We purchased a new water heater from Bellows three years ago. It broke down and needs all parts, except the water holder, replaced. They are working with us on the price to replace the parts, but are taking over two weeks to fix the heater. This is unacceptable.

All the other people who gave me a quote either were too high or not a professional and I choose to work with Sam.
