Hello! My name is Nikolai. I'm 35 years old. I started working in the construction industry at the age of 19. Later, I became more involved in plumbing. A little more than 4 years ago, I moved to the United States. Having worked in one of the largest plumbing companies, I added additional knowledge and skills to my experience. I like my work because in a relatively short time (depending on the complexity of the work) I can solve a client's problem. Upon resolution, I really like to see the happy face of a person who either suffered for a long time because of plumbing problems, or suddenly faced a problem and did not know how to solve it. Now I have decided to start my own business. Since I have a wife and a young daughter with whom I want to spend more time, my personal business will help me make my work schedule more flexible. Our kitchen sink suddenly backed up one evening and we were left with a pool of water in it.  I did as any homeowner would do and attempted to fix it myself.  That included first pouring boiling hot water down the drain, followed by Draino followed by plunging the sink and lastly using a 15ft auger to try to clear the blockage.  Once all that failed we had to call in the professionals.  Having no experience hiring a plumber in this area I checked with yelp and started calling all the five star rated providers.  After leaving two messages Niko picked up.  I described the problem and my futile attempts to fix.  He said could come right now (7pm) or tomorrow.  Fearing a crazy expensive charge for an emergency call I first said tomorrow is fine.  But then Niko himself said it might be better if he comes right now since he doesn't know how long it could take.  When I asked is there a difference in price in night service versus normal business hours Niko was like of course not, I charge based on the job.  

Niko arrived and without me saying anything put on shoe covers and proceeded to get right to work.  He discovered a blockage about 25 feet in and was able to clear it.  After clearing the pipe he ran the water to confirm it was gone and was on his way.  After he finished the work we had one more concern regarding the work and Niko came out the very next day to address the concerns we had.  As it turned out during my attempt to fix some water had slipped beneath the cabinet and stained the ceiling of the floor below.  Niko was able to confirm there was no new leak in the pipe and confirmed the stains were likely from the water that poured out when I had removed the P - trap.  Since Niko was here already I had him look at one more possible issue and he gave me advice to remedy.  When I asked him how much for his time he said No charge, just want to make sure everything is right.  

I can't say enough about his professionalism, courtesy and price.  I would highly recommend reaching out to Niko if you have any pipe repair or cleaning needs.

Nikolai did a great job fixing my existing kitchen faucet. I had already ordered a new faucet thinking my old one broke, but he said its in good condition and fixed it. He gave tips on checking for any leaks in future as the pipe knobs were old. His work was very professional and clean. Already recommended him to my friends.

Our garbage disposal needed to be replaced. We bought one in the morning at Home Depot; called Niko around noon, and he came at 3:30 PM to install.  Immediate response and quick scheduling. Done in about an hour, give or take a few minutes. Reasonably priced, given it was a weekend. Niko is conscientious, experienced, skilled, reliable, and personable. Highly recommend for garbage disposal replacement.

Seriously...Don't call anyone else.
Our Garbage Disposal blew its motor on a Sunday afternoon. I contacted a few people via Yelp...really only expecting to hear back from one or two and to schedule something in the next couple of days.
Instead...Niko responded within 3 minutes of my request...with a complete quote for the job...AND said he would be there in 20 minutes!  
Boom. 20 minutes later..knock knock knock. Niko was completely professional, followed all safety precautions and replaced the disposal in under 30 minutes.
We paid exactly what he estimated, which was $290 parts AND labor.  
It's no wonder he has a 5 Star Yelp rating. He deserves 6!

I called Nico on a Monday of the memorial day weekend with kitchen sink drainage issue not expecting him to answer my call but Nico quickly answered my call. Helped me with the questions I had. I had a handyman come over to help me but he said you need to call professional plumbing company since this is complicated and would need equipment's which only professional companies would have. When I called Nico, he was great to offer me help to come over and look at the issue without any fees. He said he would only charge me if he can fix it. Who would do that in this age but well he visited my house next week and help me with the drainage. I loved his service and would recommend Nico to all my friends and family.

Niko was very quick to respond. He fixed a couple of pipe leaks and his work was impeccable. He was very attentive to what he was doing and wasn't trying to rush at all. He also made sure that he didn't leave a mess after the works was done. He is now my go to plumber.

I am so glad that I found Niko. It's my first time having issue with a clogged kitchen sink (frustrated as you all know). I called him in the late evening, he had no problem at all and come to rescue. He show up very professional and polite, and he is very knowledgeable and get the job done fast. Niko came out to my office to do a variety of things.  Hook up dishwasher.  Fix leak in garbage disposal.  Install water filter, with dispenser (including drilling a hole in the sink).  Definitely highly recommended.  He's definitely my goto plumber from now on!

Company quote us $300 to change our bathroom faucet and garbage disposal after getting here he took a look at our faucet pipes and started running numbers and said it's going to be $250 more so when you get a quote from them just have extra money I didn't have them do the service because I'm not going to be taken advantage of, on to the next plumbing Co.
Let me say that this review is for his quote and him changing the price not his service I don't know if his service is good or not.

Niko came prepared, and got the repair job to my outside faucet done smoothly. Being curious, I watched and asked questions about the process and he was friendly and walked me through his methods.

He even offered to come back later in the day when my new sprinkler controller got delivered to help install which was unexpected but greatly appreciated. Good to know I have a new go to professional for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Just had Niko out today 1-8-21, I called today and he was able to come and do the job as well.  He was professional, prompt, efficient, and very reasonable.  A good communicator and follow up. He was able to repair our dog/weather related pvc to copper and galvanized leak to our pool filler.  Job was tested and looks better than original!  thank you!  Please call him you will be happy you did.

I called Niko because we had a leaky faucet and a broken garbage disposal. He called back right away and said he could be out the next day (two other places wouldn't be available for a week). He sent samples of faucets for us to review and we made an appointment for the next day. He kept me updated on his schedule and when he arrived, the old pipes in our house ended up making this much more  problematic. He handled it all calmly and professionally and his prices were very reasonable. I will happily use his services again.

Niko went way beyond the call of duty assisting us with our recent plumbing issues. We initially had a leak in our shower and found him via an online recommendation. He replied to our inquiry quickly, provided us with an estimate before hand, and was a pleasure to work with. Shortly thereafter we had an unrelated issue with our water heater. We contacted him, and he was extremely responsive, even willing to come help us immediately. It was not an urgent issue, so we held off. He subsequently came and successfully repaired our plumbing leak.

Our kitchen sink was backing up. I called another company, the rep showed up and gave me a quote of $450 to snake the drain.
I then called Niko after looking at the reviews, he showed up promptly on time . He helped me to snake the drain and at a much better price .
He also helped me to fix another leak from the drain without charging extra $.
After 2 days the sink water was backing up again, I messaged Niko and told him it not urgent and this can be attended to on Monday, he insisted that he will come right away to fix it. Ultimately it was some issue with the garbage disposal that was fixed by just running the garbage disposal for few seconds, Niko did not charge me for his visit.
He is a very trust worthy and pleasant professional. I recommend him.

A cup almost the same exact size of my drain fell through and got stuck in the garbage disposal. I tried everything the internet told me to try to get it out. Nothing worked. I called several plumbers from Yelp, they either didn't pick up or were busy. Nico picked up, tried to help me problem solve it myself and when I couldn't do it, fit me in first thing in the morning. Arrived on time and quickly removed the garbage disposal, got the cup out and put everything back together. Covid conscious, kind, resourceful and very capable. Pricing was reasonable - but I would have paid a billion dollars to get that dumb cup out of my garbage disposal.

My side pipe bursted in the evening resulting in water gushing out.  Niko was out of town in the East Coast and still helped me locate my water main to shut it off.  He also sent his staff over immediately who helped me control the leakage and worked on the issue until midnight.  His staff came back immediately the next morning and finished the work.  This was the best plumbing service I have ever had!  I will be recommending him to all my neighbors and friends if they ever need plumbing service in the San Ramon area.  Thanks again, Niko, for your wonderful service!

Our kitchen sink backed up and I tried the typical things to unclog it.  No luck.  My wife and I decided to call in a Pro.  I found Niko's Plumbing based on reviews I had read on Yelp.  I called Niko, left him a vm and he called me back shortly after that.  Arranged a time for him to come out to our home.  He was very professional yet friendly.  He brought in the appropriate tools and went to work.  He had the drain unclogged pretty quickly.  But he was very diligent in his testing of the drain, tested several scenarios and ultimately he got it where he was comfortable.  The drain has been working great ever since.  While I had him there I asked to quote me for a job on my water heater, to run a copper line for the pressure relief valve.  He told me he could quote me a price if I truly wanted that job done, but he was honest and told me it wasn't needed based on the way my setup is.  Told me to save my money.  He is a Professional.  I recommended him highly and his services.  I for one, will continue to call him when plumbing needs come up.

Over the weekend our bathroom ceiling caved in from a water leak. Respectful, diligent, honest; trustworthy and reliable is how I would describe Niko. We had a leave under our house but didn't know where it was coming from. Niko was able to find out what the issue was, show us the issue and fix it quickly. Felt very comfortable working with him and my only issue now is that I've got a long list of tasks that I'd like him to work on. I think it's worth saying that I called 3 other companies about this issue and all of them wanted me to pay $225 just to come out and look at the issue, which was a nonstarter for me.

Niko did a great and very thorough job. Worked with cleanliness in mind.  Removed the old toilets with no mess at all.  Hauled away the old toilets. Response to my call was quick and came out for the job a few days later.  He installed two toilets and replaced the shut off valves.  Very courteous, nice guy!  No up selling of anything at all.  Fair pricing compared to others in the area.  
We will use him again as needed for sure.

I requested a quote from Niko through Yelp. He responded within 15 mins and he came in with the best price quote. I made an appointment with him to replace my garbage disposal.  On the day he was coming, he ensured me that he was on his way to my house by sending me a text. He finished the job in about 35-40 mins. He was fast and responsive. I would recommend him to any of my friends who need plumbing services.

We had a leaking toilet fill valve and Niko responded quickly and was able to come over the following day to repair the valve and other needed repair items (bathroom toilet angle stops) discovered during the visit.  He came prepared with all the tools and even had shoe covers to wear inside home.  We truly appreciate that! :)

Got a clogged kitchen dual sink, tried the easy solutions first but didn't help. Found Niko on Yelp, gave his number a call and got a call back immediately. Timing worked out, he was available and came right away. He was very courteous and professional, wore mask and put shoe covers on (even his plumber snake wheels has covers!). Worked on the problem quickly and the flat rate was reasonable. He takes Zelle so payment was easy. He also gives a 3-month labor warranty. Highly recommended, would definitely call him again if needed.

Our upstairs bathroom had a leak and this is our first home so obviously...panic!
Niko was very responsive and got back to me almost immediately after I messaged him on Yelp. He was able to make time to come the next day and evaluate the situation - luckily nothing too big and he imparted some great advice and let us pick if we'd like to do it ourselves to save some $$.

Everyone in the world needs people they can count on to help them with special and uncommon skills when we're in a jam. If only we could all be effortless plumbers! Luckily Niko is, and I am very grateful for his help and great service!

I unfortunately had a mishap occur where a plastic snake got caught in the drain of my bathroom sink - my efforts to fix it on my own only made it worse! Very frustrating to try to solve a problem and wind up creating a new one! I used Yelp's feature and put my issue out to multiple plumbers online and Niko was the first to reply, ahead of the others by many hours. We chatted briefly, and he was able to come the next day in the morning, and with a great quoted price.

Niko communicated wonderfully and as promised, arrived on time, fixed my poor sink, and answered a couple questions about the various parts of my sink. He was very respectful of my space, and wore a mask, gloves and shoe covers. He was in and out within 20 minutes, and offered multiple options for payment and my price was as quoted. I was able to solve my problem AND get to work on time thanks to Niko's skills and professionalism!  He also cleaned the drain well while he was working on it, and it's exquisite in its flow again.

I called several plumbers one evening as a water pipe leaked inside my house. Only Niko returned my call. The faucet that should turn off the water for the house near our front door was also broken. Nike said he would come immediately if need be, but he also told me how to turn off the water until morning. He arrived on time the next morning, solving several problems practically and intelligently. He welcomed my questions. His equipment is state of the art. His prices are reasonable. Niko was an excellent plumber to work with. He was quick and courteous in his responses, scheduled quickly with me on a time that worked for me, and showed up on time.

While in my home he was incredibly tidy and organized. He was masked, wore gloves, and kept the entire area clean throughout the work.

His rates were great for the work too and include a 1-year warranty along with a discount for re-setting the faucet if we need to remove it to do any work (we might for a renovation).

I'll absolutely be calling Niko first for all of my plumbing needs moving forward.

We are very happy to have found Nikolai. My partner called Nikolai to connect a new sink, install garbage disposal, and change several valves.
Nikolai did an incredible job. He does great quality work. Additionally he has affordable prices, does not up charge on materials (which we appreciated very much especially with the rising cost of items), and excellent customer service. Great service, prompt and courteous.

We had a clogged drain emergency in our kitchen sink yesterday, tried calling our home warranty insurance but they were less than helpful. (2 days turnaround) We looked to Yelp and submitted a request for an emergency plumbing service, received a bunch of text but no one was available.

We then came across Niko's profile here and gave him a call. He was with another customer but called back within an hour and showed up in less than 15 min.
Loved that he showed up in a mask and booties. He promptly went to work and unclogged our drain pipe. He knew exactly what to do and made the job looked easy.

Also, it was late in the day when we called, he could have easily turned us down, but decided to show up anyway. We will call Niko again for any future plumbing needs, highly recommend. \o/

Niko is your guy! First, showed up on time. Very calmly and carefully assessed the situation. I had a leak under the house that got my billing eight times more than the usual. Niko came over to our house and was very professional. He was also very cautious with Covid which was appreciated, he wore a mask and also put booties on his feet and covered his equipment so it wouldn't mess up our carpet. He was done fixing our garbage disposal, drainage issue in no time. He went above and beyond and cleaned the calcium deposit from the sink that had gathered. He guaranteed his work after 2 months after initial appointment, and even followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was working fine. I had a question a few days later with the dishwasher and he answered my call and said it was ok to FaceTime and he walked me through that issue. He said let's FaceTime. He spent over 20 minutes on FaceTime. Nico troubled shot my problems and told me how to fix it. He said he could come over and do it or if you think you can do it  yourself, that would be fine. He refused to take any money for his expertise time. I said I would  be happy to Venmo, Zelle or PayPal him your expert knowledge is valuable. He said that's ok I'm happy I could help and if you need me to come over I will then charge you a very reasonable fee. I had called several plumbers to fix a leak with my sink drain.  Niko was the only plumber that could give me a rough price for the work.  Scheduling conflicts prevented Niko from coming out immediately, so I ended up having another plumber come out to take a look at the leak. After I received a quote for this other plumber, I immediately called Niko back. Niko was incredibly helpful and friendly. We had a kitchen sink clog that had plagued us for weeks. We finally gave in and decided to call a plumber.

Niko was very responsive and gave an upfront quote directly in Yelp, something that other plumbing services were unwilling to do for some reason.

Niko was able to come the next day and accommodated with my schedule. He communicated with us often and when he arrived was warm and friendly. He even made sure to take extra care when bringing the equipment upstairs so as to not damage our flooring.

Niko was able to clear up the issue quickly and provide us with tips on how to better maintain our pipes. He did not push any additional services or products on us and was happy to help us with the exact problem we called him for.

I will definitely come back to Niko with future plumbing needs and recommend him to others in the tri-valley area.

We had a underground water softner line break which left the house without water. The job needed to reroute the water supply. I called numerous plumbers but no one was able to come out.  NEP plumbing (excellent) referred me to Niko since he was booked till 5. When Niko was done with his other jobs he squoze me in to take a look as the job required special 1 1/4 copper fittings.  (nope not a stock HD item)

We had water standing in the new dishwasher. Home warranty company specialist came in and without looking just said we'd need a new appliance. I thought the issue might be the drain instead, and was determined to find a reliable plumber.

Niko has done two jobs for us now, one being an emergency scenario on a Saturday night. The first was done for leak from our shower that an inspector found. Niko communicated well about arriving, what was wrong and the cost. His pricing is very competitive. The second emergency situation was DIY - I encountered things I couldn't have foreseen scenario. Woke up to a significant leak under my house today. I don't normally mind doing plumbing work, but in this case it was about 30 feet from my crawl space access and I'm not a fan working for that long in a tight space lol. The plumber Ive used in the past doesn't work weekends so I went to Yelp to try an find a local plumber. Reached out to Niko based on positive reviews and the fact he works weekends. So gave him a call and explained that I had a pretty decent leak and the location. Niko gave me a quote over the phone which I appreciated but wasn't sure if he would stick with that price after crawling under my house for a couple of hours. He showed up in the time window he told me between 12-1. Diagnosed the issue, and took care of it. Niko honored the price he quoted over the phone which I felt was a very fair price. If I could give Niko more than 5 stars I would. I called him in the afternoon and he talked to me for 15 minutes, giving me free advice and I did not even hire him yet! When I got home in the evening I found we had a blockage problem and I called him last minute and way past normal business hours. He showed up 20 minutes later. He was very polite and even put on shoe covers before entering. He charged me for a hour only but he did the work of 3 hours, going above and beyond, even as far as checking in the crawl space what kind of pipes I had. The whole time he answered all my questions and was patient, that alone was worth more than the service he provided. He even gave me a free flapper as he noticed my toilet needed a new one from the sound it was making. If you need a plumber, call Niko right away. I would highly recommend him to anyone who asks.

Saturday we had set up for an install with Niko's plumbing for a new sink faucet, garbage disposal with air gap , and insta hot connection. Niko was the only contractor that would give me a firm quote on garbage disposal replacement. He arrived on time, took care of the replacement, and left the area clean when completed.  

We had one small issue that lopped up later in the day after the replacement and Niko was willing to come after hours to fix it. We opted to have him come the next morning. He got the issue fixed quickly and we are very happy to know of a good plumber when we need one.

I had a shower valve go bad (so shower was only scalding hot) and called Niko on Sunday night. He came on Tuesday- very prompt. Mask and booties- nice! The valve was original, from the  80's, so he had to go shopping for a new one. I was afraid he wouldn't find it but returned in @60 minutes with a brand new one! (The rep at the plumbing supply said it was a miracle they found it).  Niko installed it, works great, and price was very reasonable! He is now our Go To plumber!!

I'd give Niko 10 stars if I could!  He is professional, his communication is excellent, and he was prompt and courteous (that's 5 stars).  But what makes him 10 stars is that the hot water dispenser he was installing from Home Depot turned out to be defective.  He said he'd go onto his next job while I went back to Home Depot to exchange the item.  Then, he came back and installed the proper dispenser.  I really think that's going above and beyond!  If you're looking for a plumber who's not only skilled but personable and considerate as well, I'd highly recommend Niko!

I reached out to 3 well known local plumbing companies who all had a 1-2 week lead time for an appointment for a small toilet repair (runny tank). I reached out to Niko and within a few hours I had a response and a appointment for the same week!

Niko arrived earlier than his appointment, which was also great. He came fully prepared with booties, gloves and a mask and got right to work.

A short time later I had 2 repaired toilets and not one bit of a mess to clean up! Very very great full for Nikos' attention to detail, explanation of what he did and pictures of before and after.

Niko's plumbing was excellent! I've met a lot of plumbers in the past who were grumpy and did not take the time to explain anything to me. I hired them to replace a garbage disposal and to install an air gap. Niko was very thorough and took his time to explain every step with me. He even offered a better garbage disposal to me and explained why it was better. He also explained how we could get better use of the garbage disposal and what steps we can take. They also brought a plastic container for any water leakage and debris and disposed all the old stuff. They left my place very clean! I've saved him for all future needs as they really were excellent!!

Talk about responsive and a good communicator, Niko measures up to that.
Not to mention his focus on detail and customer needs like being concerned about being masked and wearing shoe coverings as well as setting his equipment on towels in my home.
I had a clogged shower drain that had been giving me problems for five years and finally got clogged where it would not drain. Niko was able to unclog the drain in no time and then spent additional time to run the snake back through to get additional reassurance of it being unclogged. He also ran a lengthy water test to make sure it drained adequately.
Niko also replaced and repaired my noisy toilet with a new filler unit and supply line and now things work great. When he left, I didn't even know he was here, cleaned up after himself and put things back like he found them.
This is now my plumber should I need additional services in the future.

Niko totally saved the day today. I was doing dishes this morning and suddenly had water dripping on my feet only to discover a pool of water under my sink from a leaking garbage disposal. I called Niko and he was able to come over and replace it within an hour. I needed some plumbing work and decided to go with Niko's Plumbing. Two main request I needed him to take care of.

1) Add a Viega shut-off valve next to my water meter.

2) Change the path of main copper pipe going into home to make room for new fence going in our yard.

Niko was super communicative when we spoke on the phone and after I scheduled the appointment, he promised to contact me 30 minutes prior to arrival. On the day of getting the work done he did just that and arrived at the promised time.  My job was a two-man job and Niko brought his coworker Eugene. Both Niko and Eugene did a great job, and I could not be happier. They take a lot of pride in their workmanship, worked very efficiently and kept things very tidy in the process. To top it off they both had great personalities and were people you could have a good conversation with.

I called Niko regarding a bathroom problem. He responded within 30 minutes and was at my place in less than 2.5 hrs. Niko diagnosed the problem and solved it within 30 minutes. There was no charge - the problem, according to Niko, was not difficult enough to justify a payment. Niko is one of the most professional plumbers I've met. He is knowledgeable and experienced, has an agreeable personality, polite while very businesslike, and very importantly - sticks to the point without attempts to generate more work than it is necessary. Found Niko through Yelp and happy to say it was a great decision. I initially attempted to change the faucet and water line in my bathroom. Nothing to the DIY project I thought. That was before I encountered rusty pipes and and leaky valves. After several attempts  (and days) on fixing a water shut-off valve, I threw in the towel and decided to seek a professional.

Niko was very prompt in responding to my messages and had clear communication. When he arrived onsite he took the courtesy of putting on booties and keep my place clean. Niko was able to quickly diagnose the issue, explain to me every step of the process, and get the issue resolved in less time than I thought. He basically cut off the damaged copper pipe and inserted a new fitting so that no leak was present. His estimate was on point and fees are fair. I would use him again for future plumbing needs.

Here's is how Nick helped us and why we highly recommend him.
Something was really  wrong.  We heard the sound of rushing water which seemed to be coming somewhere from inside the bathroom wall or floor.   The only way we could stop it was to shut off the  water to the house.     We imagined  and expected the very worst and a big repair bill!    
Nick offered to come immediately.  
We were impressed with him from the start.  He came fully equipped to work.  He put on his hazmat suit and went into the crawl space and found the leaking pipe.   He showed us a video of it on his phone.   A hole had opened up in a cold water pipe.  Next he neatly opened a section of the wall under the sink cabinet and replaced that pipe.   He knew what he was doing.  
Then, he left the area clean.   All this in less than two hours.  Everything was working again.  We will definitely call him again for all of our plumbing needs.  Thanks, Nick!!!

Niko gets a lot of 5-star reviews. So when I was looking for a plumber, I was suspicious, but decided to give him a chance. He is legit. Niko did a 5-star rated repair of our toilet. Past reviewers pretty much said it all. His work is professional with quality materials. He does not nickel-and-dime his pricing. The cost is reasonable.  Niko kept in touch regarding his appointment including letting us know when he is on his way. He wears a mask and shoe covers when he entered our home without our asking. We were in a bind after we found out a kitchen drain was detached when a new furnace ductwork was replaced. We contacted Niko because of his yelp reviews. Niko is well mannered and very professional. He fixed our drain pipe and went in our crawl space without complaint. He also told us about some copper pipe that might need replacing. Niko is the man. Methodical, polite, and fair as far as pricing. He's very technical and organized. Probably the best contractor I worked with during my remodel. You was able to come out quick, and complete a complicated project which other vendors scratched their heads over.

Niko is amazing, super responsive, and offers his services at a great value! He also maintained great Covid procedures. You can't go wrong hiring him. My garbage disposal died earlier today and Niko came by to install a new one within the same day. Niko also diagnosed that my old rickety faucet was leaking too. Luckily, I had just purchased a new Kohler faucet for an upcoming kitchen re-model and Niko installed it for me on the same day. It's like a preview of my new kitchen. Thanks Niko!

Hired Niko based on his reviews and he helped install my new faucet and everything else for my sink due to a remodel.  Pricing was very reasonable.  He is pretty chill and he had  his mask and shoe booties on while in the house which I told him he didn't have to since I haven't cleaned the floors yet after the remodel.  

No complaints and would hire him again.

Professional, courteous, fair-priced, skilled, and responsive. I needed help with an outdoor faucet, toilet leak, and a clogged sink. Niko quoted me a fair price based on a video of the problem and arrived late in the day, working around my schedule, in order to get the job done in a timely manner for me. He worked quickly and was so polite and knowledgeable. Most importantly, the work done was of the highest quality. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for all my future plumbing needs!

Highly recommended!

Our garbage disposal stopped working on a Saturday evening; seemed like a clogged motor. Called Niko at around 6:30 PM, and he was actually able to come out within 30 minutes!
It was an embarrassingly fast fix (under a minute..!), but he gave a small discount to compensate.
He arrived with a face mask and wore shoe coverings to protect our floor, very appreciated.

Would not hesitate to use his services again if needed!!

I would definitely recommend Niko to anyone looking for a kind, comprehensive, patient, fair, honest and hardworking person for the job. If I could give 6 stars, I would! Niko might be the most honest plumber I have ever had the experience to work with.  The price he quoted was the price he charged,  despite the additional time he spent to complete the job. Talk about going the extra mile! Niko is timely , professional and a pleasure to work with.

I had leaking garbage disposal and bad faucet. Called several plumbers and didn't get response. Called Niko, picked the phone right the way. Set up the time for next day. Very friendly and easy. When he came in, he wore mask and shoe cover. During the repair, he found two valves were broken. Instead to replace the valves, he suggested to replace the parts and gave very reasonable price. Complete the work with very high quality.  I highly recommend Niko. Next time, I will directly call him without any hesitation.

Nowadays finding good, reliable service is not easy, especially in the Bay Area. So when our kitchen sink clogged I was a bit worried. After reading a few reviews here, I decided to give Niko a call, and I'm glad I did. Niko was very responsive and punctual. He conducts his business in a professional manner, courteous, and at reasonable price. He even explained on how to keep the kitchen sink drain clean. Within less than an hour, our kitchen sink was fixed. Our experience matched exactly as other 5-star reviews describe. I will definitely give Niko more plumbing business in the future. Thanks Niko!

What can I say other then super helpful? He saved me $10K on redoing all my pipes. Niko is super intelligent when it comes to his profession. His help was greatly appreciated and would hire back in an instant.
