We purchased a home August 2022, in the middle of that horrible heat, the AC broke.  My husband contacted NextGen, god must of heard our prayers and sent us Ryan and Art.  The stress of moving into a new home, I felt so defeated.  These two guys, WOW, they went above and beyond.  I am sorry it took me so much time to put something out here but, they understood our situation.  They understood our urgency.  If anyone has the pleasure of meeting these two gentlemen, know you are in the best of hands.  

We have a new AC system, we loved all the customer service provided and still till this day I get calls asking how we are going.  Ryan and Art, thank you for your kindness and for the support you provided my husband as a 13 year veteran.

I want to say Greg and his crew at ProFix Drains did an amazing job re-piping my house. I had a water pipe burst and had to have my bathroom remodeled. My house is 53 years old so was the piping. I had Greg come in and re-pipe the entire house. His was super professional and knowledgeable. His customer service and communication skills were impeccable.  I received quotes from 4 different plumbing companies, Greg came with the fairest quote to earn the job. I was super pleased with his price and his finished work. Many holes were cut in the walls inside and outside the house. Greg works with a guy that patches all the work up. The patch up guy came through and put everything back together like new. I will recommed Greg and Profix Drains forever to anyone who needs any plumbing work. Contact a few plumbing companies in the morning for a kitchen sink back up. Gator Rooter and Plumbing responded instantly and was able to send someone out the same day. When Robert arrived, I explained to him the situation. He grabbed his tool and went to work instantly. Robert was in and out in less than an hour and the issue was resolved!

Back bathroom backed up and my usual lye treatment was not working!  So today, Monday morning, I ask for a quote from these guys at 7AM.  In 5 minutes, Eddy replies asking for more info.  30 minutes later he's at the curb ready to rooter.  I show him to the clean out and they get down.  Within an hour the clog is cleared and he is showing me why my main is prone to clogging (camera view at my request is an additional charge).

Could not have been more satisfied with this experience.  Eddy and his guys are fast, friendly and efficient.  Highly recommended!

Sunday afternoon my wife and I were surprised by what seemed to be water dripping from under the outdoor water faucet. Being that we are first time home owners this didn't seem normal but we also had no idea the extent of this dripping. My wife was able to notice that stucco around the faucet was wet. I immediately went on Yelp without hopes of someone responding on Sunday afternoon to get an estimate. I filled out the Yelp questionnaire and he responded within 5 minutes. After talking to him and realizing he could have someone out immediately. We decided to go for it. The team was out within 30 mins of the initial call and they came ready with equipment and time to work on our issue. Our problem was actually a little more serious and urgent than we could tell so we are incredibly thankful that the team responded so fast and came out ... even on a SUNDAY.

This company does not only have great customer service but also their prices are fair. Thankful for them that they came out and helped us avoid a big issue that could have cost us thousand of dollars.

Our toilet flooded and Andy came out fixed the problem  right away!!!! replaced with newer pipes and newer plumbing gadgets.... Very reliable good prices and explained the problem before starting the work...

Had a great experience with Stephens plumbing for our tankless water heater replacement. Williams first came by to help diagnose the problem. His honest assessment of our 11 year old unit helped me to decide that replacement was the best option. A week later and the install was fast and clean. His plumbing associate Fernando, was able to accurately locate the source of the problem, dig up/replace the fractured plumbing with high quality piping and fixtures, and expertly replaced the tiling in the shower pan.  Lastly, he cleaned up the work area.  Alex personally stopped by to ensure the work was completed to our specifications.  Now that's what I call excellent customer service!  Problem resolved! Plumbing Heroes just finished putting in a new water heater yesterday and I was completely happy with the job that was done. Plumbing Heroes, specifically Laura kept me informed throughout the process by telling me the the cost upfront and making sure they delivered the correct water heater that I requested. There was no wait and they got me the the appointment the next day to have it installed. I did not have any hot water in the house so was so happy they could move so quickly. I found SFp on Yelp in 2016 when I bought my house in Long Beach. Corey has been our plumber for the past 5 years and has fixed all sorts of things in my 1961 house. He's the best. Quick, efficient, fair, and incredibly trustworthy. On top of all that, his work is meticulous. Can't recommend enough and sorry it took me this long to write this review!

I contacted several of the 5 star rated companies on Yelp to help fix a broken Sewer lateral line. I was given several options to fix and rates all over the place. Rooter solutions gave me a very clear picture of the work that needed to be done, answered all my questions and got me on schedule quickly. Their crew was fast, efficient and honest. They did a great job and the problem was fixed in no time. Their responses, follow up, quality of work and customer service is stellar! Thankful to get their reference through a neighbor.

Mark was very thourough and helped us with what we need. Fixed the toilet leak quick. 30 day guarantee if there was wrong with toilet after it got fixed. He was on time and efficient. Reasonable price provided.

five stars. i called late sunday afternoon with a clogged sewer line. eddie answered the phone (!) and said it was too late to come out but that he would come the next day. he called monday to let me know he could come earlier than scheduled (!) and showed up with juan. they both presented with a great vibe and in fact did a great job... you could just tell by watching. when he was done, eddie looked at the time and rounded down in my favor on the bill. like i said... five stars. whoever owns oakland rooter needs to make sure they hold on to eddie...

I called Yevgeny this morning at 10am and he was at my door by 11:45am on a holiday. He was super helpful and quickly resolved my issue. Yevgeny also asked if he could help answer any other questions regarding plumbing or electricity in the apartment since he was out here. Would definitely recommend calling Yevgeny!

We needed to have our main sewer line unclogged. Was told someone would be at our home between 3:00 -600 pm. Fernando was at our home by 3:00. My husband was told there would be a service call fee of 49.00 dollars and a flat rate fee. Beware Fernando was at our home for only 45 minutes Max and we were charged $266.00. When we have used some else it is usually less than $125.00 or less.

Overpriced, won't give you a detailed line item breakdown of the padded expenses and costs on the job.  Charged me $2300 for a $1400 water heater, then wouldn't itemize the additional costs in any detail, and were really defensive about it.  That tells you all you need to know. They had me over a barrel on a job for my rental unit and I paid them promptly for their full billed amount, but I don't think these guys are trustworthy.  Beware.
