The crew showed up on time and fixed my leaky tank really fast. They replaced the wax ring in no time. They also used their cameras to check my pipes and showed me on their screen that I had a issue with roots in the pipes. They explained all the issues with that problem and told me about my options.  

They are very well informed and do good work. I would recommend them for any big or small problem.

We had a main line sewer blockage in our house 3 days after moving in! We called I love Sewers in desperation to get the problem fixed after calling several plumbers. Carlos and Christian arrived earlier than expected and quickly determined the problem to be caked up grease like solid blocking the pipe.  
We had our initial inspection at 4:30pm by 6:30 a full 6 person crew was on site cutting a hole in the driveway and digging down to the source of the problem.
Once they exposed the problem they jetted upstream and downstream, cleared all blockages, verified with a camera and installed liners in both directions. They also created 2 new cleanouts to make any future maintenance easy.

The guys finished working at 3AM, they did not stop until the work was done. Better than their work is their positive attitude which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. They have the best equipment and everything needed for my job was already in their truck ready for use.
Top notch service at great value with truly 24/7 service.
I am recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you I love Sewers!

I needed help replacing a water valve to my master bedroom toilet. I called the number listed on the Yelp and they gave me a quote and scheduled a time to come the next morning. I called many other plumbing services from yell but they were not responsive to phone calls.

Adrian and his partner arrived on time and told me they could fix my problem in a short amount of time. The job was done in less than 30minutes. There was no mess, no upsell or overcharge. They came at the scheduled time and charged me for the agreed price, and completed the job.

I waited a while before posting this review. I love sewers rooter and rooter is how a business should be run from call to repair.  Every person I spoke and worked with were outstanding, friendly, outstandingly thoughtful/polite and knew their plumbing.  Special recognition to Caros and Jose for getting my repairs done in quick fashion and doing so in such a kind, thoughtful and friendly manner.  They helped move my furniture, took care to clean out my area and Carlos even helped organize my cleaning supplies better than I could when putting things back!  Just really great people all around, high standards that can be hard to find these days and a team that I would welcome over any time.  Top notch team - you won't go wrong working with them.

Carlos and his team came to check out a leak I had coming from somewhere inside the wall of my townhouse. They responded super quickly and were at my home within about 2 hours after calling. They went straight to work to find the leak and Carlos was upfront and honest about the issue and their recommendations. My home is old so it still had the galvanized piping and Carlos was upfront about how his repair would only be like a bandaid, so I ended up doing a repiping of my house. Technically, my home is 4 stories, so the structure of the job was pretty tricky. Carlos was open to suggestions and brainstorming my Dad was able to provide, which was really nice. The team did a great job with as little holes in the walls as possible. Everything works great! Carlos followed up regularly and we did walkthroughs to make sure everything was working well. They also changed the dish underneath my water heater. Pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work being done. I would definitely recommend.

I rarely write reviews but I wanted to take the time to acknowledge Carlos for the care he provided to me and my home. When I called him for a plumbing issue in my home, he picked up the phone immediately.

He was able to identify my plumbing issue quickly but did not just write me a bill and call it a day. He took the time to inspect the issue to determine the root cause. Carlos was professional and explained each step in detail. It's rare to find someone so knowledgeable and equipped. He was also very efficient and had all the necessary tools in his large truck. He reviewed and discussed options with me so that I could feel comfortable with the financial aspects of the work that needed to be done in my home.

Carlos' mission is to take care of his customers. He always made me feel better when I was feeling overwhelmed. He made jokes and put me at ease. I never realized how many homes flood a day after hearing how many other calls he was receiving. I respect his hustle for taking calls at 2am.

When it was determined that my house was inhabitable, I struggled to find a pet-friendly hotel option on last minute weekend notice. Carlos extended his hospitality to me-- offering to let my family and dog stay in his RV. Talk about above and beyond service! Luckily I found a hotel but it felt reassuring to know that he sympathized with my situation and did not want to bring me additional stress.

In addition, Carlos is super intuitive and remembered comments I made previously about other issues I had in my home. He didn't have to do this but he even took the time to look at those other issues. Carlos is so well-rounded and experienced. You can tell he's been doing this for a long time and how much he loves his job. I would highly recommend I Love Sewers to all my friends and family.

Carlos (owner), Andrew and Jesus, we're absolutely amazing. I requested a quote at midnight and Carlos actually responded very quickly! I had a clogged main sewer main which was in turn starting to overflow a drain. We were having a birthday party at noon. They came out earlier than their estimated time of arrival. They quickly hydrojet and found heavy scaling. They were able to descale and jet the pipes clean in 2 hours! I can't say enough praise about them. If you want quality work, friendly service, and timely repairs. Then they are who to go to. So now the party can go on as planned and they definitely saved the day.

Noticed a small leak coming from the ceiling. Carlos was the first to respond and came out right away! I'm glad he did because the job was a bigger deal than I thought! Carlos connected me with an HVAC technician and a guy to help with the wet ceiling. He went above and beyond! Not to many people take a job at 8pm on a Sunday night! He came with a friendly attitude and made me feel comfortable with all the recommendations! Very grateful for him and his expertise!

Highly recommend I love sewers team. My home sewer was backed up New Year's Eve and had sewage all over my restroom and hallway. Our drain lines backed up late one night and left a bunch of dirty water all over our floors. I called around 6 or 7 different plumbing companies that claimed to be 24/7 but nobody had anyone available to come. Great company to use especially when you have an emergency. I was in urgent need of a plumber due to bathroom pipes backed up. I called several places before getting a hold of this place. Many places were either closed, or couldn't come out until the next day. I needed someone at my house ASAP because sewage was coming out from my bathtub. Carlos answered my call & was at my house in less than 30 min. Our toilet was not working properly (clogged up and didn't flush correctly). I called two other plumbers after I tried to fix it myself. I did not get a call back from either plumber. I found on Yelp and called I Love Sewers and they answered me right away. We set up an appointment and they were at my home in about an hour. Jesus did a thorough inspection using cameras and finding the clog and unclogging it. Unfortunately, after further inspection and a fair estimate my sewer line had to be replaced. Jesus and crew where here on time the next day and replaced the 50+ old damage sewer line and added a new clean out. Prompt, clean, professional service, and fair pricing. I highly recommend I Love Sewers Jesus and his team.

We had a midnight emergency and he made sure we got our leaking water heater taken care of immediately! Customer service doesn't get any better than this! Putting our minds at ease during a stressful situation.  Professional, prompt and courteous! We had  technician Ronoldo come and check the water heater in the a.m. and again prompt and professional! If you have any plumbing issues, look no further! Carlos and his team have saved us on numerous occasions. I reached out to them a few years back on behalf of my parents to take care of something and since we had no idea what was going on and it ended up being a simple fix, they comped us for the service!

Next, I reached out to them for an issue at my own house. My kitchen sink was leaking and like most, we were fearful of the dreaded inevitable mold so I asked if they could come A S A P and though they were so busy (it was the peak of COVID and apparently everyone had the time to discover all of what was wrong with their plumbing) they squeezed us into their schedule, replaced our sink and fixed our pipes within a few hours.

And my most recent experience, I reached out in a panic (as I always do) as our plumbing was backed up. All the gross stuff you flush down was resurfacing out in our yard and in our tubs. Carlos remembered us with just a short description of when he worked on our home last and made sure to come check out the issue as soon as he could. Our children threw rocks down our outside drain (my terminology is probably incorrect) which led to us finding roots growing into our pipes! An expensive and stressful problem to have but Carlos and his team were very accommodating and worked with our financial situation.

On top of that, he brought his excavator and was so sweet to let my toddlers sit in it and take pictures in it!

Working with Carlos and his team is like you're hanging out with family. They're knowledgeable, up front and get the job done in a timely manner. They're the only plumbers I've ever called and will be the ONLY ones I ever call.

I'm pretty impressed with the owners pride for his company. After a bad interaction with their employees yesterday, the owner personally came to my house to apologize for their lack of professionalism and refunded me the money for a diagnosis.

I was initially dissatisfied with the service, but seeing the integrity of the owner and knowing how prideful he is of his company, I'm actually considering giving these guys a 2nd chance in the future.

If any issues arise, know that the owner will take responsibility like a man and make things right. I'm thoroughly impressed by his integrity.

It was 8:30pm on Wednesday night. CV-19 is all we're hearing about until our bathroom sinks decide now is a great time to stop draining :( . I jump on YELP and the search is on.  Fortunately, I came across I  Love sewers who had great ratings. I sent Carlos a txt and within minutes he responded and we set up a time for the following morning. We've been having a persistent mainline blockage at my house. My home warranty company is useless but Carlos came out right away and knew how to diagnose the problem. Had a pin size hole on my copper pipe that needed repair. I called ILS and they came within 15minutes. They gave me an overview on what needed to be done. It was an emergency call so expect to pay a premium. Of course there's a shock to the cost but overall I thought it was fair and simply it was an emergency.

Good service and good work. Overall satisfied and would use them again.

Even though it's a holiday Carlos responded within 10 minutes and was able to send someone within an hour! Mark and Arnold were amazing and made sure to explain everything to us, replaced the water pipes and made the whole process seamless. We just bought our house and moved in this week. After a day or two we realized the water wasn't draining from our tub and found that we had a back up. We called Carlos Friday morning and we thought it was just a main line clog. Unfortunately it was worse than we thought. We had roots in our drain and it needed some pretty major work to fix what our problem was. Carlos was able to take care of this big project that day. I don't think any other plumber would be able to help us out so quickly but he came through big for us. He answered all of our questions and was generally so helpful and pleasant to work with. He's honest and straightforward and I appreciated that. Everything is working great now and if I ever need plumbing work done in my house I'm definitely going to call again.

Toilet started leaking out of the base. I called around 430p, spoke with Carlos. He quoted me about 2 hours till arrival. Right on schedule he showed up with a giant truck. Hire them and you'll see what I'm talking about! He talked through everything that needed to get done, and they went to work. After an hour or so they wrapped things up. The guys cleaned up and headed out.  I offered beer, Carlos said they only drink tequila. I am offered tequila (to his surprise), he turned down the offer. This man definitely cats about his business and is going to get the job done and look out for you in the process.

When my wife and I noticed that we were having problems with our water pressure at home, we needed a quick solution. Reynaldo and Francisco from I Love Sewers came over the same day for a free estimate. They were on time, courteous, and professional. I hardly ever write reviews, but felt compelled to write about my experience with I Love Sewers.  I woke up this morning to a leaky toilet and a flooded bathroom.  I called ILS and they responded within a couple of hours, which was amazing.  We were worried that we would have to deal with the stench for hours or more.  

The owner, Carlos, arrived with his team and were quickly able to diagnose the problem.  Carlos was quickly able to determine that there was a clogged main line check valve.  He didn't even need the snake machine to do it.  We had very little space for them to work on the pipe, and didn't want to have to demo, but Carlos was able to find a way and replaces the check valve.  He even personally went to the store to get the part we needed.  He is professional and cares very much about making sure his customers are happy.

I would highly recommend them for your sewage needs.

Had an emergency blockage in my main line late at night. Yelped for a plumber to help fixed it and came across them! Carlos helped me get set up for my appointment, he was very nice and explained what might have been going on and got one of his technicians out the next day to fix the issue. Jesus and his partner came out, assessed the issue and determined what the issue was and what the solution would be. He explained the issue throughly and explain the point of action throughly as well then got the descale team to come out and clear and fix my blockage in my pipes. The descale team, was very nice and explained what they were doing! Carlos and his team overall did a wonderful job and I would 10/10 recommend them for any plumbing issues.

Where to begin... We had a sewer pipe crack under the slab of our home. We then had 3 companies come out to provide quotes on solutions to repair the pipe but almost each company had some issue with either not being able to get there camera into the sewer to really see the main issue or scheduling was 2-3 weeks out from the date they came to look at the job which would leave us without a sewer. So my wife stumbled upon I Love Sewers and from the moment we called and spoke with Carlos all our problems started getting addressed. The first day they showed up after hearing multiple companies weren't able to get their inspection camera to fit around the multiple bends within the pipe his staff unloaded 3 different types of camera one smaller than the next and sure enough within 30min of them showing up we were seeing a live stream from Carlos' phone of my sewer and where most other companies were getting stuck his smallest pencil camera was able to get past the issue and show the rest of the run of pipe and we were in trouble. The pipe was collapsing and we only had 2 options, tear up all the hardwood floor and break the concrete slab of the house and remove/replace all the pipe and do some digging outside......... OR do a pipe burst which essentially uses the old sewer line as a route for the new pipe and destroys the old as its being pulled in. This was the method we ended up going with and Carlos was one of the only companies that owned all the equipment and guess what, he didn't even have to leave the house. Once we gave him the approval to get it done they literally loaded up the camera and unloaded their other equipment and started right away! The house was all back together and left super clean in record time. I was super impressed with the staff and owners communication from start to finish and the icing on the cake for me was that all these guys were super dog friendly so our 8 month old pup had a great time meeting alot of new faces and was very comfortable with all the noise and people coming in and out of the house during the whole project. We were called into our house by our daughter... telling us that water was coming out of the lights in the kitchen!  Ugh! It was Friday night after 8, and water was pouring out of the ceiling. We tried to locate the leak, and 5 holes in the wall later with no luck, we decided to get help. I contacted them through the request a quote feature and was contacted in less than 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, I had 2 plumbers at my door. Great service, went above and beyond to not only find the leak, but fix it so that all I have to do is buy the wall elbow to screw into the new fitting he installed. Carlos is the man. He responds quickly and has multiple crews so he is able to schedule someone to come out at a moment's notice. I've used his company multiple times, and he hasn't disappointed me once. A couple of months ago, I had a backed up toilet, and he was able to identify the main line sewer clog and clear the blockage.

Most recently, I had a burst water heater and woke up to a flooded laundry room and hallway. Carlos showed up within the hour and did a thorough damage assessment. He was able to replace the water heater and identify possible water damage in my home. I would definitely recommend I Love Sewers and would use their services in the future.

Our sink has been having problems with draining for the past year, but now it had finally gave out. I gave Carlos a call today and he responded promptly saying he would be able to come by today. Usually I would have to wait a day or two for someone to come by so that was very quick. He was very thorough on the phone and in person. After the hydro pump, the sink is running smoother with no backup. However, the video from the camera showed that the pipes have massive gunk and corrosion which will need replacing soon. He explained the problem very well and the quote given is a bit high, but you are paying for quality and efficiency.

Yesterday Saturday evening I noticed water on my carpet and my floor hallway Throughout my house and decided to contact a plumber. After contacting multiple plumbers but nobody was available to come today I contacted I . sewers Rooter and plumbing. I called these guys up to snake our drainage mainline since it had been a few years, only to discover that our drainage line had been infested with roots and had ruptured in several places. The bad news, a few-hundred dollar snaking had now become an unexpected (and incredibly expensive) drainage line replacement. The good news is that Carlos and the guys at his company wasted zero time getting to work that same day and less than 48 hours later, everything was installed, all excavation repaired, and they even installed it beneath our sidewalk and driveway without breaking any concrete. Nobody is thrilled by a surprise repair in the tens-of-thousands, but Carlos' team exhausted all alternative options before we finally settled on the total replacement, and walked us through the process every step of the way to avoid any surprises and ensure we got the service we needed. BEST plumbing was able to get a plumber to stop by within a few hours of my call. Hewas able to look over my current plumbing set up and saw that it was originally piped incorrectly. He fixed that and verified it was pumping without any leaks. He also showed me the sump pump which looked really old, worn, and rusted. I decided to bring them back the next day rather than risking a failed pump causing issues. He did the install the next day, tested it, and at the end went over the installation with me. 7:30 AM on football Sunday and our main clean out drain was backed up. After calling 4 other companies this company was the only one where a live person answered the phone, gave us a quote and had a technician out within 60 minutes. Sunday afternoon my wife and I were surprised by what seemed to be water dripping from under the outdoor water faucet. Being that we are first time home owners this didn't seem normal but we also had no idea the extent of this dripping. My wife was able to notice that stucco around the faucet was wet. I immediately went on Yelp without hopes of someone responding on Sunday afternoon to get an estimate. I filled out the Yelp questionnaire and he responded within 5 minutes. After talking to him and realizing he could have someone out immediately. We decided to go for it. The team was out within 30 mins of the initial call and they came ready with equipment and time to work on our issue. Our problem was actually a little more serious and urgent than we could tell so we are incredibly thankful that the team responded so fast and came out ... even on a SUNDAY.

This plumber (Carlos) engages in predatory business practices by temporarily fixing your immediate plumbing needs and then pressuring you to use his associate's restoration company. He accomplishes this by making you believe the plumbing issues will cause irreparable damages and states he is obliged to warn you as a reputable and responsible plumber. This is A SCAM.

Carlos then refers you to a restoration company with terrible 1 star reviews. yelp.to/y3073CJ4Knb.

BEWARE about calling Carlos, I don't know how he has 5 stars. He may come across as professional and experienced evidenced by all these glowing reviews but ultimately he will use your ignorance against you quite effectively.

Wonderful experience. After having multiple bad experiences trying to get a plumber to fix our sewer problems we came across I Love Sewers. We called for an estimate in the late afternoon and they came out the next morning. Carlos ran a camera to check the line and it turns out we needed to replace the sewer. Carlos explained the options that were available and explained the pros and cons of each option. Once we decided on an option Carlos and his team got right to work. Unfortunately, we ran into several unforeseen problems along the way, not because of anything Carlos' team did but because of the way our previous plumbing was set up. At every obstacle Carlos came to us and explained the problems and what our options were to overcome them. Carlos and his team never gave up despite all the obstacles and did everything they could to work through the problems while keeping the costs and disruption to the home to a minimum. Great communication, friendly and professional staff, would definitely recommend this company.

Don't waste your time and money. Call I Love Sewers first and just do what they say. Read on if you need more convincing.

We have been dealing with a clogged toilet for at least a year. A few different plumbers have been out with each one claiming to fix the problem but we only noticed minor improvement. Finally the second toilet (that is on the other side of the wall from the first) clogged and neither would flush at all. We tried to snake them and tree roots came out. We needed professionals.

We called I Love Sewers first and they were out immediately. They recommended removing both toilets, jack-hammering the concrete to access the pipes, and replacing the pipes and flanges. Some of our tile would be destroyed but they would finish the job by laying replacement tile. The job would cost $4,000. We were not thrilled at the thought of jack-hammering our house and we had sticker shock at the price tag so we called for a second opinion.

We wanted to get a camera into the pipes so we looked for someone who would clear the line. We found someone on yelp who came out and fought with those pipes for five hours. It cost us almost $500 but the lines were clear. For a minute we thought we saved thousands of dollars.

The next day we called another company that had a camera and they ran it through the main line for $160. It appeared clear so we thought the problem was solved. The next day both toilets clogged and dirt and roots came up again. We called the guys with the camera back
and they determined the problem was behind the first toilet. They told us it would be $5,500 to dig under the house to fix it. They said we could save $2,000 if someone else could dig the hole.

We called our small-job-go-to plumber with the situation told us he could fix the problem for $1,500. Great. His team dug and dug and finally told us that the only way to access the problem is to remove the toilets and jack-hammer the concrete underneath. They could do it for $6,000 on top of the $1,500 already quoted. Now we were out $500+$160+$1,000 incurred for the hole. $2,100 plus additional damages from digging that stupid hole.

Tired of losing money and being led down dead-end solutions, we called Carlos back. Reynaldo began work on Labor Day and has been an absolute joy to work with. He takes pride in his work and I think he really does love sewers. The whole team has gone above and beyond by cleaning up the mess the other plumbers created. They cared about our home as if it were their own. We would have saved so much time and money if we had just gone with them in the first place. Hopefully this review will save you time and money.

Had a issue with my draining at home , called I love sewers spoke to Carlos , explained to him what was going on over the phone he knew exactly what needed to be done without even being there , arrived to my house same day , my issue was in my backyard but the only way through my backyard is in the house through the back door , Carlos put down plastic to protect my floors to bring his equipment through the house very respectful, after being there for a hour he cleared out all my pipes the house is draining way better than ever , when he left it was like he was never there very clean and professional service , I highly recommend him to anyone with plumbing / draining issues

Carlos and his crew took care of our plumbing emergency efficiently and with extraordinary service. Carlos always kept us on board with what they were doing and the cost it'd be. In the end, he and his crew did extra things that no ordinary plumber would have taken care of such as clearing up rubble blocking a clean out, installing a new clean out and cutting down the brush that was blocking it. They even helped us create a new access point to our crawl space. Our family was scared when the plumbing problems started but Carlos took care of it quickly and left us happy.

First I want to thank Carlos for coming out. He was very informative and told me things I did not even know and was very honest. He did not have to come  but he did anyway to check out the issue with the clogged pipes and knew right away what the issue was just by looking at it. I felt like I wasted his time but he still was very patient and took his time to explain the necessary steps and what was needed to be done. He was also honest with the pricing off the bat and explained why. But once you see them show up in their Rig, you know they mean business. Its a rarity to find someone like that and a company like this. I would definitely recommend.

Let me start off with saying that I Love Sewers Rooter and Plumbing was very informative and knowledgeable when our bathroom pipe leaked back in February 2021. We didn't end up repiping our home since financially we couldn't afford to spend $17,000. We changed out water pressure regulator instead and Carlos did explain to us that that was only a temporary fix. In the future we absolutely still need to repipe the house.

Anyways, to help dry our home and prevent mold, we were recommended a restoration company: West Coast Services. I was told if the insurance wouldn't cover the dehumidifiers we wouldn't have to pay anything out of pocket. But we still got billed $17,376.17. I was upset and scared, West Coast Services charged us for services that they did not provide and now that we cannot pay they said they would put a lien on our home. That is terrifying.

West Coast Services website is down and I couldn't find their yelp page, so I left a horrible review on I love Sewers, thinking Carlos had lied to me about that company. But he called me and is helping me with West Coast Services right now to get the $17,376.17 waived as promised from before. I was so surprised that Carlos was helping me after I left such an awful review blaming him for recommending West Coast. I can't express how thankful I am. A lien on my home and a bill so huge is so stressful.

Carlos and I Love Sewers Rooting and Plumbing is an honest man and an honest company that helps their customers. Don't be afraid to ask for help if someone they recommended is suddenly not keeping their promise. Because Carlos is a man of his word and he will help you. I am so grateful and thankful. You can't even imagine the relief I am feeling right now.

Since having a pretty good size of pooled water on the kitchen floor is neither efficient nor reasonable, I called a plumbing service I have twice used before. No answer, nothing from them. I was almost immediately able to connect with Carlos the owner of the service. He came over on Sunday and quickly diagnosed the problem. During the course of repairing the problem he gave me options and pricing regarding how to proceed. He also showed me the problem and its depth on camera. I appreciated his being up front about cost and options. At no time did I feel like something was being hidden or being done without my say so. I would not hesitate to use this service again.

Carlos and his team were very efficient.  He communicates his time of arrival well over the phone so you're not anxiously waiting.  He diagnosed our downstairs leak and made repairs fairly quickly.  They'll enter your house with shower caps over their boots upon request.  Price is negotiated on site and reasonable.  No need to hit up anggie'slist where you get paired up with plumbers from OC or IE when someone local to Hacienda Heights can get it done.  Would trust Carlos and his team for future problems.

I had water backed up in the kitchen and bathroom line. Also a broken pipe under the bathroom sink. They were able to come the next day after I called. Jacob and Francisco are the ones showed up and they are so patient.

First they tried cleaning the lines with the snake but the line in the bathroom and kitchen lines were so backed up, Jacob recommended the hydro jetting cleaning. I was reluctant at first but since I've lived in this house for 21 years already, I figured it's time to have the lines cleaned. They had a camera to show you after the drains were cleaned. It's pretty amazing.

They were here from 9:30am-1:30pm. They never rushed the job and were very professional and courteous. I'm very happy with the service. They are a bit pricey (just my opinion) but you get what you pay for. Excellent service and work.

So we had a horrible blockage that forced sewage to seep out from under our toilets and up the shower drains. Called this place up and they got out here quick that night we called. Carlos immediately inspected the bathrooms and the floors and was really cool and honest on what the damages were and what needs to be done. He broke down a list of actions to take to get everything done asap. So far, its been great. They unblocked the pipes that night and set up fans and a dehumidifier on the morning to help dry everything before any renovations can be done. Carlos came the very next day to ensure that everything was set up properly and looks good. A team came back in the morning and have been working on the pipes more to get rid of a large rust block that needs to be completely scraped out so our pipes have more space to drain. It's definitely been a great experience so far and im glad we called this place up! Helpful as all heck and we super appreciate the honesty and the guidance Carlos provided.

I needed a plumber last minute to fix my toilet that my husband broke while trying to install a bidet. It was 8pm on a Sunday night and made the call. They were at my house within 30 mins and didn't have the part. The owner worked it out for them to come back the next day with the part for a good deal. Thank you Jose and Carlos for all your help. Our toilet started to flood one day and we needed a plumber fast. I called a few companies and they all told me they couldnt come out to me for hours or even the next day. But carlos and his team were able to get to me in just an hour! It was such a priority that we got our toilets fixed because none of them in the house worked. Carlos came in and told me and my mom everything that needed to be done! He was so nice and helpful about it. He has done an amazing job reassuring us that everything will be okay! My first interactions with this company happened today. My water heater burst a leak and I needed assistance urgently. The second call was less than ideal. I voiced my displeasure.

The guys from I Love Sewers and Rooting came through in a big way for us.  We had a tub not draining recently and we immediately realized it was more than a clog.  What made matters worse was that this happened in the evening after hours.  We called and they answered and got us scheduled for the following day.  After assessing the situation, the proposed a snake of the drain.  However due to complications with the plumbing that wasnt poasible. They formed a new plan and got the drain clear with some hydrojetting.

This is where things got really interesting.  While reviewing the plumbing, they found a sewer setup that was not to code and missed during our home inspection.  This was causing the system to hold water and clog easier.  At the end of it all, they proposed a solution being cognizant of what we had already spent on hydrojetting and also scoped our sewer line down to the street to ensure everything else was clear.  Not a cheap fix, but a very competitive price when compared with other sources.  Carlos was the man, and he likely saved us future problems.  Call these guys when you want it done right and professionally, they will come through for you.

You know when you're having plumbing issues, it feels like life took the biggest dump on your doorstep. Good thing I had Carlos and his team help clean that huge dump because shit happens.

Jesus and his team were super thorough and answered all the questions we had, and we had a lot! They didn't try to sell us on anything that we didn't need and they were very knowledgeable and informative to the point where I feel confident I would call them in the future if we ever ran into any other plumbing issues. I don't even know where to begin. Carlos and his staff are AMAZING! We had an emergency sewer issue and our sewer line had to be replaced. My parent's home developed a full blown main-line clog and they were in the middle of Memorial day weekend. My mother contacted this company last weekend and had them come by ASAP due to a mainline blockAge. Spoke to Reynaldo and he and he's team explain to us our options we had. First and for most they know what they are doing. Thy cleared out mainline open and recommended to install a clean out access for future maintenance. My family and I had JUST finished moving into our beautiful home that day, and our welcome gift was a BIG, messy, germy surprise ‍

When sewage starts coming up through your toilet past midnight and no one has even used it, this is a VERY unhappy discovery! So you can imagine how distraught I was when I frantically searched for plumbers with good reviews in my area.

I found Carlos/I Love Sewers on Yelp and immediately called him. I informed him of the situation and he and a colleague came within 5-10 minutes, no exaggeration. Their prompt arrival made me feel hopeful that this would all be sorted out! They were very professional and courteous, first examining the inside and outside areas before even working on the problem. They were trying to figure out the most cost effective way to take care of the problem, making removing the toilet the very last option.

Upon a thorough inspection, to their surprise they discovered there was no drainage release! That left us with two choices, to run a camera through the street manhole or to run it directly through the toilet. After a lengthy discussion of pros and cons and answering a LOT of our questions/exploring several different options (I had my husband, brother, and 2 friends with me), we all came to an agreement and they began working at the actual bathroom. They made us feel good about the decision, and explained pricing and worst case scenarios with full transparency.

It turns out almost all the plumbing conditions were working against our favor. They even showed us on camera what was happening in the MAIN LINE... misaligned pipes, old pipes and roots all contributed to the overflow in our toilet. Upon even further investigation, because our property is a duplex and how the pipes are structured, they discovered the other two tenants on the property would ALWAYS contribute to the clogging but never have to suffer because our pipes would always overflow first!! What a bummer for us!!

The good news is, they were able to unclog the many clogs in the main line, and we were able to use our other toilets and sinks again! Unfortunately the root cause will need to be addressed still, but since we are renters it is up to the owner to address this. As a matter of fact, yesterday when I showered in the master bath, we discovered it caused a leak in the pantry!!! Urgh!!!

This whole ordeal took about 3.5 hours. Carlos explained everything they were doing and you could really feel the level of experience he and his colleague had. Carlos went above and beyond for us in service because of the severity of our situation, and for that we are forever grateful.

Called because my whole house was backed up. Got ahold of Carlos and they responded very fast and at the time given. He gave me different options to either run snake or hydro jet and was very helpful in explaining the difference to me. I went with the hydro jetter to really clean out our drains and once finished, he even showed me with a camera that the line was clean. There are a lot points to cover in this review, the service was performed over the weekend by I Love Sewers. Late Saturday afternoon around 4pm we had found a wet spot on the dry walls and the floor in our bathroom. Reached out to a few plumbers on Yelp and Carlos was the first to respond. To my surprise he and his crew came by at 6pm and started investigation of the leakage, and came back again Sunday to finish the job. Problem solved!

Around 3:30 on Memorial Day weekend we realized our toilets and showers were not draining. Water was backing up in the shower. I found I Love Sewers on Yelp when searching for emergency plumbers. Carlos answered on the 2nd ring. I have to share this with everyone here.  Carlos and his team came to our rescue immediately.  I can't believe he came to our home within 30 min and hydro-jet our main and had us going in less than 30 min.  With COVID-19 it is definitely not something you want to have to worry about, doing without a clear sink or bathroom.  I can not tell you what a great feeling it is to have someone like Carlos you can trust during these times of uncertainty.  There is so much stuff going on, the last thing anyone needs is to worry about plumbing issues and who do I call that I can trust??

Recently, I had a burst water pipe in the kitchen of my single-family house. I called a few plumbing companies for the emergency but none of them was available the same afternoon, not even the next day. When I called I Love Sewers Rooter and Plumbing, Carlos answered right away and made himself available to come that same evening. He looked at the issue and explained what needs to be done to fix it. Carlos also explained what the steps are to restore all water damages in my kitchen (including working with my insurance company to cover the damages). He and his partner, Erik, were able to fix the water burst issue by replacing the pipe. I am very grateful to Carlos and Erik for coming to my home in the evening, without any prior notice, and working the entire evening to restore the water in the house. Just want to say how helpful Carlos has been with this whole process. We called him on Sunday morning and he responded right away. These guys are absolute life savers.  So, a little back story - the day was Friday and I am getting ready to head out to work and as I walk to the garage, lo and behold I see that there is a lazy river of water flowing out of the restroom.  Immediately, I knew that my toilet was clogged and backed up.  So, after cleaning the water up (it's surprisingly a lot of work) I go and inspect the damage.  It seems that water was leaking through the wax seal on the base of my toilet. Thinking myself somewhat handy, I set to work to replace everything.  

I go to Lowes and get the parts I need, quickly removed the toilet and did the replacement.  Job well done right?  Well, that's what I thought until I turn around and see that water was actually coming through my shower drain!  Immediately, I knew that my sewer drain needed some much attention.  By that time it was already 5pm and by my reckoning most businesses had closed.  So, I decided to take my chances and look up drain cleaners near me on Yelp, I quickly call and get a quote for a sewer drain snaking, and these guys were by far the best deal!   They set up an appointment for me same day and came within a hour.

They came quickly and quickly took care of the problem.  They were professional and obviously showcased their knowledge and experience while they cleared the sewer drain.  I was deeply impressed by them and would highly recommend it to everyone who needs a professional and experienced team for their plumbing needs.

My water bill went from $24/month to $167 this month.  I selected 3 plumbers based on customer reviews.  I asked each to do a leak inspection and provide an estimate for repair, but also an estimate for replacing the original galvanized plumbing under my 1949 home.

I LOVE SEWERS was my first-responder, that's a plus.  Their stated leak detection charge was $85, and they honored a $15-off offer, another plus.  The employee did not find the perpetual leak causing my enormous water bill surge, just rusted pipes that would drip only when water was running.  He took a look underneath the house from the outer wall, took a few photos near the wall, and gave me a going-rate verbal estimate for the job.

However, the 2nd plumbing business that came found my perpetual leak at no charge, and went all under the house taking photos of each damaged section to show to me.  Next, he took 20 minutes to write-out and hand to me an itemized worksheet for the job with a written estimate.

The work estimates were the same, but the difference in diligence was obvious to me, a female senior with limited knowledge of plumbing.

Called at about 10am and a gentlemen named Carlos answered. I explained to him that my pipe broke and it was leaking all over in the house. He said that he will arrive within 1 hour . I asked him if he could meet me in the morning to talk about an estimate but he declined and wanted to meet asap. I agreed and he showed up around 11:30am . We had just moved into our house when we got a terrible sewer backup into our home. It was late on Saturday night and LUCKILY I found Carlos and his team on yelp!! They were finishing up another job and got to us as soon as they could. His has such excellent experience in this field that he immediately knew that just snaking the drain wouldn't be enough. He advised us it would be best to send a camera down down the plumbing- which was more expensive BUT SO WORTH IT! He showed us on the video monitor what he had suspected. Roots had broken through our pipes and the pipes were starting to collapse. This was my worst nightmare because I knew this was going to be expensive. However, I feel so fortunate that Carlos and his team were the ones we called. He discussed various options and was so understanding of our financial situation. He is honest, caring and a man of his word! He is so wonderful, that he found out our toilet wasn't working and offered to fix it at no extra charge!! A team member, Eusebio, was also great! He worked really hard in those trenches in 110 degree weather and returned the next day to fill the holes and repair our toilet! When we told Carlos how our moving company broke our table he offered to give us a really nice one he had since he just finished remodeling his house and bought a different one. Carlos truely goes above and beyond!! I HIGHLY recommend him for all your plumbing needs AND if you're going to buy a house you have to use the camera services he offers during the time of home inspection to be sure you don't make the same mistake we did.

We had an emergency yesterday when during my bath remodel, in the gutted bathroom, contractor discovered tree roots in the pipe when toilet was removed. Had a slowly draining sink that I couldn't unclog, even after chemicals and replacing pipes. Called them up and luckily they squeezed me into their schedule, so they came after about an hour and a half. They snaked my drain, but all that came out was sludge, no soft or hard blockage. So the only thing left to do was hydro jetting. Their service fee is 175 for diagnosing and snaking, but they instead charged me 875 for hydro jetting. At first, I was apprehensive, but after I agreed and they got to work, it was clear that it was necessary. The stench was HORRENDOUS. Years upon years upon years of grease and sludge came out of the pipes. One of them had to go back and forth with a bucket to haul away the nastiness. I fled to another room to get away from the smell, but the guys were professional and didn't let it bother them. It's been about 2 hours since they did their job and the sink has been working nicely. Jesus, the technician, gave us his number and a one year warranty, so while I hope the problem has been fixed for good, I'm glad to have his contact in case something does happen.

I'm a really busy person with work and had a bad clog in my shower that could not wait.  I had only about 2 hours to get it fixed before going to work.

Our water heater cold water pipe at our Salon was leaking so I made an appointment the day before. They sent Andrian to fix the leak. When arriving he was professional and fast. Worked on the pipe with no hesitation and in no time it was fix. He was also helpful with giving advice on other things we need fixing. Overall the service was honest and complete.

Not very big on licensed professionals. Always been a DIY type of person but it was our tenants and the fix looked above my pay grade. So we called this service and the plumber they sent out, Jesus arrived earlier than the Time predicted which was great. Jesus kept us updated on everything he was doing and was very professional and very knowledgeable about Everything, answering all my Silly questions in a professional manner. I dealt with this company some time ago when my mom's house had a leak from the upstairs shower, affecting the ceiling in the downstairs bathroom below. They came and one guy had a bullying tone towards my 70 year old mother, who was asking normal reasonable questions.

We weren't sure the severity so even though we understood Sundays were slightly more expensive, for peace of mind for my Mom, we wanted someone to come out. They just tore up the ceiling and when we did not go with their extremely overpriced recommendation in my opinion, they still demanded $300 for coming out. I respect people's time and paying for their knowledge but they were rushed, rude, and unprofessional.

PROS:
1) Service on a Sunday.

CONS:
1) UNPROFESSIONAL VERY BAD CUSTOMER TREATMENT:
The owner was very unprofessional and had a bullying tone towards my 70 year old mother. This is not the way to talk to or treat elderly people. This was on the line of elder verbal abuse in my opinion. I mean picture this large 6'2 ft. or so guy towering over a 5'2 elderly lady and talking over her when she is trying to ask reasonable questions. Continuously interrupting, very arrogant with a raised voice. I was shocked. At that point we just paid the $300 and needed to get these people out and off our property.

2) VERY RUSHED HIGH PRESSURE SALES FEELING
They brought out what they describe as an expensive tool with headphones to listen for the leak. I understand, and I respect the specialized tools and knowledge in any profession. However, the person put this stethoscope type tool on the wall and didn't call me to show me or let me listen or anything and just concluded VERY QUICKLY, oh the leak is here, we're going to have to knock down this side of the wall in the upstairs bathroom. Very high pressure sales feeling to just sign and agree with their recommendation fast.

2) OVERPRICED:
They quoted in the range of $2,000-$3,000 for all the work. This sounded way too high for this type of leak. We declined. But they still wanted their $300 for the time there. And just to give some context to the character of this guy. He took out his wallet and proceeded to show me a bunch of checks from other customers that were in the thousands saying things like, I just did a job that was $1000, $2000, etc.. flipping through the checks, very arrogant tone. Also saying stuff like Look, I use top of the line stuff, look my vans are Mercedes. Umm Okay.

We found a different plumber that was more precise and did not even need to use the special tool to identify the leak. He methodically took out the shower spout and knobs, used some high end light and identified where the leak source was. We paid about $375 for the repair with another person. This is the difference between those that are fair and have a knowledgeable scalpel approach to their craft and figuring out solutions vs. this guy whose about the money and whose approach was a sledgehammer to the problem.

I don't know what was going on with this guy that day but have some patience and treat your elderly senior citizen customers with respect.

I contacted Carlos around 8:30pm and he got back to me right away. Within 30 mins, he was at my location. Carlos was very informative in explaining to me the problems and the solutions. He was very patient while we decided how to best resolve the issue. He noted they could get the clog opened up but there was a greater issue with the impacted broken pipe. He cleared up the clog, but it go backed up again a few days later. Carlos came out to solve the issue, free of charge. But again mention we need to dig out the ground and get the pipe looked at. Overall, I am grateful Carlos was truthful about the situation so we could determine how to proceed. Thank you!

Carlos, Renaldo and Francisco went above and beyond to help us with our backed up bathrooms!  When others didn't return our calls or couldn't make it ASAP, they were here within 20 minutes.

They gave an honest assessment of what the issue was and got to work!

UPDATE: These guys are BEYOND AMAZING. We needed a toilet service and they delivered beyond expectations. When I called they happened to be in the area and arrived within 5 minutes! I was expecting to set up an appointment but to my surprise my problems were fixed within 20 minutes (including call time!) I cannot begin to tell you how impressed I am with Carlos and his guys. I manage a large building in California that had a pipe burst in the basement and it was leaking a large amount of water. Carlos and Jacob worked on my grandad's house. We called and they were here within 30 mins like they said.

They explained the work and the cost and handled everything they said they'd do and at the quoted price using a hydrojet to clear our clogged pipes. Also they used a camera to show what was clogging the pipes (wipees and roots)and left us with a recording of the camera in the pipes.

Wow, Thanksgiving day. They showed up in less in an hour, ready to fix my clogged problem. They showed my pipes on camera and explained what the problem is. Fix it in 15min with no problem. My pipes looked pretty clogged. They ask me if I wanted to do water jet to clean out the pipes. My pipes look pretty clogged so I did it, I didn't want to have this problem again. So I said yes, just a little more of upgraded in the price. I believe the price was fair and they are very clean and fast on what they do. Remember this is all was done on Thanksgiving Day. They saved my Thanksgiving Day. Don't hesitate on calling them. If you looking for fast and great work call them, they gave me a fair price and thats what I want. Worth every penny. In brief, the I Love Sewers team was very responsive and upfront to my concerns both via Yelp/phone and in person.

When sharing my concerns with I Love Sewers via Yelp message, I received a reply immediately from Carlos. Afterward, I also called him to explain the plumbing situation further (clogged pipes), he explained pricing (the $39 drain cleaning being advertised on their trucks is just a handheld service and I'd need a $99 mainline cleaning), and he told me his team will be over within 90 minutes. The two guys from ILS came by within the time estimate and explained up front that snaking would cost $99 even if the clog doesn't get fixed, and recommended a hydroflush, complete with camera and a guarantee. Because it was relatively costly at $775, I opted for the $99 snake. While it didn't quite fix the issue (100 feet of snake couldn't clear out the clog completely [though it did pull up remnants of a diaper that more than likely was the cause of the issue]), I did see the effort the guys put in and gladly paid them what was due via PayPal. Not too long thereafter, Carlos reached out to me again and let me know that because the issue wasn't fixed, he'd be refunding me. It was a very classy gesture and I appreciate Carlos and the team being upfront. While I do have to shop around for pricing for the big fix, I'm still strongly considering I Love Sewers because of their integrity.

10/27/2021 Carlos and his team came to my house on a 3 hours notice, they brought state of art equipments for hydro jetting as our home has some major blockage in the pipeline in the backyard. Carlos and his team of 4-5 men worked real hard for more than 3 hours, they cleared up few pipelines and also gave us an accurate diagnosis of the location and the severity of 2 major blockage.

Carlos and his team cleared up 6 pipelines and charged us half price, my husband and I are very happy of the works performed, we appreciate the great discount received and very impressed with Carlos' integrity, he definitely went out his way to gain customers' satisfaction and confidence.

I have never really needed the services of professional plumbers before. Typically, my dad knows someone, who knows someone who knows some plumbing and you hope for the best. Well, this was definitely not the case for me tonight! My bathroom was overflowing, such a mess, stressed out/overwhelmed, of course this WOULD happen during a pandemic and on a Sunday night. I did a quick search on yelp for 24 hour plumbing service and decided on I Love Sewers. Carlos picked up my call and within 45 minutes started working on the issue. He and Cristian arrived, identified the problem, proposed several course of actions for us to decide on (all with pros and cons), and more importantly, he kept it real. Awesome group of plumbers to work with.  I wanted to get sewer service line up to code that was put in by a previous contractor.  It was hard to find a master plumber who would get a permit for work done by a previous contractor. I love sewers rooter and plumbing not only educated me but got it done same day.

All of the workers involved were highly personable and trust worthy as well as being a nice group of people.  Carlos attention to detail is amazing.  I actually at times go downstairs to see the work that Carlos did;  it looks so nice and professional that I consider it artwork!  Their prices are very reasonable also which is another plus!

Carlos and his team did a great job keeping us in the loop throughout the entire process. The shower in our master bathroom was completely backed up. My husband called and made an appointment. While Carlos did have some unforeseen circumstances occur prior to our appointment, he was was professional and called ahead of time made sure we found a time and date that worked to reschedule. Once he arrived they attempted to clear it out using the jet for a good 15, 20 minutes. He even tried it again once my husband was home and gave us the option to try with a thicker snake prior to plan B, hydro jetting. After the hydro jetting was complete, Carlos showed us video footage from the process which put us more at ease that the pipe was clear.

Definitely recommend and will use I Love Sewers for our future plumbing needs!

Had a main sewer line clog and called Carlos and his team out to snake the line. They were here within 30 mins. Carlos is very straightforward and recommended doing a hydro jet on the main sewer line to try and get rid of any roots that grew in the lines. Carlos did an excellent job explaining what was needed.

TLDR: Carlos and his team came to our rescue and we're SO grateful they were able to get us up and running the same day! THANK YOU!

Long story: We moved into our home August 2019. Prior to purchasing, we had ran a camera inspection and saw that there were roots in the pipes but no blockage. Since moving in, we dealt with minor toilet clogs but easily fixed with a plunger. Last Thursday, we noticed that the toilet started to bubble while we showered. We immediately contacted our home warranty provider and they sent a technician out on Friday. However, they couldn't replicate the issue so we were instructed to call them back next time it happens. Well, it happened later that night and the home warranty technician returned Saturday morning. They snaked our pipes through a cleanout access attached to the house but it did not fix the problem. After speaking with home warranty, we were told our issue would not be covered. At this point, none of the toilets/showers in our house were draining so we were fairly desperate (kudos to our neighbor for allowing us to use their toilets in the meantime). I contacted a number of companies and I Love Sewers Rooter and Plumbing was able to come out the next morning (Sunday). Carlos arrived at 10am wearing a mask and even took off his shoes as he entered the house. He assessed the problem and presented us with a couple options. We decided to hydro jet our pips through the roof access since it sounded reasonable to blast the clog through the pipes. Unfortunately, it didn't clear the clog because the roots were causing the blockage. He provided us with some options and even asked if we would like to price shop, but we were wanted to get our plumbing back to normal so we proceeded with Carlos. Within a couple hours, Carlos came back with a crew and equipment to dig and expose the clogged pipe. They removed as much of the roots as they could, hydro jetted the pipes once more and installed a two-way clean out for future maintenance. While the pipes were exposed, Carlos asked if we wanted to go ahead and replace or line the pipes, but it was not within our budget since this was already an unexpected and costly fix for us. They wrapped up around 6pm and we are grateful for their services and keeping a friendly and positive attitude during the entire time!

The guys came out early Friday evening, only an hour after I called them.  Our hot water heater had bit the dust.  I got a quote on replacing it and it seemed fair and they could replace it first thing in the morning.

Literally started the day with a clogged toilet that caused backflow into the shower  tried to call another company only to get delays. Once I called Carlos I felt so at ease he was very professional and understanding and made me feel like my issue was a priority. Needless to say they were on the job ASAP to figure out the problem. It wasn't an easy fix due to tree roots invading and blocking the main water line. He communicated everything well and his team was polite and professional. It's been over two months before I decided to leave a review. I contacted several plumbing companies on a late Sunday night unfortunately most of them are close or there were trying to schedule me in for the next business day but I needed somebody to come ASAP. I had a sewage blockage That was causing flooding inside restroom. Spoke to a gentleman by the name of Carlos and sent out couple of their guys to come and assist with this matter. Best service in town! did an inspection and had my own false alarm. However Carlos and his team came w/ large large equipment ready to do some work. Upon inspection they realize that the problem is a lot less complicated and can be assess quickly.

We bought a house 3 years ago that had  been occupied by an older couple for 15 years.   They did not use the downstairs toilet or shower nor the guest bathroom,  so when our family which consists of 5 kids moved in and starting using these things,  plumbing problems arose.  They came the day I called them,  gave me an estimate,  and fixed everything to brand new condition. I was also very pleased that they made sure They were able to do all this work in a day as well as keep our white carpet clean.   As a bonus they installed a new clean out access point and washing machine faucet and kitchen faucet that were giving us trouble.  They can do/fix about anything in your house at a reasonable cost.   Very satisfied,   highly recommend.

I can't believe we have opened a restaurant in Hacienda Heights for almost 5 years but never called for a hydrojet service. We have invested in an electric snake to do our own pipe cleaning so that we don't need a plumber service but this is not a right solution. The metallic sneak can easily break the underground pipe especially elbows!
We tried to shop around, thanks to Yelp, we found I Love Sewer, Rooting and Plumbing and we got help on the next day. Carlos did a fantastic job on adding chemicals to break down the accumulating grease and used high-pressure hydrojet to clean out all floor drains and pipes in our kitchen in timely manner. We called them on Sunday at 5.30 pm and they were here at 7 pm. We specifically requested them to use camera to see what is going on and they agreed. They showed us what the problem was and explained all the work that need to be done in details - this was almost 10 pm. We agreed for them to do the work and they showed up ready for work the next morning. The entire team were professional and polite. They fixed everything and cleaned up the place - when I say clean up the place, they really cleaned up the entire area they worked on and they stepped on. Carlos went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and everything is done properly. I would definitely recommend this company.

I needed a plumber in a hurry to check out leak under my kitchen sink.  When I called someone answered and told me they would have someone at my house in an hour.  Reynaldo and Francisco showed up in less than an hour and quickly diagnosed the problem. Instead of automatically charging me their base rate to fix the problem, they gave me an honest answer. I don't know anything about plumbing so they could've easily told me that they needed to do such and such and charged me for it and since I was in a bind, I would've paid it. But instead they told me that all I needed was a $10 part from Home Depot and it could easily be fixed by my husband.  A quick response and an honest answers wins my vote for great customer service. I will definitely call these guys again when I need a plumber! I'm sure the quality of their work is as great as the quality of their people.

This company is AMAZING!!! Not only did they arrive within the hour of us calling ( very big deal when you have toilets leaking and drains not draining) they also sent the most knowledgeable, professional, and helpful plumber. We've been having trouble with our guest shower backing up, so I finally called someone to come out and look at it. Carlos was extremely accommodating since we had guests over and came right away. They ended up using a hydrojet to remove the blockage for an immediate fix, but are having Carlos and his team come back out to replace our old corroded pipe! At 11pm on a Thursday night, I had to look up a 24-7 plumber. Obviously you expect to pay a bit more for a late night call, however, Carlos showed up with a real, kick ass attitude, and hydrojetted my problems away in about 30 minutes, for a very reasonable price. I had an issue late last night with the sewage line in one of my bathrooms. I called I Love Sewers this morning about 7, 7:15am and they were at my home by 8:30, 8:45am. Carlos and his co-worker were awesome. Very professional and personable. He took the time to show me what the camera was showing so I could see just how bad the issue was. Came back from a weekend trip to find out our sprinkler system pipe had burst along the main water line along with the stop flow valve and had flooded the street until the neighbor reported in.  Called in two other plumbers on yelp but one was booked and other was only good for sewers.  Carlos answered the call and told me he'd be available in 10 minutes.  He came right on time, found on he was the owner of the company and proceeded to dig around the site to figure out what had caused the breakage (long story short, shoddy repair from a gardener years back finally paid its due).  He gave me a quote, which I thought was pretty high BUT he didn't force me to choose him and even offered the exposure of the area he had conducted for free, if I wanted to compare estimates around other plumbers.  This being an emergency and the fact that he took the time to come on time on a last minute request, I gave his company a shot with the repair.  Two of his technicians (Jakob and Manny) came in early the next morning around 700 and started digging around the site to expose the entire area and changed out the poor, pvc pipes to copper ones, as you're supposed to.  They finished around 300pm, and our water system worked like a charm.  There was an added cost to repair the irrigation control valve so I figure why not, plus Carlos had his technician look at our leaky sink which previous plumbers didn't fix.  They managed to repair the CORRECT leak which the previous plumber didn't even find and Carlos gave me a discount on the repair, since the main water line repair cost was pretty big.  (google it if you're interested, it's pretty high).  

Anyways, Carlos was patient in leading me around the plumbing lingo and guiding me through the entire process, which made me more comfortable since nobody likes getting charged high by plumbers.  I felt he was very straight forward in his approach, there wasn't really any pressure although it was an emergency situation, he would've been fine if I went with another plumber AFTER he had dug the area himself at 900pm.  

The repair came with a 5 year warranty, which is reassuring.  In conclusion, I would recommend Carlos and his company for any major plumbing works that's needed.  Just remember, good plumbing shouldn't be cheap, you do get what you pay for.  And even good plumbers on yelp reviews miss easy leak, like the previous one I used on Yelp.  Ask all the questions, do your research, and go with Carlos and his crew if you're comfortable with it.

It looks like my original review was removed because I gave it a bad review.  I guess the company owner Carlos was upset by my 1star review. Would not recommend this company to anyone. I called them to fix my plugged up toilet. Before anyone told me about the cost, his crew was on my roof and had unplugged it. I went outside and Carlos told me it was $400.00!! I had a similar problem a year before and the plumber did the same thing and only charged me $85.00!! Reaped off!!  I regret having called this company!! I should have NOT paid him!

Carlos apologized for his mistake of not asking me if I wanted the job done and what it would cost me , first. I accept his apology . He was gracious enough to return my money in person, although I didn't ask for it. I hope this  issue is resolved and I wish him continued success in his plumbing business.

Thank you for the professional service. Called in at 5pm and only this company can fix my toilet on same day. All other companies need me to wait until the morning.

They tried to snake the toilet at first but it was not successful, then they went on the roof and finally cleared the pipe. I am happy now.

Total price: $225 cost + $75 roof access =$300

They also have the hydro-jetting service as far as I know for $850, that would be a more permanent solution for the pipe.

Carlos and his crews were AMAZING!! I wish i would have called him sooner.
I had a different company come out and assess the problem that we thought they had fixed a month earlier. When they came back out, instead of fixing or doing anything, they made an appointment with us to come back in a week to install a cleanout only to identify the problem.
The actual problem wouldn't have been addressed for two weeks? more?

Luckily, I found Carlos! I called on a late Friday afternoon hoping to make an appointment for sometime the following week. I was stunned when he said he could come out by 5pm that day. Who does that?  That is some serious service! After discussing in detail my plumbing nightmare, Carlos knew what and where the issue was. My husband and I expected at that point to set an appointment, like every other company. When he said his crews could get started right away, we were shocked and very happy!  

Carlos and his crews worked day and night through the weekend to demo our slab foundation, remove and replace the busted pipe, as well as replace the other bathroom pipes while it was all exposed. They even left us with a cleanout. Absolutely amazing service above and beyond.

He and his crews were very cool and respectful of our house, put down nice thick runners as they moved in and out of the bathroom and communicated well with us the entire time.

I've worked with service crews in the past, and Carlos knows how to do it right.

My parents had a blockage and needed someone to come out ASAP on a Saturday. I found them on Yelp and called the number.  Carlos picked up immediately. He provided a quote and said he could be there in an hour.  His team performed a camera inspection and figured out that it was more than just a block but a collapsed pipe.  After patiently explaining the situation and answering all of our questions, my parents agreed to change their pipes. His team worked through the day and was able to finish 99% of the job that same day.  The only reason they stopped was because it was too late to continue patching the dirt back to the yard. They were literally there from 1130am until almost midnight with only a one hour lunch at 330pm!!

More than their professional knowledge, what really impressed me was their passion and enthusiasm for what they do.  Carlos was very knowledgeable and his employees had an amazing attitude.  I am so grateful for their help and cannot recommend them enough!

We had water damage in our home one night and after searching through Yelp, we found Carlos and gave him a call.  When he came out, he was very professional and knowledgeable on the type of damages we were dealing with. He had a moisture reader and was able to identify all affected areas and let us know the damage was bigger than we anticipated. He assured us everything would be fine and gave us words of encouragement to get through the stressful process. Thank you to Carlos and his team for helping with my clogged main line! A few weeks ago at 7am I found our toilet was flooding at the seams and backing up to the bathtub. I placed a call to Carlos and he said the earliest time his team can come is at 8:30am. They arrived early (a little after 8am) and got to work!

Jacob and Francisco did an amazing job and kept me informed the entire time. Unfortunately the drain snake was not enough to break up the roots growing in between the joints of our pipes so we had to use the hydrojet. Thankfully that did the job and they were nice enough to also measure how long our pipes were and give me a quote as to how much it would cost to fix everything in the long run.

The package deal also included a video of the pipes so we're able to see exactly what the problem was.

In short, Carlos (owner) and his team is fast, responsive, patient, and do high quality work in a short amount of time. Carlos adds great value and is fair with his pricing.

I had a toilet overflow and called Carlos. He came over within an hour and diagnosed our problem and was able to clear everything out in the same day. I came home Friday to a sink full of dirty dishes & a nasty, smelly clogged sink!  I called a $99 any drain clog plumber & they had a 2-3 day wait, no thanks, the dishes and stench in my sink couldn't wait. Our toilet and bathroom had blockage on the Memorial Day evening. We found this company in Yelp. The owner picked up the phone and the team arrived within one hour.

The owner is very knowledgeable and had the camera to help determine the root cause of the blockage and recommended options to fix the issue. He recommended changing the entire pipe due to root intrusion into clay pipe from house to street. Honestly, the bill is at the very high end, but the crew can fix it within a day, has the state of arts tool to replace a new pipe and All my landscape and pavement can be retained. My husband and I wanted to take the time to fill out this review after the amazing service we received from Carlos and his I Love Sewage team.  It is important to be clear that to be honest Carlos' team was not our first option, initially we called another company.  The man from the other company did not seem to understand the state of urgency we were in.  Our house had been flooded, and we were cleaning sewage water on our own.    And this man from the other company took two days to come, and when he finally came, after giving us a quote we were unable to contact him to hire him for the job, neither did he return any of our calls.  Really!  

In contrast with the I Love Sewage team.  The name is absolutely spot on, since from the moment we contacted them we received excellent service.  The owner picks up and immediately heads over to our house an hour later.  He not only gave us expert advice, he really took time to care for us and educate us regarding our Sewage.  He was quite knowledgeable of the neighborhood and our house, having worked for years around the this Hacienda community.  Carlos, you were absolutely a God sent, and your connection, your self-contained approach having all the necessary tools and resources to do the job right then and there, no matter how big was exactly what we needed.  Before the afternoon had even arrived, we had a team of over 4 to 8 people assigned to help us with our situation.  I cannot emphasize enough the excellence, the knowledge and expertise when it comes to piping and sewage that I Love Sewage exhibited.

At 1am we were standing in 2 inches of water flowing into both my kids rooms. I called 3 different plumbing companies that weren't able to help with emergencies. I Love Sewers are knowledgable experienced professionals. They really know their stuff and are well equipped to handle any situation, even the unforeseen situations that always pop up. They are well equipped with top of the line equipment and an impressive fleet of vehicles.
Carlos came to my house and was very polite, considerate, and professional. He immediately identified the problems with my drain pipe system, which proved to be correct when he and his crew started making repairs. He explained everything and gave me all the options available to me. His crew is hard working and don't stop until they finish and/or until we are back in service until they come back out the next day.
I've had other Rooter companies do work here for less money, but they all provided short-term relief. This time the work Carlos and his crew did for me is LONG TERM. I saw real-time before and after pictures of my drainage system.
My house is on a slab which is a challenge because the pipes are buried beneath the concrete slab foundation. My slab was opened up to fix a section of pipe that was breached, but everything was closed up like nothing ever happened. Carlos Hydro-Jetted and Descaled the pipes restoring them to their original inside diameter of 2 and 3 inches. He then coated the inside of the pipes with multiple layers of high strength sealant (I forget the proper terminology). Before the restoration, the drain pipes inside diameter were about an inch or less due to scaling and accumulation of decades of junk.
Nobody, including me, likes spending a lot of money but sometimes there is no other choice. So if you have to spend money, spend it wisely. These are the guys to use. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

This is my second review for I love sewers, cuz IDK how to update or edit my previous one! But, let me tell you, I had an issue yesterday morning that was caused by a contractor working at my house that created a mess at 4 o'clock in the morning! I panicked cuz it was major!  Needless to say, Super Carlos from I Love Sewers came to my rescue yet again! He got to my house as soon as possible and fixed EVERYTHING! TL;DR: Carlos and his team are responsive, efficient, and great value

My toilet over flooded in the morning and almost flooded far into my kitchen, I found I Love Sewers on Yelp and immediately gave them a call. They picked up immediately and Carlos helped walk me through the process and he was so reassuring. I was definitely panicked and stressed out, but he was so calm and patient, which was exactly what I needed.

He and his team arrived within an hour and was able to quickly identify the blockage and clear it. Carlos also helped me contact a restoration company to come clean up the damage inside the house.

I definitely recommend contacting I Love Sewers especially for any emergencies.

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!! Carlos was the best! I had a sewer back up . He came out told me what he could do but also gave us his own recommendation, which we went along with. Which costed a little more now but will save is in the long run. Instead of doing a quick fix and going about his day he actually wanted to do it right for us now so we don't have any future problems with our sewer system. After the job was complete he waited around for a while just to make sure there weren't backed up anymore with camera . And he also had me look into monitor to show me what he did and actually show me nothing was clog to give us a better piece of mind.  He was also very compliant with the covid precautions, he made sure he had his mask on and gloves on while working and also speaking with us in the house. Last but not least he was very friendly and respectful I love sewers rooter and plumbing is very lucky to have him.

These guys rock. I've had them out for a couple clog issues and each time they've come in fairly priced compared with others. Carlos and team are quick to help your problem and are flexible for last minute issues that might pop up. I was out of town and my family was house-sitting, and we had a horrible clog. The team came out the next day and unclogged it, and charged a super fair price.

I just used them for hydrojetting and it was amazing, my pipes are clean. Also, they have the most insane work trucks i've ever seen. I probably won't call anyone else.

I have used I Love Sewers several times. One time, they unclogged my kitchen sink drain. Another time, my water heater was leaking and they replaced it with a new one on a Sunday night. On 8/16/21, I noticed quite a bit of water coming from under the air box in the garage on which the water heater and air conditioning unit sit. I thought there must be a water pipe leaking somewhere. I called Carlos Monday night and he said they would come the next morning, if i didn't need them the same day. He told me to shut off the water to the house, which I did. When they arrived, they quickly diagnosed that it wasn't a leaking pipe, but rather, the condensation from the air conditioning was failing to drain away, like it is supposed to, and it was overflowing inside the A/C unit and onto the garage floor. I was surprised. He advised me to have an HVAC company come and diagnose / repair the problem. I called I GO Heating & Air and they came within 2 hours and fixed the problem. It is working good now, so far. I expected to pay Carlos for the service call, but I was surprised again when he didn't charge me anything. Apparently, they like having happy customers. In general, their prices are not cheap, but not unreasonable. You have to consider that they are available 24/7 for emergencies, which is, sometimes, just what I need. These guys have a high level of expertise. When I call Carlos, I find his attitude and voice reassuring.

I needed help right away and Jesus and Fernando came to assist the problem in my shower. Unfortunately, it was a big problem as my pipes were backed up with dirt, calcium and debris. The pipes were the original pipes, which required digging several feet in front of my house to properly repair and complete the job. This job took all day and it was a very hot day. Found a cat that was stuck inside a storm drain and couldn't find anyone that would help. Fire department wouldn't come and the city was charging thoursands to go down. Other places I called wouldn't take the job either.

Carlos got here within 15 mins with two other techs and pulled out the snake camera and other tools to help. He even waived the fees after. The compassion for the cat and the professional experience was really impressive and I'll be calling for future work requests for sure.

Where do I begin with how amazing Carlos and his plumming services company was and still continues to be for us. Right off the bat when I googled for a plumber near Whittier, I love Sewers Rooter and Plumbing services was first to respond to me in the Yelp app, now I know why Yelp is popular. I don't really use it even though I know I should, but because of their company, I am going to start using Yelp and continue to give business like his a chance. Because of this company and their service and amazing prices, I will only bring using his plumbing services from now on. But when I needed someone for my backed up sewer issue, Carlos company was the first to respond to me within minutes. 1/29/20- EXCELLENT SERVICE!! I contacted the company to resolve a serious water leak at a Hacienda Heights Property which I help manage. In less than an hour from the time of my initial phone call the supervisor, Carlos, arrived with two other workers.

Carlos was assertive and direct about the work necessary and about its related fees. Carlos also  graciously referred me to a restoration company and contacted them to arrange for their arrival to complete the patch work & carpet-blowing  treatment which was necessary after the plumbers drilled the wall to access & repair the leaking pipes. First off, I never leave reviews but this company and its employees are awesome. I called for a clogged shower. Carlos, worker/owner of I love sewers called me right back. He and another worker showed up with in an hour or so and got to work. They did hydrojet and camera Inspection. But tht did not work turns out tht some pipes were broken and some other pipes were completely clogged with who  knows what. The price for the service was a bit high but let me say this I wont use another plumbing company. This guy Carlos and Francisco were at my house till 3:30 so tht I had water running again. This guy Carlos even got my kids some food just because. What company does tht, none tht I've come across.. they explain every detail of what needs to be done and thn show you when they are doing. I appreciate all detail explanation. If you have small or big plumbing problems give them call.

My kitchen sink became clogged all of sudden and water was backing up. The water was not draining and we had a major problem at hand. I called I Love Sewers and Carlos picked up right away and set up an appointment on a busy hot Saturday. We worked with my schedule and he was able to come with his crew right away. Contacted I love Sewers on a Friday night and they came out the next day.  Our water softener had ruptured and all the resins came out.  It in turned damaged our water heater and clogged the pipes.  We were left with no hot water.  Carlos and his crew were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.  Being it was a Saturday, Carlos and his crew were able to give us a few options.  I took Carlos advice and went with a Bradford White 50 gallon water heater.  Given the situation, it was the quickest, simplest and reasonably priced option for us so that we can have hot water that day. I am very happy with their service and would recommend I Love Sewers to anyone!

Carlos really helped us out. I'm renting and our toilet clogged and water started coming out of ceiling below the toilet.  We weren't able to unclog it ourselves. He answered my late night call and was completely transparent with us. We wanted it to be fixed the same night (since we couldn't use the toilets or sinks), but it turned out it to be a bigger problem than we thought. Update: Carlos reached out to us and made a personal house call. He reimbursed us for the technician call AND for our Home Depot rental.
So much integrity and I really appreciate the customer service. I understand that mistakes can happen and they made it right!

We had a problem with all of our showers and toilets backing up early Friday morning. Carlos recommended $99 snake.
The technicians came, tried the snake and kept saying it was getting stuck and they could not get through. Their recommendation was  a $650 hydro jet flush.
Fast forward to Saturday morning, we went to Home Depot and rented a snake for $80. Turns out there was a rag stuck in the pipe that someone must have flushed accidentally.

I had a pipe leakage issue and Carlos' team proposed to fix it via reroute after inspection. The original price for this work to be done is $3900. In the middle of their work, they told us that they cannot continue the work because they believe that the original plan they proposed (reroute) did not work and only a repipe (for the entire house) can solve my water leakage issue. I asked them to stop the work and they charged me $1800+ before they agreed to leave my property.

They already cut several pipes including pipes that were originally not leaking (because they said that they were needed for rerouting), which made my situation worse. I called Carlos to fix the new issue left due to their work, but he said that it would cost money and he said it is not their responsibility to fix it because it is an unexpected thing (he meant that it is unexpected that reroute does not work).

I hired another licensed plumbing team three days later and they fixed the same issue (plus the new issue created by the work half done by Carlos's team), via reroute, not repipe. The total cost is much cheaper, $1300.

The funny thing is that Carlos offered me that he would reimburse me the $1800+ plus $2500 credit if I am able to fix the pipe issue via rerouting. I did not want to get the money back because I do not want to spend any more time dealing with Carlos or his team. However, I would like to post my photos here and leave my review here to be a good citizen to help whoever may read this review. Phone #1 refers to my original issue and Photo #2 refers to the pipe issues created during the 'rerouting' work done by Carlos's team.

Overall, my conclusion is that (1) Carlos and his team may not be skillful enough, at least, not as skillful as my new plumber who solved the same issue via rerouting rather than repiping the entire house; (2) Carlos and his team may charge for work not completed; (3) Their price seems way higher than others, at least, much higher than other plumbers I found. I would recommend you stay away from this plumbing company and get a personal reference before hiring any plumber.

--A follow-up--
Carlos called me a few minutes after I posted my review on Yelp. He offered to refund our money and hoped that we can remove our review. He also apologized for his team's mistake. We accept his apology, but we decided not to take any refund or remove our review.

I had a leak somewhere underground near my main shut off valve to the house.  They answered my call and came by within a few hours as promised for a free estimate.  The crew showed up an hour early from the promised time the next day and began digging for the leak.  Since they were fixing the leak, I had them go ahead and replace the main valve (which was stuck), the regulator, the faucet, and purge valve.  They also went ahead and added a separate shut off valve for my sprinkler system which had previously been tapped into the main line.  Everything was done in about 6 hours including the excavation.  They even replaced a leaky faucet in the backyard for me pro bono.  Carlos and his team really took care of my problem(s), professionally.   It's hard to find someone you can trust for these types of things.  Yes, if you search you will probably find somebody a little cheaper as I have done in the past.  But, I would recommend them to anyone.  They will save you from a ton of headaches, and are wonderful to deal with.  They are my new go to guys.

I tried delaying contacting a plumber during this pandemic but I finally reasoned that it was probably better now than when the county loosens restrictions. I heard what I believed was a leak from the master bath on the second floor, while in my downstairs living room. I reached out to I Love Sewers Rooter and Plumbing through Yelp and received an immediate response. I then called for some additional information and Carlos was willing to have someone come out in less than an hour to confirm whether I had a leak in a drain pipe or not. I scheduled for the next day, and he and 2 of his crew came to check it out, waiving the service fee since I was within Hacienda Heights. They came early and were all professional. Carlos assessed that he did not think I had a leak after I ran the water from my second floor master bath, but he could still see my concern. They also reopened a patch of drywall from work done 2 years earlier by a different company to fix a pinhole leak in my water supply line, and noted that the drain pipe had no wetness and the water drainage sounds were normal. They closed the patch when they were done. I suppose staying at home so long, heightens awareness of all the house sounds that normally take place but no one notices. Carlos recommended that I not worry about it and that only if I noticed back up in the drain that I call and they could run a camera through the pipe to see if there was damage. The end result was that while I did not need a leak repair service, they were professional, responsive, and honest. I think many people dislike these types of interactions because we are expecting to be taken advantage of, and that was not the case even given how anxious and somewhat paranoid I was about having a house leak. I Love Sewers is a life saver! Though most people would not consider a backed up sink an urgent matter, but when it started to affect the shower, I felt it was urgent enough to call them after hours. When I called Carlos and told him what was wrong, he knew immediately what could possibly be the problem. He sent the technician out within the hour. Reynaldo took a look, tried to snake it (that didn't work), then recommended hydro-jetting it. Unfortunately, it was more serious. Reynaldo stayed here for over 2 hours trying to fix the issue. Finally found the problem, and said he'd be back the next day to fix. Reynaldo and the crew did a wonderful job! Great follow-up and awesome job. Honest and fair for all the work that they did! If you ever have any plumbing issues I recommend you call these guys first!! Thank you sooo much!!!

Our work restroom started to have water flooding, we had immediately contacted the company and Carlos responded and gave us an appointment fair quickly. The team came with very well equipped trucks with all proper equipments, and they found there a water leak through a water pipe in the wall and took care of the issue right away! I will have to say their service was great and with the equipments they have definitely are very professional and capable of major sewer jobs too! Definitely recommend!

Had a water leak on my floor and called Carlos.  He arrived within the hour.  He did a water test and found a burst line.  Gave me all the options for repair and quickly fixed the issue at a reasonable price.  Carlos was very honest and I appreciated all the options that he provided.  Best of all, he wasn't pushy at all.  Just laid out all my options and let me decided.  I would highly recommend Carlos to anyone with any plumbing or water leakage issues.

Woke up this morning to a flooded garage. My 26 year old water heater had an internal rupture, causing a leak in my tank. I contacted I Love Sewers to get a quote on a new water heater. Reading the internet left my mind wanting a tankless or fancy hybrid system. But that takes planning to get one of those. I took I Love Sewers advice and went with a Bradford White 50 gallon water heater. It was the simplest approach to get my family running hot water again. The next water heater I get, I'll contact these guys to do my tankless system!!! 5 stars all the way for perfect service.

I was having issues with my main line constantly being backed up and so after talking to my plumber, he recommended I contact someone for a camera inspection.  I found them on yelp and that was the best decision I ever made.  They are very responsive and prices are very fair.  Work was done as promised and he not only found the issue but cleared it for me as well.  I will definitely use them again!!

We called close to 8pm for emergency service as our sewer was backed up and none of our bathrooms were useable. Carlos was able to send his guys to be here within 30 minutes. The guys did a fantastic job and cleaned out the sewer pipe to get our plumbing working again. Carlos gave me an upfront quote and they delivered. The guys were good about explaining what the issue was. Will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

My hot water connection for my washer broke off in the wall. I Carlos and setup the repair for the following morning. Eddie and Francisco arrived on time assessed the problem and gave me the cost. The repair was quick and professional, they provided support for the piping which was not there before.  

They even returned after they just completed the job when my washer/dryer installer found the gas valve leaking and replaced it with a new one at no added charge.

I noticed that the sewage was overflowing out of the catch on the side of my house, not sure for how many days it had been in this condition. Thankfully, it had accumulated on the side of the house and did not affect inside.  I quickly jumped on Yelp and sent a request for local plumbers who might be available to help me out in a hurry.

This company was the first to answer my message and they had someone at my house within an hour. The crew that came over was extremely courteous and helpful. They quickly determined the best course of action and talked to me about and when I agreed, they went forward with the work.  

I am thankful they were available to help us out and I understand this is messy work and they have to deal with well... lots of you know what (literally).  It was very expensive to unblock the clog in the sewer, about $1000.  I am not sure if any other contractors would have been less expensive but in this situation, I felt this is what I had to do and I appreciate the speed and professionalism with which they provided their service.  

I cleaned up using the Zep Instant Spill Absorber in the immediate area and outdoor bleach in the patio space.

After discovering a huge puddle of water in my downstairs bathroom at 2:55 AM, I called multiple companies and I love sewers rooter and plumbing was the only one to answer, the operator had great customer service. ( that's star #1 ) The Service worker showed up at the exact time of my appointment not a second later. ( that's star #2)he was very polite common courtesy is hard to come by these days. He identified sewer was the cause of the drain backup and showed me the problems thru CCTV. He didn't just say this is what's wrong and this is how much it's going to be. ( that's star #3 ) Everything was done in a timely manner my appointment was a 08:00 AM they were complete with everything by 10:00 PM mind you this wasn't a small job ( that's start #4 ). Communication was EXCELLENT from the operator to the workers.( that's star #5) if it was possible to give this company more than 5 stars I would my experience was beyond excellent.

Highly recommend this company! I called the company at 8:30 am on a Saturday and Reynaldo and Francisco were here by 9:00 am to repair a clogged kitchen sink. So I just purchased my home and found out last minute that my main water line from the city to my house had broken. Just moving in and with no water. That was not how I wanted to start off on our new home. Called home warranty and insurance which said good luck we cant help.  I had to get a plummer but in a new town, who could I trust? I wanted to support a local mom and pop shop so I searched for help on Google. Looked up replacing water main line and I Love Sewers popped up. I called and they picked up right away. I explained the situation and they knew exactly what to do. Made a phone appointment with the owner Carlos and he showed up exactly on time. I never write a review for anything but Carlos and his crew at I Love Sewers are amazing.  Great service great price and makes you feel at ease that the job will get done the correct way. The crew are very clean and professional.  Their equipment is top of the line and they can do pretty much anything required to get the job done. Carlos is the new Sheriff in town when it comes to plumbing.  I highly recommend him to anybody caught in a plumbing crisis. I found out I had a main line leak under my driveway at 5 pm on a Friday. I called Carlos and he came out right away, diagnosed the problem, and got to work fixing it. Eddie and Frank from Carlos team did a superb job in an emergency main water valve bursting on a Saturday.Carlos was upfront with their service fee coming out on Saturday during the call and They showed up within an hour after I called them Saturday Morning in their fancy fully stocked van.They gave me a quote, and got to work right away. Their cost for repair was higher than what I anticipated,but given their immediate response time to my house(where couple other yelp plumbers either doesn't pick up their phone, or told me to wait till next week) and seeing their completed work afterwards, I think the cost is justifiable.

One day prior to going on our family vacation our sewer line backed up turns out it was our main line . Can't tell you how stressed we were. A friend recommended Carlos so we called him for an estimate and he was so helpful . He was able to inspect the line within an hour of making the call and followed through with the repairs . In February of 2019, we had a clogged master bathroom toilet that backed up all the way into our shower when we over-plunged it!  This happened late in the evening and we were afraid of having to smell the toxic mess all night.  Luckily, we called I Love Sewers and Carlos and his crew came out right away!  They couldn't put the snake down because we had tried Drano.  [Tip: Do NOT put Drano down your toilet, because a snake will not be able to go down the pipes with it!]  So they worked hard to hydro-jet it and burst through the mess of hair and toilet paper.  The guys were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional!  

Then again, in August, the same toilet backed up again.  This time, we had clog due to flushed tampons.  [Tip #2: Never flush tampons!]  We were getting tired of clogged toilets so we had Carlos and his team install a clean-out once and for all so that we could have easier access to the pipes.  This saved us from having to take off the toilet.  The crew did a great job, even repatching the wall.  It cost us quite a bit, but we felt it was worth it!

Then yet again, just last week, the toilet clogged again.  We felt so discouraged that this keeps happening!  No other toilet in the house gives us problems.  Carlos and his crew of about 3 guys (including Francisco who had come before) came over right away to check it out through the clean-out (boy, are we glad we installed the clean-out!  It was so worth it!) and cleared the mess without charging us, since they had just come only a few months ago.  That was very gracious and generous of them, since they still had to work extra hard to clear the blockage with the hydrojet and snake.  We were so grateful!  Carlos said he wanted to take care of us, being his loyal customers, and indeed we will forever be!  

They took the camera down there and also determined that our builder had skimped on the piping and had installed a length of cast iron piping that narrowed to only 2 inches wide and had corroded badly.  Therefore, everything was getting caught.  So Carlos gave us good tips on how not to have a recurrence, including multiple flushes, catching all the hair in the shower, and using less TP.  He seemed to really care about us and our house.  He also came downstairs and checked for any water damage that had appeared along the ceiling seams and walls.  He was very courteous, even asking for permission to take a call while we were talking.  

Hopefully, this will never happen again, although we feel confident that any problem can be solved with I Love Sewers.  They always do a great job and we feel we are in good hands, despite having a faulty sewer system.  Overall, the crew was very professional, friendly, and even light-hearted and humorous.  Would definitely call them again for any and all of our plumbing needs, as well as recommend them to family and friends!

[One more tip: Provide shoe covers for the crew, because it will get dirty and you don't want the mess getting traipsed through the house!]  The crew did help to clean up the immediate bathroom area by wiping it down with their towels, so I was grateful.

Update:  Carlos has reached out in multiple ways.  I was unable to connect with him until today.  He extended his sincere apologies to how we had received his recommendation of service.  While his did refund more than the original fee, I returned the overage so that we are square.  This is not about his service fee or his rates.  It was how we had felt pressured to spend a great deal of money, rather than addressing the problem and coming up with a plan.  

I have changed my review because Carlos reached out, understood completely how that situation made us feel pressured, and did all he could to make it right.  

I was initially disappointed, and was bummed to have to give a poor review on YELP.  But, I do feel strongly that my experience might help others when presented with a similar situation.

I had contacted a different company first, but they were unavailable to come out on this particular day because they were booked solid.  Totally understandable.  

I found this company with great reviews.  Carlos was great and immediately responded, and was able to go out to our home in Whittier on the same day.  Our tenants had noticed a foul smell and we knew it was sewer related.  The fee for going out was $225, and if he could resolve the matter that would be the total.  

Carlos went out to the house and was not able to locate the clean out.  Turns out it was on the west wall outside of the master bathroom.  There is also one on the opposite side of the house, but that one is for the kitchen, which he had located.

Carlos and I spoke on the phone and he described the issue, confirming that it was a clog in the main line.  His suggestion was to manually excavate an area in the front of the house, unclog the main line at that location, and rebuild it with a clean out.  His quote started at $3,800.  

When I explained that my husband and I have to review any purchases over $500, and that I would have to discuss all of this with him, and we would have to have someone else out for a second opinion, he lowered the price to $3,200. If they didn't have to use the pressure jet, that it would reduced by $625 to $2,575.  

I explained that I still needed to review this all with my husband, and I would follow up with him.  I did pay the $225 via VenMo  following our conversation.  It wasn't that I didn't believe Carlos...I did because he is a professional.  But I don't know enough about this at all to KNOW that his recommendation was what was necessary.

The next day, we contacted our contractor and he was able to go check it out.  And, upon reference from a friend and a neighbor, we contacted the original company I had found on YELP, and they were able to come out the same day this time.  My husband met each of them up at the property.  I mean, really, if this was a $3,800 project, we needed to have a second opinion. Our contractor is a general, and doesn't do plumbing directly.  But he was happy to be there to give some thoughts.

The plumbing company immediately located the necessary clean out, unclogged the main line, did a clean out on all the lines as a precaution.  Total charge was $199.00. They were in and out in less than three hours.  They did provide an estimate for adding a clean out in the front of the house for $2,188.00.  This is not a necessary item, but more for convenience in case we need to do this at any time in the future.

I understand Carlos was trying to be helpful and he understood my concerns for this situation.  

If the other company had come back with similar information to Carlos' and the estimate was within range, I would have absolutely gone back to Carlos for the work.  No doubt about it.  If Carlos had done the immediate work of unclogging the main line at the $225 rate, and also provided an estimate for the addition of the cleanout in the front as an investment down the road, I would have not been concerned in the least.  

Carlos is a good dude and was just doing the best he could in this situation.  But, its a long range between $225 and $3800, and I am sure I am not the only one in a position where that is a lot of money.  

In all matters of your home, I tell everyone dealing with anything, unless you know the trade, get at least two estimates and even four if you feel it necessary.  This is YOUR MONEY and you work hard for it.  You should have every question answered and if it doesn't feel right, stop and reassess.  There is always more than one way to resolve an issue

Unclog drain
We had an issue with our main line being clogged right after moving into our new home. I love sewers rooter and plumbing  came out, assessed the situation and got to work right away. It ended up the main sewer pipe had cracked from a nearby tree's roots. The guys dug up and replaced the damaged pipe and recommended their sewer division to help repair the front yard. An unexpected expense, but these guys were great and helpful fixing the issue.

I've been in our current home for 2yrs and at time of purchase we we're told that our property is connected to the public sewer system, however all the neighbors are on a septic tank. Which got us worried since we have no experience regarding septic maintenance. Our city can't give us a definite answer as to us being on a septic and advise us to get in contact with a plumber to get our answer. We hooked up with 3 local plumbers but all said it will require a substantial cost to locate and determine. We didn't feel comfortable with what they suggested and the scope of work needed to just locate our tank. One day i just stumbled to one of their vans and just call to see what can be done. Carlos answered and said we'll come out the same day and run a camera to determined if we are on a septic (the whole process should take less than 30min) and cost is nowhere close to what the other guys wanted nor offered to camera our system. turns out we are on a septic and our system is functioning just fine. Hands down if you need clean/clear honest work with all the latest equipment at a very reasonable cost reach out to Carlos and team.
