Just talked to this guy about replacing the thermocoupler on my water heater. Couldn't give me a quote over the phone, even though I already know what is wrong with it (PG&E came out this morning and told me). On a good note he was willing to come out in an hour. However, he couldn't tell me if he had the part I needed replaced, and said if he couldn't fix it I could call someone else tomorrow. I was skeptical about the situation, given that he wouldn't give me a quote, and couldn't say if he had the part. So he told me bye and hung up. Abruptly. He really needs to work on his customer service.

We reached out to Mike's Plumbing because we wanted to make sure that our plumbing was in good shape. We had concerns because a toilet seemed to run whenever we used it. Since it was a guest washroom, we hadn't noticed it till we had company.
They responded right away and were able to resolve whatever the cause was. All within like 10 minutes. What more can you ask for in a plumber. Speedy response and repair; priced fairly. Happy and will use again without question.

I have used many plumbers and can honestly say these guys top the list.  They are very responsive, quick and also mindful of cost.  They will always spell out the options clearly and offer up the most cost effective solution.

The Jazz team came out and installed A/C at my condo and it was great! Raoul, Cody and Jesus came by in the morning and worked on it for the day. I went to work and came back and everything was awesome! The A/C is up and running and they patched the wall where they put in the electricity. They were great and addressed all my concerns about the new A/C. I also shopped around for a while before choosing Jazz, and they offered my the best pricing.

Ted was fantastic - professional, courteous, kind and did excellent work! He installed a new faucet and repaired a broken window expertly and quickly, and was able to accommodate my schedule, despite contacting him on short notice. I'll absolutely be calling him again! Highly recommended.

Rubio's Plumbing repiped my entire house with PEX pipe. They were on time, professional, finished the job in a timely manner, cleaned up after themselves, and gave a fair price. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.

The guys were top notch, from the first call to install, did the job at a reasonable price, my only complaint was they took a tad longer than expected but hey, such is construction.

Had an unfortunate accident that broke my toilet and found this company through a friend who recommended them after asking around. I had my new toilet installed by them and it was super quick and cheap, it was installed in just under and hour. I know virtually nothing about plumbing but there service man was kind enough to answer all my pluming questions that weren't even related to installing the toilet. Very friendly and excellent company, would recommend to anyone.

Paul has done various maintenance work around my home to include helping me move. He has a wide variety of skills. He is very thorough and completes tasks and projects in a timely manner. The quality of his work is outstanding. He is extremely reliable, friendly, professional, trustworthy and highly competent. Other posters are right this place is pretty bad.  Horrible customer service, I walked in and they just kind of stared at me.  Asked them for a simple part and the guy helping me did all he could do to avoid helping me.  At one point he just handed me a 200 page catalog without saying anything.  Anyway, I walked out found the part I needed online, it will be here in a few days.

Billy Jenkins was absolutely amazing! He was on time for my service request and answered every question I had for him. I used a different plumber before he came and wish I would have used Billy before losing my money to the other plumber. Very patient, friendly, and professional. I was very pleased with his service and will be recommending to others. Thank you Billy.

Don't use this guy. He goes back on his word, even work orders and bids he gives you in writing. We had discussed things and days before he was to do the job he called and made other demands for the payments and then suggested he wouldn't be able to complete the whole job for the price because he didn't have a guy who would finish the cement after job was done and tried to say he would take off about 300$ and we could do the cement with someone else. Hello, the cemetery job would cost more than 300$ as cement is expensive. There is no way to fix the cement it would cost 300$ only after the plumbing job was finished. So he went back on our agreed contracted price that we had in writing from him, then changed payment acceptance he would take, then billed us for work all while threatening us with court and such. So don't use this guy because his written bids for jobs will change roght before you do the job or even worse probably after the job is done, then he will threaten you and your house!

Valley was recommended by our real estate agent after we purchased a home.  They arrived on time and fixed a number of problems including a slow drain, relacement of valves and flappers on constantly running toilets and a shower leak.  The plumber worked quickly and efficiently.  The only downside is the 1-hour minimum labor charge, but our repairs exceeded that so it wasn't a problem.

I would highly recommend.

Amazing service! Our hot water heater went out and Heros Plumbing had somebody at our house within minutes. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They had out water heater repaired and were on their way within 15 minutes! Thank you guys for such great service :)
