Jaime was great! We had about 10 small to medium projects. Jaime came to our house, assessed the work that needed to be done, and provided an estimate for all the projects together. He then returned the next day and completed the work in a timely manner. He was efficient and professional, and completed a variety of tasks in just a few hours. I called TNT Rooter for my father in Whittier, CA for a clogged washing machine drain pipe on a late Saturday afternoon and they came out forty minutes later.  Tim came with his wife Christine and worked as a team and I found them friendly and knowledgeable.   As another customer stated, they're courteousness and professionalism was beyond reproach.  They had difficulty clearing the clog due to the configuration of the drain pipe in the wall since it is also connected to a sink in the laundry room.  After trying to clear the clog for forty five minutes without positive results he reassembled the plumbing and went up onto the roof and used the vent pipe to rooter the clog.  That worked well and he did not charge me for his extra time and work spent in the laundry room.  He even solved a hot water problem I had been having for about three plus years that two other plumbers were unable to solve.  Tim spotted the problem immediately recommended a fix and instructed me on how to do it myself.  I replaced the water shutoff valve to the heater and that corrected the problem.  Tim charged me the original quote, even after the extra work and advice to fix my water heater problem.  I would recommend Tim and Christine to friends and family without hesitation!

A friend recommended this place to me, they were the 3rd quote I got for the exact same work and came in $3-700 under the price of the others, who I feel were inflating their price. They had same week availability, were easy to get a quote from and communicate with, and completed the work quickly and professionally. I recently called this company to help my mother with stopped up plumbing. I was told 2 prices on the phone for the specific job to be done.  Expecting to pay the higher price for what the job entailed, they charged my mother 50% more than the higher amount. I questioned the charge and was told don't worry, I'm not trying to get you. I told him I was questioning the charge being different than what I was quoted on the phone and because mom is on a fixed budget and I need to keep an eye on things for her. I called their office the next day, on a Friday, and was told I would get a call back Monday. Not hearing anything back I called them. They had not looked into it yet. I asked for the boss to call me back, that didn't happen, the lady in the office called me back. When I got a call back I was told that they were charging her for the hour it took (which included 10 minutes for writing up the invoice), and half an hour for drive time. I was not told about this drive time before hand. The service man said he started the drive time 15 minutes before he got there, yet he charge a half an hour of time. I was told he didn't charge for gas, tools, the time it took him to get to his next stop... really ?... I would warn anyone to be sure you get a written estimate before you agree to anything and before you hire this company, If they will take advantage of an elderly lady on a fixed income, what else might they do.

Tradition Plumbing did a great job with the few fixes that I needed. This included repairing our sink disposal leakage, re-installing the outdated piping in front of the home and many other items that were in our home inspection. I'd recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services!

The Best!!! I'm so thankful I went with American Leak Detection. I had a cracked pipe underneath our outdoor entry. I was so nervous about the repair but Ricardo is the most skilled, most focused specialist. His calm confident demeanor but me at ease. Everything went so well, and the price was better than I expected!!!! Thank you Ricardo and American Leak Detection!!!

Mario came by our place after an hour of calling him. Took care of the house and did a fantastic job. Charged us what he said he would and did a little extra around the bathrooms to make sure we were in the clear with our plumbing.

I was out of town and our renter called. The old water heater was leaking. Home Town came out with-in hours of calling them. Got the job done. This is one of many plumbing emergencies I have been rescued from by Home Town Plumbing! Glad to know there are still honest hard working businesses I can count on. Thank You

It was after 6:30 pm when I discovered that the kitchen sink in my in-law was backed up.  After attempting to fix it myself, I realized a plumber was in order.  Checked Yelp and noticed Shedrick was located nearby.  I called, expecting to set up an appointment for the next day, but Shedrick was at my door in 15 min.  He took one look at the plumbing and went right to work.  The job ended up being a bit trickier than anticipated, but he got it done... and soldered a leaky pipe to boot.  He is extremely knowledgeable, with over 20 yrs. of experience, and took the time to educate me on the pipes in my recently bought home.  His price, especially considering the time and unanticipated work, was very fair.  The water is flowing freely again and all is good.  Thanks Shedrick!

Woke up this morning to no hot water, called them for help. They were here within two hours and I had a new water heater and hot water an hour and a half later!! All on the Monday before Thanksgiving.
This is at least the third water heater we have purchased from them. It sound bad but each of the water heaters have lasted over 10 years! This last one was 13. I keep the receipt taped to the water heater so I always know who to call. I wouldn't call anyone else!

Will definite contact again! I messaged Tomas on Wednesday night and he was able to come out the next day. I wasn't available but he made time Saturday morning to change out my faucet and hardware. Sebastian was 15 minutes early, worked extremely efficiently and left the area cleaner than when he started working. Can't recommend Excellent Handyman enough!

I want to tell everyone about the incredible experience I had today with United Plumbing.  My mother in laws water heater went out late last night.  I called United plumbing this morning and Dan took care of me.  He's always been great but today he really saved the day.  He had the water heater installed within a few hours of me calling them.  The quality is excellent and the pricing is always fair.  Thanks Dan and United Plumbing for saving the day.

I needed to have my toilet unclogged ASAP. Kevin responded to my request with a price quote and a promise to respond later this morning. He followed through and communicated clearly. Once he arrived, he explained his steps to remedy the issue. He was quick, but thorough. Very pleased with his response, communication, and commitment. Thank you, Kevin!

I didn't use these guys YET. But I reached out to several plumbers and landscaping business for an estimate, unsure of what I needed.  These guys were both quick to respond and very thorough in explaining what I would need.  The only reason I haven't used them yet is that they were honest and advised a landscaping company would be both a better fit and a cheaper option for my needs. I'll be sure to call these guys when I do need plumbing services.

There was a restroom water supply issue that was resolved promptly and within the same day. Shawn helped us get it replaced and got the toilet to work with the bidet! I wanted to get 2 more bidets installed throughout the house but unfortunately it would have been too pricey ($125 each), so I will have to use another personal mechanic for that who charges $25/each. Overall, I am pretty happy with the service and look forward to utilizing their services again!

BEWARE! Big Blue is a pretty immoral company. My landlady had has them work on the house multiple times and every time they are here they find a new essential project that HAS to be done and it always gets more and more expensive. Not only that, but on this visit they told her that her brand new water heater will have to be replaced after 5 years (despite the fact that she pays them to service it yearly). A water heater that only lasts 5 years is both defective and poorly maintained. With what they charged her to put it in, the assessment says a lot about their beliefs in the products they sell. She called another local plumbing company to come out for a second opinion (thankfully) and the guy said spending what they were asking to put in extensive new plumbing was superfluous given its age and location in our house. Maybe if the water heater was 10 years old, but not 18 months. In short, beware of their estimates! If it feels like they are taking you for a ride, they probably are.
