I called Ser Plumbing today around 2pm, this is important because of the immediate urgency that was taken to service me, and spoke to Luis. I mentioned that I had an extreme leak in my kitchen sink faucet and how the severity of this matter required for me to shut down the main water valve. Once he heard this, he made sure to pencil me in right away. In about two hours of calling and inquiring his services, he and his brother Juan were at my door. They replaced the kitchen sink faucet and left work area immaculate. I am so pleased and grateful to both Luis and Juan. If I could give them more stars for the excellent service, I would! Cross Plumbing hands down, has the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. We had a pipe break, called Cross Plumbing, and they were here in minutes. They fixed the issue within minutes and got our water back on. I will never call another plumber and neither should you.

Needed to get a new toilet & washlet installed, and the old one hauled away. Charly Plumbing was one of the few venders on Yelp that actually gave me a straight up quote for services, which I really appreciated.

Carlos arrived on time, and did a great job. I was charged the exact price he quoted in his initial estimate, and at no point did he try and upsell me on anything.

The guy is a total pro and I will definitely call him again next time I need some Plumbing work done.

Gino and Rian did some work for me this past weekend. He installed two ceiling fans and mounted a couple TVs. They did a great job and paid good attention detail. I'm already planning on hiring Gino again to do a few other jobs. He and the people he works with are trustworthy and careful with their work, and that's huge for me.

I would recommend Andy. He repaired 3 leaks under 2 hours and gave great information to me.

Professional, clean, kind, honest, and fair, Art and his crew, were terrific. We discovered yet another leak in our old pipes (our 9th time dealing with these) and decided we would have to bite the bullet and have the house re-piped.
Our 4 bed/3 bath house was old (1967) and so were the pipes. Repipe Pro was able to repipe the whole house and even moved an outdoor faucet to a better location for me.
Art promised a lot and delivered everything. I knew it was going to be a messy and intrusive project, but Repipe Pro kept a neat workspace, finished on time, and cleaned up well.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Tom's Quality Plumbing! He has been our Plumber for a few years now and has always provided quality, prompt service.
I would trust him with any job. He recently came and helped us with some work in our house that had been done poorly by a plumber our insurance company hired and gave us an honest assessment of what had been done and what needed to be done.

Kristopher is one of the friendliest people I've ever met. He is very knowledgeable in all areas of plumbing. He arrived on time.

The flush cannister unit in our Kohler toilet needed replacing. He had me send pictures the day before he came to my house and I was very grateful for that because he was able to come with the part he needed to repair the toilet.

Our toilet is like brand new again. Kristopher is coming back next week to give us an estimate on bathroom remodel. We will definitely call Kristopher again for any plumbing needs. His prices are average price and he was able to come to my house next day by noon.

I had a water heater Emergency today over 4th of July weekend. Jay answered right away and came to my rescue within 1 hour! Installed a new water heater and back in action for kids to take their baths! Awesome service! Professional, polite, and friendly. I had called a couple plumbers and Jay was the Best price and he was available to come out within the hour of calling! I'm a customer for life!

Don't waste your time with their tune up service. I booked the $88 AC tune up and all the person did when they got to my house was spend an hour trying to sell me thousands of dollars worth of equipment. I said I would think about it so they emailed me quotes on the products discussed. Finally when he got to the tune up, all he did is spray the AC unit with my water hose and say don't worry about the $88, I won't charge you. Trying to make it sound like they did me a favor when the truth is they didn't do anything so did not charge me. Total waste of time. The booking was nothing more than an hour long sales pitch.

Bill - no thanks. Already had the work done by another company who did a great job and gave honest recommendations instead of upselling me overpriced nonsense.

I've had Ray come out to our house on 2 separate occasions, several years apart. Both times, he arrived as scheduled, and was pleasant and professional. The first call was for a slab leak that the gas co. suspected we had.  Ray found the leak, & was able to come up with an effective  repair solution that did not involve ripping up the tile, as I had feared.  
  I called Ray again yesterday, fearing another slab leak. He arrived this morning, looked around, discussed the problem, and discovered that we do not have a leak after all. He offered possible causes for the moisture that we found, and also possible solutions. The solutions didn't require any work from him, so he had nothing to gain, except to be helpful. This was a huge relief!
  Ray charges a nominal fee to check for the leak. This was well worth the peace of mind that it brought.  I highly recommend Ray's Leak Detection, and will call them again if we have future plumbing needs.

I had a tenant call with an emergency plumbing issue during non-business hours. The knob for the shower came off, the tenant couldn't turn it off and water was filling the tub faster than it could drain. Trevor responded quickly, arriving at the property about 15 minutes after my phone call. He wasn't able to fix the issue immediately due to HOA restrictions on turning off water without prior notice to other tenants living in the same building. He did post the notice on all the building's doors himself and scheduled a time to come back. He came back as promised, cut the fiberglass shower wall, replaced the valve, and put a new cover and knob on. He finished the job in a timely and professional manner. The price seemed a bit steep to me but the work was completed quickly and properly.

Overall, I'd recommend this company if you need something done fast and done right. If you're looking for the least expensive option, you might be able to find a better deal if you shop around.

My showers and sinks were bscked up, i was in a real dilemma. I called professional plumbing and they took care of me. They were reliable and knowledgeable. He communicated everything to me along the way. Was honest and very reasonable pricing for the emergency service i needed. Having broken old pipeline is not fun with a house full of kids. I was so stressed but Eric took care of everything. I would definitely recommend him and will definitely use his service in the future.

Mr. Douglas Poss is the hardest working man in the business. If you want the job done right the first time call him, otherwise if you hire someone else you'll end up calling Mr. Poss to correct their mistakes. His business is family owned and his father whom he got the business from is a very hard working man as well. I highly recommend Poss & Sons Pumping as they are the best in the business. He has all the equipment and expertise to give you the best service possible.

I found Guardian Plumbing in the Press Enterprise and I'm so glad I did. I avoided a lot of frustration with the installation of a new kitchen faucet. The old one was ancient and very difficult to remove.  I called Guardian and they had Jesse A at my home within an hour. This was appreciated as I'd had to turn off the water in both of the houses on my lot.  Jesse was professional, polite, and best of all, no plumber's crack.  Save yourself some frustration and call Guardian Plumbing. Called these guys in the morning to unclog my tub, they came within 1/2 hour and the drain was cleared within 10 minutes. Chad O was friendly, informative and efficient, I'll be using these guys from now on.

We contacted Nido Plumbing for an emergency water heater replacement and they responded quickly, gave us a fair estimate and made the installation quick and easy. The technician Jesus was very knowledgeable, communicated well and made us feel very comfortable. We highly recommend this company!

Found a gas leak under my house, and called Right Choice immediately to get it fixed. Jose, the owner, was very professional & knowledgeable to what is going on. He did a really good inspection about the leak and what is needed to do. Upon fixing the problems with my gas line, i knew that he really knows what he is doing. So, i decided to ask him to do another project for me, to run a gas and water line to my garage. Finished and cleaned all the projects professionally.

Very nice person, knowledgeable, easy to ask anything, & does his work with pride.

Had to call Tim to come out again. Had a main line clog and my laundry room sink clogged. Had a plumber com out the day before (at that time the main line was not clogged) they snaked my laundry room drain, changed the sink plug and re-built and replace my pea trap.  They did a great job but couldn't get the sink drain to flow.

Chino valley plumbing came out the next day, noticed my mine was fully clogged, fixed that and were able to clear my sink drain after the other company couldn't. Did both drains very a very reasonable price and the plumber he sent was clean, knowledgeable and very professional. I will never call another plumber. Shame on me.
