I had an issue with my residential fire sprinkler system and used California Fire Protection and backflow to mitigate the issue. Andy quickly responded to my request for service at a reasonable price as well as showed up to my house within an hour of calling him (it was in the evening and he stopped by on his way home). I was very pleased with the professionalism and quick response provided at a fair price!

Dave is the best! I called the 1-888 number worried that it was going to be routed to a call center but Dave answered the phone, fought through a 2 hour traffic jam, and made it to my place in Irvine (after hours) to resolve the issue promptly and was extremely courteous. So I went to use the bathroom this morning and noticed that everything was clogged and coming back up in the bathtub. I called our usual plumber but they weren't able to come out right away so I came to yelp to find a new plumber rooter company. These guys came out right away and told me that I had a main line clog. They got it all snaked out with their cable machine and made sure all my drains were working ok. It was an awesome experience to have a plumber show up on time, fix the problem fast and charge a reasonable price for their work. I recommend these guys especially for your rooter needs

JLB Plumbing was incredibly great to work with. I had an emergency because I was trying to close escrow and a plumbing issue came up the day before close. I contacted them through Yelp and JLB replied within seconds. They scheduled me for the next day and solved the problem. Super respectful and easy to work with!

I called several companies to get a rough estimate on a service. Most companies charge a so called house call fee regardless whether they do the job or not. So CAL Plumbing gave me a reasonable ball park figure over the phone without any charge. Joseph and Johnny were professional and courteous. Johnny did an outstanding job with the work and gave me an honest opinion on other plumbing matters. Their rates are competitive and I plan to use them for my plumbing needs going forward. I highly recommend them.

Brian Udo came to our new home to give us the estimate on the pex re-pipe and he was very personable and took the time to show my husband around the house and explain everything that was going to be done. He gave us a very professional looking pamphlet to look through full of information about the product as well as copies of their license, insurance, warranty, and schedule of re-pipe process. Brian always expressed how grateful he was to have our business. Brian's team came out and got it done 2 days. 1 day for re-pipe and 1 day for patch work.  The patchwork was smooth compared to the job done by the previous owner. I would highly recommend Simpex to anyone looking for a business that does both re-pipe and patch work.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Richard from Beach Plumbing!  We had an emergency that was going to have us without water until it was addressed and he showed up immediately and even ran out to get the parts and was right back again.  He happily tackled two other non-emergency plumbing issues afterward, which was very much appreciated.  It's so refreshing to interact with a cheerful, articulate professional when you're coping with stressful home repairs.  I don't look forward to any future plumbing problems but if I am faced with any I am relieved to know I have a reliable company to call upon.

I'm so glad that I found concept water after researching and calling many plumbers and water filter installers who tried to sell me commercial grade filter, something I do not need for my home. I consider Kent is knowledgeable and honest person to deal with, hard to find someone like this nowadays unfortunately. I would recommend him to anyone who ask me about my water filter system. We immediately feel the different first day after installing and regret to not have it done earlier. The water tastes good, our hair and skin gets smoother, the price is fair with after sales maintenance service. Thank you Kent for the great job done and prompt response to my call.

Dennis needed some work done in a commercial space. Dennis was very observant and knowledgeable about how the work had to be done base on the existing structure. Other contractures didn't notice.   My project is probably too small, yet he was very pleasant and quickly provided a quote.

My 1 year old threw stuff in the toilet and was clogged. Super frustrating and we couldn't do anything to get anything out! Called Clean-Out Kings and got quick service! The tech was super nice and fished up my glasses in one piece!! Even spent extra time cleaning it out for me! Great customer service from the inquiry to the tech - keeping their number for any future plumbing issues!

Plumbing always fails at the worst possible time (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.) so I decided to flush out the kitchen drain ahead of a family visit.  I picked Orange County Drains for three reasons: (1) they get only great reviews on Yelp, and (2) they were one of the few plumbers who would tell me up front what the cost would be, and (3) their quote was the best.  

They showed up EXACTLY when promised. Hydro-jetted the kitchen drain, removing HUGE amounts of nasty sludge. Then they ran a camera down the drain and showed me where the cast iron drain narrowed from the original 2 to less than 1 1/2 and kept the camera from going any farther.  Pretty normal after 60 years. Looks like I'll be cleaning that drain frequently. OR... they can come back in two days and descale the drain.  When they left, the patio looked like they had never been there.

Again they showed up exactly when promised, descaled the drain and now the camera ran all the way to the main sewer line.  60 year old cast iron pipe is never going to be smooth, but at least there is not an obvious blockage that will cause gunk to build up quickly. Good for probably 10 years.  And they credited me for the cost of the first visit.

Plumbing is not cheap.  You're not paying for their time, but for having a truck full of expensive tools and over 10 years experience using those tools.  If I snaked drains five days a week for a year or so, I could probably learn to do this. If I have a drain issue again, I will just call Orange County Drains to start with.

Luciano and Phil, with Jetter Pro, are very considerate and professional.  We had a clogged drain from the disposal to the main line. They cleared the clog and inspected the line from the house out to the main line.  Our house is 40 years old and this line has a lot of build up in it and will need to be water jetted.  I scheduled an appointment to have this done but since this is rather costly, we decided to put it off for while. They were very understanding when I canceled the appointment.
This is a relatively new company but the owners are experienced in their field,  trust worthy and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them.

Jeff Larson went above and beyond to make sure we had our A/c fix by the time he left. I have no complains all good things to say about Jeff and this company. Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!
