Kris is simply the best. I've used him twice and both times were awesome. I live in a condo that needed some prep time since all the water will be off for the entire complex. He came a day before to prep for the scheduled shut off. He bought materials for the pipe and connections the before and everything went as planned. I couldn't ask for a better plumber and he buys parts that will last not the cheap stuff. He's a great guy, humble, reasonable prices, and an overall excellent plumber. Thank you again Kris!

My waterline to my sprinkler system burst and Abraham was able to come out on short notice and after dark and fix the problem. He installed a new shut off valve to the waterline but was not able to fix the actual burst since it was part of the irrigation system, so I'll still have to have someone fix that issue. It did cost a good chunk but I was just thankful that someone was able to come out on a Friday night on short notice and fix the issue so I could have water running for the weekend. He took payment thru Zelle so def have that ready if you don't already have an account.

I was unable to get the water heater restarted after finishing a pump project, so found VanGo on Yelp - what a relief! They made time in their schedule on a busy Monday and promised to help.
Ace showed up after a long day and was committed to get the thing working again. He was courteous and friendly and went right to work figuring out the problem. After fiddling with the pilot and taking things apart, he decided he needed to go and get a part. It took just a few minutes when he got back and was able to put things back together. Then it worked like a charm!
It was great to see a guy think through the possibilities and come up with the most efficient path to a solution. The work was done well and the price was reasonable. Good to get to know you a bit Ace - thanks for your diligence!

We use to call a company that has many employees. Once when they had to come back for the problem they didn't do right, someone answer the phone and then another dispatches the plumbers and so three different individuals were involved in sending a plumber to our house. They were not efficient in co cordinating between these different individuals and we had to go without hot waters for days.This time when my water heater started leaking, I called my son-in-law in LA who is a generel contractor to help me find a good plumber. He told me several important things to keep in mind when picking a plumber. Make sure they are licensed and the lisence is active by checking state contractors lisence board website. If they are not properly lisenced, home insurance won't cover when there is damage caused due to poor workmanship. If they bring any helper make sure they have worker's compensation insurance. Last but not the least check online and see if there is any serious complaint about the company from customers.

I called a another company first they didn't answer and so I didn't leave the message. Then I called Everest and they answered the phone and told me they would come in the evening and they did. Marco and his helper came and  told me what I thought needs to be done. The gave me an estmate to replace my water heater and the estimate was reasonable. They replaced my water heater next morning. Right from the begining to end they did a fantastic job and I highly recomend them.

We had a problem with the toilet on Saturday they were out here Sunday and promptly fixed it and a couple other minor plumbing issues in the home. They did a great job and I highly recommend them

Vladimir's service was great. I had him out for a leak detection of a leak in our main water supply line. He was able to find the leak quickly. His rates a quite reasonable. I would recommend him for leak detection.

I'm not sure if this is a real company or not. They seem friendly and knowledgeable on the phone. I approached them because their reviews were good and their license was in good standing. Initially, I left a message to schedule a time for them to come by and give me a quote on a fairly sizable job. No-one returned my calls (I guess this should have been a hint). Next, I called to get pricing on a garbage disposal installation. I was happy with the quote and scheduled them to come out the following Monday (I called on Thursday). They gave me a 2-5pm window, which is still a pretty big time-frame to have your customers waiting. No call, no show - 3 hours of wasting my time. Very disappointing, very unprofessional, very sad to see local business owners treating local homeowners so badly.

Technician (Mark) was helpful, courteous, and quick.
$175 on higher end for a snake, but worth it for the fast, knowledgeable service plus 30 day warranty.
Would recommend and use again.

Update (2/15/19):
The Good:  
After 3 more weeks, several follow-ups with The Honest Plumber, and two separate inspections I had to set up with the city on my own time (with the first one failing due to improper installation), the water heater replacement was finally signed off by the city.  I'm finally done with this nightmare.

The Bad:
The Honest Plumber sent a manager to drop off the permit at my house (after my many complaints) and review the initial installation that was done.  The manager told me there would be 'no problem' with the permit inspection by the city.  (He was wrong.)

That manager (and the technician who installed the water heater) didn't seem to know city code very well - the installation failed the initial inspection with two major issues:  the ventilation shaft was installed too close to combustible materials and the drainage pipe was hanging with nowhere to go (it should be leading outside or to a drain).  During the installation, I explicitly asked the technician about these two issues because they looked off to me, but he told me that they weren't going to be problems.  (He was wrong.)

When a second technician was dispatched to fix the problems, even he wasn't sure what city code was supposed to be - he had to call his manager to figure out what work needed to be done.  It's pretty hard to feel confident that The Honest Plumber is doing the right thing, consistently, and in a professional manner.

In Summary:
I wish there was something redeeming I could say about the company, but there's not much to offer.  If you want a no-fuss water heater replacement done the right way the first time, you should avoid The Honest Plumber at all costs.

They are not very ethical. Ryan was our plumber. He didn't diagnose the problem but made me do a very expensive maintenance service (flushing a tankless water heater for about $400) which did nothing to fix the problem.
Update: After I posted my review, David contacted me. And he was here to isolate the real problem as to why the bathrooms were not getting hot water properly. We are working on it.

Gil was reliable and helper fixed the leak at home. He was cost effective and highly reliable.

I found Fitzgerald Plumbing on the local Nextdoor app and am so glad I did!! Had a main sewer that needed cleaning out and Patrick came by after 5 o'clock, which most probably wouldn't do, and did a terrific job! He kept me posted on his arrival time, was super clean while doing the job, quoted me a more than fair price, and was very courteous and friendly! Would not hesitate to call Patrick again!

Excellent service. Friendly plumbers and they called when they were on their way. Fixed the tree root problem in our drain. Will use them again.

Not the greatest. They sent a guy out with the wrong equipment so he left to go pick it up, which was all on the clock. ($90 an hour I think) They charge from point to point, too. Even if they don't bring the correct equipment or need extra, you get charged for them to leave the job to get the gear. Is that normal? Seems a little weird to me. I'm paying for a plumber, not a delivery service. Also, they should be skilled enough to tell if they think they can handle the job and bring the correct equipment. Anyway, in my case they tried for 2 hours and said they couldn't fix the issue. Really nice people on the phone and very nice/cool plumber, but I think I'll try another company in the future.
