My house had a kitchen clog. I reached out on Yelp and they responded immediately. We scheduled a time and they were here promptly. Very grateful for the honest suggestions and prices.

We had a water heater that kept going out with the weather. Luis gave me an estimate on phone and came within hours. Extended my flue and put on a new cap. He also advised me of other small upgrades we could do to make it last longer. He gave me a great price. He knew what he was talking about and didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. He was willing to work with me. Overall a great experience and a trustworthy person. I will be calling him back for any other issue we have throughout the house. Thank you Luis

Michael helped all day long even though I didnt make any appt. This guy came within an hour to fix my issue which needs to be dond on same day. He went to go parts for my pipe several times back and forth to fix my issue even though he was on busy schedule. He is THE BEST PERSON and PLUMBER i never had in my life. He was very kind and willing to help with understanding my situation. Without his help, I wouldnt be able to get back on track. He saved my ass from getting in trouble from city. Overall, this was superior customer service as well as an honest person. Carlos gave me a quote to reinstall all my kitchen faucet and connections to the plumbing. He came through by providing an explanation of what needed to be done and accomplished the task at hand. He truly cares about the customer and he takes pride in his work. He was very clean and his attention to detail was on par. If you are looking for a reliable and honest person Carlos and Charly plumbing is now my number one plumbing service I will go to. I hired Gino , was on time , I had 3 pallets of garage cabinets , he put together 16 cabinets and hung them leveling them to my crooked house , he even went the extra mile installing a overhead storage rack 8 feet long , adding more support brackets than the factory provided and did a excellent job , you can't find better service and I will hire him for my next project , don't need to look any farther , his phone number is programmed in my phone

I'm in the process of installing a sprinkler system and needed to have two 3/4 threaded ball valves installed. I contacted Andy and communication was excellent. He made sure we were on the same page regarding the size, type, and location of the valve installations before doing any work.

Andy arrived as scheduled (actually he arrived earlier!). Quote was fair and all the work was done within one hour. Would definitely go to Andy again if I need more plumbing services in the future.

I found Repipe Pro here in yelp as we never use a company or contractor without checking yelp reviews. Repipe Pro was rated 5 stars so after I spoke with Art, the Owner, we were very impressed with the information he gave us and told us that Ed would come out to provide an estimate. Ed provided us with so much information and answered all my husbands questions so we decided to go with them. Ed and crew arrived exactly on time, and each man went to their respective areas and began work. They finished right on time as promised. The City Inspector came out the next day as promised and signed off on the work.  The next day Josef came to do the patching and boy, there were a lot of holes. This is the unbelievable part. After everything was dry, you literally can not tell where the walls and ceilings were cut. This man does AWESOME work. The whole Repipe job was done with the utmost precision and care. I don't usually write reviews but when I get this type of quality work from a company, I just had to write it. You can not go wrong with Repipe Pro.

I had a water heater Emergency today over 4th of July weekend. Jay answered right away and came to my rescue within 1 hour! Installed a new water heater and back in action for kids to take their baths! Awesome service! Professional, polite, and friendly. I had called a couple plumbers and Jay was the Best price and he was available to come out within the hour of calling! I'm a customer for life!

They explained in detail what was wrong with my AC unit and installation was fast and detailed. Highly recommend them for all your AC and heater unit needs.

Get everything in writing and get a receipt for everything!  Okay, to be honest, I went through American Home Shield and Ray was the company they sent out.  We had a broken hot water line that needed it to be repaired.  He did great work in detecting the leak.  No complaints.  It was everything that came next that was the problem.  Ridiculous and costly suggestions made to the insurance company.  Instead of doing a reroute where only, Ray wanted to remove the entire pantry as he claimed that was the only way to access the line - turns out there is a small crawl space where the line was accessible.  If we had actually bought into what he suggested, the only way the line would have been able to be repaired would have also resulted in the kitchen floor being torn up or many feet of drywall having to come off and then needing to be repaired.  Neither option was great.  Add to that, becuase we had had to turn off all the water to the house, Ray offered to install a new hot water shut off valve as the old one had corrded and the new one had to be saudered in.  We jumped at it and for $285.00 he did exactly that.  After paying in cash, the only option as his credit card app was not working, Ray left and it was then I realized that he had not given a receipt.  I called and asked him if it was possible for him to come back and give me a receipt - he had been gone less than 10 minutes - and he told me that he was too busy to come back but the next time he was here he would give one.  I could not believe that taking out the pantry was the only way to access the broken line, turns out I was right not to believe him.  Called another plumbing company - RT Olson Plumbing - they not only came out and fixed the leak WITHOUT having to remove the pantry or the cost associated with it, but also did the reroute without having to take up the floor and in total, only 5 feet of drywall.  When I called Ray, and let him know that we would not be going with him and that I really needed that receipt sent to me - didn't even ask that he come back out, email was fine - he told me, No, I cannot give you one.  I did a deal for you off the books at a good cost so that I would get the job.  He didn't get the job, and, at least for us, we won't be using him again and have asked American Home Shield, to not send him to out to us if ever have another plumbing problem.

We needed a water heater replacement.  Originally called the Home Depot repair but canceled because of the plumber/repair company they contracted were scary!  Horrible reviews on Yelp.  So I found Pride Plumbing on Yelp and called... Very professional on the phone and also had same day service.  Trevor and Ricky were great! Did an excellent job removing my old water heater and replaced with a new one and brought everything up to current code.  Very nice guys!  Thank you.  I would definitely recommend the company and the two gentlemen that installed my new water heater.

Late Review from 2018. I had a hot water slab leak.  Not only did he fix my leak at a reasonable price. I have not had any problems again in the last 3 years. My insurance company was able to cover the cost of the plumbing along with some repairs to my kitchen. Overall happy with his customer service and honesty. Definitely will use Eric again.

Doug (and Larry) were great.  They were professional and very helpful.  We are new to the area and Doug fielded our questions honestly.  And he gave us some great hints for the new to us country living.

I am a realtor in the Temecula/Murrieta valley and needed a plumber because after our Easter celebration in our house the toilet in the main bathroom would not flush correctly. After buying a 3ft snake and running it down the toilet the blockage would not go away. I called my co-worker for a reference and he referred me to Guardian Plumbing Jesse Arviso. Jesse had worked on an interior wall plumbing leak. His attitude and quality of the work were outstanding plus the price was very competitive. When I called Jesse Arviso regarding my slow draining toilet he was very easy to work with and came out right away. Jesse used a 6ft snake to open up the drain but noticed their was still a feeling of a blockage. He proceeded to use a sophisticated snake with a camera to locate the problem. He actually identified it as the remains of a drain test plug probably from the original construction over 12 years ago. He had to remove tile, cement and dirt to get to the drain pipe in my bathroom. When he removed the section of pipe that was blocked he found a large section of the test plug he said was causing the problem in the first place. I am grateful and very satisfied with the work that Jesse performed. His quote was accurate and competitive. He was neat, friendly and has my respect for his knowledge and work habits. I will refer him to everyone in my Real Estate contacts as well as my friends. This was a great experience. Jesse is remarkable.

We had a toilet backed up and called a couple plumbers who said they could be there in a couple days. Called Beach and Richard came out in less than an hour and was the nicest guy. Fixed the problem quickly, but said that the toilet was bad and if it happens again we should get a new one....he told us which one and that they do it. It happened again a few months later, so we called Beach and Greg came out the next day with the new toilet. He was just as nice as Richard and did just as good of a job. Haven't had a problem since. We would never call any other plumber for anything. They are professional, nice guys who do a great job!

Tim moved plumbing lines and installed all the fixtures our down to the studs bath remodel. I'll tell you he knows what he's doing. I've hired him twice since...and he's heading back here tomorrow to install a new toilet downstairs. It's a delight to know that he'll show up on time, do a perfect job and charge a fair price.
