I chose Nicholas because of the reviews. I am glad we decided to go with him. We have found a plumber for life! He was honest kind professional and stayed untill the job was done. He was able to repair our major leak in one day and are incredibly thankful he was able to accomodate us into his schedule.

If you are planning on using MVP Plumbing.  Please shop around first.  They are overprice and overated because they do not provide any warranty on their service. They will charge you if they come back and fix or rework on the plumbing again.  I have learned my lesson in trusting them for the service.  I have used them in the past and was happy that is why I call them back.  Now they have lost a customer in me.

Ryan responded promptly and explain all the work that needs to be done. He also found issues and made recommendation of what to do. Good pricing and very helpful. I felt comfortable that his work will be top notch. Very professional and will definitely use Ryan for all my plumbing needs.

Reached out to Matt to replace a shower drain in a concrete slab foundation. Matt's guys not only jackhammered my foundation, but he also installed the drain quickly and at a reasonable price. Will definitely use again.  Thanks Matt.

They installed an air conditioner in our attic back in May 2015.  The installers, Tyler and Dennis (who no longer work there), cut a side of sheet metal box and then taped it back in place. The side fell off - after only 1 year! Franz does not know why they did this, as the box should be solid so cold air does not escape.  He wants $800 to fix it.  They would only re-tape it for now - wonder how long this will last? Very poor workmanship and now we're stuck with an air conditioner held together with just tape!

I called for service and was told by the owner that I would get a call the next day from his secretary but days passed by and never got a call. I called alpine plumbing and they came out right away and even got charged less than this company.

I had to replace my toilet and If We Can't We Won't Handyman gave me a quote of $110 to remove the old one but not take it away and replace it with one I purchased.

They were very good at notifying me when they were coming and were very clean. During the installation the worker informed me that the flange was bent and rusted, I asked him if he could replace it and I agreed to pay the additional cost. When I looked up the price if the flange it was less than $20, so I'm thinking the additional money would be around $40-$50 extra or $150-$160 for the job. I provided the worker with paper towels and water with Pinesol to clean up the area.

However, when he was done the price was now $210. WOW! That took me completely by surprise. I asked why did it go up so much and he told me it was to replace the flange. Yes, I agreed to pay an additional cost for the part and labor but honestly the extra time was not more than $15 minutes.

Now the toilet is making a running water sound when it flushes and the company is coming up with probabilities that it could be a clog and/or venting issue when the prior toilet wasn't making that sound. Also, I did have a plumber come out prior to this because the old toilet was making a hissing noise. The plumber informed me that there was no clog in the line...so I believe that If We Can't is just guessing as to what is causing the noise.

To say the least I am irritated by the extra cost I paid which I believe was unwarranted and the run-around regarding the noise the toilet is now making. I'm getting the impression that they are either not going to do anything about it or want to charge me more money to come out to possibly resolve an issue that they are guessing could be the problem. Could it be that they just didn't install the toilet correctly??? Now I am leery to have them come out and do anything else for me.

Cory and Kenny were amazing and were 100% honest with my plumbing issue. Originally thought it was something costly to fix, then they reevaluated the issue and tested more and found it was a different problem and less expensive. 100% trustworthy!  They came out on a Saturday and scheduled a fix on a Wednesday!  Job well done!  Highly recommended!

Rossman plumbing came out because I had a problem with the back yard drains. The first hard rains of El Nino my backyard looked like a pool they put a camera in there and found the drain. It was under six inches of mud and two inches of grass. They cleared out the drain, installed a new cap so it would not happen again and my drainage system works great now. They worked quickly, showed up on time, got the job done and after they cleaned up after themselves perfectly. I would recommend and will be using them again if I have any other plumbing problems. Mike S., Steve S. and Richard came delivered professional service. If you call this company, you will not be disappointed.

Should of read all the reviews for this Dial One business because I could relate to some of them.  The last time I used Dial One, they did a good job, so I thought this time it would be the same.  I didn't realize that there were other Dial Ones, but this one was the one that popped up online.  The work was ridiculous, a worker came to repair a pile which cost $384.85, but less than a week and it's already leaking again.  That was awful of them to do such an awful job and should be embarrassed about it.  They wouldn't guarantee the job since they told me that I needed a $2800 job done.  And was very pushy about doing that job, even calling to remind me about it, too.  I guess when it is individual owned you don't get the same quality service.
