I too have now found a plumbing service that I will always use.  My Service Technician, Michael Littleton, was just awesome!  He was extremely skilled, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what all of my options were while being honest with time, cost, and long term vs. short term options.  He was also on-time for both appointments and not just delivered but over-delivered on the work that he performed.  
For all of my future plumbing needs, I will definitely be calling Michael and AAP!

Our pipe was leaking under the sink so we called AAP. Saul came out and was extremely helpful! We have an older house and older pipes so it took a lot of time and effort. He remained positive, kind, and determined to fix the issue the whole time. Saul was a very hard worker as well as very friendly. After multiple attempts, and a lot of patience from him, he was able to replace our garbage disposal and fix the leak. It was a wonderful experience and will will definitely be using AAP in the future! Thank you for all the help and the wonderful customer service!

Absolutely excellent service. Steve came out early this morning to help us with a clogged toilets (2nd time in 3 months), found the problem and is even going an extra step and coming out again next week to see why it keeps happening. Was quick, clean, very friendly, and explained everything afterwards. Price was very reasonable.

There are several issues I had with the plumber AAP sent out to my house to fix a dropping tub faucet, intermittently running toilets, and under sink drip.

Pro:  George wore shoe covers to keep my floor clean.

He arrived around 11:30AM, within the appointment window.

Con:  George forgot to take shoe covers off when walking to his van parked in alley, negating the point of shoe covers.

I should have asked him to leave when he did not know how to open my toilet lid that has a top pull instead of side push flush.  What green plumber hasn't seen this kind of toilet?

Then he looked at the other toilets that had intermittent issues and told me I should replace my toilet.  How about replacing the flap first to see if that would resolve the problem?  It's like a quack surgeon who wants to cut off the arm to fix a broken pinky finger.  He said my toilet is old and toilets should be replaced every 6-7 years.  My father is a retired plumber and just replaces the parts hat are worn as long as the bowl is not broken.  I told him to replace the flap and we'll see if it fixes the problem.  If it doesn't, I will call them back to replace the toilet.  At the 3rd toilet, he's pushing for full replacement and that when I told him again to replace all the flaps.  This is a pushy plumber.

Then he looked at the leak under the sink and tells me that a plastic cap needs to be tightened.  I take a look myself and see a crack.  I told him to look again and he says there's no crack on the plastic cap and he can tighten it for free.  Yay, free is good.  Nothing to worry about there, right?  More on this later as I'm kicking him out of my house.

George can't fix the main problem, which is the dripping tub faucet, because Harden Hardware is out of business and there is no one selling spare parts.  I know this because another plumber tried to find spare parts to replace dripping sink faucet in the same bathroom last year.  He says replacing faucet would require tearing into the marble tub surround.  I declined.

Since he was already there, I asked him to quote me for changing 4 toilet flaps.  Ok, I tried changing these myself, but couldn't get it to work properly, so I was willing to pay a plumber for the work and I get that they have to make some money for even a small job to cover travel expenses.  He quoted me $100 per flap plus materials, which came out to $480 estimate.  Pricey, but I was willing to pay to stop the water flow in toilets and not waste another day waiting for plumbers and estimates.  He went out to buy flaps, came back and started working.  Around 1:30PM, I told him I had to leave by 2:20PM.  He was still working on replacing the first toilet flap.  By 2:15PM, he was just finishing up flap #2 and said he couldn't replace flaps #3 & 4 because he bought the wrong parts.  What kind of plumber doesn't check what they need to buy before going to the store.  He said he could come back later when I get home.  I didn't have time in the afternoon to continue this drawn out job.  I told him to charge me for 2 toilet flaps.  He reworks the estimate and returned with $280.  By my calculations, $480/4=$120/toilet.  So the cost should be $240.  I caught his mistake and he comes back with parts cost more than estimated.  Well, I wasn't happy with his estimate and then he changes the story to say that the $80 was a service call.  No one mentioned service call charge over email, phone or in person.  Then he suggests dropping the price by $50 to make me happy.  How about being honest, buddy!  He then proceeds to go upstairs to tighten the loose cap under the sink, comes back down and says he can't do it because there's a crack in it--I told him that at the beginning.  I told him I was done with his company and will not be asking them back to finish the other 2 toilets.

George is very inexperienced, worked slow, was trying to upsell.  He needs more journeyman experience before making house calls on his own.  He needs to be upfront and honest about charges.   I would avoid this company because they have inexperienced plumbers.

I was in need of someone to install a new faucet. Called all round to several places in my immediate area for quotes. Was very very happy with AAP and there quote. Caesar the tech was great with coming on time and installing my new faucet within an hour. The company had no problems installing a faucet I myself had purchased, no job was too small and the price was outstanding. Caesar made sure he cleaned up when he was done, he was very professional. I would definitely call them back if more plumbing issues are needed.

I had the pleasure of meeting Saul. He was incredibly professional, honest and helpful. Answered all my questions and ensured I was content with the work. Work was done quickly and efficiently and went as quoted. I would definitely recommend them to everyone who needs any plumbing work.

I recently had my home a/c serviced, luckily before the summer heat wave! AAP didn't a thorough inspection and an awesome job cleaning the unit and topped it off with freon.  Our unit is old but is working like new, thanks so much everyone over at AAP!

I was given a quote of $165 to $200. I wrote it down and repeated back to Justine. When Steve got here he first thing he said was $285. BAIT AND SWITCH. They get the job with a low quote then when they arrive  they up the price. They tell you it was a misunderstanding. No misunderstanding they lied and it was a BAIT AND SWITCH. Never using them again @!

I scheduled an appointment with HomeAdvisor's to get a quote on a shower leak from AAP Plumbing. The appointment was set for 7AM.  AAP did not show up!  it appears from other reviews that AAP is consistent with not showing up.  I will also be notifying HomeAdvisor's of the No Show by AAP.  Waste of my time...

Terrible service.  Just terrible.   No concept of customer service.  I don't like leaving bad reviews for companies, esp small businesses, but this conduct is so unacceptable, I am making the effort to share with the community re what is going on.  

I called this company to get an estimate for a project.  The plumber came, and he seemed ok - he gave me an estimate and time-frame.  He instructed me to get parts and call him back directly to setup a time and date so the plumber (Carlos) can come back to install the items.  

So I got the items, called back, left him a vm, sent him a text - but nothing.  So I called the main office back saying to inquire what's going on.  Some lady picked up and mentioned, that Stephanie isn't available who handled my case and that Stephanie will call back later this day.  She never called me.

A week or two later, in the meantime, my situation has changed - I had additional plumbing items to replace, and I still haven't heard back from AAP nor the plumber, I call back asking what is going on, I tell them what is going on that I haven't heard back to schedule my plumbing repair and she says that she has apologized a thousand times and will apologize to a point.  

First of all, they never apologized till I reached out - so a far cry from apologized a thousand times.  A real apology would have been if someone from their office (preferably the owner) had reached out to me to say I'm sorry, we messed up - how can we make this up for you?  I understand that we are all human, we all make mistakes and we all deserve a 2nd chance.
But none of that happened.  

Second, what on earth does that mean apologize to a point?  Either they say sorry or not.  Either they recognize what they did is unacceptable or not.  This is just baloney.  

They have no idea how to treat customers right.  They have forgotten their customers.  They are just not able to follow through on their promise.  So if they can't follow up a simple promise of calling someone repeatedly, what else are they messing up?

Will never contact this company again.  Never and I really can't recommend this company to others.

Michael, the technician that came to trouble-shoot the problem I was having with the reverse osmosis machine, was friendly and very knowledgeable.  He went about his work in a very professional manner and was able to figure out a fix.  I would highly recommend this company.

WOW..SINCERELY IMPRESSED! I was VERY worried about dealing with plumbers but these guys are AWESOME! They spent lots of time reviewing our options...completely understood our situation and never once became short or bothered by our relentless questions and uncertainties with what was best for us. They are hard working empathic home owners with families of their own.. I sincerely appreciate that when I have to place my trust in someone else's hands. All I can say is great job Anthony. Shower wouldn't shut off so I had to turn off the main water. Had to call AAP since they were nearby and 24hrs to come fix the shower faucet so we can have running water again out of fear that if I turn it back on the water won't stop. Josh came in less than an hour to install and fix the shower for us. Friendly and fast! Would definitely recommend and call again if we have an emergency.

Our technician Eddie was awesome, very knowledgeable, and gave us plenty of options and recommendations for our toilet that was backed up. We have an older home that needed proper diagnosing. We will definitely be calling them back for any future repairs for our plumbing system.

We had some plumbing needs in our master bathroom. AAP sent out Josh W. to our home in Rialto.  He was super nice and very professional. He fixed our problems and he didn't leave a mess.  We had to have him come back out for another issue. And again great service.   Ask for Josh, you won't regret it.  We are looking to have AAP do some other things we need some around the house.

Saturday afternoon in 100 degree weather.    All 24-hour services advertise but none could deliver until I found this company, All American Plumbing.    They promised to come out between certain times, and they did!   Assessed the outside water leak and fixed the trouble promptly and courteously!    Fair price too!   Glad to have prompt and reliable service when some 7 other 24-hour devices could not!   Really thankful to this company!   Will keep them on our referral list....

This company originally wanted $540 for the work that I was asking for. I ultimately got a license contractor to do all of the work for $140.

Gabriel was very helpful, informative, friendly, and efficient. Gave me my options and fixed my water heater quickly. Even fixed an issue in my bathroom and gave me advice/consultation on issues around the house.

I called 6/3/16 and made an appointment for a tune up on my AC for 6/6/16 between 8am - 10am.  Monday 11:30am came along and no call no show. I decided to call and find out what's going on I spoke with a lady and told me their tech was running late and was still working at another site and as soon as he was done he would call to let me know he was on his way. At 1:01pm I get a call from them to let me know hes still at the other job site so we rescheduled from 4pm - 6pm at 6:11pm I get a call from them to let me know there is still no progress and wanted to reschedule for another day. I took time from my business to be home to take care of this, so I said no just have your guy come later. Needless to say their tech never showed up STRIKE 3! I am glad my AC is working fine and all I want is tuneup. If your AC/Heater is down and not working don't take time from your job to be home with this company because it will be a waste of your time and money! I would recommend you call someone else!

Anthony, and his staff are very honest and knowledgable.  They were able to come fix our ac unit compressor same day and the technician was very informative advising life span of ac units as well as giving us estimates of a new ac unit that's more energy efficient as our ac unit is over 15 years old and technician advised of HERO program and explained all that goes into replacing a unit.  We will definitely use them for this in the future as well as for any of our plumbing, ac and heater issues that might arise in the future.  You rock Anthony and team!

I just got a new refrigerator and there was no water coming out of the connection from the wall to the fridge's back hose. The technician suggested i might need a plumber to knock down the wall and see what is going on. That sounded like hundreds of dollars so I decided to call local experts first. Matt from AAP told me to simply turn on the valves under the sink and of course, he was right lol! That definitely saved me lots of money. Before letting him go, I decided to take advantage of his expertise about the water filter under my sink and of course, he gave me all the info I needed. Speaking about courteous customer service in this age of commercialism. I will go AAP from now on, but I will pay next time lol!

Very informative, and efficient. I was able to get not one issue but multiple issues handled in a matter of days and being in HOA management you need people like this on your team who can handle multiple jobs and get things done! Great company! Fast response time! We had a leak. They came out on very short notice and were able to resolve our issue.

We had a water pressure issue.. I called AAP  and they sent out their man for an estimate the same day... When William showed up he was professional and thorough in his  inspection and analysis of our problem... It turned out we were getting back pressure from the hot water heater that was 13 years old... To fix the problem we had AAP  set an appointment to replace the water heater... We also had a very old pressure regulator for the house feed and the shut off valve was also very worn and sloppy ... And we had those items replaced as well... I would certainly recommend a APP for home services ... We certainly appreciated William for all the extra effort he put into the service... He was very helpful in explaining all  of the things that we didn't understand about the new hot water heaters and their pressure relief tank... Their prices seem very fair and their customer service is impeccable ... Good job  AAP...

Needed a plumber in a hurry for a water leak. They sent a crew as soon as they finished another job, about 2-3 hours. Fast, friendly and courteous service. Hope I don't need them again but if I do, I defiantly  know who to call.

We had excellent service from Carlos and his crew. We initially wanted a water heater replaced and moved (outside) and to replace the shut off valve at the house. Carlos arrived to give estimate and was very thorough in checking everything (another company had also came to give estimate and barely glanced around- other company has also never gotten back to me with the estimate).
Okay back to AAP, we decided to repipe the whole house and scheduled it. They arrived on time, and these 5 guys got busy right away in getting this done.  I was impressed with their efficiency - they dug out old pipe, cut through walls, crawled under home, pulled old plumbing- replaced with copper and patched, stuccoed, refilled holes all in two days. VERY pleased with results.
We plan on replacing our old air conditioner next year - will definitely be calling AAP and asking for Carlos.
Would definitely recommend!!

Had a water leak under the kitchen sink.  Wasn't sure if it was the disposal or dishwasher.  We got a quick response to our initial phone call, and Anthony came out the next day.  He quickly diagnosed that it was, indeed, the disposal, and also that our pipes needed to be reconfigured in order to keep our dishwasher from spitting water out of the air gap every time it ran.  He took care of everything for a surprisingly reasonable price.  We will definitely be recommending these guys.

Today I called AAP Home Services and the operator was able to schedule for someone to come to my house and evaluate my water leak.  Carlos Rocha, came promptly and on time.  He accessed the pipes, valves, water pressure and water tank.  He was honest, courteous and professional. I used them in the past and was very happy with their service, up until the most recent time when I called to address my concern about a leak detection that was done that was not necessary, the office manager Stephanie took a week to call me back!!! We have a working toilet . Thank you Lucas for dealing with our issue, 4 small dive rockets being flushed down our toilet resulting in a clogged toilet. Lucas was personable and professional, would gladly recommend him to anyone in need of emergency plumbing repairs.

This company uses the bait and switch.  They tell you that they will  do a leak detection  for $99.99 witch means that they will tell you that you have a leak which you already knew when you called them out.  To locate the leak is $275.00 and they will not locate the leak unless they do the job. Then they will try to upsell to you to re-pipe your whole house.  I was told that I did have a slab leak.  Guess what, it was in the wall.  In reply to reading your comment.  Why are you charging $99.00 for a leak detection?  The definition of detection is: The act or process of discovering, finding or noticing something. (Source - Merriam-Webster's Learner's Dictionary)   People know that they have a leak when they call you in the first place.  So again that is tactic to get in the door.  You cant charge the initial fee of $99.00 to locate the leak since most people just want to know where the leak is and get someone else to do the job.  The money is made by re-piping the house.  Lets me honest do you make more money repairing the leak or re-piping the house? If I pay for a service, why would it make a difference who I get to repair the leak.  I'm not going to hold you liable.  Repairing a leak and finding a leak are two different things.  I know how to wear a dress but I don't know how to sew one. So your comment about  a plumber not being qualified if they can not locate the leak is useless.   And you failed to mention anything about your repair team upselling re-piping my whole house and taking out a government loan for $12,000-$20,000.

I called other outfits for an estimate to fix a leaking faucet. Everybody wanted to charge me a service call whether I hired them or not.  AAP not only promised me a free in home estimate but had a plumber out to my house 45 minutes after I called.  The estimate was very reasonable and I had him do the job. He was knowledgable, professional and personable.  I will definitely call AAP whenever I need plumbing work.  Very satisfied.

Called AAP in the fall of 2016 and they came out and completely replaced my water main including hand digging the trench all for a reasonable price and within a reasonable time frame. Fast forward to June 2017, I noticed a spot in my lawn that was a little soupy along that main water line, I called AAP and they sent one of their technicians out within an hour to look at the problem. He immediately said there was a leak along the water main and it was covered by their  warranty from the previous work. Within 2 hours he dug up the spot fixed a bad solder connection made sure it wasn't leaking then put all the dirt and grass back like it never happened. This company is fast, reliable, courteous and honest. All the best traits you could want. Thanks AAP!

Please be aware with this company., they fix my bathrooms the guy promise on 3 days but they finally finish take 4 months ridiculous,,, and the part not even same before., but they promise make everything same .., they gonna rip off you.,, we us never ever call them to fix plumbing ..,,

What a great company to work with. Michael and Drake came out and replaced several drains at the house.

Called AAP to get a estimate on some plumbing repairs and there estimate was outrages ! I called two other companies to get other estimates and by far the other two companies were both extremely lower than AAP . They both mentioned that AAP try to sell repairs that were not needed and that the price AAP gave me on the repairs were ridiculous. I would advice all consumers, homeowners and anyone that is in need of services or repairs to beware with AAP and get other estimates so that your not taken advantage of by AAP. We all need to make a living but the right way not by stealing from consumers or customers.
