These guys came out same day and handled my plumbing issues quickly and skillfully at the end of what I'm sure was a long day for them. I also asked them about some other plumbing issues and they were very knowledgeable, walking through scenarios of what repairs would entail and the risks. Overall, a great first experience and I would highly recommend them!

I called Goodboy Plumbing to take care of an emergency plumbing issue at my home, and they were very efficient in fixing the problem. I haven't experienced any issues since their visit, so I'm very happy with the work. Professional, fast, and excellent quality work. Highly recommend for your plumbing needs!

Very very good at his work. He came on time and finished his job by staying couple of extra hours. He is very professional and efficient.

I want to give five stars to this company because Tim was very nice and responsive. I called and left a voicemail and he called me back a few minutes later. Although I no longer needed plumbing service, I sincerely appreciate that he #1 called me back immediately #2 let me know he'd be there should I need him again and #3 was very nice, concerned, and wanted to make sure my situation was taken care of. Thank you Tim!!!

I found Z&H Plumbing & Water Heaters on Yelp to install a water line from my kitchen sink to the back of my fridge. The reviews are right. They are a great service, especially Zorro who was very helpful. He was very quick to respond to any questions I had and very diligent in his work. I would recommend Z&H Plumbing & Water Heaters to anyone.

Don't spend time looking elsewhere for HVAC/plumbing issues. Ron is your guy!
I'm so relieved I found Ron as he is now our go-to person for all plumbing/HVAC needs. He is a genuinely nice, reliable, professional, and honest person who offers very reasonably priced services. I always support local businesses like Ron's because there's usually little or no wait time and the prices are reasonable.
Ron responded to my HVAC inspection and maintenance request right away. He showed up on time. He followed safety and health protocols by wearing masks and disposable booties before entering our home.
He troubleshooted and fixed all our HVAC issues. He did a very thorough inspection of all our HVAC systems and cleaned all inspected areas afterwards.

Liberty Plumbing to the rescue!!
Thank you Alex
Alex came out after hours on a Friday evening and diagnosed our plumbing problem. Alex promised to return first thing on Saturday to fix the situation.
Alex showed up as promised, took care of the problem and charged a very reasonable fee.
I had wanted to install risers on our septic tanks and Alex quoted a very fair price for that work to be done.
Liberty Plumbing's crew did a great job - they arrived on time, did the job and cleaned up beautifully when they finished their work.
I had written my check for too much and Alex handed it back to me immediately for correction.
Great integrity!
I highly recommend Liberty Plumbing.

Eddie is a life saver!!! Had a backup into my kitchen sink that was pretty disgusting and it quickly became evident that it was going to require a professional. Eddie was the quickest to respond to me when I reached out to different companies here on Yelp. He also didn't disregard me like another company did because they felt it was time sensitive (which it was yes but I knew I would have to work around my own schedule) and they weren't going to be available so they just completely turned me away. I wound up having to wait about 4 days from when I initially reached out which was fine with me. When I told Eddie the problem, he gave me a quote (which was exactly what I ended up paying at the end) and we continued to discuss from there to arrange times. I've luckily never had to deal with too many home repairs but I know that a plumbing issue seems to be the most daunting and depending on what it is some of the most expensive. I was really dreading an exorbitant cost or worse, the issue turning out to be more than initially anticipated. This was not the case thankfully and the price I paid was absolutely more than worth it. Not just for the fact the clog in the drain was fixed but that Eddie was so nice, informative, and responsive. He was very professional and VERY efficient. I would highly recommend Eddie and Tradition Plumbing to anyone!

The Best!!! I'm so thankful I went with American Leak Detection. I had a cracked pipe underneath our outdoor entry. I was so nervous about the repair but Ricardo is the most skilled, most focused specialist. His calm confident demeanor but me at ease. Everything went so well, and the price was better than I expected!!!! Thank you Ricardo and American Leak Detection!!!

Mario responded to my request for a quote right away. I needed to have kitchen sink snaked (which is very slow/clogged), replace kitchen faucet, replace old piping under the seak, and replace kitchen supply cutoff valves which are seized shut. He wanted to quote by the job rather than by the time. For some reason that seems to be the norm now as I noticed that from other vendors too. He was responsive, came on time (despite having the last appointment of the day) and respectful in our home and did a thorough job. Highly recommend his work.

I was very pleased with the service I received from this company. Since I live in San Luis Obispo County (not close to Bakersfield), I placed my review under Hometown Plumbing Sewer & Drain - San Luis Obispo County.

Shedrick was friendly enough at the beginning but turned into a nightmare.
I called him because our regular contractor was unavailable. After two trips, multiple hours of my own time wasted and unnecessary parts purchased without authorization, he had achieved absolutely nothing while leaving our kitchen unusable. By this stage our regular contractor was available again, explained how Shedrick was entirely clueless, and fixed everything promptly and effortlessly.
Perhaps unsurprisingly the invoice Shedrick provided was obscenely high and provided as a single line item. I asked that he itemize it so that I could pay him for the work that he actually did. He proceeded to call me repeatedly and be verbally abusive.
This kind of unprofessionalism, starting with gross incompetence and finishing with abuse is appalling, but in this case preventable: call somebody else.

The main office/scheduling was a cluster. We set a window for the appointment, I change my work schedule around to make it work.
And no one shows up. No one even calls.
So I called them. They said that the tech was running behind but would be there later and call me before he came. Okay, no problem, stuff happens. I get it, I can roll with it.
No one ever calls. We're now well past the appointment window.
So I call them back. Now they don't know what's happening or where the tech is. So we set an appointment for the following morning. I adjust my schedule again to accommodate it. I get it, stuff happens. The scheduler assures me that the tech will be here close to 9am.
At 9:40, no one is here. So I call them and it turns out that the tech doesn't even start until 10am.
At this point, I'm looking for a Plan B and wondering if Water Heaters Only can be trusted. But, at 10:30, the tech calls and soon he's over.
The tech did a great job on the install and I'm very happy with his quality of work. He's friendly, efficient, and professional. All good there.
I'm pleased with the quality of work but disappointed by the lack of regard that the office gave me. I'd be 100% fine with someone calling me and letting me know that they need to reschedule. Stuff happens, I get it. But no communication at all? Water Heaters Only did not live up to their reputation for me.

Tomas fixed the bar in my closet and now it holds all my clothing. He did a great job. He was nice, worked neatly and his pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend him and will use him again.

Oscar was right on time. He fixed our kitchen faucet in no time flat and didn't leave a mess like some plumbing companies do.
10011 Artesia Pl, Bellflower, CA 90706
Quick response to my request abd scheduled repair within 24 hours. Repaired bathrub fuxtures that had previously been repaired and went above and beyond to prevent further issues. Will definitely be using him again.

I would give more stars if I could, I highly recommend this company. They have given us the best experience we have ever had in regards to plumbing repair. My husband called after hours on a Saturday due to our kitchen sink backing up/overflowing. A technician ( Chris) was there within the hour and successfully fixed the problem with NO mess. I did not have to clean up anything myself, Chris left my kitchen and under cabinet as clean as when he arrived. I again called Professional Plumbing (IE) after hours due to a bathroom wall leak and Chris was out the next day to repair the problem. He was available quickly over multiple days and didn't drag out our repair over weeks and weeks as some other companies are known to do. Chris went above and beyond to make sure our bathroom is now in tip top shape with new plumbing, drainage, and a newly installed bathtub. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and I did not feel like I was being gauged on the price. And again, he left everything clean. I have had experiences with other companies where I was left with a huge mess to clean up. All of the work Chris did is clean and neat as well, he is quick and efficient but definitely ensures good quality work. My husband and I plan to have Chris back to redo the rest of the plumbing in our home in the near future. I can say with certainty that I will never use another plumbing company again. Thanks again, Chris and Professional Plumbing (IE)!

Five stars for Alpine plumbing! Matthew showed up the same day and solved the issue effectively, efficiently, and very courteously. He even put up with my dogs sniffing him while he was under the kitchen sink. I will definitely call on Alpine Plumbing again!

I had posted a positive review for Big Blue back in 2020. This is the first time I have, unfortunately, had to delete the positive review and post a negative one. Our experience with Big Blue in 2020 was a postive one. More recently we had a subsequent positive experience, and had for all intents and purposes hoped to have Big Blue as our go to plumbing service going forward. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case based on our most recent experience. Big Blue replaced a toilet for us fairly recently. The toilet began leaking due to the seal under the toilet failing. This was under warranty since the toilet was recently installed. The Big Blue Rep came by and initially wanted to charge us for installing a new seal on the toilet until I explained that they recently installed the toilet and we should not be charged for this. He called the office and this was agreed on. However, a small angle valve on the back of the toilet was also leaking and replacing this was not part of the initial toilet replacement so we were informed that we would have to be charged for that. After the seal was replaced and the angle valve, we were informed the charge would be over $500.00. The Angle valve, which sells at home depot for $9.94 and which took just minutes to install, resulted in a bill of over $500.00? The replacing of the seal and the labor involved in that should not have incurred any labor costs since it was under warranty. We have tried repeatedly to call and get an answer as to why we were charged over $500.00 for a $9.00 piece to be replaced in just a few minutes, and we have received no reply. We were attempting to either get a reasonable justification for this or a reimbursement. I paid the amount at the time since my wife was having surgery the following day and the last thing I had to worry about was the toilet leaking. After multiple attempts to work with Big Blue regarding this, and getting no cooperation at all, I have resorted to posting this and will no longer support this business.
