TP Rooter is the quickest, most professional plumber my family has ever hired! I called them late in the morning on a Sunday because our plumbing was backed up. The plumber arrived within the hour, cleaned out the problem within 15 minutes and only charged what I was originally quoted over the phone! He even cleaned up the original mess running down my driveway! We will definitely use TP for our future plumbing needs.

Absolutely among the best you'll find.  Our main line was clogged.  We called TP the afternoon before Thanksgiving and Eddy his crew were at our home in a very short amount of time.  TP took a sincere interest in clearing the main and took steps above and beyond to successfully complete the task.  Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.  Highly recommended.

Eddie just rooted the main line for my kitchen sink. Was here in less than an hour after I called. Very nice and helpful. Rooted the drain in an hour and was honest about the whole thing. Wasn't very expensive and didn't upsell anything. Will use TP again as this is what they do and know their business.

After 2 years of constant problems with the main sewer drain I finally decided to try a different plumber after same problem over and over, I found tp rooter on Yelp called eddy came out to our property on a Sunday morning. Not only did his crew clear the drain, they also ran a sewer camera to come find out my main sewer drain was destroyed by palm tree roots un-shifting the drain line off grid and not allowing waste to completely make it out to street.. If it wasn't for they're honesty I would have been stuck with having to clear it twice a year. Thank you for saving us $.

Needed an expert to unclog my kitchen sink. My handy hubby gave up after at least 4 hours of attempting to fix it. This is the first time I had to actually find and call someone to fix something. It sure was not easy to find someone out of hundred of results in my area...
I called TP Rooter because of the many positive reviews here on Yelp. I was able to quickly book him for the next day first thing in the morning. (It was a Sunday and the price was higher than weekday rate. Which I appreciated Eddie very much for informing me and recommending me to wait if I could) Eddie sure re-confirmed his scheduled appointment the next morning and came at 8am on the dot. He was very genuine and professional! It didn't take him too long and he got the job done in less than an hour for a reasonable price!!  I will definitely use his service again!!!

OMG!! EDDIE AND THE TEAM IS AMAZING!!! I called at 3:33PM, he came to my house because we had a clogged drained by 4:07PM and it is now 4:45PM and he was finished and sent me all photos of his work at such amazing prices! Awesome work! I called and he listened to my plumbing issues over the phone. He knew exactly what needed to be done. When he arrived, he looked at the problem and gave me my options.  I opted for the hydro-jetting over snaking. Eddie explained everything while working. He talked me through how to maintain the kitchen pipes and gave a 2 year warranty.

When the water in our tub and toilet wouldn't drain right away and started to flood the bathroom floor at midnight, I contacted TP Rooter right away. I remembered having a very positive and satisfactory experience with TP Rooter when there was a plumbing issue at my parents' house 5 years ago. They did another exceptional job this time as well. They not only fixed the problem but also diagnosed it, finding the ROOT of the problem (a root intrusion) with the camera and sonar equipment. All the while, they were prompt, professional, and honest. Their prices were very reasonable for the quality of work and service. My husband appreciated how the technicians explained and showed him what they were doing. Thanks again, TP Rooter!

Had both my showers clogged since last night. Found TP rooters on Yelp and give them a call early in the morning. Eddy answered and told me he would be over within 30 mins. Him and his team showed up and got to work. They showed me on the camera I had roots in my main line. They unclogged my drains and we went over options and cost. Definitely giving Eddy a call back once I have the funds to do the work.

Big ups to my new go-to plumber. Had a clogged main somewhere from the house to street. Called TP-Rooter Eddy answered and after going over my issues he determined probable causes and solutions. Gave me a fair quote over the phone said he'd by over in 10 minutes. He and a coworker showed up as stated ready to work. Very knowledgable, professional and well prepared. The entire process was completed in less than an hour from my initial phone call. Timing and location might have been a factor but nonetheless when they know what they're doing, have all the tools necessary and show up when they say they will that's a very impressive plumbing service.

Highly recommend TP Rooter's plumbing services!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My toilets were backing up which resulted in my tub filling with water. Unfortunately for me, TP Rooter was the second company I used, as the first company temporarily fixed the issue by snaking the pipes (in which the problem returned a week later).

Due to the issue returning, I called TP Rooter and spoke with Eddie, who was extremely knowledgeable and took the time over the phone to actually listen to the issues I was having. He did not try to up sell me with any other services or rush me off the phone. Eddie's response time was extremely quick and he was at my house within 10 mins. Eddie recommended to use a camera to identify what the issue was. He was able to find the issue very quickly and showed me live on a display screen where it was.

Eddie recommended what he believed to be the best fix, but also provided me additional options without be pushy or money driven. I agreed with his recommendation and he was able to scheduled it the following morning (as there was not an emergency to get it done at that time).

I was extremely pleased with the Services of TP Rooter and their pricing is very competitive. I will definitely be using TP Rooter for any future plumbing services.

I hosted a party for about 30 people a few days before Christmas.  The majority of the guests used the downstairs bathroom.  One of the guests seriously clogged the toilet. SERIOUSLY!  It was brought to my attention that a plunger was needed pronto in the bathroom.  Problem...didn't own one as my daughter and I have lived in our home for over 15 years and have never needed one! I walked in the bathroom and....well...no words.  Fast forward to early morning with new plunger in hand.  Easy peasy, right?  WRONG!  As I start plunging, (while gagging trying so hard not to throw up...unsuccessfully as it turns out) the water, way too much used toilet paper AND POOP...are slowly but surely making its way to the top of the toilet!!!  I'm in panic mode, plunging like I'm an Olympian in the toilet/plunger Olympics!!! Before you know it, overflow!!!  Pouring over the top...splashing all over my brand new expensive rugs...my walls...my white tile floor...and worst of all...my pants and socks with NO SHOES!  OH MY GOD!  I had someone that I work with...POOP...on my pants and socks!!!  Admittedly, my stomach is more queasy than the average person.  I am no way exaggerating what a disgusting mess this was!  Me trying to fix the problem only made it worse!  I screamed for my daughter to get more towels, hoping they would soak up the water...etc. (ewe) and the water would recede.  Long story short, I attempted to fix this myself two more times to no avail. Pretty much same scenario replayed every time.  I gave up, left the window open in the bathroom and shut the door.  This was Christmas Eve, before I left for work. (work nights) I figured no one would be opened on Christmas and if they were I'd be paying crazy prices so I waited until I got home from work Friday morning, the 26th.  I researched Yelp and called many places.  I liked everything I read about TP Rooter.   I called about 8am.  Eddy answered the phone right away.  The connection wasn't very good, come to find out he was working a job in the high winds we were having today on a roof as he was talking to me!  I explained my situation.  He asked me to text him my address and he was at my house within an hour of my initial call!

I felt at ease with Eddy right away.  He was very easy to talk to and very sweet.  I warned him what he was up against once he opened the door.  He was brave and went right in without hesitation.  I could tell by his face (I was standing a room away) what he saw wasn't pretty.  The machine he used was a little loud.  Eddy asked me something, without thinking about it I walked over to him and entered the doorway, OMG instant gagging!!  Eyes watered, almost lost it again!  Understandably, he kind of chuckled (as I would have) at me.  He so sweetly asked me if I wanted him to scrub the now dried up shit up!  Really?!  Inside I'm saying HELL YES I DO!!  But the humane person I am would not do that to another human being...barring the original pooper of course.

Eddy explained that the reason for the clog was way too much toilet paper was used.  My house was built in the 90's, the pipes used to build newer homes are not like they use to be as far as quality.  I recall the builder telling me that when I bought my home as well, advising to go easy on toilet paper and just in general to be careful on what is being flushed down the drains.  Not only was Eddy fast, efficient, knowledgeable, kind and sweet...he was honest!  He charged me less than what he quoted me over the phone!  Unheard of anymore!  Very refreshing.  If I could give Eddy and TP Rooter 10 stars, I would!  I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone!  Thank you Eddy!!

These guys were awesome! They came on a Sunday morning and fixed my kitchen sink clog in less than 30 minutes. The clog was in the main drain and they knocked it out so quickly. Highly recommended!

TP rooter took care of a major sewer line clog at our house and they were great!

Eddy has an awesome attitude. He's honest, timely, and very helpful. He isn't afraid to provide advice and because he's going the extra mile, I give him and his service 5 stars.

They company has all the tools to handle clogs of different severities and he'll help walk you through the process of troubleshooting and identifying the severity of the clog before he comes out so he isn't charging you for a job that you don't need.

A great experience.

I called on a busy Sunday, but the call went to voicemail and I didn't leave a message. Within 5 minutes, I received a call back. I explained the backup issues, and he offered to come immediately.

After initially snaking a sink and having seemingly no luck snaking a shower, he tried the main. Everything opened up nicely. He was polite and enthusiastically explained what and why he was doing what he was doing. He only charged for the main, a very reasonable $120. My only complaint is that he was unable to take credit cards, luckily I had cash on hand.

I would have no problem calling him again or recommending him to others.

Since they had good reviews I called this company first. He was able to get to my house within an hour, had my drain unclogged and was out the door in probably 15 min. Told me a very fair price over the phone and did not charge any extra.

Amazing!  Had the main line get clogged which means toilets don't flush and back up into the shower - so gross.  These guys were at our house within 45 minutes of us calling at 2:30pm on a Sunday, and the plumbing was fixed within 30 minutes of their arrival.

Seriously impressed by these nice guys!!!!  They were also very nice.

I was having a problem with drainage, water backing up in both my kitchen and laundry room. I had two different plumbers out before to clear the drains, each charged me what apparently is the going rate, which is absurdly high for a service which took them little time, little effort, and no warranty on their service. I called TPROOTER, which I found on Yelp, having had a more than satisfying experience previously in looking for an electrician (see review for information) who surpassed not only my expectations but my hopes. Success again! When I called TPROOTER the phone was answered quickly by the owner/operator Eddie, I explained my situation, and made an appointment with him for the next day. He was very considerate in calling to let me know when he was finishing with the job he was working on, approximately when he would be done there, and when he would be arriving at my home. He was right on time, got on the job very quickly, determined that there was another drain that needed clearing, which he did for no additional charge (others had charged extra), cleaned up afterward, and warrantied his work! I decided to go with the hydrojetting instead of augering ( plumbing snake), which costs just a little more, but was definitely worth it as it cleaned out more stuff than I had expected. I definitely recommend Eddie and TPROOTER for cleaning out clogged drains and will definitely have him back to hydrojet some other drains as a preventative measure instead of waiting until they back up! We absolutely love Eddie and TP Rooter. We had a plumber quote us over $2,000 and wanted to tear up our driveway and redo the main.
Eddie determined we needed jetting only. We jetted both the house and main and it's like living in a new home. Eddie showed us the 20+ years of goop and grease with his camera and was was super fast and fun to work with.
We later had a similar issue at another property and Eddie once again showed us we had a drainage issue vs. the plumbing project two plumbers wanted to initiate.

Initially, I dreaded looking for a professional for my plumbing needs. I had a severe clogged drain that was connected from my kitchen sink and laundry.   However, when I messaged TP Rooter, Eddy responded and was very personal and was very flexible with my schedule.  Pricing itself was very fair.  Eddy and his crew very professional.  They even put on booties before entering the hose and explained what everything going on.  To keep it short, I asked for a hydro jetting that gushed out the nastiest stuff i've seen; solidified grease, black gunk, etc.  It was horrible.  In the end of it, Eddy gave me tips on how to keep my drains clear.  We also found the cause for the clog due to what appears to be an unidentified piece of metal stuck.  I can now wash my dishes and clothes normally, however, being diligent to wipe an clean any grease or food debris prior to washing.   When the times comes to remove the stuck piece in the drain, i'll be sure to call Eddy and his team.  Thank you guys.

Had a main sewer line problem. Ended up using these guys again and once again professional and on time! Eddy always providing me with answers to my questions. We ended up snaking but didn't end up clearing the whole line. He showed me on the camera and noticed the pipe was bursted. Only really option to prevent the main sewer problem from happening again was to sleeve the pipe. As always thank you eddy much appreciated!

Wow! Eddie from TP Rooter responded to my Yelp message within minutes. He texted me at 3:53pm, by 4:23 he had a technician (Named Eddie also) at my home. I had a clogged kitchen drain. He ran the snake down at least 60 feet to make sure he unclogged the drain.  By 4:53 Eddie II was done and driving off to his next service call.

Sink is draining great! I highly recommend them to unclog your drains! Also they were super nice. Eddie II gave his advice about our drain. He also  gave a month warranty for my drain service, so that's awesome. I totally recommend them.

These guys are great.  Very honest and explained everything.  

I had a main line problem that was about 110' out from the closest clean-out.  I like that TP Rooter had all the right tools, including the larger 1 snake, because that's exactly what it took.  Turns out I had a bunch of roots right before it hit the City line.  No $49.95 drain service is going to have the tools to do that job.  

Eddie's young but really knows his stuff and showed up when he said he would, which is key for me.

I called Eddie because of the reviews in Yelp. So it only seemed fair that I post a review of my own experience. Thank you Eddie. I now have a company I will call and recommend for any drainage problems.

I called Eddie the day after Thanksgiving, after calling two other companies from Yelp. Eddie answered the phone (unlike the other two companies) and responded within 30 minutes. He took one look at the problem and within 10 minutes had solved my drain problem. He offered helpful advise and even offered to help me clean up the mess I had made trying to fix it myself. He charged a very fair price - I would have paid more and felt it was worth it because of his professionalism and responsiveness. Ten minutes after he left, the second service I contacted called back and quoted a price nearly double. I still have not heard from the first service I called.

I'm on the phone with Eddie right now, he is a great guy! I own a large apartment building and I don't trust people who are in the business of fixing emergencies. They are often in the business of gouging because their customers are desperate.  I'm glad to have found him because 99% of my plumbing issues are clog related, and that is Eddies specialty. I may need a commercial hot water heater, and Eddie admits that is not his gig, but gave me a referral of a competent plumber. Eddie recently received a bad review on yelp because he referred another plumbing company to do work that he doesn't do. The other company gave the poor service but he is taking the hit for it, so he almost didn't want to refer me to another plumber in case that were to happen again.
As a business owner I know how painful a negative yelp review can be, as I had one that was fraudulent because of my political beliefs.
I've programmed Eddie in my phone and will be using him in the future.

After constant Main Sewer Drain problems. Due to our property being old construction it did not have a back-flow/Clean out point access.. So when it would clog all the water would accumulate & it would back track with all debris and come out my tubs.. If it wasn't for these guys installing a main line clean-out  I still would have toilet paper, debris, shit coming out of my shower drain.

Back bathroom backed up and my usual lye treatment was not working!  So today, Monday morning, I ask for a quote from these guys at 7AM.  In 5 minutes, Eddy replies asking for more info.  30 minutes later he's at the curb ready to rooter.  I show him to the clean out and they get down.  Within an hour the clog is cleared and he is showing me why my main is prone to clogging (camera view at my request is an additional charge).

Could not have been more satisfied with this experience.  Eddy and his guys are fast, friendly and efficient.  Highly recommended!

When something like water draining from your clothes washer up into your bathtub happens and you are clueless like me, it seems like it's the end of the world. TP Rooter, however, cleared all that anxiety and frustration away for me. They communicated promptly from the very beginning and listened to my problem, they provided clear direction and most importantly they were very trustworthy. Once they heard the issue they were very quick in fixing the problem and were courteous throughout the entire process.
I will most certainly call them again for any issues I run into and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable company that won't try to charge you for things you don't necessarily need.

Had a main line back up and gave Eddy a call... I was on my way out, so I asked him to come by any time after 1 pm.  He called at 1:05 and said he was on his way.

He has an industrial rooter - much more powerful than the smaller snakes most plumbers use.  He worked on the main for a while, and was able to fully open the pipe.... not just knock out a hole thru the clog, as most smaller snakes would have done.  

He was polite, professional, knowledgeable - and most importantly did NOT do an upsell routine!   Highly recommended!

Had Sewer drain issues at the house  called  Eddy came over.  Due to not having  any easy access clean outs he had to go through the roof van pipes.  Got it all done within less than 30  mins.  Very good service at a very reasonable  price.

I called them this (3/23/2019) morning at 915 and happened to reach them right between jobs, they were able to come out right away and fix my sink, which I accidentally clogged late last night.  They came out quickly, they were good with my dogs, and they fixed the problem quickly for a very reasonable price.

Last night water was overflowing from my bathtubs and toilets - we couldn't use any water in the house -  I have a disabled sister living at this home with caregivers and they couldn't use the bathroom or sink all night.    I called two different plumbing companies and both were a waste of time and money - they didn't fix it.

I called TP Rooter and spoke with Eddy this morning at 8am.  He answered and told me that they could get someone out right away and because it was an emergency they would see if they could shuffle some things around for me.  I really appreciated their flexibility and ability to prioritize.    Eddy also told me that he wouldn't charge for a bid - he would see what's happening and tell me if they could fix it and how much.

They told me the problem - the price - the way they are going to fix it.  1 hour later everything is working!!  and the price was below the other quotes that I got - well below.

TP Rooter are stand up - honest - fair priced - flexible - and really good!!!

I am completely satisfied with the entire process - TP Rooter made things easier for me during that stressful time today.        You wont regret using them.   HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Tp Rooter saved the day.  ( They also were masked up for this covid mess.)  I found this company last night when my kitchen sink quit draining.  Emailed them about 10pm, they were here this morning but 10am.  These 3 guys refused to leave until our pipe was draining.  The smell good plummers quoted me $4,000-$6000 dollars, they wouldn't clear the pipe until I agreed to adding a clean out drain.  So goodbye plumbing rip off, Hello Tp Rooter.  The smell good plummer's have nothing on you guys.

Called Eddie on a Sunday afternoon with a main line issue, left a message and he call back within 10 minutes. and was very upfront on the Sunday service charge and told me if I could wait that they were able to save me money if we could do it on Monday ( refreshing) , we'll mail line and needed it done today,  they showed within the hour and got right to Work to take care of the issue, and very nice and polite people to deal with, I will be using them again and would recommend to others.

I am very happy that I found TP Rooter!

For about a week whenever the washer is run we hear gurgling in the toilet and see soap bubbles.  Wary of being overcharged like always, maybe because I'm a gal and don't have expert plumbing knowledge, I wait...and wait...and uh-oh, waited too long.  It's now Saturday morning, one toilet won't flush and when the other is used there is water coming out the exterior clean-out.  I do not want sewage down my driveway, especially because the neighbor is having a bridal shower later today.

Called TP Rooter because of their 5-star rating and Yelp review pictures of tree roots in a mainline and I'm sure that is my problem.  The review said prices were fair so I give a call. Eddy answers right away, I explain my problem and ask if they have Saturday service.  No problem, he says, but then I explain that the neighbors are hosting a bridal shower at 2 pm so is there any way they can come out this morning?  Eddy tells me it's not a problem, quotes me a price, tells me their equipment will do the same work as a hydro-jet for 1/2 the cost.  Eddy is at my house within an hour and water is flowing well shortly after.  The biggest delay (20 minutes) was my fault because I forgot to hit send when texting my address. I was charged a price that I would expect to pay for a pre-booked weekday appointment, even though it was a Saturday, under urgent conditions. So great!

Here is the part I really appreciated.  Eddy said he doesn't think it's tree roots, but maybe our 54-year-old clay mainline has separated at a connection.  Eddy recommends we have a camera run to see where the problem is.  He says that they often only need to fix a section that has come apart and he wouldn't recommend a full sewer main unless absolutely needed. Plus, they deduct the camera fee from the repair quote if we book the repair with their company. He doesn't want me to feel pressured to do the work right away, it should be fine for a while, and he doesn't want me to have to pay for unnecessary work. Refreshing!

The camera quote is the lowest I've ever received, and I will definitely be following up to book with TP Rooter. I found my new mainline guys!

Our main line became clogged on Sunday afternoon - about the worst time possible to suddenly need an immediate house call. After calling several other services to no avail, I called TP Rooter, and Eddie said he could be over in an hour or two, as soon as he finished what was supposed to be his last job of the day.

True to his word, Eddie and an assistant showed up just over an hour later, they hauled the heavy-duty power auger out of the truck, and set to work. Having the right equipment and an easy-to-access sewer clean-out in my yard, our pipes were draining properly once again just 10-15 minutes later. TP Rooter will be one of our first calls for future plumbing needs.

I don't know how I could be happier, they spent time with me over the phone discussing the issue to try and make sure I knew what to expect when they arrived. Eddie happened to be in the neighborhood when I called, on his way to another call, so he was here in just a few minutes, obviously in a hurry, but took care of a difficult blockage quickly and made sure that I was happy with the service. The next surprise was the bill; it was less than the $99 loss leader that gets advertised on the radio! And they didn't try and up-sell me on services I didn't need.

These guys were seriously awesome.  Super easy to work with.  Called on a Saturday to have my toilet installed and was able to schedule an appointment for that following Monday no problems.  He was even able to give me a rough estimate over the phone of the cost where other plumbers wouldn't give me an estimate until they came out to the house.  I appreciated that because I didn't want to waste my time and the plumbers if I couldn't afford their cost.  But TP Plumbing was super adorable.  So I had them come out and they had great communication with me.  Called before they came and showed up at the time they said they would.  They worked quickly and efficiently and the job was done in less than 45 minutes.  I honestly was very impressed and would definitely call them again for any plumbing issues.  Definitely recommend!!!

Alex and Eddie came out to see about our toilet overflow problem. We had no cleanout trap, so they had to go through the roof access. Found the root of the problem. Installed a cleanout trap and hydrojetted the roots out. They cleaned up perfectly and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them them. Recently purchased a property out in Garden Grove area. Come to find out the main sewer drain was bursted and filled with root accumulation. Was stressing out due to low funds didn't have the budget to replace the section at the time.. It never fails that you get a bad drain backup in kitchen that overflows in the laundry room the night before family are coming over for a big party ... but these guys were there to save us ... came late in the evening on a Saturday night, yesterday and found out that it was a bad plug up and they had to use the clean out and go on roof ... it was very dark so to be safe they asked if they could come back in morning to go on roof ..  we asked how early and without a second thought they said they could be here at 7am.  So this morning at 7am they were at our house and on the roof by 7:02 am and done by 7:30am... When it came time to pay they did not charge extra to come back in the morning even though it was a Sunday morning.  It is needless to say my wife and I were so thankful and appreciated the excellent service and the very fair pricing with no overtime charge.

TP Rooter had re-piped my parents plumbing over 2 years ago. We called them recently because the kitchen sink water for some strange reason was coming out of the pipes into our front lawn. Eddy came over right away and was able to assess and fix the issue within 15 minutes and refused to charge us. He informed us we need to routinely maintenance our plumbing due to the nature of how our plumbing lines are set up. He provided easy maintenance instructions and then was on his way. I called a few rooters on a weekday morning because our kitchen sink was clogged. Whereas the first one had an appointment available the next week, Eddy got right back to me and was able to come by within the hour. Not only was he fast and courteous, but there were three key reasons I completely recommend Eddy and TP Rooter:

1. You know how sometimes, the fix is so quick that it feels like a waste? Not this clog. Eddy had the right equipment and know-how. Afterwards, I was so glad that I hadn't tried to snake it myself, because I would have just wasted hours and then had to call Eddy in the end anyway.

2. Eddy didn't play any of those games about needing to rip up the slab and replace all my pipes.

3. When he was done, Eddy gave us some simple maintenance tips on how to keep the pipes   clear.

On top of all that, he charged a very reasonable rate, especially considering his great work and coming on such short notice.

Great experience.  Had multiple problems with pipes that caused a backup.  The team did what they could to just snake the problem.  But when their camera found multiple problems they did the hydrojetting which cleared out so many other issues that was actually able to save us more money.  They were friendly, courteous and worked hard to make sure that all the roots were gone.  Will definitely will use them again!

Basically my bar sink has been clogged since I moved in to my house. So I called Eddie for the first time after seeing so many great reviews. His professionalism was amazing and he tried to see what was clogging the pipe. He found out right away there was a massive calcium built up that was so huge even a powerful Hydrojetting machine couldn't break through. And he suggested I speak to my construction guy who can just simply switch out that pipe. I called very early in the morning and they were able to accommodate the urgency of the job ASAP. From the time I had called and to the time that the plumbing was fixed, it took no more than an hr. Given the plumbing job was within 5 miles, but I called other rooter places and they just gave me a 3 hour window in the late afternoon. We had a slow kitchen and laundry line. We had another plumber come out and told them our previous plumbers could only temporarily clear the lines. They said they would take care of us. Their smooth talking put us at ease until after they hydrojetted the kitchen line and snaked it and still no luck. They told us there were roots in the pipe and they would need to cut through tile and concrete to replace the pipe. That was way more than we expected. We later found out that they had made the line worst. Now, instead of a slow drain, the line had become a severe clog. After calling them back, they did not believe us when we told them the lines were now worst than before and kept insisting they had made the problem better. They finally refunded some money back but that doesn't help. We just want the problem fixed.

Fast forward. We called multiple plumbers for estimates and most said they would need to come out to look at the problem, but that we would need to pay them to assess the situation. We were getting desperate and finally called TPPlumbing. Eddie picked up and after giving him some details he started explaining how all the lines worked and what different options would do. All this without asking to sell any service! Eddie said he was curious why the previous hydrojetting did not work and asked to come out to assess our situation for free. He said he does want to be paid for a job he couldn't completely fix. Well, truth be told, he came, snaked the line, cleared up the line, and when asked how much it would cost he said no payment needed! He said he cleared up the line and created a fast flow but since there seems to be something catching the snake halfway, he did not feel he completely fixed the problem. Now that's service!

Eddie said he would bring a camera to clearly assess the situation before giving us real options. I don't know what better service we can ask for! Eddie is the one you want on your emergency contacts!

Eddy is my Superman! He came to my kitchen sink clog rescue! From the start he was professional, friendly and informative. Assured me he doesn't charge unless he fixes the issue. Unlike other plumbers where they charge you service fees just to come out and Inspect. Eddy was affordable and came within 30 mins of my call. He and his assistant were friendly and did not make a mess since we did not have an outdoor kitchen access plug so he had to go through the house which is a major plus!! They had shoe covers prepared and their equipment was clean. We Hydro-Jetted our plumbing issue due to the previous plumber just snaking the clog that only lasted us a month. Can I give ten stars? Seriously. My rental unit had issues and Eddie was able to be there within an hour and still have a super fair price!  He explains everything he does / did thoroughly. I say did because he did make some decisions without me but his reasoning for doing so was sound (and didn't result in excess cost).  Apparently our home had horrible issues (main line clogged and the snake wrapped around / couldn't cut for awhile), and a big mess ensued. My tenant said Eddie was super nice, helped clean the mess, had a great attitude, and was efficient. Highly recommend!

Eddy and his coworker came out to my home to fix my garbage disposal. Unfortunately they didn't fix it, but that was because the garbage disposal itself was defected. He even recommended me to another place to take a look at my garbage disposal. There was no charge for it and they were really nice throughout the whole process. If I ever have an issue with my plumbling system I am going to use their service.

Disappointed in the service rendered by TP rooter. Called to fix a clogged shower drain. He came, was a nice guys and did his thing. Within a month and a half the drain shower clogs again.

Called him back to see if he can stop by, but gives me the number to another plumber rather than try and resolve the issue.

As a business owner myself, I ensure ALL customers are satisfied with my services. I also prefer to support small business owners like Eddy, but lately they have not been providing satisfactory work. Will now have to call a more reputable big plumbing company that can take accountability when a job is not done correctly the first time.

Saved my Thanksgiving!!!

I had the unfortunate luck to have my kitchen sink clog on Thanksgiving morning as I was beginning all the cooking for the day. I called my usual plumber to learn that he cannot come out until the next day. No, no, no, this couldn't be happening. It's impossible to not have a kitchen sink on Thanksgiving Day. Luckily, we found TP Rooter on Yelp. We called and were given a 20 minute eta and quite that was much lower than I expected for a holiday call. Eddy came out and was kind and professional. When you find your drains backing up in your bathrooms.  This was the case one late Sunday evening.  Fortunately we found TP Rooter on Yelp.  yelp.com/biz/tp-rooter-a….  Eddy the owner and his assistant spent the hours it took to completely clean out our main drain line.  He showed us a live video image of the blockage and the thick tangle of live roots.  The live stream video showed us how he cut and removed the blockage.  This video gave us the comfort in knowing that our drain is completely clear. We hired TP Rooter to fix a clogged kitchen sink and we are so impressed with their professionalism and high quality work.  The issue came up on Easter Sunday and we called TP Rooter and they answered (even on the holiday) and discussed our issue, quoted us prices (which were great and very competitive, by the way), and scheduled an early morning appointment for the very next day.  To have such professional customer service on an Easter Sunday says so much about how great TP Rooter is to work with.  The crew arrived right on time for the morning appointment, worked really hard, quickly, and efficiently to fix the clogged drain (they snaked the drain and cleared the issue right up), explained the work they did in an easy to understand way, cleaned up the entire work space, and provided up with an invoice detailing the work and the price (same price as the quote- no hidden surprises).  TP Rooter has earned a loyal customer; we'll most definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs.  Thanks TP Rooter for doing such a wonderful job for us.

I describe how much I appreciate this family-owned business! I had a mainline backup between rain storms on Super Bowl Sunday, and not only did they come out 20 minutes after the first call, they cleared it and hydro jetted the issue in less time than I expected to wait to just get a plumber onsite. Double sink clogged in kitchen on Tuesday night.  Wednesday morning I set to searching for a reliable plumber on yelp and yahoo.  So glad I went with TP Rooter.  Eddy, a kind and professional young man, asked a few questions over the phone and was able to give me a quote.  Luckily, Eddy was near our neighborhood and arrived within a half hour.  He fixed the problem in about another half hour which from first phone call to problem solved made it about one hour total to having my kitchen sinks back to working again.  All this at a reasonable cost, too.  Truly as good as it gets!

To put it straightforward Eddie is the man. He is always willing to lend a helping hand to take care of any issues you may have, and best of all he's doing his job at a bargain rate! I started having issues at my home with my kitchen drain. It was clogging and would not drain properly. I called Eddie at 4 PM and he was outside my door by 5 PM. He came in thoroughly explained everything he was doing and helped unclog it with a snake. The next day it seemed to be clogging a bit and Eddie came on over free of charge to take look and help me out. A week later my standpipe by my washer was having draining issues. I asked him to come take a look and instead he gives me a technique over the phone to help take care of it. Now there are really not too many people on this planet that would refuse extra business and lend free advice but Eddie went the extra mile so I wouldn't have to pay anything for the small issue I was having. It is truly a rare event when a contractor of any type either A. answers the phone or B. calls you back.  Eddy from TP Rooter did both!  As soon as I called, he answered the phone and set up a time to come out to clear a clogged drain pipe.  He called me right before he got to my house as well as sent a text message with an ETA.  Eddy is very knowledgeable about his trade and gives you very honest answers.  The price he quoted me on the phone was exactly what he charged me and was affordable.  Many rooter services show up and tell you stories of doom and gloom, hoping to make more money off of you if you don't do what they suggest.  This was not the case with Eddy.  Very professional and honest business.  Would for sure have him back in the future.

TP-Rooter came to the rescue again! I called Eddy about plumbing issues we wer having, and he pretty much diagnosed the problem over the phone. Just had a remodel of our bathroom finished and today the toilets started over flowing and the mess was coming up in my newly installed jacuzzi tub. I had a main drain that was clogged. I started my search reviewing plummer's. I chose TP Rooter because they had 5 stars and their web site had the very exact problem I was having. Which was when I took a shower the toilet started making a noise and water was backing up in the shower and toilet. I gave them a call, and i'm glad I did.  He explained to me how the pipes run thru the house, since one side of the house was flowing fine but the other side was where the problem was. Eddy explained to me what he was going to do. He was very nice and professional. The price was very reasonable. I defiantly will use again and I would highly recommend.

A little after the visit, but better late than never. On 12/28/17 my toilet and tub began to back up and I called my normal plumber and was told that he wouldn't be able to make it till 10-11am the next day. So I jumped on Yelp, saw TP Rooter, and took a shot (because of previous reviews). No kidding after I requested a quote, I got a call back in 5 mins and they were at my house 10 mins after that. They were at my house for about 20-30 mins and we were back up and running! Their price was very reasonable, he took my debt card for the transaction  (which made payment a breeze), and they emailed me a receipt. All in all their business is exactly what you would want in a service. Fast, affordable, friendly, and quality of work seems to be holding up. We will be using their services again.

OMG!!! These guys are GREAT!!!
If I would have known about these guys 6 hours earlier, I would have saved another $100.

Had a kitchen sink that's been backing up.  Called in my regular plumber, he spent more than an hour with his snakes but wasn't able to get it fixed.  Yet, we had to pay him $100 for the time.  He also mentioned the origin of the problem is the pipes being too old and they'll need to be replaced to resolve the issue and that would cost $1,300 - $1,600.

Out of curiosity, I wanted to get a second opinion.  Found TP Rooter online and contacted Eddie.  Told him of the situation and these were the information he gave me over the phone.

1. If he can't get fixed, I don't have to pay.
2. Informed me of snake and water jet options and their differences.
3. How he backs up his services with warranties.  1 month for snake job and 1 year for water jet job.

Now being more informed, I was leaning towards the water jet.  It was more costly but it would be more thorough.

It was late Sunday afternoon and he was out on a job, about to wrap up for the day.  But when he heard of my situation, he was willing to make another stop before calling it a day.

When he arrived, I gave Eddie the go ahead with the water jet and he was done within an hour.  Including preparation and thorough clean up of sewage after.  It was a fast work not because he was slacking but because he knew what he was doing and he was good at it.

Been running the water with detergent for last 20 mins as Eddie suggested to clean out the minor remaining grease and no signs what so ever of water backing up AT ALL!!!

Just bit mad about the service I've received from my regular guy, the money I had to pay him and the unnecessary pipe replacement work I might have ended up getting per his suggestion.

But the good thing out of all this crazy Sunday is...  Now I have a new, trusty plumber, Eddie.
I'll hands down recommend Eddie and TP Rooter to anyone and everyone I know.

Highly recommend. I would give 10 stars if I could. Called on a Saturday morning and Eddy was out in less than an hour. He spent quite a bit of time here, explaining everything as he went along. Unfortunately he was not able to fix the issue as it turned out not to be a clogged drain, however he gave me another referral and didn't charge me. That's unheard of nowadays, especially considering he was out here for a couple hours; climbed up in roof, and tried snaking two different drains. I will be calling them if I ever have any other plumbing issues.

I found these technicians here on Yelp and all I can say is nothing but good remarks. They pitched me a great deal and I had them unclog this stubborn bathtub that I could not unclog with the plastic hook thing. I could not even unclog it with the plunger and rag method. I had an issue with the water line that connects to the fridge. I called sunday asking if they could come out Monday and he told me to call Monday. So I called Monday and they sent someone out within an hour. Very happy with that. And then the guy who came out gave me a couple options. Said he has to go to a special place for a part that Home Depot doesn't carry. What could've easily cost $400, he found the part at Ace Hardware and did the job for $100. Definitely recommend them. I will be using them in the future for any plumbing needs.

They finished the job two hours earlier than estimated, explained every step of the process and even installed a two-way cleanout. A job like this would've costed us around $6K with bigger companies. What stands out most is the customer service!  Eddy is prompt to answer Yelp messages, phone calls, and text messages.  After receiving my inquiry, he scheduled an appointment.  Confirmed the appointment the day before, and notified his ETA day of.  All this was prior to even starting the service!  I had called about a backed up pipe which Eddy and his team were able to hydrojet.  He took the time to explain the process and what it was that they were doing which I greatly appreciated.  In addition, Eddy took into account the fact that other drain pipes feed into this one exit pipe and made sure those routes were clear.  Jobs like these can get messy but they tried their best to minimize any water flow in the garage and spent time after cleaning up.  Thanks again and I will definitely be saving his contact information for future jobs!

On Christmas Eve our kitchen sink backed up.  I tried a jug of drain cleaner over night to no avail.  Consequently, on Christmas morning I needed to find a plumber because we were expecting house guests and we could not go without the sink or being able to run our dishwasher.  I turned to Yelp and began making calls.  Most of the calls went straight to voicemail.  Those who used an answering service could not come out for several days or they were not taking jobs because of the holiday.  Eventually, those I left messages for replied with the same consequence except for TP Rooter.  They were just finishing a job about twenty minutes from my house and said they would be right over.  They called a couple of time while in route to assure me they were on their way.  Upon arrival they set up their equipment and went to work snaking out our drain.  They promptly completed the job, cleaned up any mess and ended up charging me $50 less than what was quoted on the phone.  I HIGHLY recommend TP Rooter for any plumbing needs.

Eddy came over on his day off, in his sweat pants, to help us out with another main-line clog that I had managed to make a nightmare with a plunger and lye. He got here within ten minutes of the initial phone call, despite the pandemic, despite taking time off for him and his crew. The men got up on the roof and jetted out the pipes, ran a snake in the shower, and Bob's your uncle. They were in and out within 30 minutes.

Called TP-Rooter early this morning around 6:00 am to see if they could snake my main sewer line. Was having drainage problems last night no toilet or showers draining. Talking with Eddie on phone he described exactly what was happening to the drains. He was already heading to another job so I ended up trying to find someone else. TP Rooter killed it. We had an overflowing toilet downstairs. I thought I was smart and turned off the water, but it kept overflowing, turning the hall and bathroom floor into a nasty mess. Called up Eddie at TP Rooter and he not only told me what the problem was (mainline backup), he told me what to look for (cleanout) and how to find it. I texted him pictures and he identified for me what it was. He also gave me recommendations of who to call if I wanted it fixed that night, but told me it would be cheaper in the morning. He also told me what to expect to pay and what he would charge. I waited until morning and had him come then. He solved the issue, explaining the whole time what was going on and how to prevent it from happening in the future. He gave me a reasonable price and a guarantee. I would definitely recommend TP Rooter and would use them again!

Update Two Months Later: Pipe backed up again, Eddie came out again to fix it free of charge, even though it was outside the one month warranty. He helped figure out exactly what our problem was. If there was a six star rating, I would give it!

My only concern is that this business PRICE GOUGES people using the excuse of late hours.

DO NOT EXTEND YOUR BUSINESS HOURS TO EMERGENCY SERVICE HOURS if you plan to charge based on what time the service is rendered.

24 hours means it shouldn't matter what hour it is. I was gouged $350 to roll a snake down my toilet three times. I would advise my friends against using their services.

THEY LEFT MY BATHROOM A COMPLETE MESS.
You'd think for the price they'd have picked up after themselves, but they left the residuals from the clogged pipe all over the floor of my restroom.

Lessons learned: Do your homework. Read reviews. Buy your own snake. Don't flush any wipes down the toilet, even the flushable kind.

I just had to leave this well-earned 5 star rating for Eddie.  He took the time to listen to our situation - something that most people no longer seem to make the time to do.  While he could have done most of the work for me, he suggested another plumber who he thought would be better suited for our situation.

Though he did not provide the plumbing service, I so very much appreciated the sincere advice he gave me and for how helpful he was over the phone.  In my book, that still falls under excellent service.  And by the way, the plumber he referred me to, was another excellent guy - good people know and work with other good people.

I'm calling Eddie from now on! He fixed my shower first thing in the morning (I discovered the problem at 9pm), and he was as professional and knowledgeable as can be.

He diagnosed an issue we've been having for 3 years since we bought our house. He also suggested a solution which brightened our day. We'd been told we need a new main line, but he assured us we just need to re-pipe a line in our shower.

Eddy responded in less than five minutes and said he and his team could come in the next few hours. He was upfront about costs, $99 to snake out a kitchen drain.

When they arrived, they were very professional and started snaking the drain from outside of the house. I appreciate how they try to fix the problem externally first before coming inside. While they were doing this, Eddy was explaining to me the process and being very informative about the problem and how to prevent it. It took 20-30 minutes to unclog the drain.

This team is professional, friendly, and honest. They don't try to upsell you and don't have hidden costs. So grateful for this incredibly hardworking team!

I just had get on Yelp and write a review for TPRooter because of the amazing job these guys did. I've been fighting a slow draining kitchen sink for months now so I decided to give these guys a call. I spoke to the owner, Eddy, and explained my situation. He gave me his recommendation and they were here the very next morning to take care of the problem!

They used their hydro jet service and blasted years of cooking grease right out of the pipes. Luckily, my patio had a run off or a second drain behind my kitchen sink because when that grease came out it was such a mess!

Eddy and his guys were done in no time and they did an excellent job with the clean up!  If you're having issues with your kitchen sink, don't hesitate, give these guys a call, you won't regret it!!

Had called Eddy around 9 months ago regarding a back up in a drain. As I'm leaving to work this morning my kitchen sink starts draining slow to where when I would turn on my garbage disposal it would fill up my other compartment. First thing that comes to mind call EDDY!!! These guys are so reliable and so quick with the response it's incredible.. I had a stopped toilet in my office. It had gotten pretty bad and normal stuff would not work. Called Eddie. TP Rooter has great customer service I called them to tell them my plumbing issue and so I can get a quote and they asked me to send a picture and as soon as I sent them the picture they quoted my literally within 5 minutes and they came out to fix my issue today they were very polite and so helpful they explained exactly what was causing the issue we were very satisfied with there service and I would gladly recommend there service to anyone.

I have used TP Rooter for various other issues and there is a great reason I keep calling them back. Eddie was super responsive and even though most of his crew were out on jobs, he was able to assess my need over the phone and come and do the work himself right away even though he was not feeling well. Nice guys.  My mainline is a bit of a mess and Eddie suggested that I have a camera inspection.  He recommended a guy to do the work and that guy said I should have a hydro-jetting performed, but that he'd also require the install of a two way clean out because my current one isn't sufficient.  I called back Eddie to get a second estimate.  He doesn't do that kind of work, but he spent a lot of time with me going over what I should ask for in terms of warranty from the plumber that would eventually do the work.  He also came out and snaked my mainline a second time, at no charge.

These guys are the absolute best. I had a main sewer line clog. I called another rooter and he said it would be at least $350. So I hoped to get another opinion . Eddy gave me the best honest opinion. He told me it would be more worthwhile to rent the snake myself and clear the clog. He said that if he came, he would have to charge a lot because it would take him a while to run the snake a few times. Plus he would need to bring another worker to help and that would also cost more money. He told me that I could call him if I needed more instructions on how to do the job. I ended up renting the snake and got the drain cleared and it's been good since. I love how honest Eddy was and I would wholeheartedly recommend him.

I am blown away by the service and pricing of this Son & Pop company. We have been living in our house for 25 years, so back then most of the piping in front of the house was made of clay. As Eddie was explaining, newer homes use plastic since it's more durable, resistant to calcium buildup, and harder for roots to penetrate. I originally contacted Done Rite Plumbing and they RIPPED ME OFF. (I will consider not bashing on their own site for now to leave this here). Dave from Done Rite charged me an outrageous $400+ for a minor job that should cost HALF that- all he did was snake a camera and temporarily flushed the problem out (come to find out it would cost an additional $1500 ON TOP of what I had already paid to fix the actual problem, complete BS.)

I was pretty numb after Done Rite raped my checkbook. As my senses came back, I started calling other Rooter companies to gage their opinion. I explained my situation to Eddie, and immediately he knew I had been ripped! He offered to come snake a camera and SHOW me the problem before starting any actual work. Fast forward a month, he and his team broke concrete, flushed out the line, replaced 8 feet of piping, within 2.5 hrs for under $1200. **WE GOT A GOOD DEAL AND PAID A FRACTION OF THAT, BUT YOU'LL HAVE TO CALL EDDIE FOR YOURSELF ;)**

I am BEYOND satisfied by his customer service. You can tell when someone is as passionate about their trade like Eddie is. He didn't just TELL us what he would do, he EXPLAINED everything and answered all our questions along the way. I actually work in Real Estate and managed SFH, so Im not completely clueless about these things. I felt extremely comfortable around him because he was TRANSPARENT and I trusted him. I am so thrilled with the results of his work that we DEFINITELY will be recommending him. This is a project that all homeowners will have to eventually face as their homes age, and I'm so glad I can refer a trustworthy company to my family/friends. Our main line was plugged after being rootered just two months previously by a different plumbing company.
We called TP Rooter and honestly, they were at our home in ten minutes! Yes, ten minutes.

Called on a Monday morning and they came by within 2 hours. They diagnosed a broken main line 6 feet up from my cleanout when one of their cutting heads wouldnt go any further and actually bent the metal cutters. They cleared the blockage at the pipe with a leader and no other attachment to make it through the narrowed pipe. Took about an hour and I now know where the main line needs to be dug up and replaced.

Friendly and professional guys. Will use them again for any emergency plumbing needs. Thanks!

Eddy is great! very experienced, not only solved the problem, but patiently explained what caused problem and what is right way to do it. compared with other rooter we used for same washer drain clog two months ago, it is unbelievable.

I called in the morning and expect they will arrange time to come maybe next day. But Eddy could come in the same day.  they inspect with video and cleaned with hydro jetter, and the charge was very reasonable, also provide TWO year warranty!

This company is flat out amazing. I used a bathroom sink and toilet in early morning 12/23 when the bathroom tub started to back up with brown smelly water. I sent out four requests to other plumbing companies and only two responded-one was going to charge $300 just to come out and the other was closed. Called TD Rooter because of all the 5 stars and see why they have such great reviews. Eddie was super nice and they came out about 30 minutes from my call !! I had a plumber out here yesterday from a bigger company but more problems developed overnight. TD Rooter hydro jetted the main line and another line in the garage because of a tree root problem that was developing. He explained this is the best temporary fix for tree root issues and explained what issues we're likely to experience in the future. Because our house is old (from the 1950s) we have galvanized pipes and eventually will need replacing.  Eddie explained all procedures and even said we didn't need to do the jetting but was best option for short term. It is such a blessing that they came out so fast during the holidays. They were both so nice and it was comforting to have someone who knew their trade. Thank you so much!

TP Rooter is trustworthy & efficient! It is hard to find a plumber you can trust. Eddie (the owner) was honest about the time they could get here, and didn't try to do or sell me on more about what needs to be done (which trust me, in this old house, a lot could be done). He said they'd be here between 9:40-10:00, they were here at 9:47. He unclogged our kitchen sink by removing the P trap and snaking it. He also gave us some simple tips to keep it from happening again. All this was done for $99 flat.
We will definitely be using them in the future!

All toilets and drains blocked (Main sewage line blockage).....Called around on a Sunday afternoon and all the other plumbers didn't seem like they wanted to work or to schedule it for Monday. I called TP Rooter and although busy they were able to get a guy out within 30-45 mins and hydrojet the mail line and blow out the root / debris blockage. Showed me the drain on camera and the removal of the blockage.......best of all these guys had the best price by FAR and came out on a Sunday........their business card is on my fridge!!!! Eddy without a doubt is a life saver! We had a main sewage problem caused by some roots that's caused our toilet to flood. Woke up Sunday morning to find that my kitchen sink was no longer draining, and running the garbage disposal only just sent the pool of disgusting water in the sink flung back up. Plunging also was of no help. I was worried if I would have to wait until Monday while this gross pool sat in the sink to wait for plumbers to be available.

I asked several plumbers for a quote on Yelp. Eddy was the only one who texted me back, literally within minutes. After answering some quick informational questions, he told me they could have someone over within 30 minutes. How could I say no to that? In less than that time Eddy and a colleague were at my condo. Probably 15 minutes later the announced and demonstrated that the sink had been unclogged, and they gave me some helpful advice on how new to keep the pipes open since they were newer construction.

In all the process from Yelp request to the guys leaving was less than an hour, and it only cost $99. Eddy mentioned he had just started the business, and I hope he keeps up the good work like this because I wish all the companies I dealt with were this good. Will definitely be my first call of God forbid I have plumbing issues again.

I'm very happy with the service that TP Rooter provided. I called on Sunday around 10:40AM and Eddy (one of the staff members) picked right up. Although he was 30 minutes away finishing another job he promptly showed up afterwards at around 11:20AM. He even called to let me know he was heading over.

Once he showed up we showed him what our problem was and he immediately knew what to do. He gave us the option of how we should go about the problem. All throughout cleaning out our sewer main he was very nice and walked us through the process. He told us exactly what our problem was, where it was, and how to perform preventative maintenance.

Eddy was also very flexible in his pricing were able to get our service done for a verrrrrry reasonable price. He left his receipt and gave a one month guarantee. I would definitely call TP Rooter again for any problems I can't fix myself and recommend them to anyone with drainage problems! Thanks TP Rooter/Eddy!

Eddie and his guys are true professionals. Eddie understands what customer service means! We had him come out a couple months ago to clear our sewer main. He arrived when he said he would, had the job done very quickly, explained exactly what he was doing and was priced very reasonably.

Today we needed him to come back and do it again. (Damn tree root systems) He was here 25 minutes after I called him and is working to clear it as I type. This guy will be the only guy I need to call ever again.

I don't believe in 5 stars anything...Encore Las Vegas 4.5, my brothers Tesla P85 4.5, Even my favorite McDonald's fries 4.9, but Eddies quick response and quick and solid service with great price is definitely a 5 star service. Not only did he answer his phone the first time I called and every time after, which 3 other plummers did not even call back, he tried to get to my house faster then I could on the same day. He came, he saw and within 15 minutes of starting he finished. He also let me know what the problem was and what steps I needed to take to make sure the issue is resolved and how to deal with issues that may arise as well as who to call. Then to cap it off, he gave me a great price, lower then all the other plumbers I contacted that weren't available for a day or two.  FAST, EFFICIENT and a GREAT PRICE! It was the day before Thanksgiving this year and the kitchen sink had been clogged with standing water for days, as Drano and our other efforts were not getting us anywhere. Last month I had a clogged main line. Called 3 plumbers on a Sunday afternoon. They all said they could come later on, but Eddie is the only one that followed through on his promise. I'm glad it was him that showed up. He ran a camera through my roof vent into the main and showed me where the problem was. I had root intrusion and recommended I replace my line soon. He cleaned the main through the roof vent that day. Fast forward a month, my shower was draining slow. My neighbor had a plumber at his house (power pro plumber) and I remembered what Eddie had told me so I asked the plumber  for a quote to replace my main sewer line out of curiosity. I don't want to bash another company, but their quote was outrageous. I asked my neighbor what his problem was and they had a clogged main.  They paid over 2000 just to have a clean out installed and their main hydro jetted. I called Eddie and asked if he could give me a quote to replace my entire main sewer line. He came in the morning, gave me a quote, replaced nearly 40 of my main sewer line (which is 5' underground), installed a clean out, kept my sprinklers in tact, kept me updated with pictures and information, and completed the job... all in less than 7 hours while I was at work!!! The even more amazing part was I only paid $500 more than what my neighbor paid!! They are completely professional, efficient, perform quality work, communicate well, and go out of their way to help. Eddie is a young, hard working, honest man and I am appreciative that business owners like this exist!

Thank you TP Rooter Team for an amazing job in helping with our drain issue! Eddie and Dennis were amazing! It's been 2 years since the plumbing drain has been used and the cast iron pipe soon build up with rust, rocks and debris. This led to our serious clogging issues. Today(Saturday) while our washing machine was rinsing, I noticed sudden bubbling sounds from our two bathrooms and then murky water came out of our drains.  In desperation my wife and I called every 24 hour plumber and rooter we could.  Eddy was the only one who picked up immediately on the first call and he said that he would be able to come help us.  He found that we already had a cleanout and was able to unclog our main line 15 mins.  He also had us run all the water outlets in the house to make sure the clog had really been cleared for good. I can see now why he has gotten so many great reviews and we wouldn't hesitate to call him again if we have a clog again.

TP Rooter and Eddie are legit.  I had some backed up pipes last night around 8pm, and I gave them a call.  Even at that time, he picked up the call and chatted about the situation.  He was available to be seen that evening, but he suggested coming in the next day which we agreed to. We scheduled an appointment and he arrived first thing next morning at 8am on time.  He did a thorough diagnostic of our entire pipe system and fixed up our situation real quick.  He finished in less than an hour and and everything is flowing smooth. Eddie is knowledgeable, super informative, and very professional.  I will definitely use him again in the future if anything and would highly refer him to others if someone asks me.

Made a call to TPRooter and scheduled a appt for Saturday morning! Eddie & his colleague came in saw the slow drain issue in our master bath room, climbed on the roof & ran the snake. The drain was still draining slow so they had to snake from the inside & vacuums the drain! They were clean, quick, honest, & nice! We are big on owner operator companies these & these two men are a great company to call for any drain issues!

10:30pm getting ready for bed and what do I come across? My first plumbing problem ever! What's going on in my head? Are there 24-hour plumbers? How much is this going to cost me?? I started to google 24-hour plumbing services, but how will I know if they are reliable...go to yelp and search of course!

I call them to tell them that I think I have a stoppage on my main line and ask if they can come out now if not very early morning, a girl gots to shower!. He said he'll come and gives me a quote over the phone. It wasn't an arm and a leg, so yes please come out! They got there quick and started the job right away. He dragged his little brother out to help instead of having me wait for his dad (who was on another job) Yay for family businesses!

Job was done very thoroughly from what I can tell with a one month guarantee. Definite go-to plumber for me.

After just waking up on Sunday, I came downstairs to the womanly shrieks of my roommate. The trash disposal was throwing up garbage in my laundry room! Chimichurri sauce was spewing out of the washing machine drain pipe like a young boy first hitting puberty.

Immediately I found Eddy through other Yelpers and he picked up my call and quickly came down to assist me. He explained everything to me and even gave me tips before getting down and dirty to clean my man pipes.

He got in there deep, it was dank, and it was indeed dirty. After thrashing around in my pipes for about 20 minutes he was out of there was quickly as he came. Eddy saved my life and my backend pipe. I will never forget you...

These guys are awesome! They do good work, they're professional, and cool too. They were flexible on setting up the appointment on a Saturday which is great if you work 9-5.

We had some roots growing through our main line from the house to the sewer. They jetted it and cleared them out. He also gave me good tips on how to maintain the line to save money in the future. Definitely recommend these guys. Good price, great service, and good dudes.

These guys were excellent, hard-working, honest and accurate in diagnoses with no upselling (for a change!!), and very very affordable.  They solved all our problems quickly, the work was done in about 1 hour, and it was a long-term fix, not a short-term workaround.  They were extremely responsive and scheduled immediately the next morning to fix everything (including hydrojetting) after they diagnosed the problem.  They really take care to go way above and beyond on the job.

We had numerous problems throughout the house that would require hydrojetting at least one line. We had smaller problems that required snake jobs or simply opening a trap or two and cleaning them out.  And we had a mystery sewage odor smell.  TP Rooter solved all these problems.  We had another, corporate chain plumbing service come out and tried to upsell us to a $3300 job.  When we didn't go for that, they called us back and quoted us $1500 to do what TP Rooter did for $400.  And those corporate guys got crap from their sewer camera on our house walls, whereas Eddie and his guys cleaned up after themselves immaculately.  Eddie even removed his shoes when coming in to the house for inspection, seeing all our shoes outside!

As part of diagnosing the problem Eddie and his guys camera'd our main line from two access points, in front of and behind the house, all the way to the public sewer, and explained clearly everything we were seeing.  Turned out we had a clean intact main line, with some portions replaced with new ABS (we are new homeowners), so they knew the problems were side drains connecting to the main sewer line, and individual fixtures.  They camera'd down 4 of our roof vents to check for proper venting.

They ended up hydrojetting 2 lines, hydrojetting down a roof vent (they put a smaller adjustable hydrojet down through the roof but don't turn on the water until they are past the closet at ground level), snaking through two tub/showers and 3 sink cleanouts, vaccuming out 3 P-traps and a dishwasher drain hose and cleaning our pop-up stoppers.  I didn't notice until the next day they tightened a loose faucet while they were down there. The hydrojetting truly was necessary-more than 20 minutes of black crud (!) came back out, which they vacuumed up as it came.

These guys really work hard and go above and beyond.  Neighbors on either side of us are having plumbing problems-these houses are all built the same way-and I gave a TP rooter card to each of them!  I can't recommend them enough!

I'm happy to recommend TP Rooter. I was looking to Hydro-Jet my main line mainly as preventative maintenance since I've had to snake it almost every year or so.

Eddy and Alex came out and were explaining everything they were seeing and doing, which I appreciated. Along the way I was recommended things to look into for my own benefit without the pressure of a sales pitch for future work. He stood by his quoted price even when he had to get on the roof to jet an unforeseen and difficult to access blockage. I'm sure most other companies would've immediately added a surcharge. But Eddy wanted to do the job right. I could tell that he is not only very knowledgeable but also cares about his customers and his work. I'll be calling him for my future plumbing needs. Thanks!

The Plumbers Plumber!!
So when you're awesome, reliable, local plumber hits a proverbial wall he calls Eddie! We had an out of the ordinary situation that could've turned much worse. Our local plumber did everything he could and when he was tapped out he called Eddie. Eddie and a crew member came to the house after dark/same day, assessed the situation with our primary plumbers input and decided to get on the roof! Did you know there is access to your entire houses pipe system from the roof?  I did not!  The team was able to totally clear all of the pipes inside the house and out to the street, along with the support of cameras to confirm.  Awesome!! No giant mess in the house or at the clean out (which in our case only hits 1/2 the plumbing!).  Everything from the roof to the city system under the street.
Life saver!! Why on earth does this stuff always happen the day before a party or holiday too?!!  Thank goodness for this team!!

My wife and I had water start backing up into our showers on a Friday.  We contacted a plumber, not TP Rooter, and they said they could not be out until Saturday morning.  When the non-TP Rooter plumber showed up he said could not help us because we did not have a main line access.  

I looked on Yelp to find another plumber and saw TP Rooter.  I called them and left a voicemail.  Eddy contacted me back right away.  He said he would be able to come out the same day as soon as he was done with his current job.  He arrived when he said he would and cleared out the mainline in what seemed like no time.  He was professional and friendly.  The price for the service was more than reasonable compared to other plumbers that had done the same work before.

If I ever have this problem again, I will not hesitate to contact TP Rooter again.

My tenants call at 9pm to tell me the bathtub is clogged.  I check Yelp and find TP Rooter and give them a call. I plan to leave a message, but Victor picks up, gives me a good quote and says he can make it in the morning.  He gets there early and finds a more complicated clog than expected but finds a way to clear it up. He still sticks to the original quote.  Tenants are happy and I'm happy.  If you have a tough clog, definitely give TP Rooter a call.

Better bedside manners than the average doctor; I'm fully aware this is a review for a plumber.

Professional, considerate, polite, clean, honest, thorough, no scarcity pitch, no upsell, no rushing, exceedingly patient & calm, addressed all questions, genuine.

Quickly shot down some seemingly upsell options of their own while thinking out loud due to impracticality- this earned a tremendous amount of trust from us.

Our issue was complicated but another plumber who also seemed extremely honest was willing to advise us despite our address not being within their service area. The plumber who wasn't involved helped validate and confirm TP Rooter's suggestions. Truly felt fortunate having found these 2 plumbers.

Was willing to work by accessing the roof too due complexities, which seems to be a rarity nowadays.

Truly a rare breed of a plumber. They're on my extremely short list for any plumbing issues in Orange County.

But I want to SHOUT this one.

These guys are incredibly good at what they do. They went so far above and beyond anyone else, I had to take a minute to tell the Yelp world.
They dealt with my weird schedule, showed up EXACTLY on time, explained everything that they were doing, and they even brought me out to SHOW ME what they were charging me for....
and by the way- they barely charged me anything!!!
Call them if you have a yucky drain/sewer  problem- they are like throwbacks to the time when people used to give a damn about the work they do.

Big thumbs up for Eddie. A year ago I had him come out to my place all the way in unincorporated Santa Ana.  After he quoted me over the phone, he came out to unclog a main line which extended to almost 1000 feet; pretty much at the city's line.  Even though the job was much more difficult than he anticipated, the price never changed.  Since then, I call Eddie and his cousins for any clog issues I run into.  He's come out to one of my spots in Fountain Valley and Westminster.  He's extremely honest and makes sure his work is 100% so that you won't run into any issues down the line. Eddie and Marco are lifesavers!

A bunch of my toilets and showers were clogged and we needed them fixed ASAP. I called them at 8:09 am this morning; they came by at 8:40 am. They assessed the issue quickly, gave me a quote, and went to work

Our drains/pipes were stubborn. They tried so many different methods. What normally would take them 10 minutes ended up taking about over an hour! But they were dedicated to fixing the issue and eventually had to go up on our roof to tackle the problem. They really went out of their way to make sure they fixed the issue without up charging us for anything.

At every step, Eddie kept me in the loop and gave me advice on our next steps to avoid the same problem in the future.

Called TP Rooter to clear out a clogged sewer main. Spoke to Eddie over the phone and he actually gave me pricing! And it's was a fair price!! So many companies charge a fee, just to come out, and they won't give you a price estimate without showing up. But TP Rooter is different, because they are fair and honest.

After snaking the main, and putting a camera down there, we discovered the main has two large root intrusions and should be replaced.

Because of the depth, they can't replace it. But Eddie is giving me info on who can. And, gave me the depth and direction of the main, so I can get prices from anyone I want.

I can't believe I'm actually happy with a plumbers service. Because this is the first time, I don't feel ripped off.

I highly recommend Eddy from TP Rooter. This guy is the man. I called him early on a Sunday morning and he showed up to my house in 20 minutes to unclog my backed up toilets. He couldn't unclog them with the snake, and since he noted I had roots blocking the pipes, he recommended hydrojetting the pipes to remove the roots. He gave me a quote on installing a two-way clean out and hydrojetting the pipes. I got other quotes, and his price was the most reasonable. I called him back a few days later, and he and his crew came and did the work the same day. He explained the entire process to me carefully beforehand, and as he and his crew did the work, he even would invite me to observe their work to prove that the roots were being removed fully and properly. He answered all the questions I had throughout the way. He's a really hard worker, and his customer service skills are impeccable. He wants to make sure the customer is very happy. I contacted TP Rooter via yelp message late at night after I discovered both bathrooms had clogged drains with water coming up from the drain.  I Traded a few messages back and forth,  even at 2am.  Eddy said he could be out early in the morning.   I called Eddy at around 8:30am.  He was a on another job however showed up with his crew about 30 minutes later.  Main line was snaked from the roof and all was fixed.  I Was very happy with the service but most importantly the timing of getting the drains unclogged as I have a house of 3 infants/toddlers.  Eddy came through!

And here we are again, 2020 COVID-19 out of control, Riots and protest everywhere, and us with plumbing issues... EDDIE AND CREW to the rescue!!  I have used TP Rooter several times and there is nothing else to say about Eddie and his crew, except FANTASTIC! This time Eddie suspected we had a broken main under our foundation.  He was correct, which was a job that required more work that imaginable.  So Eddie got us hooked up with someone that was more fit for the job. I don't want that to be negative at all, I appreciate that Eddie recognized the issue and knew who to call.  Not only did he let the job to someone else, he and his crew came and HELPED digging trenches and all the hard back breaking work!  Let me remind you TP rooter was not part of the contracted work at this point. Guest toilet was draining slowly. Automatically thought of our friend who spends way too much time in our bathroom every time he visits.

Called around, most rooter places wanted $300 - $500 to clear a line / send down a camera / video tape it and give it an Academy. Saw review of TP Rooter on yelp, gave Eddie a call, and he was over the same day (on his day off, with his girlfriend in tow).

We found the sewer clean-out, and Eddie quickly went to work, clearing out the sewer line between the clean-out and the street. It took a while because of the mess of tree roots in the pipe, but he finished the job while his girlfriend waited patiently (and even helped).

If you just need to get your sewer line cleared without all the additional services, give Eddie a call.

Highly recommended.  Eddy is the guy you want to call if you have any plumbing issues.  I had a really bad toilet clog.   Eddy showed up as scheduled, worked his magic and my toilet was unclogged.  Eddy was very patient and explained to me (as he was working) on why and what was clogging up my toilet.  He charged me what he quoted and didn't try to upsell me.  I now have his number on my phone and will definitely call him for any future plumbing issues.

Without a doubt the most honest plumber I've talked to. A few month prior, they hydrojetted my main pipes. They even stuck a camera down to check for any clogs or broken pipes. A few months later there was a clog in my bathroom and I had a relative replaced our toilet. We found some roots growing there. We hit tp rooter again and they immediately came by the next day. Seems like the roots in the bathroom was missed since it was not from the main pipe line. My sink was also clogged. These guys made it right by hydrojetting our pipes again. They snaked all the gunk from the sink to the main pipe and then hydro jet it. They did not charge me for it. Very good company, they provided the job and it was done quickly without pressuring me into do something else that I didn't want to do. I recommend that you use them.

With so many plumbers to choose from on Yelp, I went with This company because of the reviews and that it's family owned.  I believe in supporting small businesses and they're easier to deal with.  Eddy did not disappoint.  He guarantees his work and explains the job he's going to do for u.  Very reasonably priced and doesn't upsell.  My toilet in the third floor was bubbling and he unclogged it.  After we had the Santa Ana winds, it started to randomly bubbling again.  He came back the day I called him and ran his camera down but didn't find anything.  We looked at it together and I did see my pipes were clear 40-60 feet down.  It cud be that the vent was clogged with leaves from the winds that's why the bubbling was random.  We'll see.  It gives me peace of mind that Eddy stands by his work and I know I can count on him to come back to fix his job if needed.

I had an issue with the main line. I texted Eddie and he was out within an hour. He made sure to explain to me what was going on with the old piping and what he was going to do to clear it. (He showed me on the camera screen) He and his worker were quick to fix the issue and waited while I made sure that the drain was working properly. I ran water from the back of the house to the front and everything has been working great. Eddie and his team are prompt, courteous, respectful, and true professionals. Just had the best plumbing experience ever! Our bathtub would not drain. This is a regular occurrence in an old house like ours. We have used many plumbers and even though the job got done it was always a hassle. Decided to call TP Rooter based on Yelp reviews and I can tell you the reviews did not lie! They were at my door within 10 minutes of my call. They had the drain unclogged within 5 minutes and were on their way. Super friendly guys who did the job and did not try to sell us anything. TP Rooter was extremely helpful.   They were easy to get a hold of on the phone and was able to come out to my home and fix my toilet. They even texted me 20 min before they came to my home.   They even texted me to confirm my appointment.   My 2 year old daughter threw a rock inside the toilet, which caused a clog.  They were able to remove the toilet and get the rock that was lodged in there.  They were extremely friendly and professional.   They are a family owned business and I highly recommend them.   I found them on Yelp because the other plumbing company we go with was booked and unable to help us.   I took a chance with this company based off the number of reviews this company has received so far.  The reviews were correct on this company.  These guys were there for the rescue.   I will definatley be calling them from now on.  Thank you for fixing the issue.

Eddie and team went above and beyond all expectations. We had a difficult sewage issue with no easy access to the main drain. They still found a way (through a tiny pipe on the roof) to scope the issue with a camera. They provided two options: a temporary and long term solution. I went with the permanent fix which included breaking up a walk way and dealing with a serious root problem. The work was done quickly and professionally with great communication - all at a competitive price.

I would give 6 stars if I could. Eddie also provided a referral for work that was not in their area of expertise.

Calling them was the best decision I've ever made. I was having a stoppage at my home where every time I washed clothes, the water would come up in our front bathroom tub, and every time I showered, the water would pool up in our back restroom shower. Originally, we had tried going through our insurance and they assigned a different company that said it would be $250 to possibly fix the problem. Then i found TpRooter and had the pleasure to speak with Eddie(seriously the nicest guy). He was able to come out the next morning(per my request) and was able to fix our problem for only for $99! If you are looking for friendly, fast, quality work, I highly recommend giving them a call! TP Rooter helped us out twice in two weeks.  The first time, our sink was clogged and the second time, our bathtub drain was regurgitating dirty water.  Both times I called rather early in the morning, around 7 AM, and both times they were able to come right away.  After they left, I had some questions about another clog we were experiencing, and called them on the phone.  They walked me through the problem and promised to stop by if I couldn't fix it myself.  They called later that day to follow up and make sure everything was okay.  I appreciate their help!

I contacted TP Rooter AFTER having two other services come out to snake my sewer line in a period of 4 days.  Needless to say, I had heard enough from the professionals.  I just needed the sewer cleared.
First, when I messaged TP Rooter, I received a message back w/i about 15-20 mins...GREAT!  Second, after discussing my situation, Eddie said that he was finishing up a job not too far away and that he would swing by in about 30 mins...GREAT!  Sure enough, he was in front of the house about 30 mins later...GREAT!  We discussed what had already been done and what my options were.  He quickly prepped his camera to get a better idea of what was going on in my sewer line.  He showed me that the pipes under my house were clear (contrary to one of the other plumbers who had been out before), and he showed me where the problem was...of course, just several inches before the city sewer...so all my responsibility...GREAT to actually see the actual roots in the sewer line and have an explanation of how to remedy the problem.  He advised that snaking was usually the first step b/c it's the less costly option and that hydro-jetting would be the next option and of course more costly ($450).  Well, as I mentioned, I had been dealing with this for nearly a week, so I had him explain the hydro-jetting.  He hydro-jetted the sewer and sent his camera in again. I would say about 90% of the roots were gone...GREAT!  Eddie said that he wanted to try to get the rest, so he hydro-jetted a second time, and nearly all of the roots were gone.  He did explain that he does not warranty snaked work but hydro-jet work was covered with a 3 month guarantee...GREAT!  With roots, it's likely that they will come back again.  It is what it is, but I have not had an issue like this in the past 5 years, so fingers-crossed.

I definitely would have saved some money & aggravation if I had called Eddie and TP Rooter from the get go.  Thanks Eddie!

My parent's toilet was leaking and after messaging different places, I told my parents this place could fix our problem. Eddy was the one who helped us out and after talking to him about a possible broken wax ring, he found the actual problem, roots in our pipes. He hydrojetted the roots and installed something to help keep the roots from growing for the next few years. So if you're have problems related to pipes, my family and I highly recommend coming here.

Very satisfied with the service. Called them at 8.30am he arrived exactly 20mins later. I explain what happen to my main sewer line that maybe got clogged due to age and material and send water back up into one of the drain in the garage when I flush the toilet in the house. He immediately know what happen and explain what's going on and then proceed to use the camera snake to inspect the line from the vent pipe on the roof. From my experience some other plumbers would try to use snake to try to clear the clog first and they will charge you for that but turn out that may not solve the problem at all so they charge you for nothing. These guys are different they know what is the best solution for my problem and explain to me clearly as well as show me the video from the camera inspection that shows how honest they are. For the price I don't have this kind of problem b4 so I'm not sure if it's reasonable or not but from looking at how much work and time they spent on it (almost 4hrs) I'm pretty sure their price is very reasonable. He even showed me an invoice from other project that have similar problem to mine to prove that he gave me a really cheap price.

Fantastic service! Main sewer line clogged up and backed up into downstairs shower and toilet. Called TP Rooter and within 15 minutes Eddy and his team (Alex and Marcos) showed up. After diagnosing the problem, they cleaned out the line and everything was working again. The whole ordeal took about 10-20 minutes. Eddy was friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. The cost for the job was fair and lower than two other places I called up. Will definitely use them again.

Eddie was the best! I had clogged main line and called nationwide, well know Roto-Rooter. They quoted $459 for easy access, first level, clean out. I searched again and found TP-Rooter. Hummmm, what a great name! Eddie answered his cell right away, no need for a call center, dispatch, or waiting, etc. Eddie gave me a time, within an hour he arrived at my house, and quoted a price at a small fraction of the price quoted by the well known chain. Eddie and a co-worker got right to work and within a short time the main line was clear! Eddie and TP-rooter are the best! Dependable, reliable, knowledgeable, punctual; great service at a great price that saved me hundreds $$$. Thank you Eddie!

Wow, was I lucky!!!  We had a sewer main back-up on a SUNDAY. Checked YELP and found highly rated, local TP Rooter. They were there within an hour. Assessed the problem (not good news) and were able to fix it completely by the next day. They were efficient, effective, tidy and lived up to their reviews. Sometimes you have to trust someone new and pray they will treat you fairly and honestly, and that they know what they are doing. I'm glad I made the call to TP Rooter. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Since I am new to the area, I rely on Yelp rating  on searches for restaurents and services. Horrible service. Had a clogged bathroom sink. Called both numbers, both rang 10 times be found ore voice mail. No company name or greeting. Left a message and received a response from Eddie. He couldn't do the job but would send one of his technicians. Friday an unmarked red truck shows up with the guys to clear the drain. No uniforms, but polite. They had to snake the drain, using a device with the motor falling off the mount. Comical but it finally worked. The problem arose when they reassembled the p trap. It leaked. The leak was discovered that night. Eddie was called, he sent the same guy again who tightened something. But the leak continues. Eddie called again, today Sunday 4.6. He said he had to talk to his boss and would call back within 10 minutes. No call in 10, 60 and more minutes. So, very long story, please learn from my mistake and stay away from TP Rooter and Eddie. They fix and duck up on the same call.

I can't say enough good things about Eddy and his service.  He was very responsive, thorough, and my drains are running great! I appreciated that he took the time to walk me through what caused the problems and give me preventative maintenance tips.  He was also very conscientious about keeping my home clean even though it wasn't that clean to start with lol. My shower stall drain has been clogged for several days. I used several chemical drain cleaners without success.  I was so frustrated....I.called early on Saturday morning and Eddy answered. I explained my problem and he was going to help me troubleshoot over the phone. After explaining the situation he said he probably should come by.  He and his assistant came in 20 minutes and less than 15 minutes later it was fixed.  Eddy was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and why. The service call was very reasonable.  I definitely will be using them again for my plumbing issues!

Thank you to Eddy and his associate for fixing my sink. Loved how Eddy responded on yelp in less than 2 minutes. My sink was blocked due to major lime and calcium deposit and they drilled all those hardened areas away to make my sink flow again down the drain without any blockage. I had a clog in the drain pipe for my two units.  Many of the 24 hour service companies were unresponsive due to the fact that the call was on Sunday night.  Eddy was able to come out in a reasonable amount of time and get the job done.  He was able to snake to the main and double check to make sure the clog was completely eliminated.  He gave a fair price and was 100% professional.  I would definitely use Eddy again and recommend him.

Woke up this morning to a mess. Main sewage line backed up. After reading some reviews I decided to call TP Rooter. Talked to Eddie and he said he could be there within a couple hours. He showed up as promised and proceeded to snake and camera my line. He determined that water jetting would be the answer to my problem. As I watched the entire process I can say he was 100% correct. For the first time in 20 years after having several other companies unclog my sewer and thinking it was finally time to replace my sewer line it has been cleared properly. After the jetting was complete I could see with the camera that from my house all the way to the street, 100 ft looked like new. All of the roots that had been there were completely gone. I am impressed and a happy customer. Eddie took the time to explain the entire process as I watched.  They cleaned up before they left and I can say that I have found my drain specialist for sure. I had a great experience with TP Rooter! We tried to call another plumber that my landlord suggested. They never called back. We called TP Rooter and I think they were closed. Eddy called us back even though we couldn't leave a message. We scheduled an appointment for this morning. He came out and asked about our plumbing and he ran a drain snake and cleaned out the drain. He gave us suggestions on how to keep the drain clean using laundry detergent. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again. He was very nice and was concerned about keeping things clean as much as he could. His rates are more than reasonable as it cost less than one hundred dollars. Eddy is a great guy. If you need someone to clean your drain, call Eddy!

I just have to add to the praise here.  Eddy is truly amazing.  The first time he came to unclog our mainline was on a Sunday.  I had called 3 other 24 hour services, only to leave multiple messages and never hear back.  Eddy called me back right away and came quickly to our house.  A clogged mainline really puts your life on hold, and Eddy understands and sympathizes with what a pain it is.  He's friendly and professional and gets the job done.  Unfortunately, our clog was back exactly a week later due to some really persistent tree roots.  He once again rushed to our house, this time bringing out his big guns, and cleared up our problem - free of charge.  There aren't many businesses that will come to your house two Sundays in a row, offer you service with a smile, and only charge you for one visit.

This morning our tree roots struck again, and once again, he's made himself available right away.  I highly recommend this company without hesitation.  They make a horrible situation manageable.

Not only did Eddy and Jesse fix the sink, they made sure to test it with the washing machine before they felt comfortable leaving! TP Rooter saves is tonight!!! Tonight was the first time we have ever called this Plummer and they were saints!!!! 7 days ago I was getting a knee replacement, simple same day surgery. Nope some how I woke up during the procedure, had a reaction to a drug I told them I was allergic to. Now I have a femur broken in 3 places.  Some how the home health nurse flushed some dressings. Eddy Torres was at home eating dinner with his family. If the downstairs bathroom wasn't fixed I would have to get admitted back in the hospital. Mr. Torres didn't even hesitate and he didn't even know the whole story. And it gets better; of course when someone comes out in an emergency situation it typically cost more. NOPE!!! He treated my family so well, he charged us a very, I mean VERY reasonable rate and was in and out. I rarely write reviews bc a company/service really has to go above and beyond. TP Plumbing did just that tonight and I'm truly grateful for all they did. Mr. Eddy Torres you hit a home run, thank you for helping our family when we were truly in need.

Needed a kitchen sink drain cleared.   TP Rooter was the fastest to respond, the most helpful and transparent communicator, gave me a clear price ($49 with accessable cleanout, $99 if need to go through p-trap or roof vent).  I got a next-day appointment and Eddie great, took care of it quickly, cleanly.  Will use again, definitely recommended.

Never thought I would be writing a 5 star review for a plumber since every experience I've had with them has been a bad one! Starting with your phone call in to them and having them charge for travel charge! Eddie and his cousin were right on with ETA and best and most important total charge!
Eddie very honest with his knowledge and way of explaining the issues with my stuffed up kitchen sink. Took his time and went the extra feet in order to make sure we wouldn't have same issue again.

I called at 7:15am Eddie called me back before I could leave a voicemail. He gave me a quote over the phone and when the job was done there were no changes in the price. He was at my house by 8:30am. Eddy is the man! I had an issue with my shower drain and I reached out through yelp and had a response within 10 minutes. Appointment was then scheduled for a few hours later.

Eddy made sure to keep me updated on how far he was away from my place, and his actual ETA. This was really helpful because I was taking a lunch break to get this taken care of.

Eddy explained everything to me as he was working on it, from what the problem was/could be and what he was going to do. He also offered advice on what could be done to prevent this issue in the future.

Without a doubt will reach out to TP Rooter again the next time I have any plumbing drain issues.

Great experience with TP Rooter. Called them about a clogged kitchen sink that was backing up into my garage around 830pm. Their on call person was already at another site but they had someone show up at 8am the next morning to take care of the problem. Snaked the drains and everything is fixed now. They described an additional jetting service they could provide if the sink starts to back up again in the near term but didn't try to upsell me at time of service which I appreciate. Will definitely recommend and use again if needed.

We realized our house mainline was blocked around 9 pm.  It was back in February and it was pouring outside.  The plumber I've called for the past 10 years wouldn't come until next day.  I found these guys in Yelp and called them.  They were here in about 30 min, as they mentioned.  They looked very young, and at first I was skeptical, but soon they impressed my husband and I with their professionalism and politeness. I promised myself I would rate them.  Better late than never.

Used coupon with no problem.

I would definitely recommend and will call them back if needed again.

Eddie came out today to unclog our main line and we had the best experience. We called him on a Sunday and he actually answered his phone--no answering service. Before he came out, he called us to let us know exactly when he would be here. He was punctual, efficient, friendly, and knew exactly what he was doing. Eddie was here less than a half an hour and he unclogged two drains. His pricing was great. We were extremely pleased with his work and would highly recommend him.

It doesn't get much better than Eddie and his team.  Either they're just damn good or I'm damn lucky!  99% of the time you can't get a plumber when you need one.  They're booked, too busy, ridiculously expensive, etc.  Not this time!  Eddie responded quickly (literally was over within the hour) and resolved my problem in about 10 minutes.  In and out, very reasonably priced, courteous, etc.  All the good traits you hope to find from a service provider.  Highly recommend them!

Eddy and Alex installed a two way cleanout for our sewer line today. We have issues with a bunch of roots in the main sewer that clogged up the toilets and shower tubs in our house and a cleanout is necessary to effectively resolve this. These guys did such an amazing job! They have state of art equipment and completed the project in 4 hours, which includes setup and cleanup. Eddy is easy to contact and communicate with. He is responsive and punctual. Both guys are knowledgeable of their trade and they provided information on how we can prevent clog issues in the future. Pricing is excellent.
