Had an issue with a shower not receiving hot water, Nasser came out the same day and worked a few hours to fix the main issue as well as some hidden problems (leaking and rusted screws behind the fixture). Very knowledgeable, honest and kind.

I called and spoke with Nasser about a leak under our kitchen sink. Wanted it fixed ASAP. He was there within a couple hours, fixed it quickly, and was priced fairly. Look no further!!!! You have stumbled across an honesty plumber!!!! I was referred to Nassar through Home Depot to replace a kitchen faucet.  He was out to my home within a few hours.  Turn the water on and off fiddled with the faucet and told me I did not need a new faucet, just a new spout.  He had me soak the faucet head in vinegar while he went up to Home Depot to see if they had one.  No luck with the vinegar or the replacement spout.  He brought in some CLR to continue soaking the faucet head,  helped me locate the replacement spout on amazon for 18.99.  The replacement faucet would  been  $225.   He charged me 100.00 for his time!!!!  I will definitely be calling Waterline Plumbing and Nassar again.  He easily saved me $400!!!!

Nasser was very communicative, responded promptly, and showed up on time. He was also very professional. Our water heater was leaking but was under warranty. He took care of everything, called the manufacturer, took the old heater off and installed the new one. I will definitely call him again if I need any plumbing work.

I hired Water Line Plumbing to install a new garbage disposal underneath my kitchen sink; since my old one was leaking and no longer worked right. My whole experience was great while working with them. They provided both a quick estimate and offered a good price to come and perform the installation of my new garbage disposal , so I hired them. Nasser came to perform my job. He was great to work with- he was on-time, polite, fast, his work was good and he wore a mask, gloves, and booties while at my home. I would hire them again the next time I need plumbing services.

Great work. Very reasonable price. Did replacement of water pressure regulator, shower fixtures, toilet and water softener in one day.

Responded to my request on Yelp right away and was very communicative. Came to the property the next day and didn't charge a fee just to come out. Gave me a very competitive bid for the project and fixed the plumbing immediately. Completed all the work in about an hour. Very friendly. Took payment via Venmo. Overall very easy, fast, competitive, and good quality. Work warranty for a year.

If only I knew that hiring a plumber can not only be painless but a pleasant experience, I would not have put up with my clogged garbage disposal and shower drain for as long as I did! Nasser and his team were quick to respond with the information I requested, arrived at the appointment on time, was respectful of my home, and dedicated to job quality. While he was here, I asked him to take a look at the gas fireplace which I was previously told was broken. Turned out it's been working fine all this time. Nasser came to my house to unclog my bathroom sink drain on a Saturday.
He was right on time and professionally got the work done and my drain is now perfectly clear.  He was clean and neat.  He was also a delightful person to talk to and gave me some good advice about my plumbing.  His charge was very reasonable and I recommend Water line plumbing unconditionally.

Nasser was responsive and thorough in explaining our water leak situation the second time when he saw the actual water dripping from the kitchen ceiling. He repaired within the hours once we agreed on the fee. Then he also referred us the contractor who can patch the drywall in the ceiling. All and all, we are happy with his service.

Nasser was prompt, by time and within my budget. he not only helps me in fixing the running toilet, but he also went beyond helping with some other minor stuffs too without any extra cost.

Is it possible to give someone more than 5 stars? I wish there was!

I had some gnats in my tub and saw them coming out behind of my tub spout. In most cases tub spouts will thread off if they are not the fancy slip-fit connection. Well when I did it it started to thread off, but that was the copper pipe actually coming off. My luck! I wish I could say I was too strong for my good, but no just my stupidity. No worries though because Nasser saved the day!

I called Water Line Plumbing (WLP) the next morning and within 30 minutes Nasser was at my residence. He discussed exactly what needed to be done and quoted me a great price.

Nasser was extremely professional and you can tell when you are dealing with someone who cares about the quality of the work versus getting it done so they can move to the next job. He took his time in doing what needed to be done and I ended up with great work. And no.. he didn't take his time to rack up the bill like other plumbers would. He actually worked more than he quoted, but still honored the number.

All in all, WLP (Nasser) is a must call if you have a plumbing emergency. He has the skills and knowledge to make anything happen when it relates to plumbing (and other trades, but let's focus on the plumbing).

I had them come quote a kitchen faucet and Roman tub faucet install. They gave a quote of $350 all-in (plus any parts needed), where other plumbers had quoted $500 or even tried to gouge for $1000 (Sweetwater plumbing). The installation went very well and I am very satisfied. Nass is a great guy and I was fair with me at every point. I will definitely call them first for any other plumbing work in the future.
