Eddie (Eduardo), his sons and crew were awesome! I first met with Jose and his brother they came in to remove my toilet and snake my pipe however after video inspection we discovered calcium and sediment buildup hence the clog. A duel clean out was installed outside and hydro jetting was done to clean out the pipes. We couldn't have met nicer genuine hard workers. It was a bigger job than we had anticipated but I felt they were transparent and honest with their pricing which made the process less stressful. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to whoever needs plumbing/pipe cleaning work done. Thanks again guys for everything :)

Our business kitchen sink was clogged last night. This morning I reached out to Viper and received a response within minutes with a reasonable quote. They arrived within 1 hour. The tech was communicative through out the process. He showed us that as part needed replacement and explained why and the price before proceeding. Price esas very reasonable. Highly recommend for any plumbing need.

I can't say enough good things about Viper plumbing. They provided me with a quote through Yelp for hydro jetting and were able to come out same day within a few hours. I had someone from ARK plumbing come initially and they made my clogged drain and shower worse! Thank you Viper plumbing for finally fixing my sink and shower drain! Efficient friendly workers. I had to have an entire repipe because of a slab leak and Viper Rooter and Plumbing had a very competitive rate.

I had two other companies out to quote a repair. Both said that the valve could not be fixed and said it would be over $1000 and our wall would need to be repaired after. Then, Alfredo from Viper came to see the problem. He knew how to repair it without ripping out the wall. He fixed it on the spot for under $400!

Alfredo was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I was impressed by how quickly he was able to see us and how fast the repair went. We are so pleased that we are going to have Viper re-pipe our whole house. Their prices are better than the other companies' and we trust them because Alfredo did such a good job!

Quick and efficient service. Good customer service and when asked for an invoice they got back to me right away.

Communicating with Viper was very quick and easy. Plumber was on time and fixed my problem in 30 minutes. The only concern I had was the original quote. I received a text quote for $195 parts and labor for both valves, but when the plumber came he increased the price to $300. When I called the office, they reported a miscommunication. I felt taken advantage of and should've just declined it. But at least the service was good.

I received service a few weeks ago. Very punctual and very clean. Definitely would use them again for any other projects. I felt the price was a bit high as I just needed to have the toilet replaced and he fixed sink tubing but like I mention he left the area clean and even put the old toilet in the box for easy throw out.

I liked what he had to say and he seemed very knowledgeable so we made the appointment. He and crew arrived on time and got to work. They were cool with all my questions and got the job done without any hassle. Gonna use them for my rental properties in the future.

Great family business! Helped us clear a main sewer line clog which sent sewage ack p and out of our shower drains and toilets! Fast, responsive and hugely friendly. They have my business  now.

Booked a job with Eduardo on the Yelp app on Sunday for Tuesday morning and the price was to be $195 to change out a shower mixer valve for a tenant in an 8 unit apartment. I also spoke with Eduardo so he had my number. I posted my number 2x in our texts on the app.  They knew it was an apartment as they told me to let tenants know water would be off for the building for 45 minutes. I let all my tenants know. Monday night I confirmed the job with them. They said they would be there at 8am. 9:15 am my tenant lets me know they haven't arrived. I text Viper Rooter and Plumbing on the app. Twice. No response. Call and speak to Eddy  (who I'm pretty sure is Eduardo) and he says they a new guy made a mistake. Because it's an apartment it would be $295 to $395. There is literally no difference in the job, they just figure if you are a landlord or a tenant is being stuck with the bill they can charge double. Perhaps it's that they know you are now stuck because you have made arrangements with an entire building's tenants that the water is going off at a certain time or the tenant who is waiting at home to let them in, that you will pay anything? Not sure but I asked Eddy why no one called me or why they confirmed last night that they would be there by 8 am and never bothered to tell me they made a mistake or text me on the app or anything.
Completely unprofessional. If there guy made a mistake, they should honor it. Especially since the charge is exactly the same for the same job. In my opinion this speaks of shady business practices and I feel like I dodged a bullet. I will NEVER use this company in the future and will go out of my way to warn all of the professional real estate people I know to avoid them.
I hope that it was worth it to Eddy to leave a customer in the lurch because they messed up.

These guys have been great. Ive used them twice now and both times I appreciated how quickly they were able to get me on the schedule. Also while they obviously need to make money as a business I felt they didnt try and push me into services or products I didnt need. Id recommend them for sure as I'll definitely be calling them next time I need them.

I have worked with this company for the plumbing buildout of both of my retail stores. The work they do is quality. I never had an issue with the quality of their work at any of my stores. Eddie, the owner is the consummate professional and I highly recommend this company.

I called several plumbers to unclog a main sewer line and went with Viper since they had the best price.  They came out promptly, fixed the issue and charged exactly what they quoted.  What more can one ask?  Highly recommended!

There's a lot of plumbers who are snakes but there's ONLY ONE VIPER!

I contacted Viper Plumbing on Christmas night to hydrojet a slow draining kitchen sink and Eduardo (Eddie) was super responsive and professional. He was the only one of 5 plumbers who was willing to send me proof of insurance and provide me with a general price quote in advance of the initial free inspection. I was very clear and specific about my kitchen sink in my Yelp request which he appreciated and it makes a big difference when shopping around. My house was built in the late 1970's so there was a lot of hard buildup in my 1 ABS kitchen pipes which Eddie was able to show me via his special tube camera. No way that a standard drain snake would have been able to deal with this alone! Uploaded some before / after pics for reference.

Eddie definitely went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was satisfied. Despite being a more labor and time consuming job (2hrs) than expected, he never once suggested a price increase and his quote included a lot of premium services such as:

- Custom building a 12 foot abs outlet pipe to ensure that the waste waste / sentiment would be properly channeled to an area that didn't flood my backyard patio
- Brought in 2 extra team members to ensure efficient service
- Inspected my pipes with a special camera snake before and after the drain snake / hydrojet procedure. This is a must have!
- Used 2 different hydro jet nozzles (2000+ psi) for sediment break up and deep cleaning
- Performed an additional drain snaking to deal with some of the tougher build-ups
- Talked me through everything he was doing and gave me lots of maintenance tips to keep my pipes clear in the future
- Provided an extended 1+ year warranty on services and results. He stands by his work. Period

Honestly, Eddie wasn't the cheapest initial quote I got after the inspections but when you factor in all the extras and the longer warranty, he was easily the best option. I also really appreciated that it's a three generation, local family business so he's an expert and one of his sons was part of the project team. His whole team was great. Eddie's got my business for life and now I'm considering him for some larger plumbing projects. Hope this review helps as I rarely write them but Eddie deserves the recognition so I wanted to get the word out.

Had a plumbing issue (clogged drains), and requested quotes via Yelp. Viper was quick to respond and they quoted a reasonable price (compared to other companies) along with free inspection prior to committing to the service. The technician Eduardo arrived in less than an hour and was very professional and courteous. He explained the issue and once I agreed to the service cost he quickly got to work with the snake and camera. He gave us some tips on how to keep our pipes clean and what products to use etc. He also mentioned that we had a 3-month warranty on the service, which was pretty awesome. We were very happy with the service and are glad to know we have a reliable plumber if needed in the future. Appreciate the service, thank you!

These guys are legit.  Best plumbers in OC.  Honest and fair and show up on time.  Def will be contacting them for maintenance and repair.

I needed a pretty simple plumbing job done, just sweating some copper to move where my bathroom sink stubouts were. I tried to DIY but couldnt get a good seal. I had a different company on Yelp come out and they wanted a crazy amount of $. I was on the verge of trying it myself again but Viper was able to do the job for a very reasonable amount. Eduardo was very friendly and we chatted about plumbing and he gave me some tips for the next time I try a similar DIY. They got the job done in about 45 minutes or so, and left my worksite cleaner than I did.

I highly recommend and I'll definitely call again if I run into trouble.

Alfredo was the most pleasant contractor I've encountered in a long time. He was patience (waited for us to get batteries from the store), showed me how to use my 'new toy', and was just an overall nice guy. All this AND he removed old (some challenges there) installed a new faucet I've had for 3 months. Estimates received previously were ridiculous, Viper's LICENSED company pricing was super fair. Back to Alfredo - respecfully worn his mask entire time & took time to jus be human & chat, removed all trash to outside garbage.

I had a difficult job that needed quick attention and they came right out and got it done. Communication was great and price was fair.   Super friendly and informative,  so couldn't say enough nice things about the job they did. Great guys and you should check them out.

I had a shower cartridge that needed to be replaced when I couldn't remove the handle. Called this plumber got a quote and came the next day. The plumber tried to save my handle but it was on the old side so he couldn't salvage it. Left came back within 20 minutes of the going to the store and gave me a run down on how everything works and gave me a run through of everything. I did come into some communication errors with the office in regards to pricing but the plumber that came out gave me reasonable explanation of the adjustments and we came to a price that was fair. Minus the small hiccup it was a great experience the plumber that came out gave us some good advice that when I'm ready to replace my piping more than likely I would use this company. The guy that came out was super quick, super friendly and very honest and gave really great explanations to maintain small things overtime. If you get the plumber that I got you'll have a good experience that guy is worth 5 stars.

Needed to change shower & bath fixtures in
bathrooms. Went on Yelp for referral. Had about 4 prospects who didn't show up or quoted ridiculous prices or had no idea when they could get to my job because they were to busy. It was very frustrating. I called  Viper  they were very responsive Eduardo sent a technician the next day. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Gave me a quote and was there next day to complete the job. The technician Ebodio was very knowledgeable, thorough, clean, friendly & dependable. He did a great job! I was very satisfied. Price was reasonable and there were no surprises. They charged exactly what was quoted. I most definitely will use them again. I highly recommend them.

Chatted with Viper Rooter and Plumbing about a small job. The gentleman was extremely friendly and willing to do the work in a super timely manner.

I called around for a good hydrojet service to clear out my kitchen drain. It has been filled up with years of grime and oils accumulated from cooking.

Prices weren't cheap but Viper rooter was very reasonable and extremely responsive to my messages.

They were very friendly and knowledgeable when they showed up and got right to work as soon as I showed them the problem.

Alfredo, did not give a written estimate in changing my shower head with Delta. We provided the Delta shower head, hose, only it comes with 3 way shower valve and I needed 4 way shower valve. They worked with me for my order from home depot is non returnable so they purchased the 4 way shower valve. At first he told me 569, few minutes later 695 even up to 795 only verbal estimate until I communicated with Mr. Eddie

Gets the job done for that day.
Alfredo went to store and buy our tub drainage.

Next day the bathtub faucet get lose and the caulk spill on the tub.
For one day, although they fix it the next day as warrantied.

Asked for an eval and quote for leaking gas line. Very prompt reply and sent someone out next days They were very thorough in the evaluation (free!) and very patient in explaining the issues and proposed fix. Fair pricing with good warranty. They were in good communication about drafting up the contract despite some last minute changes we were asking about. They did a very good and efficient job with fixing the leak. Delivered services on time. No hidden fees. Lots of integrity!

I can't say how much Jose helped us out today. He's such a nice & respectful guy.  It's hard to find someone to come out on a Sunday but Jose did!!!

They have all the newest equipment too. We thought it was just simple clog but once he pulled out the camera wow it was more than clogged. He even gave us a Military Discount which he didn't have to do. That meant a lot sir. So you have a customer for life because of your service today.

I had a big problem with my kitchen sink not draining properly. I used yelp to work on a project, I needed a double santee replacement. I was quickly given a quote by Viper Rooter, the were very responsive and Got the job done quick. I appreciate their service. I would recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work. This guy has a really dedicated team. They helped me with the opening of my store. The quality of the work was good. There is some leaking in the pipes that he will have to come back and repair or tighten. Make sure you verify prices we did have a misunderstanding regarding unforeseen expense he told me 300.00 but at the end of it he raised it to 600.00. I didn't want to argue and paid it.

So we had a backed up kitchen sink, I had gotten a quote from one contractor and pretty much the kid didn't want to do it? He says you have this and that, I can't do this because....  he had more excuses not to do the job, but whatever his loss. So then came VIPER PLUMBING which I'm glad the first contractor didn't want to do the job for I would have never met these guys!! Jose was the technician that helped which he was answering all my questions and was very helpful!!

Great service! They responded very quickly when I put in a request for an estimate. Alfredo showed up within an hour, in a mask and was very professional and completed the job quickly! Initially, Viper Rooter was responsive, sent a guy immediately and he gave us a verbal estimate.  I asked for a written estimate and I gave Eduardo my email address.  He said he sent it to me several times but, I never received it.  Since he couldn't email to me, I requested him to send via snail mail so at least I would have it...he never responded and has ghosted me since.  Not sure if the job is something he didn't want to do after all?

I have had many good plumbers in the past. And like all good things they come to an end. I recently had multiple plumbing issues and I needed someone and as fate happens this time it was a great thing. Edwardo team leader for Viper R&P came through. In the course of 1 day my main line was repaired (previous installed circa1950) a power jet hydro cleaning to blow out the remaining roots and debris. And lastly a new trap was installed replacement of all pipes and coupling's. The up front cost with a payment plan and up to date happenings to the project resulted in the decade of troubles going bye bye.
We truly appreciate the work done and I highly highly recommend their service because I now have a stellar plumber for all my needs.
If you live with trees or palms near your home, that day of roots invading your sacred main line WILL HAPPEN!

I am very happy with the work that Viper just completed.  They were the only ones that were punctual to make the estimate, arrived at the appointed time to do the work, were full masked, and did great work.  They also cleaned up after the  job!  I hope to ask this same company to do any other future plumbing work in my home.  They replaced all the fixtures in the master bathroom and they look great!

Great service. The water main in front of our house broke and was leaking onto the street.

Eddie and his team responded very quickly and we were able to have him come give us an estimate the next day. He gave us a very reasonable price when compared to other plumbers and let us know the process. Other plumbers said we would have to get city permits and would take close to a week to finish, but Eddie was very knowledgeable and explained that this would be covered under an emergency situation and wouldn't require permits. He fixed it the following day and restored our water.

There was a situation where we weren't sure if the lever should be replaced, so we left it. The utilities company came and said that should've been replaced and Eddie quickly came back out to make the replacement without charging us more. Great company and service!

This review is long overdue. I own a hair salon and we need to have our sinks cleaned out and snaked about once a year. Viper Rooter is always extremely responsive and even when I'm freaking out because all the sinks are clogged and we can't wash hair they handle the situation with calm professionalism and get to the salon within the hour to rescue us. There is minimal disruption and they get uus up and running fast. I highly recommend them for fast efficient and professional work.

This is my second time using Viper. This time I had a bad grease clog in the line for my kitchen sink. Called Viper and they scheduled me for first thing the following morning. They said between 8 and 9. He rang doorbell at 7:59. Was done in just over an hour fixed clog and leaky pipe under sink and left area cleaner than he found it. Family owned business. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

I ended up choosing this company because they were the only ones who actually provided a quote in Yelp projects instead of wanting to come out instead - so thanks for that. The owner was responsive and flexible to send someone within my schedule.My pipes are old AF so the job wasn't as easy as expected and thank goodness we opted against the DIY route. The plumber who came out was professional, communicative, and open about the price, which was appreciated. He arrived on time, fixed the problem, even though it took longer than anticipated, and did so at a reasonable price. The cost was a bit more than the estimate which was fine with me since the job was more intensive and of course also, it was an  estimate. I would call them again. I'm happy with their work.

10/10.  Came on short notice.  Really nice and competent guy. Completed a complicated job of installing and fitting new water lines, sink, disposal, and dishwasher into a newly installed kitchen.  The job required a skill saw and jig saw to cut wood to make the sink fit, and to allow the lines to pass through the cabinets from sink to dishwasher.  The guy also worked his way around a few significant logistical problems that arose with sink fit, old pipes obstructing things, etc.  Installed new pipes and joints where needed.  Reasonable price.  Really happy.

Eduardo was polite, knowledgeable and HONEST. He was able to solve the precise issue we had with our drain pipe (blockage) with a drain snake and also replace a broken pipe, all within an hour and with a 3 month warranty. I am so grateful I found his business-- while other plumbers had given us quotes for 8,000 dollars, he was able to take care of the whole thing for 700 dollars which is much more reasonable. He did not try to UPSELL or DECIEVE which is seemingly so common in the business these days. Thank you Eduardo!

We had a toilet that kept spiking our water bill. They changed the wax ring and flush valve . They came on time , same day and were very polite and friendly and did the repairs super fast.  It was a fair price and I would definitely recommend them.

If you want an honest quote call these guys! Eduardo met with me early Monday and reviewed our issues (kitchen and laundry lines were completely corroded) and gave me a substantially cheaper price than his competitors and then, although offering to do the work asap, gave me the time to cost compare. We asked them to start Monday afternoon and they did amazingly clean, efficient work. My husband audibly gasped wen he saw what great concrete work they did on the plumbing line patch. Completed our project by Tuesday afternoon! A great family business that we'll be calling for all our plumbing needs.

I used Viper Rooting and Plumbing back in Dec'2020 for a broken pipe in my yard and now again today to fix a leak in my shower. I'm both instances Viper Rooter and Plumbing arrived when they said they would, they assessed the situation and were clear about what the job entailed and the cost to complete it. Today they explained the obstacles they were having in finishing the job and explained any new costs and/or materials needed, which is always very helpful. They gave me an new estimate and it did not change after the job was finished. I will DEFINITELY use Viper Rooter and Plumbing again! Thank you for your professionalism and work ethic!

I was in the process of replacing my kitchen faucet myself as I had done in the past.  Unfortunately, my arthritis and the corrosion on the pipes made me realize I needed a professional plumber.  Received Viper Rooter and Plumbing from  Yelp and someone would be able to come out that Saturday afternoon!  Evolio was great.  Removed the old faucet and replaced it with the new one I had bought.  He was friendly, efficient and cleaned up the mess beautifully.  Faucet works like a charm.  Would use this company again and ask for Evolio!

Eddie & his crew are pros all the way.  They showed up on time - I mean exactly on time.  They got a major main line replacement done in 1 day.  This is a family business and they take pride in their work and value their reputation.  I am glad to recommend them!  They did a nice job replacing the sod, too.  These guys really know what they're doing.

I had a leak in my bathroom shower and two other plumbers came and wasn't sure where it was leaking from. But I remember that I used Viper company before and called them.  They came and fixed my leak within a few hours.  They were professional and the price was very reasonable.  I will no doubt use them again in the future.  They guarantee their work for one year too.

Very quick, good and affordable quality service provided. We hit a snag in flooring installation and they were able to come out quickly to help remove the sink/cabinet plus toilet so we can continue with floor installation. Highly recommend their services :)

I got several quotes from companies today to replace the valve on my washer shut off. This was the most reasonable and they were able to send someone out within an hour or so. Eddie (owner) asked several questions and was able to give me a quote right over the phone. He was kind and gracious. The tech came out quickly and took care of the repair. He dealt with my daughter since I was at work. He (Alfredo) called me personally to tell me about the warranty on parts. He also told me that the washer delivery people left without checking a few vital things. Not only did he check everything but he made sure things left undone were corrected, checked the new machine and made sure nothing else would impede us from using the new machine. I'm so thankful and will be using them again in the future.

I actually had two problems with my place, one of which was the shower water flow was too low, and the hot water was not coming quickly thru my faucet.  I had some time to reflect on my experience after their visit and write this review.

Some good things about them:

1) They were able to come out later in the day to fix my water problems.
2) They were friendly and took the time to explain things.
3) They resolved the issues I presented to them.
a) The first issue of the hot water not coming quickly from the faucet was resolved with a water home pump not being plugged in next to the tankless water heater.
b) The second issue of the shower water flow was resolved by them attempting to descale a shower valve and subsequently replacing the shower valve cartridge.

Some bad things about them:
1) They quoted me $295 for descaling the water valve.
2) They indicated that the task of descaling the water valve could not be performed and quoted an additional $195 to replace the cartridge.
3) The total work cost was $504 which includes a credit card surcharge.
4) By comparison replacing an entire water valve on the low end is significantly cheaper and on the high end is about the same price as the total work cost.

Thank responded quickly on Yelp to my quote request and came the next day. I also really value the 3 month warranty and that Eduardo kindly pointed out other potential issues he saw with the pipes that we would want to look out for in the future

Helped me out by snaking my clogged kitchen line on a Saturday night in the hours before a big storm. Other companies had no availabilities for 48 hours. Viper was there in 45 minutes and did a great job.
