I wanted to know why my homes heating was so unbalanced, and how it could be remedied.  This Heating company would only come out to look at it for a fee, but they said the fee would include a diagnostic test and report.  Neither test or report were really done.  After inquiring more than a week later on the status of their report and a quote to fix the imbalance, their quote consisted of their replacing my heating ducts, and the quote was so high, it told me they didn't want the job.  I inquired further about the diagnostic report, that when received consisted of one sentence telling me to replace my heating ducts.  Essentially, they wasted my time.

Niko was very professional and helpful. He came over to check my toilets and kitchen sink just for an estimate, but ended up fixing the problem and didn't even accept payment because he wasn't satisfied that he fixed the issue 100%, even if the issue was because of my filtration system. I will definitely contact Niko for any of my issues going forward!

Needed some work done on very old bathroom fixtures - shower, sink and toilet. Rob was very understanding with what we needed to have done. He gave some good advice. Will definitely call Serve Rite Plumbing and Rooter again when we're ready for some more upgrades.

I called everyone in Bakersfield to help me with my new home purchase and they showed up on time, very professional, great pricing and were able to help me with my small and larger projects. They are now an big part of my landlord team and I feel thankful to have found them. They came by quick to clean out a clogged drain and coming later to help with my bath handle. I called Alfa to replace a very old toilet. The team showed up early on request. There were no surprise fees in the quote. The team worked extremely fast and professionally - they were in, installed, cleaned and out in under 1hr. price was well within budget.

I have hired them for dozens of projects. I'm a property manager in the East Bay and SF and they've helped us renovate kitchens and bathrooms, replace water heaters, check house water supply, remove unused gas supply (safely). Small jobs like replace a faucet or valve; big jobs like re-piping stuff behind the walls. Always tidy, friendly, and good at explaining the current project as well as pointing out opportunities to improve plumbing to prevent future problems.

I typically don't call them for major emergencies, but I can usually get them out in a couple days for less urgent drips or new installations. We mostly text or call. Highly recommended.

Quoted a pice and stuck to it even though he did extra work to make sure I was completely satisfied. International City Plumbers will now be my go to plumbing company for all my future repairs/needs. They deserve 5 stars and more, this is by far the best service I've ever experienced. There was a main sewer stoppage at my house and they were able to clear it and cleanup very quickly/well, considering the call was made at 5pm.

My husband and I's call was answered by Alex immediately and their plumbers were to us within an hour. Carlos & Garret educated us on the stoppage and walked us through everything they were going to do (not having any plumbing knowledge), they were very professional & nice, communicated pricing upfront, were able to identify other issues that needed tending to and left us feeling very confident in their work.

Our water heater starting leaking last night. I called Bustos Plumbing this morning and spoke to Jose. He was at our house within an hour to assess the situation. The water heater had a hole in it and it was old.
We had a new installed water heater by 11:30am. We are thrilled with the service we received. We kept it local and we're happy customers.

I contacted long beach plumbing last week after reading the reviews from yelp as i wanted to get my ice maker line replaced. Arc the owner was really efficient in visiting the property the same day when he received the request from my side. The ice maker line was replaced the next day by one of Arc technicians and since its been fixed everything is working fine. The ice maker is working great and water is back through the refrigerator line as well. The price was reasonable as well because i had already bought the material and only paid for the labor charges. Surely recommend this local long beach plumbing company.

Adam did us a solid. After he repaired our leaky toilet tank, it still had issues. I finally called him back 12 days later, and he returned when he said he would and made the final adjustments.

This is about the 3rd time we've used him.  He's fast & focused, with prices that don't leave you feeling violated lol.

I am giving one star just because there isn't an option to give zero stars. I absolutely regret hiring Precision Sewers to compete the sewer lateral work on our new house. If you want to work with someone who is unprofessional, rude and basically emotionally unstable, Patrick is your guy. When we called to complain with East Bay Mud and also the city they said let me guess, Precision Sewers? I won't go on with details but I'll just say that the job took several days longer to complete (with no good reason) and then once payment was due, Patrick became aggressive and harassed both me and my partner. We had asked if paypal was an option but out of consideration of the fees I sent a check that very same day (one day after job was finally done). Next thing I know, Patrick is calling me at work yelling that he hadn't received payment. Even if you are buying a new house and you have a bid from him I would strongly suggest you pay for another bid with a different company. This was a total nightmare and I am shocked that he is still licensed and somehow in business.

Very professional and helpful through the communication process. Jose was able to come in and unclog my drain very efficiently and helped cleaning up as well.

I was quoted one price over the phone for their hourly rate and then he decided when he was here to raise that rate. He said they assess when they arrive. Ummm that seems pretty shady to me. I got charged almost $200 for something that took him 15 minutes to fix. He could tell I was upset with the bill but didn't seem to care or make it right. I would NOT recommend this business. I had a much better experience with Bakersfield Plumbing Co!
