Great customer service. Cynthia is fabulous. So thankful we chose Albert and his crew to do our repipe.

We decided we had to Repipe our house after getting two leaks. We contacted Repipe Specialists and a few other companies. We liked how Jim from Repipe Specialists explained everything to us patiently and very precisely. We decided to go ahead with them. They told us that Pipe it right  would be doing the work for us. We are happy with how the project went forward. Everything was done  professionally and the workers also cleaned up very well before they left. They did a good job and the head plumber who was on site at the day of Repipe was very patient and went over everything multiple times. He was patient and explained everything to us when we had multiple questions and concerns. His name was Martin. We also spoke to Cynthia many times over the phone. She was very patient and sent out a plumber afterwards when we had a concern or question. The crew that came to fix the drywall and do the patchwork was also very professional and did a neat job.

Pipe-it-Right sent out Lou who gave us an estimate on running a new main water line from the street to our house.  The price was good and he came back the next day with a crew member. The job required running the pipe under several feet of brick work that we didn't want to disturb, across the front yard grass and under sidewalk. No problem.  The job was done professionally and as scheduled. The sidewalk was hosed off  and the sod in the front yard was replaced with care.  On top of that, Lou and his crew knocked out the job on a hot day with smiles on their faces.

When we were faced with the unfortunate prospect of having to completely re-pipe our home, Pipe It Right saved the day.  Their customer service is impeccable, and all calls and text were returned almost instantly. Their process is streamlined and efficient and they take care of everything. You don't have to worry about scheduling inspections, locating drywall guys, anything like that. They do it all. All you will need to do is take care of painting the patched areas when the work is completely. Assuming your city has a permitting department that will inspect immediately, the whole process only takes three days.  Like most people with a plumbing leak, we were in a big hurry and they were able to schedule our job within a day of giving us a very competitive quote. All of the plumbing work was done in a single day, and we were able to use our sinks and showers the same night (free of leaks at last!)  Plastic drapes were placed everywhere to control dust, furniture was covered, and all of our wood floors and carpets were carefully covered in any place the crew would be walking or working.  The guys carefully cleaned up all dust, scraps, etc. before they left. As soon as the city inspected the plumbing work, another crew was sent out to patch all the holes in the drywall and outside walls.  (I believe that in most areas, this would happen the very next day. In my city, we had a one week delay before an inspector could come.)  The repairs were expert, wall texture matched perfectly and a few bits of incidental damage to bathroom tile were perfectly repaired. My city required an intermediate inspection before stucco could be applied, and once that was done, Pipe It Right bent over backwards to squeeze in the stucco repair on the one non-rainy day in a week-long spell of heavy rains. Again, the stucco application was expert and perfectly matched the existing texture. We are grateful to Pipe It Right and would encourage anyone who needs to re-pipe to give them a call.

Update:  The consistently wonderful Cynthia arranged for Luis to come back to my home, look at the damage, and clean most of the mess. To his credit, he was appalled at the lack of pride and care shown by the workers who did the drywall in my home. I have revised my rating up, because the company did make an effort to make it right. I can't give them 5 stars, however, because this should not have happened in the first place.

Albert and his crews are amazing. They are fast and good at what they do. We have hired Pipe it Right for everything from replacing a tankless water heater to a ground up new build from plans that included all new water, gas and drains. His good work speaks for itself but the service he provides is top notch. He and Cynthia are a pleasure to work with and always ready to make sure that the job is scoped, scheduled, and performed correctly and efficiently. Very thankful.

Our 46 year old custom home needed a full re-pipe.  After interviewing five re-pipe companies, I selected Re-pipe Specialists who designated their affiliated partner, Pipe it Right, to perform the work.  From the beginning, Pipe it Right proved to be a professional and well trained organization.  Alberto and his crew arrived as scheduled, and solved all the difficult re-pipe problems our home presented.  I could not be happier with their work, and their attention to preserving parts of our remodeled home.  I also selected Pipe it Right to patch the 60 plus holes in our walls and ceilings, and their workmanship, led by Roberto, equaled that of the re-piping crew. All this was scheduled and coordinated by their office manager, Cynthia, who did an amazing job of communicating all their plans. I'd give them all six stars if I could.

I had a slab leak several months ago, got it taken care of by a local plumber of good reputation. Not 8 months later I'm dealing with a second leak, nothing to do with the first that I fixed.

So naturally I called them first, I said lets make sure this doesn't happen again so lets repipe the entire house, their reply We don't do that, however we work with a company that specializes in whole house repipes, call Pipe it Right.

So although I found that to be odd, I called and spoke with a nice young lady by the name of Cynthia, she set up an appointment to have an estimator come out.

As part of my due diligence, I called out 2 additional companies, so I could compare pricing, they were both familiar with Pipe it Right.

The estimator, Jim I think his name was, was patient, explained everything to me, took me through the process and answered questions I didn't even know I had.

After reviewing all the bids, although Pipe it Right wasn't the cheapest, they instilled confidence so I selected them.

I have a 3 bathroom home, these gents showed up promptly, led by a gentleman named Alberto and was able to completely repipe my entire house with PEX and have my water back on that day.

I think they may have put about 80 holes inside and out of my home and I literally was devastated looking around. I waited a few days for my local  city inspector to approve and sign off the work.

The following day after the inspection the hole closing crew showed up led by Humberto, these gents closed and textured the entire house including the stucco work in just one day.

WOW!!!! This was a tremendous undertaking that I thought would take months to get through, 10 days from my first call for an estimate, the entire job was complete.

I was extremely happy with drywall and stucco work, water is flowing and I have a lifetime guarantee that is transferable if I decide to sell my home.

Our bathroom drain had a massive leak and leaked onto the first floor. I called, and Cynthia was excellent. She is so lovely and had a plumber, Albert, out the next day. He found the crack drain pipe and replaced it within hours. He was also had great customer service, worked diligently, showed us the cracked drain after removal, explained where it was removed from on video in case we needed to submit an insurance claim. I have recommended him to our neighbors and will call him again should another leak arise.

Albert and Ralph helped fixing a leak and loud noise coming from our water boiler. I asked for a help on Yelp, and they came right over to diagnose. They not only did a great job, but also were upfront with the cost and explained the process very well.

Had a gas leak right before Memorial Day weekend and SDGE had to come and shut off everything. Was able to contact Albert. He came out, gave an estimate, and was able to get a crew together to work on Memorial Day! Our whole gas line had to be replaced. He also fixed a water leak while they were under the house. We were so thankful for the quick response, hard work and professionalism. Highly recommend.

We used Pipe-It-Rite to solve a recurring under slab leak problem in our house.  The work was done in 3 days.  On the first long day the actual repipe was done.  On the second day the county building inspector approved of the work and on the third day, a new set of workers came to patch the holes in our walls and ceiling.  After the third day, there were a few items that still needed repair and Pipe-It-Right made good on all of them when we brought them to their attention.  
Working with Office Manager Cynthia was a very positive experience.  She listened to our concerns and went out of her way to please us.  Also, Humberto worked tirelessly to finalize all the repairs.  After the job was completed, we noticed that our hot water gets warmer faster and stays warmer longer.  We are pleased with the job.

After an expensive pipe leak, we decided to have our 30 year old house repiped.  Lou Ramirez & his crew did an awesome job with minimal inconvenience to our tenant.  The majority of the work was completed in one day.  They handled the permit, contacted the city for inspections, & followed up to make sure it was signed off.  A repipe means lots of holes cut in drywall & stucco, but they did an excellent job with the repairs and it's virtually impossible to tell where the cuts were. Lou went above & beyond what was expected & installed a smoke detector & CO detector (our tenant had removed them) in order for the city to sign off on the job.   We've trusted Lou to take care of our plumbing needs while we live 1200 miles away & he's done a wonderful job for us.  He's competent, thorough, trust worthy & always quick to respond.  We trust him
completely & wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

We recently had a toilet replaced at our beach house in Laguna Beach. Given the challenges of finding a reliable plumber in Orange County, we were pleasantly surprised by our experience with Pipe it Right. Despite it being a busy 4th of July holiday weekend with limited parking, they swiftly replaced the toilet at a very fair price. The plumbers were respectful and took great care to protect our house during both the installation and removal of the old unit. Pipe it right did an awesome job on my backyard hot and cold shower project. They were on time, polite and fairly quick. They also used a lot of plastic and cleaned up their mess (except mopping). They made a lot of holes (more than I was expecting) but their patch guy did an amazing job (especially with the ceiling patch and knock down texture).  I would use them again and would recommend them for any plumbing work. Again, their drywall patch guy did splendid work.

What an amazing plumbing company from Cynthia's and Kelsie's outstanding customer service to Rafael's excellent knowledge and skills. Rafael showed up on time and was ready for the task at hand with a smile and terrific customer service skills. The entire job took approximately 2.5 hours, and I had a new shut-off valve, pressure regulator, and spigot, all American made products. The line was tested and cleared of air, and what a difference the newly installed components made. Anyone looking for quality plumbing at very competitive pricing and top shelf skill, expertise, and customer service must give Pipe it Right Plumbing a call!
