Owner is RUDE + although touts 'free estimates' he charges $179 to look at water heater & not fix it! I spent 20 minutes of MY time to take and eml pics to him w/ detailed simple questions: 1. Cost to hook up natural gas firepit to existing natural gas line. He got HOSTILE & raised his voice, when I asked him to quote price for it. He acted like he never heard of a gas line before & refused to give me ballpark to hook it up. It is a simple question. Not rocket science. 2. Cost to fix fix leaking tankless water heater. No free estimate but $179 to look at it which doesn't include fixing it. Not sure how PARZIVAL PLUMBING stays in business. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and bizarre way of doing business.

I noticed my water heater expansion tank leaking and reached out to several plumbers, not realizing that I had used Parzival before for an issue on my other property. While others either never responded, or wanted to book an appointment days in advance, Parzival came through and came out within about an hour.

The two technicians were straightforward about diagnosing the issue, gave a reasonable estimate, and I went ahead with the fix. A couple of hours later, I had a brand new expansion tank and the appropriate water pressure for my house.

One observation -- both technicians were not wearing any masks, not a huge deal for my situation since it was an open garage with social distancing. I'm sure they had masks on them to wear upon request, but still it's something you figure they would do out of courtesy.

Our bedroom sink had a faucet not installed properly making it wobble. We had three other plumbers over last four years giving us hopeless advice. One going as far to suggest that we should replace marble top vanity. Finally I decided I should try Parzival. Chris came and checked it out. Gave a price of $167 to repair it but suggested that we may want to replace aerator and drain assembly. We ordered those items directly from manufacturer. They were worn out.

When items arrived I made an appointment and Chris was sick and Anthony showed up. I wanted couple of other things upgraded. He gave me new estimate which sounded high on first blush. I approved it. He proceeded to work and another colleague showed up to help him. They were here for five hours. I realized estimate was very reasonable. Now my faucet works as it should, for the first time in six years. My only negative is that they did not clean floor of small debris. Not a big thing. I used broom and in five minutes it was clean. I would use them again. I used to use Geer's and then Crandall's but now I am switching to Parzival.

I had my kitchen sink and washer drain line stopped up over the weekend. I called first thing Monday a.m. and Thomas got back to me within a half hour an got me on the schedule for the morning. Brent arrived within the hour and was very courteous and explained my charges before any work began. He got my drain unplugged in a timely , professional manner and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I will definitely use their service again when the need arises!

Price Gouging Alert...

I'm so disappointed to leave this review. Yesterday my wife and 2 small kids noticed our water heater was out. We began calling local plumbers and Parzival came highly rated so we had them come over. I'm disappointed because my whole experience was pleasant - they came fast, the guys who arrived were professional and respectful. Everything was great until I saw their quote (and the more I slept on it the more upset I became).

They wanted $4,500 to replace a water heater. Read that again - it isn't a typo. I immediately let them know I didn't appreciate this. I happen to formerly be in the construction business and understand how the time and materials work on a job like this. Disclaimer: our water heater is upstairs, and is inside of a closet. This makes it harder than a standard garage water heater replacement.

To make sure I wasn't crazy or out of touch, this morning I got on the phone and called 3 more plumbers (I fully and transparently explained that they would have to walk up some stairs and work in a tight space). The highest bid I got was $1800 for all parts and labor. All licensed and all legit companies.

Here's the point - if I hadn't known what the price should be, and being in a state of emergency, I could have badly been taken advantage of. BE WARNED.

I have nothing but great things to say about these guys. I called this morning to get water heater replaced. I put in the last one 3 years ago from Home Depot which was a piece of junk.
Justin arrived and saved the day for us once again. I used this company a few years ago and it was a awesome experience then as well.
Final installation was incredibly professional with new earthquake straps insulation and filter to bring it up to code. These guys are fantastic and I highly recommend this company.

We had a major clogged pipe that started to overflow into our front yard on a Saturday night! Sunday is apparently not a good day to try and find a plumber FYI! I still haven't even had a call back from the other guys in which I had left 4 messages with 4 days later!!!

After trying without any luck to get another highly rated yelp plumber out to our house we reached out to Parzival Plumbing. Not only did he respond (the same day), he was at our house that morning. The pipes were unclogged by 10:45am!! I was extremely impressed with him as his service. He really saved the day, and I would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a responsive, good plumber!

The pilot on my water heater would not stay lit. Parzival Plumbing had a tech drop by the following morning and quoted $500+ for repair. Further on saying.. that it is not worth paying for the repairs and he recommends buying a completely new water heater. With a 15% discount the new water heater quote rounded out to $2,000.

I searched for second opinion and got one the same day. Another company recommended something entirely different. He quoted the replacement part costs $12.00 and repaired my water heater under $100. 30 minutes later he finished the repair. 3 weeks later... I still have hot water. Definitely worth paying for the repair and not forking out $2000 until the time comes.

Please use Parzival Plumbing for efficient, ethical, honest plumbing needs.
I called about 10 different plumbers yesterday for possible ceiling leak and they were the first to come assist. The coordinator Karen was so communicative and went above and beyond to help me get her plumber Anthony out to my unit today. Thankfully it was not a ceiling leak but something more that was cosmetic that neighbors above me caused.

Justine came to my home on time and completely prepared to do the work required. He tapped into our water line in the garage so we would have an ice maker and water in our garage frig. Justine cut the copper line, welded necessary line extensions and mounted the new line on the wall. The job was perfectly done without mess or problems. Also, I spoke to Justine about other plumbing issues. Justine was very knowledgeable and I have confidence that he will be able to handle future projects.

Horrible horrible company. They'll rip you off and could care less. They used my situation as a learning session for their young employees and I paid the price, $$$. They capped off the gas to my gas fireplace without consulting me and refused to restore it when I found out what they did. I even overheard the owner tell his employee you should have told her, yet the owner refused to correct the issue. All along I kept telling them the stove was the issue but they said otherwise and it cost me $$$. Oh yes, turns out it was the stove. NEVER NEVER NEVER use this company. They deserve 0 stars

GREAT COMPANY and customer service!! on Wednesday my company had a issue with our pluming something that happend through our AC unit. Anthony and i forgot to get the others guys name came out on Thursday to fix it! We are very pleased with the service we received from Gunnar from Parzival Plumbing and also from the other employees we talked to and texted with when making our appointment. We had 3 leaks and needed to replace a shower valve, handle and shower head, a tub valve, handle and spout, and a kitchen drain that was leaking. Gunnar did a perfect job cutting through our bathroom tile and installing new copper pipes. He was very thorough and cleaned up every area he worked on. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He respected us and our home by wearing shoe covers and a mask during COVID-19. We are enjoying the new fixtures and appreciate Gunnar's professional work. I would definitely recommend Parzival Plumbing.

Came home to a backed up toilet, with the added complication of guests coming over. Thankfully Parzival had a tech a couple blocks away. They texted when he was on the way, plus a picture so I knew who was showing up. Tech had the toilet augered and cleared in minutes. Chris was friendly, professional and did a great job! We had a slab leak in our house that we needed fixed. I called a bunch of plumbers and the best deal was Parzival Plumbing, who was able to come out same day for an estimate at no charge (this was a Saturday).

Tom kept in contact with me the entire time and let me know when someone would be showing up. They were 30 minutes late, but that is okay in my book.

Our landlord decided not to go with their service, so the 5-stars is on customer service experience alone.

I wish there were 10stars because Thomas and his team are worth it! Like most Yelpers, I'm not always compelled to leave a review but woweee I cannot express my sincere gratitude for Parzival!

My nightmare began when I left for for a quick trip to SF from OC. By the time my flight landed, I had 10 missed calls from my neighbor letting me know I had water rushing out my back door. Every homeowner's worst fear! I quickly googled water repair technician and thank god it was to Parzival! Thomas picked up immediately, listened to my issue, took my dilemma seriously and reprioritized his appointments to get to my place ASAP. He on scene 30mins later, addressed the issue immediately as a slab leak with HOA waterline that resulted in a busted water heater. Thomas coordinated with my neighbors, my HOA and was so genuinely concerned for me. He kept in touch with me all weekend and the week that followed while my HOA dragged their feet. His team from coordinating with Alison, to Brock and Andrew were great! They are prompt, responsive and exercised good old fashioned customer service. I cannot express my appreciation for Thomas & the Parzival team for saving me! If you find yourself of a plumbing emergency, Parzival is the only call you need to make!

We came home from being out of town for about a week and a half and found a pool of water on the floor that had been collecting (for who knows how long!) behind our fridge! We had to call someone to come out on a Saturday night and thankfully Parzival Plumbing was there for us. We had to pay quite a bit for the emergency consult over a weekend, which was kind of a bummer, but it is what it is.

Brock came out the following weekend (after the water had dried out substantially) to fix everything up for us. He was kind, patient and did a very thorough job! The work was much bigger than anticipated but Brock saw it through and was very meticulous. We are so happy to have drinking water again and thankful to Parzival for their quick response. Other companies took forever to respond or never did! We appreciate Parzival's professionalism and would definitely use them again in the future, if needed!

These folks are AMAZING. After a sad experience (one cancellation because their tech was in an auto accident, and no call the next day after their tech was 20 minutes late and still hadn't shown up) with another five star rated service, I responded to a quote from Parzival. Alison responded right away, had me booked within five minutes, sent me text confirmation of the appointment, and another with a picture of Chris, my tech, 30 minutes before he was to arrive. Chris came in, looked at the garbage disposal I wanted to put in, and showed me how he would have to re-plumb the pipes in order to make it happen (I was mad when I bought it and bought a big a$$ commercial one for a small kitchen). He gave me the pricing option of installing the one I bought or returning it and purchasing a smaller one from them that didn't require a full reworking of the pipes. I chose the smaller version and Chris installed everything. There were zero surprises. He reviewed every step with me, gave me options, explained the warranty, and when it came time to pay, everything was taken care of securely via tablet pc. My paperwork was sent via email. Their five star reviews are real and they will have my business from now on!

Thomas was awesome. I had a main line clog. He came out early (to try to get things working for my family) at 7am. His price was more than fair. He gave me a few options and really went out of his way to clear things up quickly. He also fixed a leaking toilet. After a camera examination of the main line, he determined that nothing else was necessary. He is very honest, and is a great guy.

Parzival was able to come out on short notice to assist me with a backed up main line. They were able to clear the issue, and they even took on a second job that came up in one of the units while they were on site. All of their plumbers were polite, knowledgeable and professional. They made some recommendations on maintenance procedures so that the issue I was having would not come back again. My experience with this company was a positive one and I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them.

Thomas was excellent. I had two backed up toilets, a tub and a sink. My plumbing system is a hodgepodge of various tubes with differ sizes and materials due to years of remodels by previous owners. Thomas came quickly on a Friday night to diagnose our problem. The location of the clog was such that a normal snake couldn't get to it. He showed me with a camera in the pipes and pictures from the crawl space (and didn't charge me for it). While it took a couple tries to find the exact issue, Thomas was diligent in finding the root cause. He also found a small leak in our tub and a hack job of an installation on our toilet. Both are much easier fixes now that could have resulted in MAJOR issues on down the road. In a previous home, this type of issue was not found and resulted in a grey water flood and 10s of thousands of dollars in damage. Thanks to Thomas this situation was avoided.

I've had 3 different Costa Mesa plumbers in to fix various issues and none of them took the time to go into the crawl space to figure out the real issue, fix it and then take the time to show me. Thomas did all of that at a very reasonable price. I have a much better understanding of my plumbing system now.

On top of all that good service we had a good conversation about Mr. Deming, the god father of lean, and ensuring kaizen (continuous improvement) is a part of everyday life. Mr. Deming was the major factor in changing the automobile industry from mass manufacturing to lean manufacturing. Thanks Thomas!

Gunnar and Riley are awesome!! We had a major leak emergency and the company was able to send them out to help within an hour from when I called. And although it couldn't be totally solved on day 1, they worked super hard that day for many hours to try to fix it and then made it back early the next morning and worked the whole day to finish it up. It was a complicated plumbing issue and they were able to explain everything upfront so I knew exactly what we were getting into (short term solutions versus long term) & were able to re route pipes so we wouldn't have to worry about any more leaks until the bigger fix. Plumbing issues can be a total nightmare, but they made sure to get it under control for us and we are very grateful. Thank you Parzival!

Was heading out of my house to go to Home Depot to grab a part for my sink faucet and I saw a Parzival Van outside of a resident's house.
I thought I'd pull over and ask if they had the part and Justen without hesitation, knew exactly what piece I was talking about and handed it to me. I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing and handed me his business card.

I had the good fortune of reaching Thomas via phone on a Saturday when both the shower and toilet were both clogged and no longer draining. How did I choose Thomas from all the possible plumbers in the immediate area? Three reasons: 1) a May 2016 Yelp review from a customer who had similar circumstances to my own, 2) his introductory youtube video on his business homepage to me felt like a man who is humble, sincere, and took pride in his craft, and 3) my previous plumber was not reachable.

Thomas was very patient as our initial meeting took more than thirty minutes as he probed the right questions learning about the property's plumbing history.

The following afternoon, after removing the toilet to access the drain pipe, Thomas used an electric drain auger to remove strands of roots restricting the flow of water in the pipe. Thomas felt the pipe wasn't draining as quickly as it should. Multiple camera video inspections at various points of the clean-out showed roots clinging to the walls of the pipe at the two, ten, thirteen, and seventeen-foot intervals. After using three different cutting blades, Thomas was able to remove almost all of the roots as we could see an unclogged pipe to the thirty-foot interval.

Thomas listed two action plans for follow-up as the root at the thirteen-foot level had his most concern. One was a treatment of Root X which he was gracious to offer at no charge at a future date to see if it would make a difference in diminishing the remaining roots clinging to the pipe. The second was providing an estimate on what it would take to dig up and repair the pipe.

Thomas worked on the drain line for a little over three hours on a Sunday to solve a very stressful situation. If you want someone to give you that extra time and effort in solving a plumbing problem, my go to plumber going forward is Thomas.

I had an appointment for the following day but they were able to squeeze me in same day on the urgency list between other appointments. Tanner and his crew were great. They fixed an issue with our sewer after coming out and providing a reasonable estimate. I could not be more satisfied with Parzival Plumbing! They came out originally because of an emergency, probably like most plumbing issues are, but I was truly impressed with their professionalism and integrity. Late last night, my water heater sprung a leak. I was really worried I wouldn't be able to get anyone out to my house early on Christmas Eve. I tried a couple of local plumbers but no one was answering their phone. On my third try, I got a hold of Dakota Plumbing. The guy who answered the phone couldn't come out, but he recommended Tomas from Parzival Plumbing. I called Tomas at Parzival and he agreed to come out the next morning (Christmas Eve) at 7:00 a.m. He was right on time, examined the leak, and gave me two estimates. I was happily surprised when I got the bill for the lower estimate. The price was really reasonable and it was such a relief to have my water working in time for Christmas.. Wow, this guy is good! He has done work at our house several times previously and I should have left a review before, but every time he has come out, our ancient house has presented unexpected challenges, but each time he has been patient and found resolution to the problem without taking us to the cleaners financially. It is my pleasure to commend the exceptional job all the plumbers especially Tanner, Ryan, Carlos and Chris did repairing a terrible hot water leak, repiping the entire house and installing a new water heater in my Mom's house. They were all very efficient, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. The support staff Karen and Eileen were wonderful too! They seamlessly coordinated all the work between the plumbers, asbestos removal company and our restoration company Jarvis. Parzival Plumbing deserves 5*. I had a clogged kitchen sink, on a Saturday, of course. I spoke to Thomas who made arrangements for one of his plumbers to come out just a few hours later. Andrew came and did a great job with the repair, and he took care to make me feel comfortable with safety during the pandemic, wearing a mask and putting booties on his shoes. Tanner came to do a flush on our tankless water heater. He advised that I don't need it because I have a softener. I appreciate that he was trying to save me some hard-earned dollars instead of trying to up-sell me. I asked that he flushed it, and he went ahead and did it. He answered my questions and put me at ease. I appreciate that the company honored their promotional pricing of $99 even though my water heater hookup was not standard because of the softener, some plumbers could have said your situation does not apply to the promotion for XYZ reasons. After the flush, my hot water is even hotter now, especially in the bathroom that usually has warm-lukewarm water, and the temperature does not fluctuate as much. I would hire Tanner again, great attitude, great customer service, could not have asked for anything more.

TOTALLY IMPRESSED!
Our kitchen triple sink stopped up this morning and we were unable to resolve it by plunging. We are lucky that we don't generally have plumbing issues, so don't have a regular plumber we use. We picked Parzival blindly on Yelp. Meanwhile, The stoppage resolved itself, but had been leaking under the sink! Puzzling! I decided not to cancel our appointment, fearing that whatever caused this my reoccur. ANDREW came out as scheduled a couple of hours later to resolve the problem. He was clean, extremely courteous and respectful. He diagnosed the issue, checked and opened the pipes under the sink that had been leaking and said the pressure apparently had pushed the blockage thru and resolved itself!
I expected an invoice for the service call, which was fine, and he said NO, it was like a free estimate - I was amazed, as we know how many workmen find a way to charge you a bundle for a housecall.
I was so impressed with the courtesy, professionalism and quality of this young man who spoke so well for Perzival Plumbing! Looks like we know who will be our go to for any future plumbing needs!

We have used them twice first time was awesome, such great customer service, showed up on time, and pricing was better than all the other quotes we got. Second time around there were some communication issues with the person who makes appointments. I had to move around a lot of things to make it to the house at the specific time they provided, but they failed to make it clear it was a window of time. They were running behind schedule which is normally not a problem provided I am informed, but when I have canceled other appointments and having kids melting down, its not easy. The owner personally called me and was incredibly empathetic, so kind, and genuinely apologized which is so rare in this business (it was hard to stay mad lol). Ryan is a great plumber and extremely patient! He had to come out a few times within the span of a week for my dishwasher plumbing issues, then to replace the dishwasher, then to secure the dishwasher (because my countertop has some severe dry rot). So glad I have a plumber I can rely on now. I used Parzival plumbing in July where what I thought was a slab leak turned out to be a shower valve. This was a great relief as the cost was a fraction of what a slab leak would have been.

I called them for a what I thought was a plugged sewer line and again it was found to be a more minor problem. While Ben was here I asked him to check a slowly draining sink. He found he had to replace just a couple parts and now it drains beautifully.

Parzival Plumbing is a pleasure to deal with. I will use them every time when things go wrong in my old Mid-Century house. I recommended them to my Dad. A good plumber is great to find!

Tanner came to my home today to replace a toilet in my upstairs Master Bath and he was FANTASTIC. He was on time, polite, professional and friendly, but, best of all, he was a real expert at installing toilets! He did not complain at all when he had to carry the old 90 lb. toilet down the stairs and carry the new 109 lb. toilet back up the stairs to install it. It was a messy job, but he was tidy and kept vacuuming the mess as he worked and left my bathroom as clean as he found it. He was a fast and efficient worker and got the job done in only one hour! This review is long overdue---Sorry, Thomas. We have used Parzival Plumbing three times (for three unrelated instances) over the last year and a half. Thomas came out for our major job (a slab leak, and re-pipe) the day before Thanksgiving---and stayed until nearly 8pm. Josh was the Parzival Plumbing representative who came to our rescue. This is the second time we have used Parzival and Josh was a strong candidate for the service man of the year! He was attentive, gave us a clear estimate after reviewing the problem (under the kitchen sink leak at the water supply side). We received a couple of options from Josh, and as we wanted to pick out the fixture to replace the one with the problem, we opted to have him come back. He was able to reschedule an appointment for a few hours later. We picked up the fixture and right on time, Josh was at the door. He replaced the supply side valves (older and worn) as well as installing the new fixture in the kitchen.
My wife is thrilled!

We feel like we've finally found the plumber who has it all. This review is overdue, I originally contacted Parzival on Halloween 2022 due to a clogged shower drain. First thing I was shocked to find is that they did not charge an initial diagnostic fee or fuel surcharge just to have someone come out and give a price estimate. From other plumbers I've contacted in the last year, that seems to be rare. Cody was our plumber, came out that same morning, and he was so easy to talk with, very knowledgeable, and patient with my many questions. He explained exactly what he was going to do, reported back with the issue and pricing, and then after authorizing the repair, he fixed the problem. I was so pleased with him that I asked if he could also give us a bid on a larger project -- a sewer drain re-route due to a bellied pipe in our kitchen. He made time that day to give us a quote, and even contacted the company's owner, Thomas, to come and review it as well. Together they spent at least an hour taking the time to perform measurements and run their own CCTV before giving me a very detailed price quote for the project (no charge for their time or CCTV in making the estimate). Some contractors can be so patronizing and pushy in their sales, but not the Parzival team, they were pleasant and informative. I had gotten quotes from four other plumbing companies for the sewer re-route job, and Parzival's pricing was upfront (no lurking hidden costs) and very competitive. They were also not afraid to work with city inspectors, and did not estimate a higher price to do the job with inspections by the city and Costa Mesa Sanitary District. I was trying to work this project into a short window of a larger landscape remodel (after the concrete and landscape had been demo'd, but before the new concrete was poured), the office was very responsive and able to meet our scheduling requirements. I also was so impressed by their honesty - part of the quote was to repair the stucco on an exterior kitchen wall. It turned out there was a miscommunication between Cody and the office, Parzival doesn't do stucco repair. Cody could have just told us we were out of luck, but he found a licensed stucco installer who could come over the weekend to patch the kitchen wall, and then offered to deduct that cost from our bill. He took something that could have been another headache, and presented a very reasonable solution. When things don't go according to plan, the way that it's handled tells you if you're in good hands. They're now my go-to plumbing company, I highly recommend them!

Parzival plumbing charged me $300 to change a leaking outdoor spigot. Screwed on a new spigot in less than 15 minutes. I'm 72 yrs old and don't do well with home repairs. I'm guessing the spigot May cost $25 at Home Depot. As I thought about it afterwards I realized that I was overcharged big time. I'm guilty of being gullible and I'll informed. I woke up to almost zero water flow in the house accompanied by an orange muck that dribbled from the faucets. The first plumber that came by immediately said I had to replace all the piping in the house- that was the only way to fix it. I decided to get another opinion before I shelled out $12k and had to abruptly make plans for a 4-5 day process. I'm so thankful for Evan at Parzival Plumbing. He agreed that I needed to update my pipes, yes, but he took the time to identify the true source of the critical issue. Evan confirmed that the orange muck was actually the result of a faulty water softener and proceeded to flush all of my water sources (toilets, faucets, showers, washing machine, and water heater). I was so relieved to find everything working again.
I can't speak highly enough of Evan. He is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. I plan to update all of the piping in the house and get a new home filtration system through Parzival all because of Evan. Recently, I moved into my new apartment and within a week the toilet started acting up. The landlords called out a plumber and they basically told me that I needed to hold the handle down longer for it to flush correctly. We tried everything and it was still acting up. Then the oven died. I called my landlords and they quickly ordered a new oven but when it got here the installers wouldn't install it because there was an issue with the gas line. My landlord called 15 plumbers to come out and repair it but ALL of them couldn't come out for a week. I remembered that I had used Parzival Plumbing a year ago and was very happy with their work, so I gave them the information and I am so glad that I did! Thomas showed up that evening to fix the gas line so I could use my oven. I asked him if he could look at the toilet and tell me if there was anything he could do to fix it or if it needed to be replaced. He determined that the toilet definitely needed to be replaced because it was leaking. After getting the okay from my landlords, he came back and installed my new toilet! Yay!!

During the whole process of the gas line repair and toilet installation, he called and/or texted to let me know when he would be arriving at my house. We had a back up, and Thomas came right away. We had a difficult problem- he worked for hours to clear the drain till it got late at night. Very pricey and maybe just a little dishonest. I already knew from doing my own research that all I needed was to snake my washer drain which should've run about $150. After asking a few questions and testing the water back up, Parzival's plumber said he needed to move my washer, get in the back of it, do all this stuff and ended up quoting $284. I told him that's really expensive and he replied that he doesn't make the prices. So I thanked him and we parted ways. I probably would've given only one star but he did come out the same day and he was nice to my dog so I gave an extra star for that. The next plumber I called quoted me $135, came the same day, asked his questions, snaked the drain without having to move the washer or disconnect anything and was done within 30 min. I gave plumber #2 a nice tip and will be hanging on to his business card.

have no clue where this dam good rating came from. HORRIBLE. one simple job. price, which was much higher than promised, still was approved. then they decided to call and demand even double than the high price. just to unclog a sink. I asked to stop, as i don't approve the extra charge and will be the basic visit price. they refused to put it together. BLACKMAIL. plumper got nasty, very bad demeanor, cussing and cursing, and used some severe racial remarks due to my accent.

Thomas was great to work with. I have a rental property and the tenant had a clogged drain. Sounds like a cinch for a professional plumber right? Well Thomas spoke to me at night when I called him and showed up the next day. It was a 2 sink master bath that drains to a single pipe. Called Parzival based upon Yelp reviews. They confirmed they were on their way by text and continued that communication throughout the service call when they had to get a part off-site. First thing they did was to put down a doormat and put on booties when they came in the house and took equipment needed for the outdoor fix through the side gate. After assessing the situation and diagnosing the problem, Thomas gave me a quote and estimate on time to fix - which was all adhered to and completed with great care and competence. This is the third time now we've had Chris come out to do work for our home. Today we had a new kitchen faucet installed (it looks beautiful), and we had he upstairs sink snaked.

He is always a pleasure to have out, and he's just super nice and pleasant. I was telling him how I feel like having him as our go-to plumber is such a stress reliever. There is so much security in knowing that if there is ever a plumbing emergency, that they're so close, and I don't have to worry about finding someone new, or worrying if they're going to do a bad job.

I called Parzival at 8:30am on a Monday since they were listed on Rheem's Company website as a pro service provider for their products. I had a Rheem water heater that would not light (no hot water) and Home Depot doesn't carry the parts where it was bought from Someone answers at Parzival and they are artificially cheering on how they want to make your day better. I told her I had a Rheem water heater that wouldn't light and asked if they had the parts in order to service. I gave her my zip code to see if I was in their service area. She told me that I was in their service area and that their trucks were fully stocked with parts and that they could come out and give a free estimate. However, she couldn't schedule an appointment but that a dispatcher would call me back. Half an hour later, no call from a dispatcher, so I called to follow up and get another gal who doesn't seem to be aware of my previous contact. I go through all the information again. She says that I will receive a text shortly. I get a text but it is not from the dispatcher. It is asking questions that I already answered twice. Long story short, two hours later, I finally get another text stating that some times parts are special ordered and that the plumber would have to check with Rheem. Additionally, upon them looking at my address, it is currently out of their service area and to send a plumber out would be a charge of $149.73. Please don't waste your time with this plumbing company like I did.

We have been using Parzival Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs for years. They are so reliable, they've never let me down. They are not only reliable But very professional.

Recently I had a leak in my water heater. I texted them in the morning before 8:00am and they had a technician there by 11:30am on a Saturday! That's amazing service.

Benny the technician did a thorough inspection of the water heater and determined that unfortunately we had to replace the unit. I wasn't really shocked since the unit was over 10 years old and had never been maintained. He found the best deal for us and was able to go back to the shop to get supplies and the new unit and finish the install by 3:15pm the same day. Thank goodness for Parzival Plumbing and thank goodness for Benny. I'm not sure if they're the least expensive but the my are top quality and worth every penny.

If I could give 0 stars for this company! I'm so very upset about this. I have a tenant that could not turn off their shower because the knob had no torc when he tried to turn it off, so I was contacted about the situation, the shower was running for 3 hours so I was in need of a reliable nearby plumber to shut off that water, I called many places and saw what great reviews Parzival Plumbing had, I was told a plumber would be out in 30 mins, so a tech came out and told me that it was the cartridge and it would be $300 and something to fix it, keep in mind I had a picture the tenant took of the cartridge and valve and I had sent it to a plumber I was going to use but he was on another job and couldn't get out fast enough to me, to which I was told by that plumber (that couldn't get out fast enough) that the valve was still good and looked roughly about 8 years old and he knew it was the cartridge (easy fix) he then gave me what correct prices ranges the cartridge (parts and labor) it should run me) and Parzival tech was way over, I told him on the phone what the other plumber told me, so he went a Lil lower in price. He then told me the valve looked a little old and I told him, no it's not because I was told by another plumber it's not. So the tech began work on the issue and called me to say the cartridge broke when he was removing it, so he had to try to get out the other half stuck in the valve. I then get another call saying I the valve had a leak, and to fix that would be $900 to fix, I told him, I'll look around for estimates to fix that leak because that was very steep.

So I called the other plumber that could make it on time and told me (just by looking at the picture I sent him) that it was only the cartridge that needed to be replaced and gave me correct price ranges for the job. I explained what happened and the plumber made time later after hours to come look at it and showed me and my tenants that the valve has never been leaking because If that was the case there would have been mold or damage in the wall, he then proceeded to show me that there was scrapes on the wall of the valve meaning the tech that had worked on it was possibly using the wrong tool or a screwdriver to remove the cartridge and I was told if you know what you're doing there are certain ways to take out A stubborn cartridge, I was told he never should have left it leaking like that. I took pictures of the damaged valve and video to get proof of this negligent job. I was also told he did not put the cartridge in all the way so the plumber wanted to try putting in another cartridge before doing a valve repair due to the damage on the valve. He placed another cartridge in (the correct way) and the leak stoped, But I was told hopefully that was the problem and that hopefully down the line due to the damage of the valve that the valve would hopefully not leak in n the future. This whole situation has made me question my trust and thoughts on Parzival plumbing, it's upsetting that I basically paid $272 for no solution to the problem and damage inflicted to my shower valve due to the negligence the tech had performed, and me almost being swindled out of an additional $900 to fix a valve that was damaged by the tech that came out. So now On tip of paying $275 for nothing I had to pay $250 to the plumber that actually knew how to do the job right. I certainly hope Thomas the owner and myself can resolve this matter in a fair and timely manner because would really hate to contact the better business Bureau and Consumer Affairs or possibly further. I dearly hope we can work together to resolve this. Thank You

This review is for Thomas, because of him I will always be calling Parzival Plumbing going forward and recommend this trustworthy and kindhearted expert to all my family and friends. He is a Good Samaritan and I was so lucky that he picked up my urgent call. Our guest bathroom's shower handle out of nowhere stopped working this afternoon and water just kept coming and the drain wasn't keeping up so we were in danger of flooding the house. I frantically Yelped plumbing and Thomas was the first one to pick up on a Sunday (I had called 2-3 other places but no one picked up). I was panicking and he knew I was in trouble. He calmed me down, asked for my name, told me the best thing to do is to shut off the water entirely. Obviously I didn't know where/how to shut off the water so I continued to panic, Thomas told me to go to the garage or on the sides of the garage and just describe everything I see. Then hearing that I couldn't find it, he offered to FaceTime me. He then patiently walked through the house with me until I finally found the valve and he instructed me how to shut off the water. He didn't stop there, he told me to go to the nearest faucet to make sure water isn't coming out anymore and waited until I went upstairs to confirm the water in the showers has stopped completely. It's not until he knew that crisis has been temporarily averted that he advised me he is actually on another job and he has to get back to his client - he literally stopped everything to help me at a really emergency time. Thomas went above and beyond in putting us first and making sure we are taken care of. He doesn't even know us but he saved us potentially tens of thousands of dollars (imagine if the water just kept coming and the house actually flooded). Thomas then later texted me to make sure I'm okay. He also offered to recommend some referrals since they're busy today and knew that I would need the problem fixed ASAP. Thomas doesn't just treat this as a job, he actually truly cares about the people who reach out to him. Thank you, Thomas. We are so lucky to have found Parzival Plumbing on Yelp and so lucky to have you pick up the phone. You have done a random act of kindness for us today and we will be passing it forward. I have used Parzival for 2 1/2 years. 2 weeks after we moved into our home, the toilets backed up. After having the Home Warranty company send plumbers out who told us we needed to spend 8k to redo the pipes to the street, I called Parzival and they inspected the line. So for the record I did not do business with this place, but I would. I needed something done at my house that this particular company didn't do so when I called the owner he went out of his way to talk about this specific type of service and what I should look out for and who he recommends in the area that does it better than others. When we began planning our full kitchen renovation, finding an excellent plumber was a top priority. We know how hard it can be to find a plumber that not only does excellent work, but also makes customer service a top priority. We certainly found that, and more, in Parzival.

Our project was fairly extensive (full kitchen gut) and the scope of the plumbing included cutting a trench into our concrete slab, relocating hot/cold lines to a new island, rerouting the drain to the new island, and rerouting gas lines.

We can't say enough good things about Thomas and his team. Everyone who worked on the project was courteous, respectful, and took the time to answer any questions that we had. Since we did not hire a general contractor for this project, we had a number of questions and Thomas was so helpful in explaining everything to us.

We ran into an issue with the existing waste line (old cast iron drain from the 60s) and Thomas personally stayed at our home late to help trouble shoot and resolve the problem. He also pointed out that our tankless water heater was not accessible based on how a different plumber had installed it. Since we had the walls and ceilings opened up, we were able to modify some framing that will make it much easier to service the water heater in the future.

When we had our rough inspection, the city inspector commented to Thomas that his work was beautiful and we passed with no problems. On a related note, Thomas was there during the inspection to ensure that everything went smoothly.

Based on our work with Thomas and the team at Parzival, we have no reservations about recommending them and are happy to give them a five star rating. We couldn't be more pleased with Parzival!

Tom is honest and is willing to do what it takes for him to earn your trust and satisfaction. I hired Tom to do a plumbing job; the job became more involved, so Tom became my project manager to ensure my issue was resolved. He got the right people in to ensure I was up and running again.

Well Parzival Plumbing did it again. Exceeded my expectations ! ! I called again from the middle of a crisis situation. It was about 5:45 PM. I received an emergency call from a tenant stating that her bathroom floor was flooded when she came home from a weekend out of town. I called Parzival, expecting that I might get an answering service, but NO. Thomas answered the phone and told me that he could be to my apartment units in about an hour and a half because he had just arrived at another job. I had an errand that I had to get, so I called my tenant about 25 minutes later to tell her that Thomas would arrive shortly before 7:00PM and she told me that he was already there taking care of the problem. I was just amazed at how fast he had saved the day for me. Again a very happy tenant. Later I received photos of the problem, (a leaking toilet), and the problem was fixed. Before he left another tenant told Thomas about a leaky spigot that was outside the building and Thomas also fixed that before he left. Couldn't say enough about Thomas and Justen from Parzvial. They did a great job! We had a tough situation with our toilet clog and it took them longer to get the job done but true to their word, the quote they gave earlier in the day stood firm.

Called the team at Parzival and had a technician out to diagnose my water heater issue in almost no time at all. The technician Chris was very personable and quite professional. He outlined the heater issue and presented my options. I decided to have my unit replaced. I'm very satisfied with the water heating unit installed. I'm also impressed with expertise demonstrated by Chris.; his work is very clean and very professional. He even took a short break so I could install fresh dry wall behind the water heater. Really couldn't have had a better experience. These 5 stars are well-earned.

I had a leak under my master bathroom bathtub. Which was dripping down my garage. I had to make an urgent request on New Year's eve.

Parzival Plumbing is the only company responded to my request and the Service Manager Alison was very prompt on reaching out to me.

On 12/31, I received a text message from Alison with a dispatch message along with the dispatched service tech, Chris.

One thing I do find cool about this company is that they texted me a professional mug shot of the tech they sent out, Chris with his big smile!

After putting my home up for sale during the inspection process there were some plumbing items that needed to be fixed. The tankless water heater needed a pipe attached to it for any emergency run off and there was a small leak with the downstairs toilet as well as the kitchen sink. We called Parzival Plumbing, left a detailed message and in 20 min. they returned my call setting up a next day appointment to fix the issues. I had called 7 other plumbing places, 6 of which did not work with tankless water heater, and the other could not come out for 3 weeks. Parzival sent out two very polite plumbers one was being trained on the job sites. They were so polite that they even asked us if it was ok that he was training someone. Both men were dressed in clean uniforms, had mask on and their own booties for the shoes. They fixed all the issues thoroughly, professionally and had so much integrity.

Thomas is excellent! I've been using his services for years and am never disappointed. We first used him when, soon after moving into our new home, our water heater broke and water was spewing late at night. He was super responsive and came out that very night! Can't say enough good things. He's my go-to-guy and I recommend him to everyone. He explains things clearly, is fair about pricing, and is all-around a terrific guy. Book him while you still can!

If you're looking for a top-notch and trustworthy (yes, I wrote trustworthy) plumber Parzival Plumbing should be your only choice. These guys ARE THE BEST!! Don't waste your time looking further! Thomas and Chris provided excellent and timely service. AND, at a fair price. We had an issue with our dual tankless water heaters...these guys bent-over-backwards to find a solution and make it right! We won't be calling on anyone else for any future plumbing needs and neither should you!!

This review is so long over due. I have to tell you that we love Parzival plumbing. They've come to our home 3 times now and been absolutely amazing.

They are thoughtful, they explain everything very well, and they are beyond accommodating. Andrew has come to our home twice and both times he went above and beyond to help us, spending well beyond 5 pm at our home, and never raising the rate.

I have to admit that we had a hiccup with Chris, but Andrew has been so amazing that we really still have to give them 5 stars. Also, 5 stars to Rene the office manager she is amazing, and when they say they're going to follow up with things they actually get done!!

Pricing was clear and transparent and they always give us a few different options and then tell us which one they believe is the best course of action. I never thought we would find a great plumber but Andrew is amazing!!

Shout out to Ryan for changing out a very difficult to turn gas valve in my fireplace. The valve was installed last year by Parzival plumbing, but it was very hard to turn on and off from the very start. The technician at that time said that it would loosen up with use. Unfortunately, that never happened. As I was busy with other things. I neglected to call Parzival during the Warranty period. Since they installed the valve, and Ryan could see that it was indeed very difficult to turn on and off he replaced it at no additional cost. This is a very reputable company that clearly values customer satisfaction. Ryan is a very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly technician. I would not hesitate to use Parzival again for my plumbing needs.

Wow! I was blown away by the service, integrity and quality of this business. I left a message and got a text in a few minutes letting me know they would call very soon, but were on the other line with an urgent matter. In just a few minutes, Thomas called and set us up. He did a great job diagnosing our toilet's problem, and because it was complicated, helped us figure out what we needed to address. He was fair and never did I feel that he was trying to gouge us. When something went wrong with our faucet in the same bathroom right after he left, he came back free of charge to make sure it was addressed and fixed it. It doesn't surprise me that they have so many 5-Star reviews. These guys are my new plumbers. I reward this kind of honesty, great work, and fair prices with loyalty!

Needed to have strappings for water heater checked to be sure it is up to the current codes. Carlos, who set up appointment( I called late Friday afternoon) was so Friendly, courteous and professional and got back to me when he said he would, by phone, text and email. Had schedule for Monday, he called me Saturday morning and asked if they could come out between 8-10am. He text me a picture of Anthony, the tech who was coming out. Anthony was right on time, clean cut, professional, friendly and courteous. Anthony gave me an estimate right away via email.
I will definitely call them back if I need the work done for the sale of my house.
I had originally called Barker and Sons Plumbing. They had most of their techs on a big job and would not have anyone available until 6/21/22. They referred me to Parzival Plumbing. 5 stars to both companies for working with each other to get service to customers in need!

It was so easy working with the folks at Parzival. I came home 7pm one evening to a flooded kitchen. I hopped on yelp, found this place a bunch of great reviews and was able to book an appt on yelp then and there. Moments later, I received a confirmation message and I was set to have someone come the next morning!

Before the awesome plumber, Evan, arrived, I received a text message from Parzival telling me he was on his way, that his name was Evan and included a picture of him! I really apppreciated that as I was home alone and you hear about shady stories all the time.

Evan was thorough and experienced and found the source of our leak. He fixed it and gave us a recommendation for a restoration company. He gave us his card and told us to reach out to him any time. He was super honest and the cost for the visit was reasonable. He never tried to upsell me even once and I appreciated that.

I hope I won't need the services of a plumber for a while again but when I do, I'll be sure to reach out to the folks at Parzival. A million thanks to Evan!

Had a clogged sink drain every time you turn on the garbage disposal it shoots water up into the sink with what looked like dirt and grime. Parzival plumbing set an appointment and I asked if sooner put me in. They had an earlier opening communicated via text when they would arrive. They were right on time and did a great job fixing the issue by clearing the line. Following up to make sure I was happy. Great service and friendly people.

We had Parzival install a ball valve to our rear sprinkler system about 7 months ago. Recently it developed a leak at one of the PVC joints. They came out and repaired it at no charge even though it ended up needing a total replacement of the entire setup. Big thumbs up to Alma, Ben, Gunner and the entire Parzival staff. Our experience with Parzival Plumbing and Thomas was great. Had a late night toiled issue on a Friday and needed it fixed right away with a 9 month pregnant wife in the house. I spoke with Thomas personally at 9:45 pm Friday evening and he said he could get someone there the next day.
After a great interaction and talking with Thomas about our plumbing issue as well as many other things, he was able to clear the issue and recommended next steps to keep the issue from arising again.
He provided us an estimate up front and pricing was very fair for what we would have paid to get someone there next day on a weekend.
He also wrote a recommendation that we could provide to our landlord to have them asses the condition of our plumbing.
I would definitely recommend Thomas and Parzival Plumbing to anyone in Orange County. A well deserved 5 stars.

Not sure why they cannot follow instructions. They parked 2 Giant Vehicles in the driveway all day, 730am-5pm, where 20 Homes access their Garages. 2 NO PARKING SIGNS, clearly posted on 6ft high poles. They LITERALLY PARKED IN FRONT of the Signs. Blocking half the width of the ONLY driveway in/out, and 50ft of the entrance's length, making it impossible or very difficult to get out of 4 homes garages. That's bad enough, but they also ran a garden hose, out of the upstairs window, into the driveway, with God knows what CRAP, Literally or Figuratively coming out, running thru the Entire length of the driveway. Where children and adults walk/play/drive thru etc...
Terrible business practices. We will never use them again

Thomas and his team are fantastic. They are professional, they show up/follow up when they say they will. Pricing is straightforward, no pressure to have more stuff done, honest about outcomes - fix it now for $X, or repair for $Y or leave it which may or may not lead to this or that. They are reachable every day of the week, and you can count on being scheduled for major work within 24 hours!

I've had plumbing under my house replaced, two toilets rebuilt, and now on old water heater that just went out today will be replaced with a tankless water heater tomorrow.

They installed new faucets, toilets, disposal, a whole-house water purification system, an insta hot water dispenser, and helped prep the leak pan for my new washer that was coming in. They are very knowledgeable, professional and respectful of our home, and always explained everything they were doing. I really appreciated the office letting me know when they were about 20 minutes away, so I wasn't waiting around all day. Thank you, Cody! I'm grateful to have Parzival take care of my dishwasher drainage issue. I've been dealing with air gap leakage for several years and multiple plumbers didn't seem to know the answer. I stopped using my dishwasher because it was pointless to run it and keep an eye on it at the same time.

When Cody got here, he diagnosed and took care of the problem immediately. He was patient and listened to my current dishwashing experience and went off a checklist of dishwasher/air gap/garbage disposal basics. He narrowed down potential solutions was able to fix the issue on the same day.

So glad I went with Parzival! It's hard to come by a friendly, responsive family-owned business these days.

Above and beyond service!

Parzival Plumbing came through for me big time with the kind of personal service that is SO hard to find these days. I had a major time crunch - had to get a bathroom sink replaced for a rental property before leaving on a 2 week vacation out of the country.

First of all, Parzival was the only outfit to give me a reasonable estimate for the work. Thomas spent a good 2 hours via phone and text message even before we locked in the work to help me pick a sink and line up schedules with the tenants. He even went out of his way to buy the sink and parts at a nearby Home Depot because I didn't have enough time to make it out there.

The work itself was great as expected, but it was the whatever it takes service and selflessness that made me sit down to write this review the second I got home. Thanks again for all of your help, Thomas!

id give zero stars if possible! caught this guy in my f*kn closet acting like he was looking for toilet paper and my goddam $800 burberry coat went missing!!!!!!! made the mistake of leaving him alone in the master bathroom and felt he was taking extra long so when i checked on him he was in my closet looking around at what else he could take!!!!!!! you don't just go through someone stuff if you're honestly just looking for something-you ask! all you 5 star reviewers don't realize he's just scoping at what else he could take!!!! i noticed the coat missing 3 days later and tore my closet inside out. he didn't get the hood of the coat because that was separate but that's all i was left with. pos.

It's very surreal- I agreed to have this company install a whole house filtration system because I was under the impression that they were an honest, legitimate, local company who I could rely on for future business.
I was given a price and told that they come out once a year to inspect the equipment as a part of the project (for a couple years.)
Never, ever, ever was the word membership or the concept of a monthly membership fee ever mentioned.
During the initial interview, the office sent me a text message offering a $300. discount (No mention of a membership discount.)
I signed an iPad (he said it was just to start the job, not committing me to anything.)
Then they were able to do the job the next day (?)
This should have been a red flag because it is not easy to get plumbers (who are trustworthy) because they are all so busy.
They installed the system without me ever being shown an invoice.
My BAD.
But the installers told me they would email me the next day and I could pay online.
The next day they sent the invoice and a link to pay for it.
The next week my daughter was asking me about the system, so I went back to read the specifications and- Surprise Surprise:
I have been enrolled in a yearly membership subscription!!!
Now the office is claiming that the initial price included the membership discount and that the $300. was for my subscribing(?) So (now) my $98.00 (1st monthly payment) would not be refunded......
This is a shocking business model.
I don't know if it's worth my time to take the company to court. I don't have the energy to even think about it.
Just got played hard and it's a yucky feeling.

This organization is professional and a technician came to my unit to meet me and was courteous, knowledgeable, and again professional so I have no complaint with the people. My comment relates to their business model. I own and manage several investment properties and my time is very valuable. I requested a quote and sent pictures to have bath tub faucets replaced. They weren't able to give me an estimate based on the pictures so I had to spend my time to go there and meet someone. Upon meeting the technician, he looked at the faucets for 30 seconds and then gave me a quote of $1000 to replace them. I resented having to be there to get this information because it could've been given by virtue of the photos; the technician let me know that they do this kind of thing all the time. Also, I was able to obtain two other quotes. One to replace it for $600 and another to repair it for about $300.

Thomas is very customer service oriented, which is rare these days. We had a plumbing issue come up that was stopping our remodel and on a Sunday no less. Thomas busted a move to get someone here and at the 11th hour we discovered a work around that would not require the plumbing services we believed we needed, so we called to tell them we didn't need them just as they were sending someone. Thomas was extremely gracious and completely understood. I will definitely use them when our next plumbing issue comes up just for the mere fact that they are so customer service oriented.

I had water leak under the kitchen sink as well as I needed the bathroom stopper to be changed with toilet minors. Chris came over and gave me an estimate to change kitchen faucet and the other two. His estimate seemed fine for three (3) items and it was less then $630 with me supplying the kitchen faucet since that was my choice. They worked for around 2 hours plus work. Chris was very courteous and clean. He finished the job. Shortly after they left, I noticed water again. Chris came back quickly and noticed a plastic hose was leaking. He changed that without extra charge. Everything looks great. Since I read the reviews on Yelp, it helped me to pick them. The price was reasonable; workmanship was clean and well done and plumber was very polite and courteous. I recommend this company. Thank you

Parzival plumbing really goes above and beyond which is rare these days! I wasn't getting any hot water, so they came out and helped me. They communicated with me via, phone, text, and email. the owner Thomas even called me on a weekend to find out what he could do to help me since we were dealing with a nightmare HOA who was making my life miserable. They worked with me for two weeks while I dealt with my HOA. They were successful in getting my hot water restored. Dealing with my HOA was stressful but dealing with Parzival was easy and pleasant! Their pricing was fair, the customer service was amazing, and their timing is fast! I will definitely be using them in the future. Thank you Parzival!

we came home saturday night to a flooded bathroom after turning the sink faucet on. Parzival Plumbing was contacted on sunday and they were willing to come out that day, but we decided to have them come out monday instead. Eileen was very communicative about the arrival status of the plumber, with update texts on his eta (amazing, because there's nothing worse than expecting someone to come between 10-12 and being ghosted). Ryan arrived on time, was very professional, clean, and informative. he tried a few different methods (starting with the least invasive) and was in constant communication with the status and what he was coming across. we felt his work was extremely thorough while also being efficient. plumbing can be a messy process but Ryan left his work areas as clean (or cleaner) than when he arrived. price was very, very reasonable and he stuck to his initial quote even though he had to try a few different techniques other than his original plan. I wish all hiring experiences were this seamless and professional! we will be recommending them to all of our friends.

I have had many plumbers at my house over the last two years since we bought this home and I have to say hands-down Parzival plumbing is the best... Doesn't matter who comes within their company they are always on time, very knowledgeable, and solve the problem efficiently and with a very competitive price...I recommend them to anyone who wants a quality plumber with a resolution on an easy or complex plumbing issue...

Thomas Pangrazio came out to fix our washing machine the same day. He did an excellent job and did everything he could to keep costs as low as possible. I would highly recommend Thomas to anyone in need of any type of plumbing services!! He is the best in the business.

Thomas and his team are absolute pros and do everything in their power to find and fix plumbing issues. We first had them out to fix a busted water heater. Thomas showed up immediately and was able to install a replacement right away. Not only did he explain the various reasons why water heaters wear out in our area, he also walked me through our specific plumbing layout and the recirculation system installed by the previous owners.

We signed up for the membership and am very glad we did. A few months later we had multiple pipes burst in our slab. It caused all kinds of damage (dry wall, etc), but this is where Parzival's years of experience really shined. Thomas showed up ASAP and helped us through the entire process of dealing with insurance and finding great contractors for the dry out and reconstruction. We ended up having him repipe our entire home and couldn't be happier. Everyone on his team is a total professional and works incredibly hard to finish the job quickly.

Thomas is there to help and really cares about his customers. Thanks for all the help Thomas, Alison, and crew!!
