So grateful to have found this company! Adam came to my salon last minute on a Friday night for what I thought would be an easy light fixture installation. Because it is an old Victorian house, it turned into a project. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable and was able to troubleshoot what someone had previously done in order to re wire the whole fixture and the switches that had been done improperly. He even stayed late to help my coworker with the lights in her stations. Very impressed and will definitely use them again!

My original review was one star. I'd like to give them more than two because of their attention to my original post. Here is my original post and below my addition.
Please be aware of what the technician says you need. You may not. The technician tried to charge us $1500 for work on our furnace. I felt uncomfortable with feeling like he was working us. Said we needed a new motor for the fan. Got a second opinion the next day. All that was needed was a $12 part. The first technician would have known this since it is the first thing anyone would check. Maybe this was just a case of a bad technician in a good company.
Stephanie was very attentive to my complaint. she was not defensive and, instead, tried to use it as a learning situation. I'd give 3 or 4 stars but we don't know if there will be a fix of the original problem so I'll leave it up to you. Bellows refunded my full assessment fee. The fee by the second independent technician was $124. I wish Bellows luck and hope they will prevent this from happening again, (a side note. a friend of mine, quoted from a completely different company received a quote of $15,000 to fix his heating system. The independent contractor fixed it for $200.)

I e-mailed Sam at Hi-Tech AV to redo some wiring and correct some blatant mistakes committed by an installer before. Sam showed up the same day evening and gave me a quote in a couple of days. All the other people who gave me a quote either were too high or not a professional and I choose to work with Sam.
On the day of the job Sam showed up on time and did a very professional work. He ran into so many surprises but he struck with it and finished a high quality work.
