I have had a few experiences since moving here from New York learning all there is to know about things here  feeling overwhelmed.  The technician at the end of it all  I thought listens carefully , asked many questions and heard my concerns and expressed temporary and long-term options . I felt he explained it all and I did not feel that things became more complicated or confusing pretty cut and dry which I am very happy to have experienced I'm very glad about this experience and hope that if I ever come across this again I will find this technicianI believe I have a plumber now ! he seems very knowledgeable and more important straightforward and upfront to problem-solving. No run around .

These guys are amazing. We had a back up on the mainline Saturday night at 8pm. I called a few of the usual guys and got no answer. Not here. Picked up right away and was here in less than an hour. Diagnosed the problem quickly and made quick work of the issue. We live in an older house and they took their time to really make sure the clog was clear. Not to mention helping us to prevent the issues again with some toilet repairs while here. Can't recommend enough! We know exactly who to call the next time around. Thanks again for your work!!!

The initial inspection was very professional and informative. Diego walked us through all potential scenarios and answered all of our questions.

These plumbers were fantastic!  We had a slab leak under our foyer with water from the 1 main coming out of the living room floor on a Thursday evening.  We had to turn off all water to the house, obtained quotes for rerouting on Friday, with some giving us ridiculous quotes for work they couldn't start until Monday.  We called Armando at around 5:00 PM by FaceTime call.  He gave us a rough quote lower than all others, and arrived an hour later in Laguna Hills from Santa Ana with an assistant.  He confirmed the quote at that point and worked for three hours on Friday night.  Was back for four hours Saturday morning -- and repairs were completed by 1:00 PM  Saturday.  Done.  
Pleasant and hardworking team with the cleanest truck I've seen in this business.  These are seriously dedicated plumbers.  Would use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend.

Do not use them. Very incompetent and lack of skills and sufficient tools to do the job. All they do is to drag time for diagnose and then slack off so you can pay for their labor of $135 per hour for nothing! I contacted them to detect and fix water leak when seeing a big water spot on ceiling and actually water dripping  the day before. Because I am abroad, only my tenant a young lady in the house, no update no pictures from this service crew, after 2.5 hours just running water everywhere, no tools no measurement,  and cut a big hole on ceiling and still not able to find the cause of water leak, even though there is clearly a water mark inside the drywall,  on the laminate floor close to the bathroom entrance, and water along the footboard by the shower, they choose not to see it and not reporting it. I have to ask them to stop otherwise how many more hours do Diego plan to charge me for this kind of investigation? They are suggesting to check no related far away area like laundry and guest bathroom on the floor above,  even though there's clearly water marks on the floor of the  master bathroom directly above the  water soaked ceiling area. All they do for diagnose is to flush toilet /shower to see if there is water coming out for leak, and I have to pay them 2 hours labor $270 to do that and find nothing, end up with a hole on ceiling. This is total ripoff and taking advantage of a remote homeowner. Avoid at all cost, don't get tricked by their ads and the 5 stars. Completely waste of my time and money, and my tenant/friend's time. Diego and Armando & team have restored my confidence in residential plumber's. We have had about five different plumber's give us various reasons for the reoccurring flooding coming up from under our back to back bathrooms. Others suggested tearing up the showers, jetting, pipe coating (permaliner) and tearing walls/floors. I am so happy to add people to my preferred vendor list who genuinely want to solve the problem at a fair price and do not look to up charge.

Overtime took about 3 hours to run cameras in multiple clean outs, run water, use other high tech equipment and identify unusual and damaged pipe pattern under house and propose 3 options for temporary fix, long term fix and worst case scenario. The solutions were in writing and with time frames.

When agreed, they started and finished on time, no surprise extras charges and the team was pleasant, respectful, clean and cleaned up nicely after. We used their cement and carpet providers and all was coordinated through easy communication with Diego.

I can't recommend more highly and they are my go to from now on!

If you are ever in need of a professional plumber, Overtime Plumbing, Inc are the ones to call.  Today I had  a last minute emergency and they came without any hesitation to help late this evening. Diego and Jonathan were professional , courteous and punctual. I can say without a doubt we will be using them in the future if anything ever arises.

Great customer service, they got the job done super fast as well. They wore mask and gloves, very sanitary due to covid. Will definitely be contacting again in case we have another situation. Had an issue with our shower where it sounded like running water behind the shower wall, and it quickly turned into an emergency as we noticed water leaking on the shower floor. I was able to get ahold of Diego from Overtime Plumbing after I noticed the leak and he was able to respond to our home within an hour. He was able to identify the issue and provided his professional opinion about the repair. He was professional, courteous, responsive and very fair. The repair was done quickly and in a professional manner. Definitely going to use him and his team for future repairs/projects.

These guys are amazing! Exceptional professional service. We had a plumbing emergency last night and they were here within 30min and took care of the problem in under an hour. My kitchen sink had a crack and needed to be replaced.  It was an undermount sink and after 3 plumbing companies didn't have the expertise to do the job, Overtime Plumbing came to the rescue.  Armando was recommended by another contractor. He is super quick to respond, knew exactly what needed to be done.  He took care of everything! He and his coworker spent a good amount of time replacing the sink as there were some pitfalls from the previous installation.  Bottom line, these guys are experts and can handle any plumbing job.

The plumber came and was very professional and nice. Wore his mask and put on his shoe covers without me asking. Not only was he efficient when he disconnected my water purifier from the plumbing, he wrapped up all the cords neatly because he knew I was moving. I was charged an extremely fair price. Really great service.

My husband was doing a job in Downey and needed a plumber to fix a water pipe that had broken. I immediately checked online to look for plumbers and the first one I found was Diego. I had a plumber in mind to clear a drain problem, but was waiting for a reply. In the meantime, the next door neighbor had Overtime plumbing fix something for them. I asked Diego for his details just in case. Am I glad I did! I set an appointment with my plumber, but the night before the drain completely blocked. As it was after 5:00 PM, I couldn't get a hold of my plumber, so called Diego. He just got home, but came to me immediately to clear the drain. Unfortunately, the main drain was blocked by a large root. After explaining everything to me (including educating me on different types of piping and their histories) we decided that a full replacement was probably the wisest thing to do. He came out with his crew and dug a trench roughly 30 feet long and then replaced the Orangeburg pipe with PVC. They completed the job quickly and efficiently that day. Really professional, friendly and economical. I will be sure to use them again and highly recommend them. I will copy and paste this review as it is long on another review site as well.

Dont even need to try calling anyone else!

Its 2021.  I have been having draining problems in the atrium and backyard since we moved in the house in 2014.  The outside drains would backup during heavy storms.  I finally decided to find a solution for it and called a number of plumbers.  Interestingly, I found out most plumbers do not want to get into working on storm drains.  

I know a bit about construction work myself and usually when I hire a contractor or crew, I dont mind rolling up my sleeves and jumping in the ditches to help alongside.  

During conversations with friends that are also in construction fields, all of us were wondering where would you even start with something like this on a house that was built in the 70s. No one can even tell where these pipes are going or what the problem might be.

Finally, the last plumber that came over referred me to Overtime Plumbing.  I called Armando and he picked up right away and we set a data and time to have the drains examined.

I can tell you these guys know exactly what they are doing.  Once I saw them in action, it all made sense.

We did some jetting and camera work and found out where the problem area is.  They excavated and found out a portion of the pipes draining outside to the street is completely gone.  So, all these years, the water was just soaking into the dirt in the yard without having anywhere to go.  You could also tell by the wet ground once we dug it up.

We ended up excavating the pipeline which thankfully was outside the building and we replaced that entire portion with new pipes.  We had to also take out a small portion of a concrete sidewalk.

Diego even put me in contact with someone that ended up redoing the concrete sidewalk for a very fair price.

At the end, we did a final set of tests, jetting and camera to make sure everything is working and looking well.

It has rained heavily a few times since and it is nice to see the drains all working so well and the heavy flow of clean and clear water draining to the street curb like it is supposed to.

All and all, the work took 3.5 days, the crew was professional, friendly and amazing, and to top it all off, the price was very fair.

Armando, Diego, Manny and Eduardo don't just do a great job.  They are great people.  

They also communicate well and respond to calls and texts right away.

I am actually about to call them again for some plumbing work for a relative.

Thank you Overtime Plumbing for your services. Overtime team came out quickly to the city of Corona. We had a sewer stoppage at my house. They tried snaking the sewer but unable to clear it. They recommend to try jetting the sewer line. After jetting the line the were able to clear the stoppage. They also ran the sewer camera down the line to make sure there were no more problems.

These boys get it done needed my toilet fixed asap and they came in 10 mins flat it was good, service was great, good response time, quick and easy fix, their value for the job and customers is astounding, and I recommend calling these guys when in need because I know I will.

If I can give more stars to Diego and the guys with Overtime Plumbing I would. This morning my parents had a water pipe emergency causing water to flood their planters and over. What made it worst was I couldn't shut off the main water line and had to call the city to come out and shut it off and they ended replacing the valve. During that time, Diego inspected the problem and gave me options. I listened to the options that he was able to provide. I wanted to do it right based on Diego recommendation he drew up the estimate. Once agree to the pricing he went out to get the materials needed and came back to start working. Diego mentioned he would have the job done in one day, granted he came in at 10am as an emergency call from me and I was skeptical when around 5pm. My mom called me at 6:30 to tell me that they were done, I was actually thinking that no they will need to come back and finish but no, they actually i finished and just cleaning up. I was truly amazed on how efficient the team was. Diego was always respectful and stayed professional. Being in the customer service industry I was truly impressed and it's very hard to find people with those skills. Thank you to Diego and the team again!

I called them when I had an issue with a leaky pipe.  He came very quickly and did a great professional job.  Since he did such a great job I had him stay and descale my tankless water heater.  The customer service was above and beyond.  This will definitely be my go to plumber for sure!  I definitely recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

If I could leave 10 stars I would! The owner Diego was so incredible!!!!!! I mistaken clogged the drain with some tea leaves and it was a bad one! We hadn't washed dishes in a day and our house was a mess. Diego sent someone over to our house immediately on a Saturday afternoon and completely understood my panic. The plumber he sent was so patient, friendly and kind. He worked insanely hard to fix the crazy clog I created. He made sure to clean up the crazy mess that the clog created. I don't know why they don't have hundreds of reviews because of their service and expertise is amazing.They knew exactly what to do to fix my crazy clog and were the utmost professional. We'd still be sitting a pile of dishes and takeout without Overtime Plumbing.
Also- I called a ton of people and no one tried to fit me or gave me as good service. Overtime plumbing will forever be in my contact list and I will suggest them to everyone I know. Thanks for saving the day!

Armando made sure to call me back the day I requested a quote for a second opinion, even though he had experienced a very busy day.  He listened to my plumbing concerns, asked good questions, and helped me troubleshoot my water temperature problems to give me confidence to know that my HOA is responsible for the challenges I am facing.  If this was my own plumbing problem, I would quickly have Overtime Plumbing come out to service my condominium.

Wonderful experience with Overtime Plumbing!  They showed up in less time than they initially quoted me, were nice and polite, offered helpful advice, and were really reasonable in their charge.  I would definitely use them again.

I did not anticipate finding someone to come on a Friday night at such short notice. I was highly impressed by the great customer service,  the quick response and the execution of the job.
Deigo was very friendly and was able to fix my leaking shower quickly. Highly recommend his services.

We had a toilet that was not flushing well. We had another plumber come by two times and he used an auger to fix the issue.

After a few weeks, the problem surfaced again. I was told to try and call Overtime plumbing this time.

They came over and changed the flushing system in the tank to see if they can get the toilet to flush better.

The problem was not fixed. Then, they suspected it might be something to do with the wax ring or fitting area.

They removed the toilet. And discovered plant roots had reached the area where the toilet joins the floor. The roots had actually gotten into the pipe from that area.

They removed the roots and then did a snake to make sure the line is cleared. At the end they did a camera inspection to evaluate all the sewer lines and make sure everything looks good.

They also took some measures to prevent the roots from trying to get into the pipe from the opening again.

They did all of this super fast and for a super reasonable price.

They are great and know exactly what to do.

I would certainly recommend and use them for any future plumbing work.

Diego is the most friendly and reliable plumber! He came over to us within an hour and helped us unclog our main drain in an instant. He really knows what he's doing and I would definitely recommend him.

Our shower in the master bathroom flooded in the middle of the night.  Called quite a few places, most were answered by their dispatchers, but Diego answered for Overtime and came within 20 minutes.  The two men were very respectful, professional and explained things clearly.  Hopefully I won't have to call them at 4 AM again but would recommend their outstanding service to other people.

I've used Overtime Plumbing for 3 jobs now. Always efficient and always on time! The first time, I called them about a pinhole leak near my washer and dryer. Diego came in and worked on it without any trouble. The second time, I had a break with my irrigation system in the middle of the night. Had a gas leak reported by SoCal Gas and Overtime plumbing came out to identify the issue. They found the issue which included digging up and replacing the gas line running from the sidewalk to the front of the house through my front lawn. The team did a great job fixing replacing the gas leak at a great price, just wish they would have put back the grass a bit better.

Diego was great, performed well, unclogged my kitchen drain and was very clean and through.  I would recommend him to anyone.

Overtime saved the day.  We had a major leak late on a Saturday afternoon. We had to turn the water off to the whole house and make some frantic calls. The plumber was here in 45 minutes. Fixed the issue and got us back up and running.  Recommend highly and would use again.
