I realized that I had a mainline blockage late on a Friday night.  I called Miguel at 6:45am on Saturday and he was at my house by 7:30am.  That's prompt and efficient service.  I feel confident in recommending True Rooter.

From snaking my sewer line to replacing my water heater (which they did this week), I have never been disappointed with True Rooter.  Miguel and his team are always  there when they promise, explain everything, keep things neat, fix things fast, and stay reasonably priced.  I refer them to everyone I know and woundn't use anyone else!

Miguel and Robert are great! Great response time, reliable and they did a great job fixing our main water shut off valve and toilet valve for a reasonable charge.

True Rooter to the rescue! Today I was looking for quotes to clear my clogged kitchen drain line and got a prompt response from Miguel. He communicated with me through every step of the process and what he told me I could expect is what I got! Miguel first contacted me about noon and by 3pm I had friendly and informative technician Jeff under my sink taking care of business. Initially it seemed the job may take a bit more than Jeff came to handle but in good faith he gave it one last try and viola!....the line was cleared! He could have stopped while he was ahead and tried to upcharge us for some additional service, but no, he wanted to see the job done for the least amount of inconvenience for all involved. Had an amazing experience working with True Rooter & Plumbing this past month. I was referred by our regular plumber who does not have the rooter equipment for the sewage line. True Rooter answered on my first call and was very nice to talk to. He made an appointment for 1st thing the next day; he arrived a few mins early. While one line was blocked (tree roots!!) we agreed to root all three cut outs. Miguel noticed that our garden hose spigots were leaking. He fixed them both. I had been meaning to replace them and he did a much better job. All in? Less than I paid for one cut out the last time it was rooted. Thanks for the great service !

We needed our garbage disposal checked out ASAP and honestly chose True Rooter because of their immediate response to my message on Yelp. They were able to see me the same day and replace our garbage disposal in about two hours. They charged us $325 for the new disposal unit (In-sink-erator Badger) and labor. Not the most competitive price, but reasonable since they were very professional, clean, and prompt. I recommend this business.

Called True Rooter and within 1 minute Miguel called me back. Within 1.5 hours Lupe arrived and cleared 2 significant blockages at our office that was affecting all of our toilets. He then cleared a blockage in one of our sinks and did it all in just over an hour. If you need a great plumber look no further than True Rooter! 1st Time I called them late at night and they came to help us even when it was dark! Major problem with our sewer line (tree roots blocking the 60yrs old pipes) and the Landlord was not helpful! Angel was very patience, even followed-up  and help us to not only fix the problem but convince our landlord what was needed to be done! He knows the problem the moment we explained the issues! Miguel was amazing!! I called at 7pm one night and before I could even open an email screen to follow up he called me back. We scheduled for the next day and he was right on time. He even arrived before I did. In 35 minutes he had our sink unclogged, replaced part of a pipe, and unclogged the garbage disposal. Miguel is fantastic as is his crew! I really like that Miguel is both owner and operator. They have done extensive work in my old house and I am happy with the work done and the price. Unknowingly,  Ive been using this company for issues at different properties for a while now.  I recall being  in Cabo and having to address an issue at one of my properties in LA and Miguel was super helpful and resolved the problem for me without issue.  Recently,  a tech. name Donovan came out and handled business just as efficiently, but he also schooled me on some things.  I will continue to use them and look forward to a longstanding business relationship!

The house had some serious problems with the main sewer line from the house leading up to the sidewalk collapsed and cracked, and outgoing waste water leaking and soaking the front dirt area.  Miguel and his crew provided a price over the phone first, then drove out to the house within an hour and provided a similar price after assessing the situation.  Miguel and his crew started the project on the day that he scheduled and finished it as scheduled.  Also, Miguel wanted me to pay the invoice after the project was completed, no upfront cost.  Exceptionally professional and trustworthy, with integrity and straightforwardness.  He also provided pictures of the project in progress. My parents were in desperate need of a plumber for toilet repair. I was mortified as I witnessed my Dad thumbing through the Yellow Pages...oh hell no!  Especially after hearing about the plumber who'd come out to their home the day before and had given them some ridiculous astronomical estimate. I went to Yelp, checked for plumbing company's who had the best reviews, came across True Rooter, had Dad to give them a call, they returned the call literally within 5 minutes! Was out to my parents home within a half hour. Miguel shows up, professional, courteous and handled their problem for a fraction of what had been given to them for an estimate! AND the best part is that at 8am this morning, Miguel called back to make sure everything was in working order!!! WHO DOES THAT?!?!  MIGUEL DOES THAT!!!!!

I was a first time home owner selling my condo and had to get some serious plumbing issues fixed! What could have been a super stressful experience for a girl who knows nothing about plumbing was truly an easy and pleasant one! I was quoted $2,700 for fixing a few small issues around the house. The plumber saw that I don't know much about plumbing and tried to make everything look like a big issue and even diagnosed many issues incorrectly, so they would have charge even more if I went through with it. I called a different plumber and had all these issues fixed for $350. Stay safe and look elsewhere!

Just had a great experience with True Rooter & Plumbing. Had a clogged toilet and bathtub and called couple plumbers with no luck (either not available or too pricy). Saw their great reviews on Yelp and give it a try. They came within 30mins and had the main line unclogged within another 30mins. Not to mention their pricing is super reasonable (half the price I got quoted from Sal's Plumbing). Miguel is professional and friendly. Would highly recommend this place if you have plumbing issues.

On November 09, 2016 I was in contact with Miguel I briefly explained the plumbing issue and  within minutes he was able to tell me what the problem was over the phone. He came out the following day and was able to unplug the main line that was clogged. He provided great customer service, reasonable rates, and was very thorough with his work. If that wasn't enough he also replaced a piece of pipe that had a hole for FREE!!  Overall, I am truly satisfied with his professionalism and work product. Highly recommend him.

True Rooter came through fore on a clogged toilet in or powder room. They arrived within an hour of my request, diagnosed and fixed the issue in just about an hour. Also, Im a stickler for folks cleaning up after themselves and they did that excellently as well.

Loved the video camera in the line so that you could see what was going on in my pipes.

These guys are great! Not only did the owner Miguel answer my phone call on a Sunday, he was completely honest with the range of what my problem could be and how much it might cost. He was kind enough to prepare me for the worst in case that was what we were facing. They offered a free estimate and Daniel arrived at my house about 30 minutes later. These guys have definitely earned their 5 Star rating. I have used and abused them and they keep coming back with excellent customer service. I have used them many times now (leaking pipes under concrete slab, kitchen sink faucet replacement, tankless water heater installation, toilet replacement, whole house re-pipe of supply lines and drain lines, installation of pressure regulator on an older home, etc.). Every time they provide excellent service, working with my schedule, cleaning up at the end of each day, using quality materials and just having a great attitude towards everything. My biggest compliment to Miguel and his team has to do with when I moved out of Carson, the city inspector wrote me up for not having a permit for the tankless water heater that we had installed a few months prior (i didn't know i was moving at the time and didn't think about getting it permitted). Anyway, Miguel and his technicians worked with me and the city inspector until ALL of her comments and questions were answered, and at the end of the day, the inspector approved the installation without any modification, because Miguel's team had installed it by the book in the first place. Anyway, great company, will continue to use them for little and big issues.

Normally, I would talk about how good of a service they guys are, but today pissed me off, for good reason.  I called last Saturday, 12 March 2022, to ask this company to help me with low water pressure in my unit.  Really, I only wanted my shower to be fixed.  I traveled, outside of the Los Angeles area, for 2 weeks prior to last Saturday.  Trust me when I say, I wanted to come home and take a long, hot shower.  Additionally, I don't specifically know what modifications the other owners did in my building, during my trip, but my water pressure in my shower went from useful to useless.

In any event, I talked to Carla (admin assistant) and asked them to help me with the low water pressure and to replace the main water valve in my bathtub.  True Rooter Plumbing told me that they would show up between 12-2 pm today, Monday, 14 March 2022.

On Sunday, I notified all of my fellow Home Owners Association (HOA) members via email and text message that I needed to shut off the water between 1-3 pm today.  Everyone in my HOA responded and gave me the go ahead to shut off the water (in writing).  Not being believed by the technician that came out to assess my situation was beyond aggravating.  Why would I lie?  I offered to show him the correspondence, electronically and he refused.

I pointed out to the technician that the water valve in the garage, that was branched off from the main water supply, in my section of the building, was rusted and wouldn't turn.  He even pointed out that other units in my building had their valves replaced from a twsity knob to a lever valve.

The technician / plumber that came out to my unit was running a little late, he was stuck in traffic, due to an accident on either the 110 Freeway or in Wilmington, where they are based out of.  I will extend grace and have a relaxed attitude whenever that happens because you can't control Los Angeles traffic...it can be a beast at times.

However, to inspect the water pressure issues in my unit for about 6 minutes and then to inspect the piping situation in my garage for about 15 minutes was good.  Noting wrong with taking the time to evaluate and assess the situation before you start turning wrenches and doing work.  What really rubbed me  the wrong way was when the technician talked to his boss, he took some pictures prior to that conversation, and then said I'm not helping you today and I'm leaving.  He stated that he had other projects to do and that he was behind.

I'm not going to stress the inconvenience of getting the permission of my HOA, 24 hours prior to the plumber showing up, just so that they can fix my issue and shutting off everyone's water in my building for 2 hours.  Other owners have done it, without issue.  Also, I took off work today, to get this situation rectified.

What really irks me is that, I'm a repeat customer.  I've had these guys fix my toilet (small leak) and my kitchen sink drain being clogged (which they snaked).  I've even advocated and got the HOA's approval to have this plumbing company service all of the waste water pipes in our building, again, to have them snaked.  I'm not a small repeat customer.  When all of my prior service happened, I was the HOA President.  These guys did a good job and I was happy to promote their service to other owners in my building and in my immediate community in San Pedro, CA.

Now, I am beyond pissed that they didn't listen to me, turn a wrench or do anything positive to assist me...and I'd remind you that I'm a happily paying repeat customer.

Here's the kicker, I told the technician that in the past, my HOA decided to put water restrictors in each owners' unit to reduce the overall water bill of the HOA.  Overtime, new owners have come in and had those restrictors removed.

To not even have any work done whatsoever and abdicate your role, as a professional plumbing company, which is to help home owners with their plumbing issues / needs.  Instead, this company just walked away from assisting a repeat customer and it is baffling.

Needless to say that I called Carla back after their technician left and I told her exactly, what I was going to do.  This is part of what I explained to her what was going to happen.  I also plan on sharing this review with my fellow HOA members, so they can see how you treat repeat customers when the job is uncertain or too much work for your profit-schedule.

Am I upset, yes, but I won't let these guys anywhere near my property ever again.  Hopefully, I can find a company with better customer service, that actually believes a repeat customer.

I don't want this company to ever contact me again...

Im a first time home owner and as a man i was not sure what to do when my toilet flushed and a bunch of crap came up in my bath tub. I plunged and plunged but all i did was make a bigger mess. Then i called my friend and he told me to look for a clean out cap and remove it but i didn't find one. He then suggested i go on the roof and put a water hose through the vent pipe to flush out the pipe. So as the macho man that i am i did but nothing happened. Well at least i though nothing happened. My wife came out yelling at me that i wad flooding the house. Apparently my friend forgot to mention that i should have someone watch for the water level. SMH. Finally i gave up and called another friend and he told me to call Miguel from True Rooter. I did and he showed up immediately began diagnosing my problem and told me what needed to be done to get me going. He immediately began digging in y yard and after a lot of sweat he reached a section of metal pipe that tied in to a clay pipe. He cut a section out and a bunch of sewage came out and flooded his hole. He pumped out the sewage and then threw his rain boots on and installed section of plastic pipe. He successfully installed a 4 clean out access for my sewer line. He ran his snake and opened up my sewer line. My sewer is now flowing but it will need to be replaced soon. Miguel showed me what the rest of my sewer looks like and its not nice. I will be calling Miguel and his crew back to replace my sewer once and for all because I can't stand the thought of having a problem while guests are over. Thanks Miguel. Great job. See u soon.

These guys are amazing. We had a semi serious situation with our kitchen sink, and, though it took a few tries, Miguel and Jose were able to clear it up and get my water flowing and my sink draining again. Extremely polite, very timely, and great rates. I'd use them again!!

I have used True Rooter & Plumbing twice over the course of two weeks at two different locations. One at my elderly mom's house and a family friend's house who's also elderly. Both jobs were done rather quickly, neatly and above all at a very respectable price! the treatment of my mom and later her friend was reassuring to me. They were respectful and took the time to explain what they were doing and got their approval first! I can highly recommend them for any job large or small!

I had another great experience with True Rooter.  I had a problem with a pin hole leak that needed repair.  Bernard scheduled the appointment quickly and Lupe was out the next morning on time.  Lupe fixed the leak and made sure I understood the charges prior to correcting.  True Rooter staff are very professional and charge a fair price for quality work.  I would not hesitate to use them again.

My two toilets had stopped performing as they should; one would run not filling up and not flush properly and the other would not flush at all without holding the handle down. I requested a quote and was immediately contacted and given an appointment the same day. My technician was Jeff Patton who arrived promptly and worked on both toilets until he solved their issues. Saving me extra part costs, time and frustration. His customer service was excellent and he was able to explain the repairs needed to a novice like myself. I will continue to use this company hopefully I can have Jeff come out every time.

Definitely a 5-star experience. Had Jose come out to replace a toilet in our master bath. Scheduling was easy through the Yelp app. Came out the next day after first calling to see if they could come earlier than planned. No problem. They finished before their originally planned arrival time. Even cleaned up and hauled away the old toilet.

Absolutely best plumbers I've found.  Miguel is a true professional and his service is what any business should be:  fast, friendly, fairly priced. Our main sewer line started backing up on a Friday night. We found True Rooter and Plumbing on Yelp. I called at 8pm and Miguel himself immediately answered. They already had two calls ahead of us and we're not going to get done until very late at night so we arranged for him to come at 7am the next day for a free evaluation.  He came right on time and I could tell immediately that he was a professional.  He diagnosed the problem within a minute, explained everything clearly and efficiently, and then immediately got to work on it.  He was done in 30 minutes.  He explained exactly what he thought the original cause of the problem was, the chances of it happening again, and how to deal with it.  The price was incredibly reasonable and even gave us a written guarantee on his work. I just want to commend Miguel and his assistant for coming out and assessing a situation, that I thought was due to the plumbing issue I had called them out on. They were very courteous and conscientious to explore every possible avenue to clarify the issue of the location of the water leak. Took care of my drain line clog on my washer. They had to replace the entire pipe. John came out to give me the initial estimate. Very friendly and honest. Incredible service! Fast and efficient. Our sink did not work, and we were having trouble with the draining of our washing machine. Miguel checked and fixed them both (the water was not turned on and the washer line needed to be sealed and tightened). In the end, he did not charge me for either and only requested that I recommend him to friends and family. We've used True Rooter the past four years and they've always provided great service.  During that time we've had multiple plumbers come out and they've gotten the job done every time.  Just recently Oscar and Miguel cleared out a line and had to use several different machines and it was quite labor-intensive but they didn't charge more than their original estimate.  Thanks guys!

I made an appointment with True Rooter and they seemed very professional and even sent me a text confirming the tech would show up within 30 minutes to give a free estimation. the tech showed up and looked at the bathroom stoppage in the upstairs bath. He had to call his boss to give a quote. They came up with a price of $375.00 to remove the toilet and snake the line. I told them no thanks since we have 3 bathrooms and it was not an emergency. My regular plumber who was busy that day came by the next morning and only charged $220.00  and
did a great job.  a few days later, I received a no-charge invoice via email. It was not bad enough that they gave me a very high quote but to
send a no-charge invoice seems like a waste of everyone's time.

I contacted Miguel because of his great Yelp reviews when I required a quick estimate during escrow for a sewer pipe replacement.  I texted photos and excerpts from the house inspection report so he had an idea of what was needed as the sellers didn't want contractors on the property during escrow.  Miguel was the only 1 of 3 plumbers I contacted who answered, and he was quick, professional and helpful in his response.  He provided, free of charge, the financial information I required to make sure I could budget for the sewer replacement in my escrow.

Obviously once escrow was over I immediately hired Miguel and his crew to undertake the job.  Miguel was again quick to respond, managed to fit the job into his busy schedule, and was very polite when he arrived exactly when he said he would.  The job took 2 days and he and his crew worked hard, staying until 7pm on the last day to finish the job.  They were also very tidy, using a plastic liner inside the house (they accessed the crawl space through a bedroom cupboard) and brushing and cleaning whenever they had to walk through the house to their truck or outside.

I found Miguel extremely polite and respectful, honest and straight forward to deal with. I obviously would recommend him as I have asked him to complete another job, hooking our new refrigerator up to a water line for the ice/water dispenser.  He will be our go to plumber in the future whenever we have a plumbing job or emergency.  Thanks Miguel!

I found True Rooter on here and decided to reach out to them because of their stellar reviews.
We had a clogged drain twice and had to call two different plumbing companies to snake the drain. We needed to know what was causing this, so we reached out to several companies for quotes on a camera inspection. Every company was quoting few hundred and Miguel offered to do it out of courtesy! He was very honest and polite, offering his honest opinion and recommendations. I don't know much about plumbing but Miguel kindly explained to me what I was seeing/ was happening. Very professional.
He told us there wasn't any clogging at the moment but that we should consider fixing an offset he found in the pipeline that could be contributing to the continuous clogging. He gave us his estimates on the job, and I found it to be very reasonable.
He was the third plumbing company we dealt with in a week, and we will continue to utilize their services when needed from now on and referring to friends and family.

Had a problem with one of our toilets in the house...we managed to snake it ourselves but the flush ended up being slow and low. Went on YELP to search for a plumber and found TRUE ROOTER and read all the reviews. I called next day and talked to Bernard, he told me someone will check it out later afternoon which worked perfect for me, I appreciated that they responded quickly and swiftly to my issue. Miguel had stopped by since he had been in the area to check out the toilet, which was nice...he stopped by and looked/observed and explained the options or methods they would use and gave me the pricing/estimates which were rather reasonable, more so great. As soon as 4pm came around, John arrived with his auger and got to work on our toilet and he solved the problem in no time and now our toilet is back to normal. TRUE ROOTER responded quickly, they were greatly helpful, reasonable, down to earth, just all in all a great plumbing experience. We definitely will call them for any future plumbing needs.

This is the second time I have use True rooter & plumbing. I manage property in Torrance and had a leak under a raised foundation house. I called Miguel on the weekend and he had someone out right away. We were able to find that there was a leak but was not accessible through the crawl space. The technician Kevion was very helpful in letting me know the process, he removed minimal flooring to get the job done. The price was also very reasonable for the work done. I would highly recommend Miguel and True Rooter for all your plumbing needs.

Another happy customer True Rooter has in their books. I had a small angle valve leak on my downstairs bathroom. Decided to fix it myself and it didn't work out. Jeff came out the next morning and took care of the issue. He was very professional and friendly. Really nice to my family. And made sure we were happy. At the end of the day the angle valve I purchased from home depot was defective and was the purpose for the leak. He ended up replacing the valve with one on his truck and the leak stopped. They are definitely honest and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. I'm truly happy and I will definitely call them again if I come across another plumbing issue. Contacted this business on Yelp because it's 5 star review. Thought it must be very good. Yes, good communication and fast response. Then they came: They came twice, didn't identify and resolve the real issue but wasted me $600....  they were going to charge another $2000 and I'm so glad I stopped there for this trap. I eventually found somebody else who knew what they were doing with a much more reasonable price..

I have owned 3 houses and an apartment building and have had many plumbing problems in the past. This time my main sewer line was clogged 2 weeks after I moved in. I had other companies come out but they didn't seem honest. My son had used True Rooter and was more than pleased. Miguel and Jeff came out 1 hour after I called. They cleaned out the pipe and put a liner to coat the inside of the pipe. Twenty year guarantee and much cheaper than all the other estimates. Very professional, high tech, clean and quick. True Rooter & Plumbing was a life-saver and Oscar was the BEST!  I had a toilet that was not only running, but overflowing out the top of the tank.   None of the YouTube DIY fixes were working, so I called True Rooter & Plumbing.  
The person I spoke to at dispatch was really nice and told me they could fit me in at 8:30 am the next morning.  (I had turned off the valve to the toilet, so I didn't need someone to come out that night).  Oscar came out first thing in the morning (on a Saturday no less) and fixed the issue in about 40 minutes.  He arrived in the window I was given and was just awesome to deal with.
Usually, even the smallest plumbing issues in my building come with the biggest of headaches and drama thanks to the HOA.  This was handled so professionally and quickly and allowed me to get on with my weekend!

I know a lot of people are skeptical when a business has all 5 star reviews but as a business owner myself I know for a fact that it is not possible to pay to get rid of bad reviews. This business has over 60 five star reviews and ZERO negative reviews. I needed a plumber for my new place which has old piping... so after seeing all these great reviews I decided to give them a try. I was surprisingly able to get a same week appointment for an inspection (plumbers are busy these days!). Miguel arrived today on the spot and performed a full inspection of my home. Within two hours he was done. Since I know my home has 60 year old piping I was ready to be faced with a large estimate for repairs/upgrades.   However, Miguel told me everything was ALL GOOD. He said the piping was old but at this time he had no recommended repairs! THANK YOU MIGUEL. You can't put a price on that kind of honesty, businesses like these are the ones that will last a long time. This company deserves all these 5 star reviews and more. From now I will be using True Rooter & Plumbing for my business plumbing as well! Also these guys have no problem handling plumbing in slab homes (cutting through cement and al that). True Rooter & Plumbing is not the cheapest but that shouldn't be what you look for in a plumber. True Rooter & Plumbing's prices are more than fair and they explain their work with detail so that you don't feel cheated. Miguel was the technician who helped us out. Scheduled via text, showed up on time, knew exactly what he needed to do. The window for the whole job of a sewer line inspection and from the ABS yard to the city sewer, and a meter root rat cleaning was over an hour. Miguel showed me pics and live video of a before and after, in less than 30.

I'm happy to leave this well deserved review.  I bought a home built in the the 1950s and, like all homes from that era, has the clay sewers.  Of course, the previous owner had to plant a ficus tree directly over the sewer just where it connects to the city.  Not surprisingly, every couple of years we have a root problem from this tree.  In past years, we just call out a snaking service and they can usually work their way through with a 3/4 snake, albeit it usually takes some effort.  I couldn't remember who the last service was I called, so I gave this company a try.  They were good enough to give me an estimate via Yelp, so what could be easier?  Their tech Oscar showed up towing this huge contraption behind him.  Instead of dragging out a snake, he pulls out a camera.  I thought he had the wrong house.  Then he tells me they like to visualize what they're dealing with before they start.  I was thinking oh what's this going to cost.  He said it would be included.  Ok, so when he inserted the camera, I was not surprised at seeing roots.  I was surprised that it appears there were roots left over from a tree or bushes even closer to the clean out than expected.  After the visualization, he tells me the best option would be hydrojetting.  As I'm not familiar with that technology, and it wasn't cheap, I insisted he just try snaking it.  In full disclosure, I was irritated when he pulled out a whimpy 1/2 snake.  After multiple failed attempts, I asked Oscar to wrap it up. I was not a happy camper.  I was convinced he was just trying to upsell me something I didn't need.  However, before I make a complete ass of myself, I thought it best to look this technology up.  After some research, I may have been overly cynical, so I reached out to them again to see if they would still honor the special pricing that was offered.  They said yes, so I scheduled it for the following day.  Oscar came out again and stuck the camera down once more to target the jet.  After just a few minutes of jetting, the first set of roots were completely gone.  I have to say it was so satisfying to see the before and after live on screen of the process.  This was carried out throughout the line until we were able to visualize the drop off into the city line.  The jetting not only eviscerated the roots, but left the clay lines looking like new.  I was so happy to see my sewer is in pretty good shape.  I was planning a complete repipe, but now I think maybe just a liner will be adequate to keep the roots from invading through the joints.  In all it has been interesting, and must add that Oscar was a gentleman throughout this process.  Thanks again guys!

Miguel was professional, friendly, helpful, and most importantly he was early/on time for our 2 scheduled appointments. He replaced our broken garbage disposal quickly and gave us a reasonable price.  We are first-time home buyers and are fortunate to have found Miguel for all our plumbing issues.

We had received a couple of estimates for our new clean-out (and what ultimately was determined to be a main line blockage) which were virtually identical to True Rooter's, but Miguel was head-and-shoulders above the other local companies with regard to his professionalism and preparedness so the choice was easy.

Miguel and his crew were knowledgeable, well-spoken, and perhaps most important of all, honest and hard-working. As promised, they completed all of the work as described and to our satisfaction including making sure that both my husband and I were present for the before and after live video feed from the pipes they cleared and repaired. They also worked fast and efficiently getting the new clean-out installed, removing and replacing main sewer lines under our house as well as sleeving the clay main line and other smaller repairs and supports in less than 48 hours.

Miguel provided us with copies of all the videos within hours of leaving our home as well. And he contacted us about a week later just to ensure all was still well with our plumbing.

I had a leak at my house and home warranty sent a plumber out and they called it a slab leak and I began to panic so I called my friend and he recommended Miguel. He came and fixed the leak and did a thorough check of my plumbing and I did not have a slab leak. He knows his stuff and he's super fast! And affordable!! I'm a Very satisfied customer !!

I had a major line blockage and toilet water was filling my bathroom living room and kitchen. Poo water was raining from the underground parking lot. Miguel was at my door in 40 min. The leak stopped 10 min later when he cleared the blockage. All of this was done for $210 (which was over $100 cheaper than the other places I called who couldn't get any guys out until the next day)
He recommended a clean up/ restoration company on the spot and they are on their way. My morning went from PANIC to one foot in front of the other thanks to low rates, quick service, and helpful recommendations.

Not too long ago, we used True Rooter to run a new water line for our new refrigerator.  We were happy with the service then, so we called on them again for another long-time-coming plumbing project.  The showers still had the original shower valves since the house was built in 1971 and they have since gotten a little difficult for my elderly mother to turn on and temperature adjust.  I wanted to upgrade to a single-function valve like they have in the hotels: one stick to turn on and adjust the temp.  And that's what I told the tech that came to us (Donovan?  Sorry, I'm bad with names.)  Anyway, he told me my options and highly recommend Moen, which I had already known to get already.  He also gave me options on how he could change the valves (either through the drywal or through the fiberglass shower insert).  To avoid having to hire someone for drywall work, we chose going through the insert.  He quoted me a price (a bit of a sticker shock) but ultimately, I was okay with it.  He left and came back with the parts and an assistant.  They were courteous and friendly and got the work down within the time frame we discussed.  And most importantly, my mom was THRILLED with the new valve.  She couldn't believe how easy it was to operate the new shower valve!  For 50-ish years, she had used the same valve and this new one was life-altering for her.  So while I was sticker-shocked at first, it included the cost of the new valve, 2 technicians, and a ended with a happy 80-something mother.  There's no shortage of upgrade projects, so I'm sure I will be calling on True Rooter again in the future.

Miguel from True Rooter is a godsend.  He's an honest plumber.  My garbage disposal was not working but instead of quoting me $400+ dollars to replace (like all other plumbers in the area), he worked with me on the phone to reset the disposal at no cost!

I hope you have as much luck as I did... but if you don't, please realize that Miguel will only quote you for the work that absolutely needs to happen.  It's always a relief to find an honest contractor that you know you can trust with your business.

My problem was quite simple I needed the tub and toilet lines cleared in two 1bdrm rentals in which the bathrooms back up to each other.  I called True Rooter and when the plumber got there he did not clear the drains as I had requested he instead decided to clear out the mainline.  When completed the cost was $270 which I paid on the spot , that was 5 days ago. As of yesterday . 4 days after I requested service to clear these bathroom drains the bathroom sinks are now completely stopped up . Of course I called True rooter and again the same plumber returned and proceeded to explain that the clogged sinks were a different problem and to clear them would be an additional $180.00 ! So this company wants $450 dollars to clear out a couple of drains ? I must be hallucinating or something as I have had to deal with this name problem with these same bathrooms for some 20 years and never have been charged or paid anything near $450 , I  assume it is because I never had to pay for the plumber to come back twice to do what should have been done once. I pretty much decided that I was not going to pay the 180.00 , I cannot justify that amount of money to clear some drains  and it's very upsetting because I had used and recommended this company in the past and now I am left to feel that for whatever reason my business and the service I need does matter a nano bit to this company .

I had an issue with a leak in one of my hot water pipes.  The plumber they sent out said that he wanted to charge $500 to move my bathroom sink out of the way so he could see where the possible leak was.  I told him I would move the sink myself so I wouldn't have to pay that and he said ok.  He told me that there was a leak under my floor.  He just figured that was the problem because the floor was warm and he said the hot water pipe under the concrete was the problem.  He said his company worked with a restoration company that he could call and they would be able to take care of all of the repairs and they would even be in touch with my insurance.  He called True Services Restoration company and a representative came over that night.  This all happened the first time the plumber visited.  The restoration person said the damages would all be taken care of and he'd probably also be able to redo my bathroom.

The plumber from True Rooter came back a few days later to do the work.  He took the flooring off of my bathroom floor and had another person there who started jack hammering into the concrete.  I received a call from my family who were at my house while I was at work and they informed me that there was concrete dust getting all over everything in my house.  They didn't cover anything!!!!  They didn't even advise us to cover anything.  My infant son was at home while this was happening.  My family asked them to stop so they could cover things and at least put something up so dust wouldn't get into the living room and kitchen and all over my sons things, but they didn't stop.  So my family had to cover what they could while this was going on.  Then I got a call from them at the end of the day.  The owner went by and told them to stop because the concrete where I live is too thick to get through.  So they left a mess and broken bathroom floor.  The plumber was mad because he said he wasted a day, but I was left with dust all over everything!!!  

I spoke to the owner who said they didn't realize where I lived otherwise they wouldn't have went into the floor and there was another way they could repair the leak.  He assured me that it was an easy fix they just didn't want to go this route because they would have to make holes in my walls to find where the hot water pipe goes.  The plumber came back another day with another plumber and they cut 12 holes in the drywall of my condo in the ceiling, walls and garage.  He cut a pipe that was coming out of the wall in the bathroom instead of unscrewing it and didn't do anything at all with the pipe.  It was like he cut it for no reason.  Again, there was drywall dust on everything.  He didn't try to cover anything.  My family heard the two plumbers asking each other what they should do, then calling someone and cutting holes in the walls.  They didn't know what they were doing!!!!

At the end of the day, the plumber said it was done and told my family that he wasn't going to leave because he had to get paid.  They called me and I told him I had to leave work and I'd be on my way.  He said he'd take credit card over the phone.  I told him I wanted to check the work.  I got there and he was gone.  He wanted $3500 without allowing me to check his work.  When I got home, the upstairs shower didn't have water going to it at all.  He had made another issue and the hot water was still leaking. I let the owner know all of my issues I've had and we got to the point where we were texting because of all the issues.  He informed me that the plumber who came out was going through personal things and never leaves the mess that he left.  He said he suspended the plumber for what he did and would take $500 off of my bill for cleaning.  I let him know about the new issue and that the leak wasn't resolved.  He came by and said that he wasn't going to fix the new issue with the upstairs bathroom.  He told me that all he could do is not charge me anything for the work.  OF COURSE HE CAN'T!!!!  NOTHING WAS DONE!!  I was in a worse situation than before. He said that he would pay to have the drywall fixed, but that was it.

I also told him about True Services Restoration and he told me that they don't work with that company.  When I spoke to the restoration company, they said that my appointment with them was cancelled by the plumber.  I told him I still wanted to work with them and he said no because the plumber told them not to work with me.

Bottom line...small clogs are all this company can handle.  If anyone has questions, private message me.  I have texts and can prove this all happened. The owner said I can try to take him to court. Any lawyer interested?

My kitchen sink was backed up and even though I tried to clean it out myself, I needed a professional!! I reached out for a quote through Yelp and Miguel responded quickly. More importantly he had the lowest quote, almost by 50% compared to other businesses.

A technician came out the following day; he was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. The problem was solved in about an hour. They honored the quote even though they hadn't seen the entire problem until they arrived. No switch-a-roos here :)

These guys were great and true to their word on service and price. They came to clear my main and could not complete the job as the clearance required a Hydro jet process. They did not charge me for the call. We agreed on the need to use the jet. The blockage was really bad, but they were successful. They ran a camera through and found the problem, roots and old clay pipe. We needed a perms liner to insure the problem would be forever fixed. Since we already spent money on the hydro jet, (Miguel) reduced the quotes for the permanent liner. They had to dismantle my patio, fix the problem and reinstall my patio to its original condition. Jose, one of Miguel's employees was great. In fact all of his crew were good people, honest and hard workers. They guarantee and stand behind their work.

It was late afternoon when the main water valve in our duplex developed a bad leak after shutting it off and turning it back on.  We called True Rooter & Plumbing and was given a quote over the phone to replace the leaky valve.  Miguel and his crew arrived within a little over an hour. They replaced the leaky valve in less than an hour.  They were very professional and friendly.  Their work was very neat.  I will definitely call them for our next plumbing repair.

MIguel!  He's amazing.  He picks up the phone on the first ring.  He sets appointments with you that are convenient for you.  He is on time.  He's nice, friendly and he's very affordable.  He wears those cute little plastic booties over his shoes to make sure he doesn't track stuff through your house.  He fixed the clog in my tub in no time flat.  He also fixed my drain stopper which he didn't even charge me for and wouldn't take any extra money.  He then tried to cleaned my tub, which I of course wouldn't allow.  He completely rocks.  This was the 2nd time in a year that I've used Miguel, and not that I'm hoping for another time anytime soon, but if I do, I have his number saved in my phone as MIGUEL MY HERO.  If you have any type of plumbing issue, you will only be as happy as me if you use him.

Miguel (the owner of the company) contacted me and explained that he was in a family emergency situation so he couldn't contact me sooner. He came to my house and did many things yesterday. Camera inspection was done. Another hydro jetting was done with a chemical which would slow the root growth. He also extended the warranty with 3 additional months which will be good until March 2020.
Actually I didn't expect much when he called me after I posted the previous review. But he really tried to do his best to solve the problem and showed his excellent customer service.

Our kitchen experienced an emergency leak in the morning. I immediately called two places. One place said they could come out later in the afternoon and True Rooter said they'll call back. But rather than receiving a callback from the dispatcher, the owner actually showed up about an hour later. He looked at the issue, checked to see if he had the parts in his truck, gave us a very reasonable quote which we agreed on the spot.

He worked fast. It only took about 30 mins to fix our leak. He made sure to test the fix and made sure to tell us that the repair is also guaranteed for a year.

The owner was kind, professional(he even had a shoe cover on), courteous and fast.

I thought an honest hardworking plumber was an urban legend...but I finally managed to find one in LA!!  I coordinated with Miguel and Lupe did the work.  There was a bit of miscommunication in terms of the scope of work, but Miguel still honored the original estimate he gave me.  Lupe took the time to explain what was being done and didn't stop working from the time he arrived to the time he left.  DEFINITELY would hire these plumbers for future jobs.

I messaged the company through yelp to get a quote for fixing a slow drain.  They responded immediately with a fair price and had availability the next day. They came out when they said they would, were courteous and fixed the drain quickly.  They were very reliable and easy to deal with.  I would definitely hire them again.

I had a lot of tree root blockage in my main drain. They came out and installed a clean out and then Hydro jetted out the drain. They had a camera down the drain as they were Hydro jetting and I had three huge tree root blockages that they got rid of. It was amazing that I had any drainage flow at all! Everyone that came out was very professional and did a great job.

I have been looking for a reliable, reasonably priced plumber for quite some time. I recently had what I thought was a major leak under the foundation so my search began. I found a few plumbers that had good ratings on Yelp. One told me it would cost $350 just to show up to POSSIBLY do leak detection! Umm... no... I decided to go with True Rooter & Plumbing because of how friendly and eager to help Miguel was. He said he would come have a look, and if leak detection was needed, we'd discuss it.

Miguel, really helped me out of a tough situation. My washer & dryer was delivered. The delivery people said they could not set up washer, as the drain pan had not being set up, so they just left my washer in the sitting room. I paid for set up, and was confused it was a conditional set up. Long story short, I called Miguel, who really worked with me, he ended up driving to Home Depot and getting the part, fixing it, and setting the washer up. He was ALWAYS positive when he called me, whereas I was frustrated. So his positive - 'can do' attitude helped me.

Outstanding service as always. This company never disappoints. When you own an older home, your plumber becomes your best friend after a few years. It turns out, we run into different plumbing issues every now and then. This time, we started to hear gurgling sounds from two toilets and realized the pipes were backed up. Miguel showed up right away on time with a state of the art machine that cleans the sewer line and tree roots with 3,500 PSI pressure and camera. He also completed a tank-less water heater annual service, including back flushing.  Luckily he makes it as pain free as possible. His fair pricing can't be beat and he guarantees all service. I recommend him with 100 percent confidence. As you can see by the reviews, he is ON IT!

I had a great experience with Jon and Miguel, the owner. I had a bad smell under the sink and a clogged bathtub and a toilet with low pressure. They came and did a free analysis and found the issues. The work was started that day and finished the next day. They ran cameras up and down the pipes to show me the work and even showed me before and after pictures of the work. I don't know anything about plumbing and was left at ease knowing I had quality work done. I will definitely use them again. Buying a house can be expensive but having catastrophic plumbing issues makes it worse. Give them a call to check out their services first. I didn't find the cheapest company to do the job. I found the best team to do it right the first time and I know have a company I can trust to service me for years to come. Thank you Miguel and Jon!!!!!

Roque did an excellent job installing my new hot water heater the day after it broke, allowing my family to only have one day without hot water.  The job was done professionally and neatly.  The price was high but in the same range as other plumbers I spoke with.  The only reason I did not give them 5 stars was because he tried to upsell me after the job was complete.  Buyer beware.

I called at 7:09am this morning with a backed up toilet. I called a few other plumbers prior, but they were unresponsive. Twenty minutes later a friendly plumber showed up and fixed the problem. It is now 7:52am and I'm going on with my day. Fast, friendly, and reasonably priced.
