Martin today proved to me his integrity by taking care of his customer. Bravo Martin !

Precision plumbing helped me wrap up a kitchen remodel fast and quality service.  They arrived when they said they would, communicated through the whole process and did good work at a fair price.

I have been able to witness first hand how professional and experienced Martin is with Precision Plumbing. We have worked together on multiple jobs and I highly recommend him!! Precision Plumbing is amazing!!!  I had a handyman completely botch a job on water faucets for my bathtub which left me with a bad leak.  I called Precision Plumbing at 10:45 PM on a Wednesday night - they (Martin who was great on all fronts) showed up less than 20 minutes later and identified the issue immediately.  The actual fix took another 15 minutes or so but only because Precision needed a bit of time to locate the parts in their truck.  Turns out they carry pretty much all commonly used plumbing parts and had the ones I needed on hand.

After trying to resolve the issue with the handyman for hour after hour while I had a bad leak, Precision nailed it in mere minutes.  That is some nice service, and this was very late at night!

Lesson learned: don't hire a handyman to do a plumber's job.  And, if you are going to hire a plumber, Precision Plumbing is the place to call for top notch expert work, regardless of time of day.  Two HUGE thumbs up to Precision for their expertise and responsiveness, from a very picky individual to boot!

Broke our sprinkler lines and cut our electric lines leading to our walkway lamps up front. Both were in the same vicinity of the pipe clog we had fixed. Our drip lines now spout water where they dug and we had to replace the lines that carried electricity to some of our lamps in our front yard. Brought his buddy who was an electrician who swore up and down it wasn't their fault even though the lines and lamps were fine before they came to work on our pipes. We got a second opinion from another Electrician who told us they had without a doubt cut the lines recklessly digging to get to our pipes. Avoid at all costs. They broke more than they fixed.

I don't normally write reviews, but for service folks I think it can be very helpful. I had a slab leak that I had looked at by a different plumber the same day. Martin came out and was extremely honest about what needed to be done and when. His estimate was much more detailed and definitely more reasonable than the first plumber. He came back when he said he would and finished in less time than quoted. I also liked that he called me to let me know about finding a valve that needed to
be replaced that he had not seen prior, and still he came in right at his estimated price. Highly recommend him. Local honest and good.  Also a plus, one of his employees have me an awesome recommendation for the remediation company that came in after to dry the walls and repair the holes.

Last Monday is the second time I have had Martin-Precision Plumbing-out to my house.  The first time was about a year, maybe year and a half ago, and it was a slab leak which took them forever to pin-point exactly where it was coming from.  Martin called others in to help him to get it right, and these people diligently worked their rear ends off finding it and then fixing it.  He advocates re-routing so that slab leaks will be eliminated, and the flooring does not have to be ruined to fix it.  I did not want my $15,000 wood floor chopped up.  Monday, I had another slab leak on one of the lines that were not re-routed.  This time they found it fast, and in a few hours, it was done.  I called precision as soon as I freaked out when I saw the leak, because of the efficiency that I had with the last problem.  I say freaked out because we all know it is going to cost us money we did not plan on.  Nothing I could do about that, but I did have control over calling Martin, which I did because of his efficiency.  I have lived in my house for 31 years and have had many other plumbers throughout the years.  I chose to call Martin back, due to his efficiency.  I am getting ready to retire and sell my house, therefore, I needed to know it was going to be done right, as I will have to disclose the leak.  I know that no one is perfect, and we all make mistakes and have problems, but my experience with Martin and his company were extremely positive, both times.  I would recommend him to my friends and relatives.

Great Service and Price.
We had a flood at our house over the weekend. I was out of town so my wife had to find a plumber. Lucky for us she found Precision Plumbing. They came out and took care of the problem right away. They were very professional and courteous which is important when I am out of town and my wife has to deal with this type of situation.
I have friends in the industry but we couldn't get ahold of them and it was an emergency. I had my friend check the work and their price yesterday and it was spot on. He said the work was Quality and the price was good.

This review is long overdue. About four years ago I had Martin replace all of the pipes in my house with PEX. He provided me with an estimate that was in line with the other plumbers I had contacted. He began the work on the promised date and continued until complete, which took about three days. In addition to replacing the pipes, I had him install a tankless water heater and a water softener.
I was so pleased with the work that Martin and his crew did, that I had them do the exact same thing to my rental property two years later.
I have not had any problems with the plumbing in either house since Martin completed his work.
I highly recommend Martin for anyone who is looking for a competent plumber.

A great plumber to call...if you like plumbers who lie and lack rudimentary plumbing skills, that is.

I have a home warranty service, and Precision Plumbing are the people they sent (actually, I suspect it's a one or two man operation, but I can't be sure).

My problem was a clogged kitchen sink. The plumber showed up filthy and with the kind of power snake you might buy cheap at the Home Depot. After only a few minutes of trying, he decided he couldn't clear the stoppage and said he'd have to go back for better equipment.

A few hours later, I get a call from my home warranty company saying they were denying my claim because the plumber called them and stated he'd pulled up roots (stoppages caused by roots are not covered). The only problem was the plumber was lying! I had been standing at the sink the entire time, and when he pulled back his rickety snake, the only thing on it was a little black sludge, which is a normal byproduct found in kitchen lines. Not to mention, I don't have a tree or any deep-rooting plants anywhere near my mainline.

I told my warranty company the plumber had lied to them, and after some arguing, they decided to send a different company for a second opinion.

The new plumber arrived clean, with a REAL power snake, and cleared the stoppage in fifteen minutes. No roots, no problems, just a clear-running line.

He told me there was no indication of a root problem, and that I had been unfortunate to get a lazy plumber who had probably been paid for his first visit and stood nothing to gain by coming back to clear the stoppage.

Bottom line: DO NOT use Precision Plumbing! Their name is a misnomer. They should change it to Lazy or Deceptive Plumbing.

I was able to make an appointment quickly. Martin arrived right on time and fixed my garbage disposal. Would definitely recommend his service.

I'm not normally the rating/endorsement type, but Martin and his team were outstanding. After completing the re-piping (replacing the pinhole copper with flex hose) they went above and beyond to troubleshoot and repair a problem that originated from shoddy builder construction. Great experience and highly recommend!

Precision Plumbing is great! Martin showed up on time and even let me know he was on his way. He did the job quickly and left the area clean when finished Martin did great work at a fair price. i would recommend him to my friends.

If I could give 10 stars I would. We hired a Handiman off of neighborhood app. He said he knew how to do a job he didn't know how to do. He then busted pipe down inside our house Sealed it with regular tape and turned the water on without our knowledge. The next morning our brand new kitchen floor and cabinets were flooded. We called Precision it was a Sunday morning he was in 45 minutes at our home. Rocky did the job!!! He put everything into it. He found the problem and fixed everything that needed to be fixed.  He didn't quote me then change it !!! He stuck with his original quote which was already very reasonable and  even though it probably took him a little bit longer.  He was so kind and good!.  I've never had a plumber care who didn't upsale us, but he DID NOT !
He did a fantastic job and even though we had to tear our floor out it was a relief knowing we were no longer filling water into our kitchen. Lesson learned never to use anyone but a plumber for Plumbing. And that is going to be Precision plumbing mission viejo and we're going to ask for Rocky. I was lucky and will never go anywhere else for our plumbing needs !  Thank you for your integrity and honesty!

I have Sear home warranty and they gave me these people #.  Called them 5-6 times and left messages never got back to me or answered their phone!! useless plumbers....

And here I thought I was going to be the first to review this company...

I have a home warranty. My kitchen faucet died on a Saturday morning. I submitted a claim with the warranty company and was issued a claim number and Precision's information. I knew he didn't have to call until normal business hours which meant the following Monday, but thought he would call Monday morning.

I called the office (which uses a home address for the business) and left a voicemail around 10 AM. The voicemail left a cell number in case of emergencies. That afternoon I called the cell number only to get a this mailbox is full, please try again later. The cell was someone named Scott. So I called right back because the message said there was an option to press 1. Scott answered the phone instead.

I told him how I had called and left a message that morning and his rude toned response was, Well what was the message? So obviously they don't check in. I told him my problem again and as soon as he heard the word warranty he told me he would call me Tuesday morning around 9 AM.

I called the warranty company to see if I could get another plumber assigned sooner because I had already waited the weekend and she said that I had to give this company 48 hours as of Monday morning to complete the work. They said they would send him a reminder to call me ASAP.

Tuesday came and went and no one called me. I called the warranty company at 2 PM and was assigned another plumber. That COMPANY called me 20 minutes later to schedule someone to come out. They were professional and got the job done.

Precision's website makes them look professional but they are anything but. Don't waste your time or money on these guys. And now that I have seen Jeannie's review, all I can do is be thankful these guys didn't come out to repair my faucet.

Thank you to Martin who helped us with several plumbing issues! Great job.... Done properly and still in a timely manner!! Also referred a great guy to do some flooring work...Austin Prian. Would definitely recommend both of these guys.

The plumber who came out to my boyfriend and my place was very helpful and professional. He told me what to do if my garbage disposal gets clogged again and to call again if I am unable to unclog the disposal so that they can come out again to resolve the issue. He also help my boyfriend and me replace the shower head in our bathroom. He also gave my boyfriend and me the discount since it was our first time hiring this company to help us with our plumbing.

Precision Plumbing is far from precise. Not punctual. Not professional. Not polite. Not knowledgeable. But he was combative rude, and disorganized. And for Kerry K who wrote a positive review (obviously not an arms-length review) this WAS the owner. I'd prefer to have my house wash away than to invite Martin back in.

We had a leak and I saw on Precision Plumbing web site that they offer free quotes. Martin showed up and quickly asked us to cut the wall. When I asked if he could first detect where the pipes are (there are tools for that) he refused and insisted that we needed to cut the wall. I even showed him that it's possible to see the pipes path from the garage, and that they are likely leading to another wall, but he ignored me.

After we refused to allow him to cut the wall without first detecting the pipe, he  charged us a service fee. I was uncomfortable with his demeanor and behavior, and wanted him out of the house as soon as possible, so I reluctantly paid and sent him on his way.

I called another company, they came, detected the pipes, which were actually on a different wall than the one Martin asked us to cut for no reason, they cut a small hole from the garage side, fixed the leak and problem solved. I am not recommending to use Precision Plumbing.

Worst Plumbing company around. We have a warrenty service and our water heater was leaking. When ther tech came out 2 hours late he forgot a pressure reegulator and had to go home to get a new one. Unbelievable!!! He said we needed a new water heater and would call AHS to report never did. AHS followed up even they had trouble reaching them. We called an got the owner i think but all he cared about was how i got his cell number. He said he would call back and never did. AHS assigned us another company. They just wasted our time with a huge run around. We have no hot water!!
USELESS COMPANY

I met Martin  ( owner) for the first time today, very professional and informative. Explained the problem to me and took care of it immediately .  My first experience with this company was a good one. I will be a return customer when issues arise. I will also let my friends and family know about him. Great work ethics . Very responsible and respectful of the current Covid problems.   5 stars !!!

Mr. Regan was very professional in handling my kitchen plumbing issue.  I had such a mess and frustrated on what to do, he was able to show up immediately and was very attentive to the problem at hand.  PRECISION is right! Right on time, Expert in plumbing, Fast Clean up and Professional!

We called Precision Plumbing asking if they repair RO systems to which they responded yes. The owner showed up on time, worked for two hours and left our RO system inoperable charging us $250. We were able to get the RO system working again when our two sons fixed it. Sorry, I see no reason to ever call Precision Plumbing again.

I needed a last minute plumber to fix a washing machine valve and Martin was very prompt in getting back to me right away and changing up his schedule to fit my needs. He was in and out in 10 minutes and very professional. Will not hesitate to use Precision Plumbing again and highly recommend them!

I can't believe I even have to give one star. I never leave reviews on anyone... so you know it's bad if I'm taking my time to do this!
My home warranty sent this joke of a company out to my home. We had an emergency plumbing issue as we had no shower and no toilet.  4 days later..... I had to call THEM!  And when I told them they had not called like my warranty said they had, they said it wasn't their fault and not to tell Warranty!!!
After snaking my toilet line for about 10 minutes I walked out to catch him smearing sewage off my garage floor. Not only was he dirty when he showed up but he left raw sewage all over my  walls, garage floor, sink AND EVEN CARPET!  
To make matters worse, he let me know he had done all what warranty covered and didn't even offer me another phone number to call someone who could help us with out problem.
Unhelpful, unprofessional, and messy!

We called them on Tuesday May 26th and they said they could unclog upstairs bathrooms and install a clean out so we could take care of this our self next time without paying plumbers. called him back to set up appointment for next day, they said tech was busy with a slab leak and he would call and set up time. We waited till Thursday but never got a call, so i tried calling him back everyday since then but no response. June 2nd now and no call back from them and our toilets are still backed up and now we are looking for another plumber that will actually come out and do this job

I posted a pic of my water usage to show you how Precision Plumbing (Rocky) saved me $$$$ by fixing a busted main outside under thee worst weather conditions. He also made a maintenance check for leaks and fixed angle stops, running older toilets, and tightening pedestal faucets which other plumbers could not do correctly. Rocky and Martin have done what other plumbers couldn't do in terms of knowledge of products and skills. Martin installed my water heater a few years ago and upgrade all the piping as well as made sure my warranty was fulfilled. Know when to call a plumber.Don't waste water or $$$

We were recommended Precision Plumbing and were not disappointed.  Marty is an excellent plumber - very knowledgeable he detected the pipe that was leaking and then fixed the problem promptly.  Marty was punctual and went through each and everything in detail. More people should learn from him. We will definitely use him and his company for future needs and would recommend/refer him to anyone in need of a good, trust worthy plumber.

I definitely recommend Precision Plumbing. Martin arrived early, he was very knowledgeable & professional. He completed the work quickly & for a fair price! We had a serious plumbing issue & No Water! We really appreciated Martin & Precision Plumbing!

Excellent customer service. He arrived on time as agreed. When running our washing machine water started the fill up the master shower. There was a back up in the sewer line leading to our street. Martin was able to solve the issue for a fair price and offer a quote for additional services that may be required in a few months.

Would not recommend Precision Plumbing for any water heater needs.  I had Martin come out to try and repair a water heater that was installed in 2008.  While the thermocoupler was the only items that was broken (pilot would not light), he recommended a replacement of a water heater then proceeded to quote a price that was outrageously expensive.  When I asked him to break down the components of his price, he stuttered and the numbers did not add up.  Turns out that he was trying to recommend an inferior product that didn't include a recirculating water pump.  He simply wanted to retrofit the existing which is a big No-No for Noritz tankless heaters.  Ended up going with another Noritz approved installed and got a better model NRCP 1112 (300-400 more expensive than the Noritz NRC1111 model he recommended) and had the job completed for 36% less than the price he quoted.  Remember to do your diligence before you select a plumber.

Update:
Precision contacted my son and refunded the $250 and noted that
1. he believes he was told by my son that the reverse osmosis unit, that was the cause of the water pressure drop, was turned off. My son said he said that they had not used it since moving in but didn't know it was actually turned on.
2. Precision was only given 1 hour to diagnose the failure. The 2nd plumber took nearly 2 hrs to isolate the reverse osmosis unit as the cause of the pressure drop.
I should also mention that the recommendation was to abandon the under slab pipe and to reroute it above ground at a cost of $1250-$1500. Further, we should consider repiping the entire wet wall at a cost of $4000-$4500 if we wanted to avoid underground slab leaks in the future.
So, I'd modify my comments below by saying that there was a misunderstanding and a time constraint that Precision felt pressured them into an early and wrong conclusion. I would also add that I would expect any plumber to not write up a slab leak without an absolute confirmation of that as insurance companies would be given incorrect information and other expenses could immediately result, such as hiring contractors and paying plumbers for rerouting of piping that was unnecessary.
My son's takeaway from this experience is that a second opinion might be necessary if hiring some plumbers and contractors. I would change that to the hiring of any plumber or contractor, especially when a big expense may result.
Original comments: we had this plumber out in mission Viejo recently and he determined, based on his invoice, that there was a 3/4 pipe leaking under the bathroom slab. A second plumber determined that there was NO pipe under the slab or in the slab to either bathroom, it all ran through the wet wall from the water heater to the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room. The second plumber cut into 2-3 walls to determine this. Precision Plumbing told me that if i had told him that there was no underground plumbing, he would have looked in a different direction. Makes me ask, Who is the knowledgeable professional with the expensive tools and $250 charge to find a leak?

I was recommended this plumbing company by my mom who has used them for years. I had other companies tell me no or quote me at a higher price. I would recommend this company to anyone with any pluming problem.

I have been using precision Plumbing for years. Marty and his crew are awesome!! They always do a professional and clean job at a reasonable price. I would never use anyone else. I have referred them to my clients and family and everyone I know has loved the service. I can't say enough about this company. They are wonderful!

If you read the reviews you will see there are only negative reviews, however, if you go to the website you will see that the Company is part of The BBB which is hard to keep unless you keep your standards up.  Also, you will see that most of these people complain about their home warranty, which leaves the actual plumbing company out of control on when they will get approval.  These people should actually be reviewing their warranty companies not the actual plumbing company.  Also, the people they refer to are not the owner, maybe next time you have a problem with an employee you should ask to speak to the owner or manager and you may get a little further.

All of that being said I had a wonderful experience, no problems at all, great service, get work.  I however, do not have a home warranty company I am going through so I didn't have to wait for any sort of approval, I just got what I needed done, it was done right, professionally and timely.
