Michael was very professional. The company repiped my house. Everything provided on the quote was completed. Any questions asked during the job were answered and explained if needed. I did need to add a few additional items not included in the original work and I was provided a few options. Great company to work with. Reliable, courteous and clean. I would definitely recommend them and they are now my go to plumbers.

We needed our water heater replaced and called CP&R in the morning.  They quoted a fair price and were able to come out and complete the job that afternoon. Art and Paul were very professional and did a great job.  Would go with them again.

Just had to leave a review for Mike, awesome guy, explained everything and gave possible options. Had 3 other 5 star plumbers come out for estimates for a possible leak from upstair's restroom to the bottom bedroom.

One didn't even show up, the other 2 said they had no idea unless they opened up the ceiling. Understandable but I asked what are the possible scenarios, issues, etc; maybe shower, toilet, toilet flange? I have been a home owner and stubborn DYI person long enough to know how to at least make an educated guess on the issue or at least pretend I know what I am talking about.

Mike came on time, looked at the issue and pinpointed 2 additional items that I did not realize could be causing the leak; explained the possible issues and gave me an idea how much it would cost.

Even though Mike could not find the leak, I appreciated him just for his explanation of everything; which made the cost worth it. When you are an expert in the field, you should be able to give some sort of educated guess and hearing Mike out has its benefits, and I am willing to pay for that.

Also this was the only company that would actually send me an estimate through Yelp message, and it was around what I would have expected, thanks Paul.

Keep up the good job, these guys are my goto and on my recommendation list now.

Great service. Request a quote via Yelp and they responded and came day of! We had a washer leak and they used a snack to clean out the entire pipe and it has been working since. Fast, professional, and affordable. $125 for snake. Thank you!

Had to replace my condo valve. Adrian was fantastic, helping coordinate with fire department, city water staff and HOA management. I was having problems with an upstairs toilet.   Complete Plumbing sent Michael.  Michael very knowledgeable.  He Went right to work and the problem was solved in a matter of minutes.   Service was timely, price was acceptable and Michael knows the business.

We had to have our old 50-gallon water heater replaced.  Jovan very quickly and efficiently came in and completed the work, with a warranty on labor and the tank.  He was very knowledgeable and flexible.  His prices were below several other local plumbers we had considered.  He will give you a discount if you pay cash.  Super nice guy, excellent work, highly recommended!

Had a gas leak detected and needed a plumber right away to repair it. Called Complete and Jovan picked up giving me an idea of what to expect. He came by, gave me a very competitive estimate and went with him vs. the 5 other companies we called.

Jovan started work the following day and was professional about it. As we opened up the piping, I also asked about the replacing the corroded galvanized water pipes. He gave a good quote and we went ahead replacing our external gas and water lines.

Had a complete house repipe done. Jovan met with us a couple times and went over in detail what to expect.  to his project mgr Mike and team, who came in and took the time to make sure everything was covered with plastic and the wood floors and kitchen cabinets were thoroughly covered. There was a small mishap on the kitchen floor, which Jovan went above and beyond to get taken care of. Many thanks for bringing in your wood guy to repair the floor. I had a leaky water supply valve in one of my bathrooms. Paul scheduled someone for the job the next morning.  Michael came through on time and replaced it with a quarter turn compression valve. He even picked up a new supply line for me. Michael worked diligently, efficiently, and in a timely manner. Paul and Michael are professional and personable. I also like how they accept payment through Zelle! I expect to contact them for any plumbing needs in the future.

Adrian installed two toilets, grab bars, sink, faucet and some other things in our business bathroom and it looks fantastic. He did an excellent job. Water heater stopped heating water. Sent out for quotes from several plumbers. These guys got back to me quickly and didn't quote a service fee just for coming out. Prices were competitive and the came out quickly. Contacted them at 9am and I was back up and running with hot water by 2pm the same day.

Complete plumbing came out and gave us a free in home estimate. They gave us a estimate for the labor and wanted us to provide a material list for the product before they could provide a more comprehensive quote. Unfortunately we had another in home quote and thought we were going with them. The second plumber said they would provide a quote with labor and material. Unfortunately the second plumber never provided a comprehensive quote. After 2 weeks. I will now put together a material list and request a quote. This was my fault. Complete plumbing did everything they said they would do, they were waiting on me.

Great and super honest people! Fit me in the same day I had a emergency. They have a handheld device that detects leaks, found a leak where I didn't know I had. Extremely thorough and took their time, didn't feel rushed or like a salesmen. I Will definitely use them again for more services in the future.

They were all very polite and accommodating to our nightmare which started with a leaky faucet. We had numerous obstacles and many hours these guys spent here trying to fix it. They finally did, old homes have many issues and I appreciated their professionalism and kindness especially Art and Michael. No up sales or sneaky behavior. Great company.

Long story short - needed a new hot water tank and did my due diligence on Yelp - by far the best price was Complete Plumbing. Contacted me right away and answered my questions. Came out the next day (offered same day but I wasn't available) and finished in record time and the price didn't jump! Highly recommend.

Had a fantastic experience with Complete Plumbing and Rooter. There was a dark spot in the ceiling that we noticed one afternoon and when we touched it, the ceiling felt wet and soft. Argh! We knew it was a leak and didn't want to wait on it because having leaks from the second story is never good.
As always I turned to Yelp to see if I can find someone local to help us.
This company had great legit reviews so I called Complete Plumbing and spoke to Paul. Even though it was already late in the afternoon he offered to send his technician out the same day. Michael arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. Our upstairs toilet needed to be better sealed as the wax ring had stopped being effective.
I love that they also take Zelle as payment so no need to write a check or run to the bank for cash. There was a little bit of a mix up with the pricing as Michael and I didn't completely understand each other. But it was totally understandable bc it had been a long day for him. I did bring up my confusion with Paul who was super honest and great about it. He immediately resolved my concern and I'm truly thankful we found an honest reliable company that we can count on.
The repair was $249. There is a separate fee of $49 for opening up the ceiling but it is waived if you proceed with the recommended repair. I felt the pricing was reasonable and fair.

I had issues with my backyard drain for the longest time and decided to finally get it fixed.
Called several places for a quote and Complete Plumbing and Rooter had the best price. In additional, they also explained to me what would be done upfront.
On the day of the repair, Michael came during the agreed timeframe. It took him couple of hours to cleared up all the drains. Only one drain was completely clogged up with tree roots that he wasn't able to clear, which I could understand.
The process was smooth and I appreciate the hard work and I would recommend them if you have any plumbing issues.

I highly recommend Complete Plumbing! They came out, quoted me, and started work the next day. They were fair, efficient, and surprisingly very clean and neat with the work that was done. I had a bathtub that was leaking water and other plumbers were trying to have me install completely new plumbing, they weren't aware that I had replaced my plumbing 5 years ago. This company is honest and fairly priced!

Needed to have a water heater replaced on short notice, in a rental home I dont live in.  These guys quoted a price, stuck to it, came on time, did the work well and thoroughly,  finished clean, took payment by phone, and cleaned up after themselves.   They checked back the next day with me, and stayed in touch appropriately with the tenant to make sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend!!

Found out that our 10-yr-old water heater was leaking at 11pm on 12/7 and the burner assembly was dead. I called and Paul answered right away and was able to send out his team for the replacement job at 8 am in the morning.  Michael showed up on time and finished the job before noon.  He was very knowledgeable and professional and answered all my questions regarding this new water heater.  The only downside was the wait time for him to come back with a new water heater.  He was gone for 1.5 hours and I started to worry if something went wrong.  But he came back, finished the job fairly quickly and cleaned the area.  Great customer service, highly recommended.

Came to unclog our toilet at a business.  Worked until it was cleared and cleaned up.  Was very happy because he waited for me to get there, about 10 minutes.  Appreciated that and would use again.

The labor was reasonable and I guess they don't take advantage of the repair. I have called around for the cost and the price was staggering high. I wish I was able to hire this company first thing. I guess I was in a hurry to stop the leaking in my patio and hired another company prematurely instead  who charged double the estimated price and left another existing issue unresolved. Lesson learned - compare quotes then hire the company with the clear cut, well detailed  and reliable quote!!

I have big leak coming out from corner of the house, call Complete plumbing and they came out right away for inspection. Come to find out, there are pipe leaking under concrete. Mike and Art came next day and took out concrete and fix the leaking pipes. Finish in 3 days, put back concrete and tiles back in my house and everything look perfect again. They are the best, you need these guys if you have plumbing issues. They also help to install new toilet for me last year, did a wonderful job as well.

Is this company for real? I called to get a kitchen sink line cleared. It was $25 more than other companies but could do the work within the hour.
The line was cleared but there was no feedback to flag that the under sink area was damp... Obviously from a leak. No mention of dripping from a iron pipe in the wall that the sink connected to. I'm telling you a real plumber would say, dude, there's something more to fix here.
I've tried to contact the plumber to get more info. No reply.

I am beyond grateful for this business, and I highly recommend them to all! We had a backed up kitchen sink. I called on Saturday afternoon not knowing if they would be available and I spoke with Jovan who was so kind and accommodating. He let me know that Mike was finishing a job elsewhere and would be over after that. Art came out to patch up a mainline leak. He was very polite throughout the repair process and answered all my questions. They offer competitive prices, and gave me an estimate for a mainline replacement (for future reference) that was a FRACTION of what a competitor offered. Needless to say, I think I've found my plumber for all my future plumbing needs.

We had a leak in the wall running from our kitchen sink. Michael did a great job.  The company responded quickly and sent an appointment for the same day.

Very communicative via Yelp Messenger and fulfilled the job in a quick and timely manner. I think they were able to come out within 3-4 days of my initial inquiry. The team was clean professional and courteous. They convinced me I don't need to change my garbage disposer even though I was sure it needed a costly replacement. I appreciate the honesty. Also, I asked last minute if they could disconnect and remove my old broken water softener unit and they did a great job disconnecting it and sealing the pipes.

Requested quotes for a hot water tank swap out. Complete Plumbing was one of the first companies to respond. I communicated with Paul via text then eventually by phone. He quoted me a very competitive price and dispatched a plumber to my home at a time that was convenient for me. The plumber was courteous and professional. He began to work immediately and completed the work in a timely manner. The work was professionally done, clean and neat. Thanks to Complete Plumbing for being upfront and professional. We needed to shorten the kitchen gas feed line to the stove once we purchased a new gas range. Another company said that they would need to cut into the wall to remove the old line and install the shorter line and that they would recommend a drywaller to repair the hole (for a separate charge). They said it was my only option. Complete Plumbing and Rooter came out and gave me 2 options: remove and replace the pipe by just unscrewing the old pipe and inserting the new connection, but if that failed, they would have to cut into the wall. Well, luckily he was able to remove the pipe without having to cut the wall and he did it for a 1/3rd of the price the other company quoted me for the job! Sometimes, we just need options!

Yesterday, Sunday,  my water heater exploded and I used Yelp to find a plumber.  Jovan responded with a call back in less than 20 minutes and arrived to check out the problem cert soon after that.  His quick response limited the damage done.  He found the leak and removed the water heater.  He referred me to a restoration company to check for any interior damage.  Due to Jovan's quick response no interior damage and I was able to use a fan to dry garage walls.  New water heater installed today.  I am so pleased with the professional and knowledgeable service I received.  Five stars aren't enough. As a new parent im always being challenged by my children. Last friday, the day before easter weekend my son wanted to challenge me by sticking a toy baby bottle into the toliet. Which complete plumbing team of expert plumbers got this out of my toliet. Adrian and Mike did an awesome job at my home protected my floors, never smelled anything even after they removed my toliet to get to the toy out. They charged a fair price and made every attempt to make sure my toilet was flushing before they left. They were able to come to my home on easter weekend and get the job done! If you need a plumber definitely give them a call, i know i will.

Excellent service and quality of work.  I needed a water pressure regulator replacement. Also there was a huge crack in the backyard tap.

Positive: Responsive and came out the same day.

Negative: Overcharged me on a part and labor. Only did 30 mins of work. Contacted another plumber and said that I paid way too much. $400 for a used part and labor was way too much. I was quoted $400 for a whole new heater the previous day.

Review is for Mike who came over and snaked a clog I had in the main. Went out of his way to inspect my clean-out cap and plumbing underneath the sink. His job was done unclogging the main line, but he made effort to check my plumbing on the kitchen side when I asked him to. Found out that there was a leak towards the dry walling, a job that was mickey moused from the previous homeowner. He gave me suggestions and alternatives to fix it on my own as I was a bit over budgeted on the work. Mike wasn't pushy at all and answered all my questions. I decided to just get the piping portion towards the drywall redone as I didn't want to have a blowout at an unexpected time. Mike showed me exactly what he was going to do and didn't proceed until I knew what work was getting done and gave him the ok. Very polite, and Mike gave a courtesy call a couple of minutes before he arrived. He even cleaned up his mess which I was very appreciative of. Great guys also at the office where I called, Paul was who I spoke with to schedule and Jovon with the follow up. Their prices are fair and they provide a warrantee which is important. Called this morning and spoke with Jovan. He was very professional over the phone. He told me he was nearby working on another job and that he would send one of his technicians over to assess the leak I needed to be repaired. I had a slab leak and this company did a re-pipe. Was prompt, thorough and professional. Brandon was great and kept us informed throughout the work. Based on my research of other companies their price seemed very reasonable.

The crew that was assigned to my job was very clean.  They placed covering everywhere they worked to protect my floors and no trash was left behind.  The day they started, they turned the water off in the morning and didn't leave that day until the water was turned back on for my family.  Great company, that offers reliable, professional and cleanly service.

My main water line next to water meter cracked.  It is very hard to reach in the water meter box.  They sent Tech Mike to fix by replacing new brass union and elbow took 3 hours .  Very professional and cutesy.

They are now my go to plumbers! I used them for my whole out repipe and to clear a kitchen sink blockage. Both times were very very professional and cleaned up after and during the job

I finally found a plumber I can trust. John came to snake the drain and change a gasket that was slowly leaking. The phone call went really well, the lady was very nice on the phone. John was at my house in under an hour. The ptoblem was fixed and hasn't given me any trouble since. The cost was reasonable and I will recommend them to others.

Put in a quote request to six different plumbing companies in my area to replace a water heater. Four of the six places wouldn't even give me a ball park figure without coming to my home to discuss it. Not very ideal with a pandemic going on. Complete plumbing and one other place were the only that would give me a quote and they were right around the same. But the other place told me I needed an upgrade that was $600 and was required, but I quick google search proved that it wasn't needed and was pretty uncommon, so I went with Complete plumbing. Mike showed up at the time promised and was VERY professional and courteous. Explained to me everything he was going to do, and was in and out in a reasonable amount of time and there were no upsells or add-ons. What I was quoted is what I paid. I plan on doing a lot more work soon, like redoing the piping and adding a shower to my second bath room soon, and I will definitely be going with them when I do!

Third time hiring them for a project around the house. Their pricing is very competitive. Michael is a thorough technician, polite, and does clean work. Definitely recommend this company!

I am a widow and I  was used to my wonderful husband fixing everything! I wasn't sure what to do so I looked for a plumber in the City of Chino. Update 08/13/2023: The pilot light of my water tank kept went out so I called the company that installed it which is Complete Plumbing and Rooter. Jovan answering my calls and explained what steps I should do since my water tank is still under warranty, true to his instructions, I contacted the manufacturer's company, after some questions and answers, they told me to go Ferguson to get the parts and have the plumber to install it. As before, Mike came on time and went to work. An hour later, my water tank is working perfectly.

Jovan and his team are very knowledgable and skilled. They replumbed our entire house and did a wonderful job from start to finish. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

I wasn't going to write a review, but I am, so others know what to expect and to be cautious. I contacted them on yelp just like I did with other companies to have my water pressure looked at for my washer since there was little water pressure that will not fill up my washer. The owner responded on yelp, said he can have someone come to my house to take a look at it the next day and it is a free estimate.

The guy came in checked the hose from the washer and it was good checked the other end of the hose where it connects to the pipe and hit the hose with his hand a little rock and some debris. Put the hose back in and the water started working again. Great!!

The plumber was only inside the house for 12 total minutes.

The problem started, my wife was the one that was home, the guy told my wife its a $140.00 charge. That was the service fee charged.  Then the guy said he can take $130.00. Different prices in less than 10 seconds. They accept credit card payments.
She was completely shocked and so was I.
I thought it was a free estimate.
You fixed the issue so okay, I was thinking $40 even $60.00 for just looking at the hose and hitting it with your hand to fix it.

The guy did not tell my wife that he was going to charge to look at the hose.
I am 100% sure that any other plumbing company will do the same exact thing he did was check the hose first. If that wasn't that issue then it would be the pipes then they will give me the estimate for that.

Something was up. So I told my wife to pay with card so I can message the guy on here and see what is going on.
The guy said I have to call and you will have to give your credit card over the phone. Found that odd. For being such a big company you take credit card payments over the phone and not in person. Plus my wife found it fishy because how did the price go from $140.00 to oh I will take $130.00. The person he was calling never answered, so he told my wife that someone will call you to take payment and left the house.

I called the company. I explained the situation to him. He tells me their service fee is $125 and he will give me a $50 discount because the plumber didn't tell my wife he will charge, so he is going to charge me $75.

I was shocked. How did the service fee pricing go from $140 to $130 to $125. It a service fee of $125 per hour he said. I brought it up and the owner completely ignored how does a service fee have 3 different pricing if it suppose to be a set price and says I don't want to argue so what do you want to do?

This has me baffled. No where in the messages you told me it is a $125 service fee. No where does the plumber state if I check this it will be $125.00.

They wanted to charge me the $125 for him checking the hose and hitting the hose on his hand, Because that fixed the issue it is $125.

If I would of known they charge a service fee for coming down to my house and checking the hose then I would have told them to come by and give me a free estimate. I think they weren't expecting the hose to be the issue to be honest, so they were like Oh I fixed the issue that is $140.00 because I fixed it.

What is the purpose of you guys coming down to the house and checking to give a free estimate of the repair if you guys don't give an estimate, just check and see and you find the issue, fix it yourself, then  charge a service fee? Just say it is a $125.00 service fee for you guys to come down and look at the issue.

It is like if I take my car to a mechanic because it is making a noise and its a free diagnostic to take a look at the car. But if you find out what the issue is and say oh there was a screw stuck between the motor and you decide to take out the screw without telling me and then tell me oh that's $200.00 because I fixed the issue.. You will be like what?? It is a free diagnostic and you want to charge me $200 because you took out a screw and fixed the issue. I didn't tell you to remove the screw. I'll give you money though because you did fix my issue. Thank you.

This is why I am writing the review, since they didn't want to acknowledge their mistake and made it seem like I am the one that is wrong.

So if you have a plumber come to your house. MAKE SURE YOU TELL THE PLUMBER, IS THIS A CHARGE FOR YOU TO TAKE A LOOK AT THE HOSE (WHICH IS SOMETHING THEY SUPPOSE TO DO OR WHY COME TO THE HOUSE IN THE FIRST PLACE) AND HOW MUCH? AS WELL, HOW MUCH THE SERVICE FEE IS, BECAUSE ACCORDING TO THE COMPANY IT IS $125 AND WITH THE PLUMBER IT IS $140.00, PLUMBER TRIES TO UPCHARGE YOU.

If I was the one at the house with this plumber, I would of been furious. So not sure if the plumber tried to take advantage of my wife by not letting her know that he will charge and how much it will be.  I see no point in you coming down for a free estimate if you are going to charge to look at the hose, if that is something you have to do to look and find the issue.

At 10:00pm we had a pipe burst in the ceiling and water was coming down.  Shut off the main valve but it didn't stop.  I called almost every 24 hour plumber on Yelp and none of them called back after their answering service took my message....Except Paul of Complete Plumbing and Rooter.  He told me honestly his company is booked up on an industrial job and couldn't make it out.  He was caring and wanted to help after hearing the panic in my voice when I told him nobody was calling me back.  He said it's probably the fire sprinkler pipe and said he'll come out to at least stop the flooding, especially since the fire sprinkler company, Cintas (supposed to be 24 hr service but they showed up 18 hours later) weren't responding back.  Thankfully he came and stopped the flooding, but couldn't legally touch the sprinkler pipes.  He's authorized to make new buildings and all kinds of plumbing but can't do the fire sprinkler pipes.   Very professional and caring, he diagnosed the water underneath the laminate flooring and immediately used dehumidifier and fans to mitigate the problem.  Thank you Paul! And Michael too!

1 extra star for showing up in a mask. We asked for a quote for a leak detection, and charged me 160. I felt that Jovan supposedly detected where the leak was, quoted me 2,400 for fixing the leak when we met, but 2,800 on the invoice, forgets to turn off my main water line so the leak continued, and I really wished that he couldve at least offered to bandaid my leak temporarily and seal off my leaking pipe until I get it permanently fixed. It felt rushed and I'm left with 50% confidence that he says where the leak really is. I'm not even really sure.

Had a really good experience today with Complete Plumbing. Mike showed up when he said he would, did the work quickly, and kept me posted throughout. I highly recommend this company!

Jovan was very professional, honest, and kind. He came out to my home the same day I called. I would definitely call them again.

I'm very happy with the service that I received today . My drain kitchen was clogged and we need it to fix it asap. The owner of complete plumbing  responded to my request quickly, send an estimate and the hours that some one could come to my home . They arrive soon and solve the problem . Definitely I will call them again.

Have used them for multiple times  at  my business, all employees very competent, thanks for making all repairs seamless!!!
