Today I had a preventive maintenance service on my HVAC system. The technician Manny was very friendly and professional. He thoroughly checked my systems and gave me recommendations. Manny was not pushy which I appreciated. He cleaned up after he was finished.  After my last experience with another company NexGen was refreshing.

When I started the project I worked with the owner, Todd Weber, for over 5 months of back & forth to create a document that was presented to our HOA in Alameda.  We covered all of the HOA's concerns and strict rules & regulations.  I now have a new furnace, Air Conditioner and a professional air purifier.  I am very satisfied with the work of A.T. Weber.

Positives:
- The team is very easy to work with and easy to help find answers & solutions.
- Very responsive.
-The workers were very clean and clean up the work space very day.
- I could reach a person responsible at the company right away
- The supervisor collaborated with me on his suggested solutions
- Very nice staff; very proper
- The team did a few extra tasks
Small negative:  The outside condenser was much bigger than expected.

Overall A.T. Weber gave me exceptional service before, during and after the installation of this system.

Greg , the owner of this company is the Best Plumber that you could ever meet and get.  From the first call I made with him - he immediately came to my house to diagnose my problem.  He explained to me in detail what I needed to do and how to fix it well.  He had the solution , however - this job needed another expertise  that I had to open the wall which possibly would have asbestos... At his advice , I did just that.  The next day he came back to look at the plumbing behind the wall and advise us further what needed to be done...  Upon agreement, I gave the downpayment which was to facilitate the repair the next day.

In my surprise, another Plumber ( father of my daughters boyfriend) told us that he would do the job to us for free.  Without hesitation - I called Greg again to cancel the work and asked him if he could give me back half of the amount I gave him.  With another surprise , Greg told me politely that he will give me the full downpayment and come to the house again (3rd time) to give the money back to us.  WoW ! Greg is not only a reliable & professional plumber -- he has also a very Good Heart and treats you like one of his family.   You can't be wrong when you get him!

I recommend him well as the Best Plumber & Best Individual you would want to meet . His Parents would be so Proud of him as they raised such a great person serving the community with great dedication and concern for their clients well being ....More power & blessings to this company!!! Cory was punctual and was able to determine the problem right away. He fixed the leak and was on his way. In and out in under an hour.

We were quoted 1650 for a drain and vent re-route (we did all the demo ourselves), so it was just a matter of cutting and gluing ABS piping). Ended up having our regular plumber do the work for 300.

TP Rooter is trustworthy & efficient! It is hard to find a plumber you can trust. Eddie (the owner) was honest about the time they could get here, and didn't try to do or sell me on more about what needs to be done (which trust me, in this old house, a lot could be done). He said they'd be here between 9:40-10:00, they were here at 9:47. He unclogged our kitchen sink by removing the P trap and snaking it. He also gave us some simple tips to keep it from happening again. All this was done for $99 flat.
We will definitely be using them in the future!

10/27/2021 Carlos and his team came to my house on a 3 hours notice, they brought state of art equipments for hydro jetting as our home has some major blockage in the pipeline in the backyard. Carlos and his team of 4-5 men worked real hard for more than 3 hours, they cleared up few pipelines and also gave us an accurate diagnosis of the location and the severity of 2 major blockage.

Carlos and his team cleared up 6 pipelines and charged us half price, my husband and I are very happy of the works performed, we appreciate the great discount received and very impressed with Carlos' integrity, he definitely went out his way to gain customers' satisfaction and confidence.

We've had a problem with our sewer lateral for at least 10 years. Back then it backed up about once a year. We have a friend with a professional grade snake, and he would come out and rooter it out.  Lately we've needed him ever few months. When it backed up twice in a week, we threw up our hands and turned to Yelp. We found Andy who came out the same day, took film (tree roots). He came out this morning, cleared out all the roots and relined the pipes. No more backups and a solid warranty. We'd call him again in a heartbeat, but we won't need to. He'll go on our list for recommendation to friends and family. Thank you, Andy and E-Z Flow Rooter & Plumbing.

Received bid at site- requested formal bid- never received one. They provide air conditioner- but basically nothing else-no carpenter- electrical- take it or leave it attitude

Liberty plumbing and septic service is awesome and professional service I called him Saturday night he assured me he will be at my house between eight and nine the next morning , sure enough at 8:30 he was there. Liberty plumbing is very affordable and reliable service and I willl use them again if I had any problems.

Thank you plumbing heroes. Our toilet wouldn't stop running and plumbing heroes responded with a quote right away. Even better, they sent someone out to fix it same day! The plumber called on his way, was on time, respectful, and wore a mask. The company had contactless payments and charged a fair price. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

I found Scotty's Family Plumbing on Yelp today, I called Corey, he advised me he could meet me at my house this afternoon and would call me when he was in route. Corey arrived on time, found my plumbing nitemare right away, and had my leak fixed in a couple of hours. Corey was great to deal with, the price was fare and I would recommend this company to anyone who needs work done on their home. I have programmed the phone number in my phone for future needs. I've used Rooter Solutions twice now. An Oakland home sale that needed a sidewalk compliance certificate. And an Oakland home purchase that needed the sidewalk compliance certificate and the EBMUD sewer lateral completed. On both occasions Morris (the owner) was responsive and professional. He responded to emails very quickly, uses docusign for his contracts, and has electronic billing. The next time I need one of these services done he will be the only call I make when shopping for bids.

Mark was very thourough and helped us with what we need. Fixed the toilet leak quick. 30 day guarantee if there was wrong with toilet after it got fixed. He was on time and efficient. Reasonable price provided.

There is much to say about Olson's plumbing and especially Rich. I cannot express enough gratitude for all the help, kindness, empathy, follow through and follow up that Rich has done to help me with a bad situation in my home. His crews are absolutely TOP notch and just as kind as Rich is. Many night's of late work just to ensure I had running water and toilets before they left was unreal. Rich is not only a great human but a man of his word! He did not charge ONE penny more than he told me over a handshake and the job ended up taking more time than he had planned but was a man of his word. Rich is incredibly honest and transparent and I genuinely felt he was in my corner vs making a quick buck. We had a pipe leaking under slab.  It was a terrible ordeal for us, two insurance companies, neither willing to pay for what needed to take place before the leak could be repaired.  After talking to neighbors it made more sense to repipe our home.  We shopped around, first quote was extremely high, but my husband found Star Rooter and Plumbing in the yellow pages.  They are Blue Diamond Certified.
This company, Mr Luis Arechiga and his crew were excellent! Outstanding!  Not only did we get a reasonable price but the service and quality of work is superb!  This crew of 5 reported on time, kept to the schedule, and their skillful work was neat, not messy.  When the work was done, they left their work areas clean.  They vacuumed, double checked everything to make sure the plumbing worked as it should.  I must say, this crew truly respected our home.  As a thought, this crew enjoyed working together.  This was evident during their lunch breaks, you could hear the good natured laughter.  If we need other plumbing services, we will be calling Luis Arcechiga again.  Should you decide to use this company, be sure to ask for Luis. 5108512161.  You won't be sorry.

In addition to my garbage disposal being out of commission for a few weeks, my kitchen sink hasn't been draining since Monday night. My property management company has been giving me the runaround and hasn't addressed my issue for almost a week now. Today I called and spoke with Aaron who was super friendly, kind and was able to offer me a same day appointment and rough estimate all over the phone. He had amazing customer service skills and was very understanding to my situation. Jose was sent out to my residence and provided timely updates regarding his arrival time. Jose was also friendly and very professional. He provided a quick fix and educated me on how to fix the issue should it occur again. I would highly recommend this business for any plumbing needs and will definitely be using their services in the future should I encounter any problems. They're awesome!

Yevgeny is the best!  He went out of his way explaining things to us.  Don't get me wrong - he will not talk your ear off.  He is simply and completely willing to educate his customers, to the extent they wish to be educated, on the issue(s) at hand.  He is very knowledgeable and is happy to share that knowledge when asked. We were discussing an electrical issue, and he noticed - and fixed on the spot - a minor issue with our front door.  No charge!  As he said to me, Not everything is about money.  Our electrical issue was a mystery to us, but he honed right in on it.  A real sweetheart, he genuinely cares about people.  I will never again need to look for an electrician.  Yevgeny is the best I have ever come across.

We called and got set up on the service plan they have, trying to be good owners. Our AC unit had NO issues (it was inspected during our escrow). Upon the first AC service we were told nothing was wrong with our AC unit but we had wires that were burnt and would have caused our AC to catch on fire; so of course we paid the 130 to have it fixed because it's our home. Then he left, didn't go over anything.
Fast forward 2 months to now. Our AC goes out. It's 106 and humid in Bakersfield, our house is quickly going from 72, to 89.
They charge me a service fee (even though I pay for a plan) to come out and asses. The guy tells us we need a new AC unit which would be about 15k and weeks to order. Said we had holes in our coils, no refrigerant, our fan was broken, and the compressor is blown, said there was nothing he could do but get us in contact with sales or get us a pricey quote to fix it but it would be better to get a new unit. We have two young kids at home along with dogs and needed this fixed ASAP.
We started calling around. After having someone come out, it was a simple fix of a new fan motor. He said the fan had been unplugged by someone (it isn't a part that just comes unplugged easily), and it caused the motor to burn up.
Stated our coils and compressors worked perfectly with no issues and that there was plenty of refrigerant in there. Stated he would need to order us new fan blades but we could have our AC up and working just fine until the new blades come in. It cost us 800 for the fix, and our house went from 90 degrees to 73 within 2 hours.
I have called Gundlach's all morning for answers / refunds for services, and no one has called back, or had any answers for me other than they'll take my number down.

I was looking  for a business to change our water heater. Looking at Olsson Plumbing about 50 % of the reviews are negative  and then there are very positive  reviews. What gives?.
