Andreas came to our rescue after we learned that our next water bill was projected to be way more expensive than what we usually pay. We had a leak somewhere, but I could not find it. I was calling through the Yelp recommendations and every other business told me that they wouldn't be able to help us for a week plus. I called Gasca Plumbing and Andreas said he would be at my home in 30 mins, on Saturday! Andreas was quick to identify the problem and temporarily fix the corroded pipe connection. We've scheduled him for a full pipe replacement in the near future. Thank you!

I am so impressed with Vince who came out to my apartment yesterday to install roller shades over our huge floor-to-ceiling window. Upon drilling into the ceiling he noticed not only is it not drywall, it's not even concrete... his concrete drill bits were worn down because he was coming up against STEEL. Oh shit, I thought. I'll never get these custom-shades installed. Just a quick thought later, Vince said we could install into the window frames, which were metal. (The thought of doing that never occurred to me) Heck why not? And so, after making a quick pit stop at the hardware store for the proper screws, he drilled into the metal window frames effortlessly, perfectly hanging the 4 sets of roller shades. What a huge difference it's made in our apartment, keeping the blindingly bright and hot light from overheating our 10th floor apartment. On top of this, Vince was just a pleasure to work with, very cordial and professional. I can not recommend him highly enough!!

Imagine an auto shop where you paid for an inspection only to be told they've found the problem but won't give you the details ... because you might seek competitive bids. They instead would like you to choose them to do the work.

Ruben was referred by another plumber who couldn't come on very short notice. He kept in touch with us about the scheduling and replaced the leaking gas line in a very short time. I was very pleased with the service, his positive attitude and experience and - even more - the reasonable price!

Today we had a water pressure regulator installed by Mike from John The Plumber in Tehachapi. We are very happy with the prompt arrival time, knowledge of the employee, satisfaction of a complete and well done job and Mike's patience with all our questions. We will definitely always use this company for all our plumbing needs. We were billed via email and promptly paid the bill in full. A win win for everyone!

Came out to pump our basement when the rains came a year ago this time.  They were asked to come back to install a sump pump (which they recommended).  We were impressed when they came out within a day to get it out and a week later install the sump.  They did need prodding to finish tying the sump into the gray water drainage system.  They were going to service the on-demand hot water heater at the same time, but didn't.  We called and were told someone would be in touch, I guess we both forgot about it because we never heard back from them.

Jetline plumbing fixed the problem I had with the sewer line.  Steve and his worker were very professional and finished the job on time and their price was reasonable.  My close friend had recommended them and I recommend them to anyone with the same problem. They warranty their job too.

Had to call for a clogged drain (kitchen) on a Saturday thinking it would be an arm & a leg, but was happy to hear they could fit us in the same day and with no extra charge for a weekend visit.  Free estimation.  Dave was our courteous tech who was able to snake the drain and keep the area very clean.  He tested the sink and it worked great!  So happy to have a working sink again.  I was willing to wait until Monday, but was so glad they could come out the same day I called.  The gal who took my call was so nice, too.  I will definitely recommend Plumbing Care to any local friends & family who need any plumbing needs.

It started with the washing machine overflowing. David & Joe did a thorough inspection and showed me how the 60yo pipes under the house were a disaster... leaking both water & sewage!! They provided three options and worked with me on pricing. They completed re-plumbing the entire underground piping in 2 days, cleaning up everything.
They are polite, thorough, nice folks. They did exactly what they promised and showed up on time. They even stopped to play fetch with my dog! Definitely a 10! Would highly recommend (and, no, they didn't ask me to do a review).

Needed our annual service for our tankless water heater. Called for estimate, Frankie came out the next day and did an inspection and quote. Very friendly and knowledgeable of tankless water heaters. Price was competitive with the franchises. Would use again and highly recommend!

Thanks Eddy - Fast, Knowledgeable, Advanced. I called multiple services near me and tried to find help as we had a busted Backflow that was pouring into the street. We were stranded with no water...Where everyone else fell short in our emergency, Eddy was able to understand and resolve with some photos before arriving prepared. AAA Backflow = Problem Solved.

Ok, this may seem like an odd review, but I felt compelled to rate this business. To be clear, I have not used this business. However, when I came to Yelp to request quotes to replace a cartridge in my bathtub faucet, AEQ was the ONLY business (from the 4 I requested quotes from) to actually give me a quote. It was a reasonable quote, and their availability sounded great. I ended up managing to fix the issue on my own, but I wanted to show some appreciation for a business that actually responds quickly to requests, with reasonable prices. If/when I need a plumber, these folks are the first I'll call!

Jesse and his dad came the next day after I called them. They did a great job helping me with the plumbing for my double sink bathroom vanity.

Luis is the man. Great plumber, fair in his pricing and extremely attentive to urgent needs.

Chris was amazing!  He came out to clear a clogged bathroom for us on his wife's birthday...we felt so bad, but Chris fixed the problem in less than an hour and he was VERY reasonable.  Chris is extremely knowledgeable.  He didn't pressure us to do any other work.  He explained the problem to us and fixed it.  I would use Chris Neighborhood Plumbing for any plumbing job!!!

Steve was amazing.   He suspected water was getting into our exterior dining room wall from the outside and he confirmed this once the wall was opened up.  Steve's honesty and expertise is very refreshing!

Wow, we just had another great experience with this plumbing company!  Years ago, we had them repair a broken clay pipe sewer line.  They did a fine job and they were one of the lower priced estimates we received.  Clay sewer lines are kinda rare these days so they had to do some searching to find the right materials.  

Since then we used them for various smaller jobs and another big one - re-piping the whole house.  Our house was built in 1966 and iron pipe was used throughout the house.  Iron pipe rusts eventually rusts inside and the iron oxide builds up to and ends up seriously restricting water flow.  Again, they did a superb job - finishing the total job in less than 2 days at reasonable cost.

This time, it was a fairly simple job - we noticed the garbage disposal unit starting to leak.  I checked it and was able to determine that it was not a pipe or waste line connection leaking and it wasn't the sink collar mounting that had gone bad.  Therefore, the only thing it could be is the main seal of the disposal had sprung a leak and the entire unit needed replacement.  I called the office and scheduled an appointment.  David came out to the house on time of the appointment date.  I had texted photos of the sink and disposal under the counter so he was well prepared for the job.  He was courteous, professional, thorough and very efficient.  It took him less than 1/2 to complete the job.  The Badger 5, 1/2 hp unite was $130 and the total job came to $265!  We're very happy with the job, the new disposal (much quieter) and the speed at such a good price!

I needed to make sure my water heaters will pass code inspection. I thought this company knew the city codes as a local company. And I expected reasonable pricing and good quality of work.

I was dead wrong. Plubming work was suboptimal. They took the lazy way to route a pipe, resulting a tripping hazzard. To paint PVC pipe, they used spray paint that didn't match the color of my outside wall. The finish was a disaster! And I also seriously doubt these guys' qualifications. For one of my water heater. They couldn't light the pilot light after their work. They declared that it's dead! They even broke the little glass window and stick a match right into the burning compartment without succes.  After they completely gave up. They told me that it's dead and they job was done! Seriously? I went to tried it myself. I was able to light it up with just two tries. I think they might have forgotten to turn the gas valve on. To say that I was mad was an understatement.

For another water heater, although I have stressed multiple times that we must make sure everything meets code. When the inspector arrived, he found problems!

For this kind of shitty service, I was charged at least three times of the reasonable rate. Their management was very slow to get me a quote. And I had a new born at the same period of time. So when they finally gave me a quote. I have no time to go get quote from another company. I had a deadline to meet. If their work was good quality, I wouldn't had been so upset. But essentially I was given $2000 worth of work and got charged for $6000.

One star because at least they tried to salvage the situation.  Zero star for the work qualifty, altitude, management and pricing.

If you are an individual or a small business. STAY AWAY from this company! If you are a big corporation that doesn't care about price and quality of work, then sure go ahead.  Oh, dealing with them is super frustrating that it can be a full time job itself.

Another wonderful experience with this company! Came home from work tonight at 7pm to see our water heater was leaking, gave the plumbing doc a call and they had someone out within the hour.  By 9pm on a Saturday night my leak was fixed! Love this company and they were very affordable.  Thank  you to Savannah the plumber that came out.

I can't say enough good things about the plumbing doc.  Last Easter when my water heater sprung a leak they came out quickly and didn't charge me up the ying yang for coming out on a holiday and a weekend, they only charged me the extra rate for coming on a weekend. I was in the process of cooking a large turkey and was stressing out beyond belief when I walked into my garage and saw it flooded, they were out within an hour and seriously turned my day around, I can't thank them enough for their efficiency and quick arrival.

Today, I had them come out to install our new toilet and found out that our line was overrun with roots. Once again they did an amazing job by locating the problem, finding a missing drain cap that had been allowing roots direct access to our water lines, and replacing it. After they left we noticed that the toilet was the slightest bit loose, (this is after6pm), they offered to come back out right away to fit it. This company has had beyond wonderful customer service, answered all my questions when I was trying to figure out what toilet to get, and have just gone above and beyond, thank you so much for all your help!
