It is too bad that there is not a negative star system. This company charges a very high rate, and does poor workmanship.

Everest Plumbing replaced our sewer lateral in a home my husband and I purchased last year. Tsering was communicative, prompt, and the job was done well - I was particularly impressed at the amount of clean up his crew did to ensure our yard was back to normal. I had to reach out to him again after we found out about a plumbing issue, and Tsering was quick to respond, sending a crew out within a day to help us. URV is an excellent plumbing company.  They react fast, they text you so that you know when the plumber is on his way.  The faucets they installed were ones that I purchased by Home Depot.  After the fine install job by Oleg, I noticed that the handles were tight and squeaked.  I called URV and they came out right away.  The tightness of the handles was because of the way the faucet was manufactured.  Oleg, using WD40 took the time to correct the problem.  It took some time to get all four handles of the two faucets to work well.  I really appreciate the diligence of Oleg and the whole company. Very professional in all aspects and they all have an easy going attitude.

After reading the good reviews about this plumber I decided to give him a call to ask for an estimate. I told him about our problem with a leaky hot water pipe under the slab & immediately he was already telling me his ideas on how to fix it over the phone without even seeing it yet. He showed up in the evening & started tracing the piping run was able to identified the problem immediately. He showed up the following morning & fixed the leaky pipe quickly. We needed some solution towards issues with allergies , forced heat air when it is cold and didn't appreciate cold floors.  So, we found this company!   We had our home installed with heated floors.  It was the best decision ever!

We had warm floors installed throughout the first floor of our home.  Not only did it provide energy efficiency, it provides comfort  throughout those really cold months. When we turn on our heater, we don't experience hot air blowing to our faces anymore.  It's comfortable and toasty inside while it is freezing cold outside.  In fact, I am able to wear shorts and tank top inside the home because of how comfortable the temperature is.  The warmth also goes up to the 2nd floor!

Service was great!  They answered all our questions and assisted with whatever we wanted to know.  It is a great long term investment plus definitely adds value to your home!  I definitely recommend this company for your heated floors installation. It was the best investment!
