HISTORY

Established in 2012.
Raytek Leak Detection was started in 2012 when swimming pool businesses in Bakersfield and the outlying areas were in need of a reliable leak detection company with good customer service that they could recommend to their customers. Raytek has steadily grown to provide a range of services that saves time, saves water, and saves money, with fast and expert solutions. Raytek provides residential & commercial leak detection and repair, and swimming pool & spa leak detection and repair by using non invasive methods to get the job done!

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Raytek’s owner, Darren Gutierrez, trained with industry leader Darren Merlob to bring cutting edge leak detection and repair techniques to the Central Valley.

Merlob is founder & CEO of LeakTronics, the number one company for leak detection in swimming pools, home plumbing, and office plumbing. He is also the inventor of a permanent solution for structural cracks on pools and in-ground spas – Torque Lock Staples.

Gutierrez’ experience in the swimming pool and plumbing industry led him to seek the best solution for home and commercial buildings that are in need of repairs due to plumbing leaks.

Received my water bill and went up $150 from previous months. Called Raytek and they came right out. Darren found the leak and made the repair. Darren was very professional and very knowledgeable. The price was reasonable and I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Very professional and came with all the right equipment to readily find the leak in my pool. Fixed the problem very quickly and completely. Quoted a pice and stuck to it even though he did extra work to make sure I was completely satisfied. Darren is very knowledgeable about all things relating to leakage and other pool equipment problems. I can highly recommend his services

I wish I chose Darren sooner. He is reasonably priced, reliable, on-time and very thorough with his evaluation. I'm confident that the work he completed will resolve my issue. He offered insight on pool maintenance that no other company has given me before.

What made my situation more complex was that I had COVID during the evaluation. Darren's professionalism shined through as he made sure I understood what he was doing even from a significant distance.
