I had these guys come out for a second opinion on a job that I was originally quoted over $6K for by the Cheap guys (hint hint). I was told a gloom and doom story and that bigger names would be charging closer to $20K. It required ripping out my deck and excavating, and also a re-pipe and new hole in the wall.  But, I was skeptical about the nature of the work since everything was being sold as a major issue, yet the guy wasn't willing to take a physical look in the crawl space.

So I called BeastBay for a 2nd opinion and Johnny came out. He found the same issue with standing water in the piping, but went into the crawl space and found the issue above ground. He fixed it on the spot and after another look with the camera, my whole drainage system was clear with no standing water straight through into the main sewer.

If you need any plumbing work or inspections, do not hesitate to call these guys for a straight honest opinion of what your house really needs, instead of being convinced by the other guys to do more work than is actually necessary.

To top it off, Johnny was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous throughout the whole visit.

About ~ two months ago I had a new water heater installed by another plumbing company.
Immediately after the installation, I had low flow issues at several locations in my home.
This other plumbing company said there was something wrong with my pipes
(They had never displayed this flow problem before?)

I call JC Green Plumbing and talked to Cynthia
She was very nice, professional and helpful fully explaining the likely service and all startup charges if the work needed was typical and usual to resolve.
We booked the appointment for the next day, she said she would call ~ about a half hour before her tech would arrive to examine the problem.

On the day of the work just like clockwork Cynthia called just at a half hour before the arranged time and informed me her tech Eric was on track to arrive in ~ about twenty to thirty minutes.

Eric arrived on time and after I explained the problem, he started examining my water heater connections, several faucets, and some outside valve work.

By cycling some valves outside and cleaning one faucet screen all the proper flow was restored to the home.
Eric was done in less than fifteen minutes.
He was done so fast he called Cynthia and she authorized reducing my service charge TO HALF THE NORMAL SERVICE CHARGE QUOTE.

These guys are the masters of their trade. Four bathrooms, tankless water heater with return line, 2 laundry rooms, kitchen, sewer line repair work all competed on time and with a smile. I had a plumbing issue pop up at 9pm on a Friday I messaged them for a quote and they answered within 30 minutes, answered all my questions despite it being late at night and scheduled service the next morning. They showed up on time, were very professional, fixed my drain quickly and charged reasonable rates. I will definitely be using them again and recommend them to anyone I know needing a plumber.

I had multiple jobs to complete around my house, as well as painting jobs. Will was very responsive and had his tech Kevin work around my challenging schedule. Kevin was meticulous, conscientious, polite and responsible. I have already referred this company to a girl friend. I will be using them again.

This company was awesome and were of tremendous help! Preparing to rent our home in a time crunch, Dennis helped us coordinate two services: replacing two sinks that were worn and damaged and fixing a problem with our radiant heating system. It's always a pleasure to find a quality professional in Oakland, and when it comes to plumbing Geoff provides top quality advise with excellent workmanship.

We were replacing an old water heater with a new outdoor tankless to help free up interior space, and upgrading an old toilet to help lower water usage. Geoff took a lot of time determining what was required and explaining how the job would be completed. The tankless water heater required a lot of new plumbing and each detail was fully described.

Geoff pricing is very reasonable considering the high quality of work he provides. There were no surprises, and the job was completed quickly and efficiently. Geoff also went out of his way to accommodate our schedule.

Leo was punctual and professional when he arrived.  The service was quick and he did a great job.  This is the second time I've used LC Doctor and would not hesitate to use them again.

I called Gregorio on a Friday afternoon, after my Home Warranty service technician couldn't send out a plumber until Monday. My kitchen sink was badly clogged, and I couldn't wait that long to use it. I read the reviews for Geyser Plumbing, and gave them a call. To my surprise, Gregorio answered the call himself; it was about 2:30pm, and he told me they could be at my house by 5:30...  THE SAME DAY, and ON A FRIDAY afternoon!!
They arrived on time, and did a wonderful job... He was the Four P's:
Punctual, Personable, Proficient, and Professional! They had to bring the roto rooter machine inside the house, and his assistant laid down (clean)painters tarps alone the entire pathway. They were clean, organized, and pleasant to deal with. I was so grateful to find this kind of service; what a nice surprise for a Friday! ( p.s. They both wore masks the entire time they were here.) ;)

Kan knows his stuff, is very flexible with his clients, especially in my case where I had to change the time for his arrival twice because of some family challenges, it was just nice to know he understands people and the difficulties they might be going through, but as long as there is clear communication we can each become part of the solution and not part of a problem.   His van is set up nicely with everything he needs, he and his assistant were both very pleasant and efficient - granted for this job I just needed our sewer lines snaked out, but the price was reasonable and he made every effort to support my timing adjustments, got in, did the job without a problem.  I would highly recommend giving Kan a call for your plumbing needs.

Hugo and his guys were great - called me back quickly, set an appointment time for the same day, arrived on time, then traced my sewer problem.  Turns out I needed a company who can do more extensive sewer repairs than Hugo could do, and he called around to several companies he recommended until he could find someone who could come out the same day.  While he was here he took care of another plumbing issue we had with a toilet and followed up to make sure I had been contacted by the other company, who did an equally great job.  Why can't all trades be this responsive?  I would hire Hugo back in a minute!
