Our property management company has been working with Serve Rite for several years now. I have to say they are the best. We've worked with many different plumbing companies over the past decade and been lucky enough to have found Serve Rite.

Jen, at the office, is always fast on the response and keeps us posted on all our work orders. Chris and Rob are the guys that usually work on our properties. They are always on time and make sure the job is done the first time. Anytime there are issues after the repair has been done, Serve Rite will go back out right away and check up on their work.

We had a poorly installed toilet and a leak in the pipe with our new house. Rob came, diagnosed the problems quickly, and gave me a very reasonable quote. He was professional and explained clearly what needed to be done. The service was quick and so far so good! As luck would have it, we were at my mother-in-law's house yesterday afternoon when her toliets started backing up. This was around 4:30pm and I quickly searched Yelp for Plummer services. I selected Serve Rite based on their 5 Star rating and excellent reviews.

Customer service is so great. A plummer was scheduled for 9am the next morning. Chris arrived on time and quicky diagnosed the problem. He provided a cost estimate for clearing the main sewage line. He also discussed possible long range solutions if needed. Her house was built in 1968 so a blockage issue is not surprising.

2 hours later he was done and flushing toilets were restored. I cannot say enough about their communication. Fantastic doing with business them. Highly recommended! My 87 year old mother-in-law thanks you!

I highly recommend Serve Rite! I found a leak on Friday morning - thinking I was going to have to suffer with it all weekend or pay a ridiculous premium to get it fixed, I contacted Serve Rite who had been referred by a close friend. The customer service was great right from the start. They were able to send a plumber out the same day and the pricing for the repair was very fair (I had received quotes much, much higher)! The plumber was very respectful, quick to make the necessary repairs and did a great job cleaning up after himself. I was highly impressed and will continue to be a customer.

They were very responsive and arrived at the scheduled appointment time. My major issue is the price. I was told that it would be $225 for major leak detection (it ended up being a pinhole leak literally right where he initially cut into my drywall. Still charged me $135 even though the leak was exactly where he would need to cut into the drywall to fix the leak in the first place. Before I knew it, fixing a pinhole leak in a copper pipe ended up costing me $300 which was a bit ridiculous. Had I known, I probably would have searched for another plumber. I get it they are a business but this was a little unfortunate. Based on cost alone, I will not be working with them again.

I messaged them on Yelp for a quote to replace my water heater and they got back to me right away! No more than 10mins after messaging with them they had a tech, named Chris, call me and schedule an appointment.

When Chris came over to install our new Water Heater, he was very nice, respectful, and explained what was wrong with the old one and what he was going to do with the new one. Took about 2hrs to install and he cleaned up and let me know about the warranty and maintenance that comes with the water heater. Also let me know that since we are customers we get a discount on any other services we call them out for.

The experience was great and our water heater works great! We will definitely be calling them out if we have any problems with our plumbing!

I used Serve Rite to replace a broken down water heater and they offered the most competitive price of all plumbing companies I called. They showed up and quickly installed the unit with no issues.

A few weeks later I was having noise issues coming from around the unit and Chris came out to investigate. He tried one solution the first time he came out but turns out it wasn't the problem. Came out a second time to replace a possible malfunction part but that didn't resolve my issue. I called serve Rite a 3rd time with the same issue and Chris came out again to investigate, this time figuring out what the problem was. The problem wasnt with the unit or their craftsmanship.

Each time Chris came out, he was very friendly, respectful and professional. Ha talked through every step in detail and was very patient.

I would definitely use this company again for any future plumbing need.

Wow! After 3 plumbers that gave us sky high quotes and want to tear our walls apart, we called Serve Rite. Easy appointment and very reasonable price and no nonsense quote right away, which is rare as many plumbing companies give you the run around when giving quotes. Thanksgiving day my water heater decided to give up on us and started leaking. I called a few places to see if I could get anyone to respond and to my surprise I got an almost instant reply from Jennifer at Serve Rite Plumbing & Rooter, not only did I get a reply, I got a quote right away as well. The next morning Chris arrived to take out my old water heater, which was located in my basement so no easy feat, Chris was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He gave me a time frame it would take to remove and install the new water heater and hit the mark exactly. The quote was also right on the money, not a penny more. The work area was cleaner when he finished the job than it was before he started! Great experience with these guys and I will definitely be using them again. Chris was on time, professional, courteous, knowledgable, honest, and fast!

Chris showed up on time to my home, as promised. He was friendly and greeted me with a smile and firm handshake.

He came into my home, immediately put on shoe covers, and we went into the details of the problems. He explained things well to me, showed me what the issues were, and how he'd fix it.

I was very impressed with how fast he was, but also how great of a job he did. I threw in some other last minute plumbing repairs, and he helped make sure to fix those too.

His pricing was very fair and honest, and he warranties his work! He also cleaned up all the mess that was made w/the work he did, so that was an unexpected bonus.

In the past, I've had horrible experiences with plumbers, but Chris was a breathe of fresh air. He didn't price gouge me, he was honest, and just a really good guy.

If you're looking for a great plumber, stop looking through the other Yelp reviews on other companies and give these guys a call. You'll be glad that you did. :)

Chris was awesome! He arrived timely and proceeded to test the shower drain that had been draining slowly .... interestingly, the drain was clear and draining perfectly.

Chris tested the toilet, sink and shower together and everything was fine. I asked if he could please snake it anyway and he was honest and said that a snake wouldn't do any good. He assured me that he would come right back out if I need him to.

I appreciate his thoroughness and honesty. Highly recommend.

I called this company for a water heater flush. The technician came on time. He checked everything and found a anode rod damage and replaced it. He did a tune up and checked the water pressure and heat temperature. The technician Chris was very concerned, knowledgeable, experience and great customers service. This guy is awesome. They were accommodating to my schedule. I had a kitchen sink that was backing up. Chris tried to snake it out, but warned me that he may need to jet it out. We ended up jetting out the kitchen line. Once Chris jetted out the line , we had a working sink.. Glad I found these guys. By the way my walls were not ripped out!

We recently needed a 100' gas line replaced and had serve rite come out and give us a quote.

They were able to provide a competitive bid for a trenchless boring option where we wouldn't have to cut and trench through our concrete driveway. They were thorough in reviewing to make sure they wouldn't have any issues, and available to answer any questions.

We ended up not using Serve Rite due to scheduling and timing but would reach out to them in the future if I needed any help and would recommend.

I requested a quote on here and they replied very quickly with a $98 special.

In my request I stated...
The bathroom sink is not draining. The blockage is from the wall and down. (Sink to wall is clear)

After looking over their quote I notice it states... clear the sink.

I message to ask if the $98 will cover the wall and back as that is where it's blocked.

They responded back with... I thought it was a toilet that was blocked? (No idea where that came from)

Then went on to state, it's $135, unless they need to remove the toilet (there's the toilet again) hahaha

Then it's $235 because it will need to be removed and reset and a new wax ring.

I'm all for a business making a profit, but the wax ring is $5 so that's $195 to reset the toilet, which is not having any issues at all. Hahaha

I'm not sure how the plumbers work is, but the person answering the Yelp quotes seems uninformed at best... Shady at worst.

I contacted Jennifer through yelp after hours and was still responsive. Robert came back the following day to resolve the problems. Overall, the job was completed although it could been done thoroughly the first time.

My shower handle broke and I knew my pipes were extremely old so they would need to be replaced. I called Serve Rite Plumbing and they got someone to come out the next morning and he was able to replacing the pipes and install a new unit right there. He took a few hours to do the install and only had to open the fiber glass a little more than it was under the handle. Very great and quick work, I highly recommend them.

We had to get a new water softener because our old one was outdated and the water was awful. We ordered a new one and Serve Pro was able to come and out and quickly replace it. The staff was incredibly friendly. They came just when they said they would. They went out and got some additional parts as needed and removed our packing materials. My guest bathroom toilet started making a whistling sound when flushing and I started to suspect the fill valve. I called Serve Rite Plumbing & Rooter and they picked up right away. I describe the issue and the type of toilet I had and received a quote. The next day I had a service technician arrive to replace the parts inside my toilet tank. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the issue. He knew that since I have hard-water in my area the toilet parts can degrade over time. He took a few minutes to replace the parts in my toilet tank and the sound problem was no longer an issue. Definitely would use this service again, thanks for the help!

Our kitchen sink got clogged and we needed to get it fixed asap. Serve Rite Plumbing totally saved the day. The gentlemen that came was polite, professional, and totally honest (I really valued that btw). He explained what the issue patiently and gave us three options to solve the issue. These guys were awesome from the first call till they left my home. I used them about two weeks ago, so this review is long overdue. First off the office staff I was spoke to was very pleasant and easy to talk to and addressed all of my questions during the first call.
So I first heard of them through a Facebook posting advertising a special for a drain clear out. Which as luck turned out its what I needed for my home, since it was backing up somewhere in my plumbing and nothing was flushing, more of a I flush, and it came out in my shower, yeah pretty gross. And after I called my home warranty Old Republic, they were unable to help me find a plumber, and then I remembered the FB post. Called them and at first they weren't able to accomdate same day, but then the office staff called their plumber out in the field to make sure if it was possible, and they said they could do it, but it was going to be late like 5pm that night. So I agreed to the time, which they called me throughout my day to let me know they should be arriving at that time for sure, which was reassuring especially when you have two kids and you need your toilet to work. So it was important they showed up.
When Chris got there nothing but professionalism from start to finish. He snaked my home, and I mean he snaked it all the way to the street. My home is kind of old, so it took a while to free the line, but Chris wouldn't stop till my line was clear, he knew how important it was for me to use my toilets again. He even was patient enough to explain to my 5 year old what he was doing, after the 10th time he asked.
Very happy with the service and the professionalism of Chris at Serve Rite. I will definitely use them again.

I am not usually one to leave reviews but in this case I simply must. We had a leak in our water main and obviously needed a plumber. We did call a few companies for comparison and decided on Serve Rite Plumbing. We found the pricing to be fair, they made the process easy, and had clear communication on what to expect. So happy I went Serve Right. They answered all questions quickly & was able to schedule someone at my house within 24 hours.

Chris arrived on time, was polite, clean, honest & did a great job. We had to instal a new toilet. Chris was thrown a small curve ball along the way, but was able to fix it.

Definitely will have them back to instal an updated soft water system.

A few days after toilet installation, I had Chris come back and instal a new soft water system. Had no problems at all. Great, quick, clean service!!!

Rob came out yesterday to try and snake our guest bathtub but we don't have an overflow access so he said we'd need to access from the roof vent. I called to ha e him come back today and he showed up within a few hours. He figured out it was a clog in our main line and was able to unclog it in no time.

We're the 2nd owners of our house so a lot has had to be updated since we bought the house two years ago. Rob and his colleague let me know we have cast iron for the main line which things get caught on because it's not smooth. They answered all my questions about getting it replaced and said before jumping to that, I can have them come out and jet flush everything to see if that works first.

Super knowledgeable and flexible with my giant dog and my sisters very aggressive dog! Prices are reasonable and I definitely recommend serve rite plumbing

Thank goodness I found this company! After having one company say they couldn't help and two others not even return my messages, I tried Serve Rite based on a Facebook recommendation. Jen called me back right away and was so helpful with getting an appointment set up. Chris came out and was really nice and very knowledgeable. If there were 6 stars available, they would deserve it. My schedule is extremely variable so making an appointment to fix plumbing is challenging for me. Jennifer (on Yelp) was responsive and accommodating in making/switching multiple appointments. She was able to have Chris come over within 2 hours of contact. He is nice, well-informed, professional and honest about his work. They charged a very fair price compared to other Yelp Quotes. I will be using them in the future for anything plumbing related.

This company is a joke ! First hand they over promise and under deliver . Secondly the women who answers the phone has no idea what she is doing and I'm sure it's safe to say that her work performance is a reflection of her pay grade . Companies like this are scam artists and will tell you it's one thing when in fact it is another all to make a dollar . Which is sad because maybe if they just did quality work and hired qualified people and paid them right they wouldn't be having this issue!!

The other evening I went to turn off the water to my toilet and the knob to the valve came off in my hand. Of course, a plumbing problem happens after hours. I contacted several plumbers and was given outrageous prices. I understand that there is an upcharge for after hours service but the price for the actual work was so high and not one was simply friendly with me. I decided to turn off the water to my home that evening and find someone in the morning. I sent out quote requests to several plumbers on Yelp. Jennifer from Serve Rite plumbing responded to me almost immediately. She was very friendly and courteous. Their prices were very reasonable. Being nice goes a very long way and she was excellent. That afternoon, Ryan came to my home and I could not have asked for a better plumber. Again, just like Jennifer, he was very courteous, friendly and professional. They were all to happy to help and do it with a smile. There is no doubt in my mind that I would use them again for ANY plumbing I need. I couldn't recommend them higher. Thank you!

No hot water Wednesday night, called Serve Rite Plumbing and Rooter Thursday late afternoon, got hot water Friday morning. I talked to Jennifer at Serve Rite Plumbing and what I noticed immediately was how professional and knowledgeable she was. Jennifer answered all my questions and concerns regarding the service and products they carry. Serve Rite's quote was substantially lower than the others with a better package.

Usually in a service call, most places gives you a four hour window of their arrival. Serve Rite gave me 9am and to my surprise Robert, the technician, came at 8:50am.

Robert was very courteous, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely concerned that we were out of hot water for a whole day!!! ( We really take simple things for granted)
Robert also fixed my refrigerator water outlet that was really corroded for no additional fee.

I will recommend this company to all my friends and relatives who are in need of plumbing work.

I hired Serve Rite Plumbing to inspect and repair my water heater. Robert arrived on time as scheduled from Serve Rite Plumbing. He was very polite, courteous and efficient. Upon inspection, he discovered that the bottom of my three year old water heater had rusted out. He said that it's unusual but it happens from time to time. The good news is he informed me that my water heater was still under warranty and could be easily replaced with just labor costs (which I feel are very fair). Chris at Serve Rite did a great job replacing our water heater. Our old heater ended up completely clogged with sediment and Chris was able to come out right away and get us set up with a new heater and accessories. I had a larger plumbing company come out in the morning and was quoted an absurd price to replace our existing heater. I checked with a few others but when I talked to Chris I immediately felt comfortable and knew he was the right guy for our job. He didn't pressure us into crazy upgrades like the others were trying to do and made sure we understood what was going on and what he needed to do in order for us to get back to normal. Using Serve Rite was a wonderful experience! I was able to get an appointment for someone to install a kitchen faucet the very next morning. Chris arrived on time and was so great. Again this company has impressed me a ton! I texted Jennifer this morning and within minutes she got back to me letting me know a service guy was in the area and could come today to fix my stopped up shower. So they texted me ahead of time that Robert would be there in about 30-60 min and he came I think under the 30 min. Came in did his thing and was done in about 5 min.

Our upstairs shower drain was clogged, for the second time this year. The first time a plumber came and said he wouldn't be able to snake the drain due to grout or gravel, and he was afraid he would burst the pipe.

This time I called Serve Rite based on the yelp reviews. Chris came over a couple hours after I called - and within the window that was promised - and was so nice and helpful! He fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes. Turns out it wasn't grout, but soapy buildup that was causing the issue. He gave advice on how to prevent it from happening again, and problem solved.

Got several quotes from different companies and ultimately the professionalism of the team at serve rite was the key factor. They hydrojetted our kitchen sink pipe which had been slow draining for several months; from time of initial contact to inspection and clean out was only 3 days. What could make me happier than someone who responds quickly to an appointment request, quotes a reasonable price on the phone when it's discussed, comes when they promise to, fixes the problems, and charges me $100 less than the already fairly reasonable price they quoted?

Well, really nothing.

I have a rental property in this area and I am relieved to have found a plumber I can trust and rely upon.

Serve Rite is my new SoCal plumber for all of the reasons above. I hope I see them infrequently but it's nothing personal.

P.S. What did they fix? A broken handle in a bathroom shower, problems with the shower itself, and drainage problems in that shower/bath. Great job, Serve Rite.

Excellent job clearing our kitchen drain, thanks Robert! I had called two other companies, the first plumber took a picture of the pipes and gave an estimate to auger it, which was nowhere near their advertised price. The second plumber really worked hard on the line with an auger but the line wouldn't open, he was nice and didn't charge me anything but explained the line needed hydrojetting and that a hole would need to be cut out from the exterior of our house to reroute pipes to create an access port. Ugh. Feeling bummed I called my besty about my plumbing drama, she suggested I call Robert. I'm glad I did! Robert came by and he too tried with an auger to no avail and suggested hydrojetting as well, but he would access from the existing vent pipe from the rooftop. Robert and Chris came the next morning, climbed up with the equipment and got to work, then shazaam! Drain's totally cleared now, better than ever, and their work came with a one year warranty! The price was about $1000 less than the second estimate because it didn't involve punching out a hole in our house to repipe a new access port. Phew! Thank you, thank you! Great job!

I needed to replace all the leaky faucets in my condo, including in the bathroom and kitchen. I didn't know where to start or even what types of faucets to buy. I chatted with Jennifer via Yelp chat and she walked me through the entire process. I was able to order the correct faucets from Home Depot within minutes. Had a leaky bathtub faucet that needed replacement or repair. Other local plumbers wouldn't even come take a look at my issue.

Serve Rite was the first company to return my call and had a technician out to check my problem the NEXT day. Other companies wouldn't even return my call. Although they came checked (for FREE) and couldn't repair the issue, they offered a solution to what could've been a much bigger and more expensive replacement of my bathtub and faucet.

Scheduled another appointment to have the faucet replaced and again Serve Rite was back, fast and on time to get my bathtub fixed.

Faucet was replaced with a new one, they offered a easy solution to future issues and they resolved my issue.

After the work was done, invoice was sent promptly with a detailed description of the work, a 1 year warranty and pictures of the completed work.

There's a excellent reason they have 5 stars on Yelp.

Don't waste your time with uncommunicative and less skilled plumbers in the area. Call Serve Rite and get your plumbing done by them.

I'm the type to look up 10 different plumbers just to do a faucet install (that's exactly what I did) and couldn't be happier I chose serve rite! Jen is knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with, but more importantly they're honest and straightforward - only company that gave me a quote for the work (instead of oh well generally it ranges from $100 to $300), didn't try to warm me up to up-selling later (it could be anything, we'd just have to see, pricing would have to come later), and had near-immediate availability. They were also the second cheapest quote I got, and what would have been the cheapest company gave me two significantly different quotes (after I asked a second time in writing), selectively ignored certain questions when I pushed/asked, and then stopped responding altogether, so you get what you pay for. Text notifications for updates every step of the way are a really nice touch. All around highly recommend.

I was having big problem of the pipe outside from my house. I get this problem a month a ago and someone came down and fixed it. But the problem happened again, the main pipe is stuck and the water coming backwards. I called serve and rite for schedule a time. I needed a Plumber to take care of a problem I was having with one of the showers in my house. Two other Plumbers had previously come-out to look at the problem, one wanted to remove most of my wall to access the shower valve, the other adjusted my water pressure and told me that would take care of the problem.

Serve Rite Plumbing was just what I needed! Their Tech Robert arrived on-time, diagnosed the problem (a bad shower cartridge, no wall removal needed) and had it replaced and working in 45 mins. Pricing was fair and the shower now works great! The next time I need a Plumber these will be the people I call!

My husband called Serve Rite for a quote/appointment to replace two faucets in our master bathroom. Chris had his hands full! The faucet corrosion was so bad it took him more than 2x the amount of time he estimated. Did he charge us extra? Nope. The counter tops were such a mess due to the corrosion but Chris even managed to clean that up--saving us from buying a new counter top. Wow. There was also faulty sink piping either original to the 20+ year old house, or from previous owners, that he fixed at no additional charge. To top it off, Chris is a really nice professional.

My shower faucet broke and they were able to give me a free estimate and if I liked the quote were able to work on site. The technician they sent out was very friendly and professional. He got the job done quick and was able to give insight on what the actual problem was. Will be calling them again for any future problems I may encounter.

Excellent service, excellent communication, reasonable pricing.
Needed a drain pipe leak in the kitchen repaired. Robert came out to assess the situation within a couple of hours. He told me what would need to happen and the cost estimate. They were able to come out within the next 24 hours to take care of it. Job was completed before noon. Thorough explanation of what was done and complete clean up. No more leaking. Couldn't be happier with the service. Will call on again when a plumber is needed.

Great service! Robert came by today and helped with a clogged sink. He was very friendly and professional, didnt try to sell ke what i didnt need. He showed up on time and finished the job within 30 minutes, the price was very reasonable as well!

We had an issue with a leaking water valve for our washing machine hookup. Another company told us that the leak prevented us from installing our new washer and that the valve needed to be replaced which would have been a very expensive project. I knew I had to get another opinion so I contacted Serve Rite through Yelp.

Jennifer was very responsive and helpful. She offered to send a plumber over for a free inspection and estimate. Initially, we were told they were booked through Monday due to the holiday weekend. However, she contacted us a short while later and told ys they had a cancellation and were able to squeeze us in same day. Hurray!

Robert swung by a short while later and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. Instead of an expensive repair, he suggested an easy workaround for the leak that wouldn't cost us a cent. He even gave us step-by-step instructions on how to do it so that we would have no issues with the installation of our new washer. We were super thankful for his cost-saving advice!

Serve Rite left us very impressed with their customer service, professionalism, and honesty. We will definitely go back to them for our future plumbing needs.

Had an awesome experience from beginning to end from Jennifer answering the phone who is so professional and polite setting up an appointment within 24 hours. And that meant so much because I was moving that day. Rob came out and changed out the old toilet took it away even took the seat off because my daughter had just bought it recently and gave her the seat back and put in the new toilet such a nice nice guy. Very professional. He was so helpful in answering questions we had for him regarding another bathroom and you can just tell that this company does not take advantage of you at all. Thank you again.
