Helped installed a drinking faucet in my kitchen sink.
The Good: Responsive to new business, courteous and friendly guy, came back to adjust the water pressure soon after the issue was raised
The Bad: When the air gap was leaking 3 months later, I reached out to him asking if he could swing by to take a look or give me the manufacturer's info so I could deal with it myself, but he never responded. As if he was afraid it would be another visit with no production or he didn't know how to fix it. I ended up figuring it out myself!

Our family and friends returned to my late father in laws home in Whittier, Ca after funeral services to have a celebration of life. Right in the middle of the event, our main bathroom toilet plumbing went out. We called Henry, with pierside plumbing and he was prompt, fixed the issue and didn't charge us because he wanted to offer his condolences. Our hearts were just so overjoyed with the kindness! I called Henry a few weeks ago for a small job after calling another company who didn't seem interested in helping me. Basically my shower is old and was leaking. My building turns the water off only once a month and my shower happened to break more the morning the water was being shut off. Henry was so communicative and easy to work with. He came over that day and was able to fix the problem. I need to redo my other shower, so I am definitely looking into using him for that large job as well.

A shout out to Henry Godina of Pierside Plumbing! Henry bailed me out of a real jam today. I had a refrigerator delivered a couple of days ago, and it was being sent back, before another refrigerator arrived. The refrig guys had to turn my water off at the main because they couldn't physically turn the frig water line off with the faucet beneath the sink - it was frozen.

So before the refrigerator got sent back today, I called Henry and yelled help! Not really . He made it over to my house in record time considering he had to stop elsewhere first, just so I wasn't without water half the day. The refrigerator had just departed when he arrived. A new faucet later and my water got turned back on. New refrigerator coming in the next few days, thankfully. (Original is now in the garage) Thank you, Henry, for saving the day! Great service!

I had a great experience with this local company this week. Monday morning our toilets and showers started to back up, not a great way to start off the week! I was referred to this company by a friend and am I glad I was! They came out the same day to assess the problem. They were thorough and they were able to give me a clear plan along with a reasonable price. They temporarily fixed the problem so we could use our toilets and showers until the following day. They arrived the next day ask everything got fixed and now I have peace of mind. The were professional, friendly, and honest. They are my new and forever plumber.

I was very pleased with Pierside Plumbing! Their quote over the phone was $15 less than the quote my HOA plumber gave me. My HOA's plumber did some work in my unit a few days earlier for another issue, and I was displeased because they tracked dried mud all over my unit. I was going to ask them to do the additional work afterwards, but with dry mud all over their shoes and bodies I did not want them tracking any additional gunk into my unit. Pierside Plumbing was great, they put shoe covers on before entering my unit, which was very professional. Then after taking a look, they actually charged me LESS than what they quoted me over the phone due to the nature of the situation. So besides keeping my unit nice and CLEAN, they also knocked $35 off the initial quote, saving me $50 from what I would have spent with my HOA plumber. Both workers were also very nice and personable. I am a happy customer, and will be recommending Pierside Plumbing to all of the tenants in my complex!

Pierside plumbing came out to repair my sink that I couldn't do. There are highly experienced, the best thing about that they literally save my house from blowing up. I had them inspect my water heater because we felt something was wrong and yup they found a huge problem. So they came out the next day and replace my water heater. Had a great experience with these guys. Discovered a leak inside the wall from my shower pipes. Danny came out right away, took a look and explained what the problem was and how it needed to be fixed. I had a quote within minutes of the visit. I am always apprehensive using contractors that I am unfamiliar with. Pierside was recommended by the plumbing contractors that do the commercial plumbing in our MH park. What a perfect experience it turned out to be. He had to cut in to our bathtub surround to get to the pipes to replace the faucet. It is beautiful. Everything was precise. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again or recommend them to a friend or neighbor. The price was fair and the work was outstanding. Very courteous, extremely knowledgeable, respectful of our home. Put mats down to walk back and forth to his van for parts. I am so happy with everything they did. I would give them 10 stars.

My 2 year old has unfortunately discovered the joys of flushing anything at arms length down the toilet. I plunged that bad boy for an hour... dripping sweat during this awful heatwave! Impressed with Pierside Plumbing. Had them remove a hot water dispenser, put in a push button garbage disposal and run water for a new refrigerators ice machine. Work was completed as requested. They found and informed me of a huge leak under my neighbors condo and took pictures so I could pass on the information. Care they showed was incredible. They used thick moving blankets to protect my floors and cabinets, did an amazing job of cleanup and even installed non slip cabinet shelf liner at no charge. What a nice touch! I hired Pierside Plumbing for a number of projects over the past two years since moving to HB. I'm fairly handy myself but I needed some expertise for remodel work in the kitchen and bathrooms. I reached out to 5 other plumbing companies to evaluate and compare my options before deciding to go with Pierside Plumbing. Their estimates were fair (not the cheapest or most expensive), work was able to be completed quickly (often the same week), and the workers were friendly and professional. I also appreciated that I wasn't being upsold or oversold for something that I didn't want or need.

Some of the work Pierside Plumbing has completed for me includes moving a gas line for the oven, moving water lines for the fridge, replacing water shut-off valves, replacing the water heater with a new 40g Bradford White, installing a Flow-Tech water softener system, setting a new toilet, installing a rainfall shower head and faucets. Consistently, the workers have done a great job protecting my floors with drop cloths and are diligent about putting booties over their shoes before entering. The office was nice to keep me informed on the arrival time with phone calls and automated text messages. Whenever someone asks me for a good plumber, I recommend Pierside Plumbing!

Pierside Plumbing is by far the best service I have ever experienced! The owner personally came out on his day off over The Weeknd to my 2nd home cabin and fixed a leak I didn't even knew I had, while he was fixing my shower head replacing my shower head and flushing my tankless water heater. He educated me that I'm should be flushing out my tankless water heater once a year and that my shower head needed to be replaced because the flow wasn't good while causing my tankless water heater to not hear the water due to low pressure and not good flow.
He crawled under my house and showed me tons of water leaking from an old valve in my other master bathroom and replaced for free being he already had the parts I needed!
I would have never known that I had a leak if he did not come out and inspect my home thoroughly and professionally. Fair prices and great service that I appreciate and will refer to all my friends and family hands down

Henry was referred to me by a friend. We had just moved in to our new house and even though we paid for an inspection they did not tell us that the hot water in the showers was not working called called several plumbers and they couldn't come and see us for about a week out. They quoted us $3500 where Henry quoted us $2000. When he got into the job he realize there was way more work to be done than he anticipated. Even though that happened he continued the job and worked with us on the price so that we can stay within our budget. He's honest and trustworthy. Had an issue with the sink and garbage disposal. Only took Henry and his team half an hour to get things working and all cleaned up. Even helped out with a little crack in the kitchen sink. Excellent service and was very friendly and communicative.

We had a clogged toilet. Henry the owner responded. I did not tell him that we had a plumber come out two days, who told us that he had to break up the bathroom floor to fix the problem. Henry was here for about an hour and was able to successfully clear the drain with no other issues. He did not have to break up the floor as the other plumber recommended. Henry seems to enjoy his career very much and seems honest and very responsive. Henry also took the time to show us what he was viewing in the drain with the camera and explain to us possibly other issues and resolutions for possibly future problems.

We bought a fixer and let me tell you, it needed to be fixed. Ricky, the owner of Pierside Plumbing, was friendly, helpful and knew what he was doing. His knowledge put me at ease during the multiple issues we had and especially with the kitchen renovation where we had to relocate pipes, etc. He also has a sense of humor which I feel is helpful dealing with multiple contractors- you know what I mean if you've ever renovated. My hot water heater died and it was eight years old.
I decided it's a good decision to just replace it rather than try and fix it since it says right on the label these things will eventually leak, and I'm on the second floor of a condo we don't want any leaks.
I looked up several places here on yelp and Pierre side is the only one that doesn't have any negative substantial ratings and the one negative rating they had was for working too hard and over booking their schedule which I don't think is a bad rating anyway. The actual owner, Henry is a very nice guy he's a local resident and he was very responsive and friendly and courteous, there's nothing more you could ask for when somebody's coming to do some work at your house. He is very personable and professional.
Compared to the other services where you talk to a third-party or you go on some website and some strange person calls you who knows nothing whatsoever about plumbing, I had way more confidence in Pier side and Henry. He put in a high quality water heater which is top rated better than the other brands, Bradford white. Sure this thing cost a bit more but I don't mind with something like this I don't wanna mess with it for another 10 years and I will probably sleep better knowing that it was done by a licensed professional in the business for at least 20 years, not some apprentice who just got their license or somebody who is training. So after all this, I can't say enough good things and I wish Henry the best going forward in his business he's the type of professional I would like to see you succeed and I think he will with great service with good products

We had a leaky kitchen sink and called Henry around 9am or 10am. He came out to take a look the same day around 2pm. He had to leave to get a part and said he would be back around 5pm to fix it. From experiences in the past I figured he would be late when he came back but he was right on time! Henry and his partner did the repair in about 15-20 minutes. They were both really nice and courteous. We will definitely call them again if we need their help :)

My water heater broke on a Friday. I Contacted 2 plumbing companies who were just tryin to sell me unnecessary service parts and charging me outrageous price. I found this on Yelp and spoke with Henry. I asked him an estimate just to replace the water heater since its still under warranty. He gave me a reasonable estimate price. Monday morning, David and Saul came and were very knowledgeable about it and I agreed with their diagnostic test to see whats wrong with it. They took the old one down and came back with a new one. I was remodeling my shower and getting ridiculously high quotes for my shower repiping ...then I called Pierside Plumbing. Such professionals! I got a text to confirm my appointment, another text when they were en route and someone showed up within an hour after calling. When the team got here, they not only gave me my best rate but they also fixed things I didn't even realize needed fixing until they pointed them out. This wasn't to increase my bill, they in fact added these small repairs as part of the original price. Just good old fashion customer service. Which is getting harder to come by nowadays.

My shower plumbing is done, I got a fair price & they left the place super clean.

Bottom line here is that I can definitely recommend Pierside Plumbing.

My garbage disposal broke -- right before Thanksgiving. I was sure I would need a new one. Had one plumber flake on me and then I found Henry/ Pierside Plumbing. Henry came to look at the disposal the night before Thanksgiving and fixed it. He could easily have said I needed a new one, but was honest. Very fair businessman. Great customer service. I will definitely use them for any plumbing needs I have.

I called Henry this morning because we had an urgent issue with our pipes connected to our washer. We also needed a drain snaked. He and Eric (also excellent) were able to come out within hours of calling and after assessing the issue, came back the same evening to fix it. Excellent customer service, efficient, quality work and reasonable. Cannot recommend him enough!

Technician showed up between the hours provided and was super quick.
I thought I needed a new garbage disposal but was told it was just stuck.
Technician was very curtious and explained exactly what needed to be done.

The ONLY plumber you will ever need! I manage 6 properties and Henry is my plumber, my only plumber. He responds immediately and gets after the problem just as quickly. I do not know anyone that works harder than Henry does. His prices are fair and his customer service is amazing. Highly, highly recommended.

Henry came over same day. We had used another local guy but lost confidence in him. All we had was a stopped kitchen sink. Other plumber quoted this enormous fee for a whole lot of destructive work. Henry came over and got it done with his equipment with about an hour's work and a very fair price.

We had an older toilet that wouldn't flush.
Pierside Plumbing said it might be difficult to get the right parts. A new toilet was twice as much of a parts rebuild.
Yet they never tried to oversell a new toilet.
They installed all necessary parts and now it flushes great.

Pierside Plumbing has been my go to plumber for the past few years. Henry is a great guy and has always done a great job. He is reliable, honest, trustworthy, fair, prompt, kind, respectful, and very good at his job. I wouldn't call anyone else for any plumbing needs!

We had originally called a different local company to check out our toilet that kept running. They told us they couldn't get parts for our toilet and we would have to get a new one. We didn't think that sounded right since we could locate parts online ourselves. We just didn't know what we needed. Anyway, after checking on Yelp we tried Pierside Plumbing. We highly recommend them. Very responsive and they provide text updates and estimates. Their team arrived and within just a few minutes they fixed our issue. No parts needed. A reasonable cost and easy pay link. The estimate we received has three options we can consider for future repairs if needed. Overall we are extremely happy with Pierside Plumbing. If something doesn't sound right, it probably isn't.
