Please don't waster your time calling this company if you are a female because they will take advantage of you. I paid over $600 because the back of my toilet was not filling up , after they left it sound like the toilet is filling up and they sent a plumber out and I was charge over $200 because I was told it was a little piece of rubber, now I hear the same thing because that wasn't the problem and if I call them God knows how much more they're going to charge me. Well damn I could had brought a whole dang toilet.

Extremely dishonest business practices. Charges me over $700 for 3 hours of work late at night. They had to remove a toilet to clean out my sewer line (guest flushed a tampon). The price gouging is so insane I hope they go out of business soon. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Loved he showed up in a mask., very professional, new what to do in a brief moment, got to the problem quickly. Wish he could be duplicated., not enough plumbers like him. Very good work etiquette.
I rarely take the time to write a review but felt I had to share my experience with Roto Rooter in Desert Hot Springs. Mark Martinez showed up shortly after my call and was AMAZING! He went above and beyond to clear my pipes and remove debris from some of my lines. He was very knowledgeable and shared all of his procedures with me. He is such an upbeat guy and is a real pleasure to be around. I was very nervous that he wouldn't be successful but he was confident and persistent. He needed some extra help and called in Oscar Rodriguez, who was great as well. I have been living with slow drains for ages and wish I had called sooner.
Oscar was great. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the issue fast. Showed up in a mask, wore booties in the house, and was very happy to fix the problem, even though it was late at night. I work a busy schedule and he made it easy for me
So my 95 year old Mom here in Banning had a major plumbing emergency when sewage water suddenly filled up her tub and shower after starting a load of laundry. We called several local plumbers but nobody could come out. I had my doubts about a big chain business but Julio, Hugo, and Augie soon put those doubts to rest! They quickly diagnosed the problem as being the main pipe to the house was broken and went to work feverishly. They had to tear up the front yard grass (yikes), dig a 6 foot deep trench, and finally install a new pipe. They finished all of that within about 10 hours or so total. And left the yard looking good as new! All of them were professional, polite, skilled, and fun. We were very impressed with the work done and the outcome. Definitely would recommend this company!

We had a waterline rupture on Sunday night with the potential of doing major damage to our yard. Roto-Rooter responded within 30 minutes and technician Oscar Rodriguez spent the next four hours digging to try and locate the leak. Oscar finally turned the water off at the street and came back the next morning bright and early. Oscar had two helpers Rafael Contreras and Ricardo Cardenas.Nine hours later they had the problem solved and the water turned back on. These guys were very professional and knowledgeable as well as very polite. I would definitely recommend this company and these technicians to anyone in need of a plumber.

Good evening , just wanted to take a moment and say thank you Roto-Rooter and there guy Oscar that came on a Sunday to my home, to fix a major clog I had , they fixed it very quickly and professionally, Oscar was very good with communication on what was going on , and he made my home livable again definitely recommend Roto-Rooter for any plumbing issues you may have .
Aaron did a great job at helping us with our rental. We had a leak and his team came in and took the wet walls down and aired it out. (Restore) The tenant even said the whole home smelled better!

Both of the toilets in my condo were having leaks after a remodel. The contractor tried several times to repair the leaks without success. Roto Rooter was called and they sent Oscar to help me with my problems. Oscar was very professional and explained in detail what he was he was going to do and was expedient. My contractor's plumbers had also arrived and he went over the steps with them and double checked all their work. There were a couple of issues that needed attention and they were addressed appropriately. Oscar gave me his card with his number and told me to call him if there were any more issues. Water damage can be costly so now I have a sense of relief that my toilets are now working properly. Special thanks to Oscar for his patience and service. Roto Rooter is lucky to have him. He has my gratitude and I now know who to call for plumbing work in the future.

TRULY A LIFE SAVER! I had been desperately trying for MONTHS to have laundry hookups installed at my house in Joshua Tree and kept getting the runaround by other plumbing companies. I called them to have a shut off faucet replaced for the toilet. I had the replacement. I was told I needed to spend $600 for a new pipe. I may not be able to change the shut-off, but I'm not that stupid. Trying to bait and switch.
Raul was great! He responded quickly to our concerns he alleviated the problem quickly and was very friendly.
Five days without a sewer, they saved me! Albert and Ricardo did a great job very efficient, professional.
I recently used their services they performed a video inspection from the roof vent to diagnose condition and found that the cast iron to be in rough condition. They replaced a section of orange berg, repaired inlet T as well as perform a PICOTE service on cast iron. They used PICOTE to clean up the cast iron then used hydro jetter to clean the line properly. They redid the connections using only approved fittings and install clean out for future access as well as lay rock salt and connections in attempt to prevent future root intrusion. Jason B and Richard were the guys who did the job! They worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner and I was impressed with their work. I would use rotor-rooter again because these guys did an excellent job! Thank you Jason and Richard!

Our pool deck was clogged, Albert Gomez and his crew came and worked all day to remove all the sand and dirt that blocked it. They were very professional and kept me informed of everything that was being done. He showed me how poorly constructed my pool deck was built.
I will definitely look into the pool deck in the next house we purchase.

I hope this is the Roto-Rooter in the Palm Springs area. As I was turning off my bathtub, the lever could just keep rotating without shutting off. Water just spewed out at full blast. I called Roto-Rooter by phone at 5pm which leads to a dispatch (secretary) who informed me that they could have a guy out in a few hours, and if the guy shows up after 7pm then it is a $75 extra service charge. Dispatch told me that if if she couldn't get a guy before 7pm then she'll call me back if I still want the job done with the extra service charge. I still accepted it. I looked on Youtube for the issue, and I knew I would have to take apart the entire internal parts. Even after watching the videos, this would take me a few hours to fully understand it, and this was assuming that I did it correctly. What's nice is that dispatch sends you a text message showing how far the plumber is. Once the plumber (Albert Gamez) arrives, he knew immediately what to do. He turned off my main water supply to shut down the water to the entire house; then he took apart my bathtub valve; then he looked for the compatible parts in his truck; installed it and wah lah, it worked. They ask credit card and will email you a receipt. Total bill was $500 (parts + labor + night service fee); he was at my house for 45 minutes. I thought price was fair after researching online that average cost is $350.
The last thing that any of us ever want to know is not to be able to use our facilities and then it happens and who does one go to well its reputation that you have seen while your out driving around so you go to the net to try and find out what you recalled ah yes there it is that logo Roto_Rooter.
You call and soon enough they arrived for your emergency the savers of your day.
They explain to you where to start so they can get you back on track. It worked they did it!!!!!
Kindness from everyone that showed up cause it turned out that it was a bigger job then I ever expected but to this moment it works and if anything ever goes wrong I know they will be here to take Great Care of Our Home

We had Hugo come to replace our faucet and garbage disposal due to leaks and he was great. He was professional, quick and has a nice personality. We'd be happy to have him come back for any future repairs or projects.
Roto Rooter what a Scam. They charged me $450.00 to unclog a toilet. Came to my house and used the smallest snake ever to unclog my toilet and told me, they have to remove the toilet so they can put a longer snake in. So now the cost went from $95.00 to $450.00. I get it I'm getting screwed I had not choose but to pay if I wanted to unclog the toilet. Two weeks later toilet is clogged again called got there answer service and they won't return my call and just emailed to say they called. but I didn't answer.. Hello we have a smart phone, it records all of our missed calls. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY!!!!

Our toilet backed up towards the end of the day and Roto-Rooter had a technician at our house within 40 minutes. What was supposed to be a simple fix ended up lasting almost 3 hours. The plumber, Oscar Rodriguez, kept us informed at every step, was cordial and respectful, and highly professional. I couldn't ask for a more professional plumber. So Josh came over on the same day I called and assessed my plumbing problem. He was professional, friendly, and courteous.

It is a vacation rental landlord's worst nightmare...a middle of the night call saying the sewer is backing up into the house! With 8 unhappy guests inside. Uugh. Luckily for us, we connected with Joel at Roto-Rooter. Despite the fact that the call woke him up, he was polite and courteous, and most important of all, was a calm voice in the midst of a disaster. He told me he was over an hour away, but arrived as quickly as he could. He cleared the line, and told us that the underlying problem was tree roots, which would continue to plague us unless we took remedial action, which we decided to do. So a few days later, when the guests checked out, Joel and Mike came out with a camera to pinpoint the exact location of the tree roots.
This is key!! You can know you have a problem, but until you know exactly WHERE it is, you cannot fix it. In our case, it was under a tile patio, which had to be jackhammered out so the line could be repaired. Hats off to Joel and Roger for coming out the very next day to remove the tile, replace the pipes and pour a new piece of slab for replacement tiles. And they got it all done in ONE DAY! We were able to squeeze this work in between guests and not miss a beat!
All three of the Roto-Rooter guys were great, but Joel is my night in shining armor for coming to our rescue on the first night.

I'm surprised that a chain company like this was the best for a septic tank drainage. They were not only the cheapest option (I paid around $550 for a 1k gallon tank drain / dig), but the service man was great and the job was done quickly and fairly. They didn't 'milk the time' as I feared and again the price was way better than most the other septic companies I called. I might not use them for regular plumbing issues as I've heard they're really expensive, but for septic drains every few years I'll be using them!!
Technician Oscar Rodriguez came out on Sunday morning and helped us with backed up kitchen sink. Did great work and education on preventive maintenance on our disposal and kitchen sinks.
We just moved to La Quinta and were dismayed to find the outside drainage system backed up dirty water. We quickly discovered that it was beyond our meager plumbing knowledge. Our realtors recommended Roto-Rooter and they came out the same day to evaluate and started the job the next day. Daniel and Josh were respectful, responsive and professional. We were impressed not only with the quality of their work but that they honored their quote even though the job took more time than they had initially thought. Thank you so much!

Had a badly clog drain, on a week-ends, of course. Called Roto-Rooter and they had technician Albert Gamez knocking on my door in less than an hour. What a nice guy! He listened to me when I explained where I believed the clog to be in the pipe looked at the drains involved, and quickly agreed with my assessment. Within 20 minutes, the entire pipe was cleaned out and running clear as could be. But as much as his efficiency impressed me, his personality impressed me more. He listened. He asked a few questions. He explained all he was doing. He cracked a joke or two. We compared the ferocity of his Chihuahua vs. mine. He was just lovely. Would highly recommend this man.
I experienced a large leak from my house that started flooding my backyard. I was panicked and called over 5 vendors who were closed or unable to come by. I was very thankful on the 6th try to reach Roto-Rooter. In less than an hour of my call technician Juan showed up and I felt the weight off my shoulders. He worked for about 4 hour fixing the issue and was able to fix with limited impact on my landscape or deck. He was professional and courteous of my situation. It was a very windy night to be working and he got he job done with clear and concise communication to me along the way. I will use them again and have high praise for Juan.

Please do not use this firm! In 2015 this firm cleaned out my mothers kitchen sink for a cost of $225. High, but not too unreasonable. I called yesterday 10-15-2017 and was told by the first technician it would be $295 and he would not allow coupon discounts or senior discounts...even though there web site said otherwise. The technician was cocky, rude and completely unprofessional. I called the very professional dispatcher back and relayed the unprofessional conduct of the technician. She immediately called her supervisor and another plumber was dispached. The 2nd plumber came out and said it would be $325 and could go has high as $650 if the line need to be power-washed.
The only way to stop these exceptionally POOR business practices is simply stop cash flow. Please do not do business this firm until new management and staff are procured. John Baker - my Mother is Mrs. Singleton.

Just great service and the tech listened to my concerns. I am quite familiar with the plumbing issue in my home. I had recently tried to get the job done with some rented equipment from Home Depot. I just didn't have the expertise to work it.

I contacted the Roto-Rooter in Desert Hot Springs for a quote to connect a home to the sewer. Gerry showed up and gave me a quote for over $14k. When I said I thought the quote was extremely high. Gerry responded by saying the permit costs $5k. I contacted the city and confirmed that was not a correct amount. I received 2 other quotes for $3500 and $5000. The permit cost on each quote was $450. I will obviously not be using Roto Rooter. I am considering filing a complaint on their license.
I've been doing business with roto rooter in desert hot springs for many years and have always been happy with their customer service.
Lately the quality of work and customer service has gone down hill.
I'm sure it is the management.
Oscar was clean and explained the problem completely. Very professional.
After a really awful messy day we are back to normal. I will ask for Oscar in the future.
Requested an estimate for the replacement of an electric tankless water heater. They never got back to us.

Only ones to respond on a friday afternoon out of a half dozen companies called. Crew arrived quickly and in full force. Guys were professional and kind. They completed the job in two hours. My only issue is the exaggerated cost. 4 foot section of main drain line failed at couplings, needed replacement due to being occupied and evening time on a weekend. You definitely pay for the convenience. I paid $1200 for 4 feet of pipe. I paid $2500 three years ago to have Action Pumping trench and abate the septic tank on the property and connect me to the city sewer with probably 35 feet of new pipe. Hard to swallow such a high cost for a relatively straightforward repair. Nice guys and good crew just extremely pricey.
All the plumbing backed up at once, on a Saturday, and with houseguests staying with us---of course! Roto-Rooter of Palm Springs responded quickly! The problem was diagnosed, and due to the severity of the issue, an extensive sewer pipe dig up and replacement was required! The work was done Saturday, all day and evening, and the problem was fixed before the next day! I commend Salvador who stayed on the job through completion! Would definitely recommend this service provider!

AVOID! DO NOT HIRE!!! FIND **ANYONE** else!!!!
Unbelievably inept. terrible communication, confused conversations with the several, several agents and technicians who routinely call to contradict previous conversations.
One tech arrives, diagnosis issue, promises estimate. Estimate never sent. Follow up visit scheduled to get the work done after a quote is verbally provided, but instead visits ONLY for an estimate. Two visits. No work. Third visit scheduled, price jumps 34% to $500 and scheduled again. Day of, work can't be done even after troubleshooting through a challenge three full days prior and getting managerial approval. A terrible, customer experience. Lindsey, Juan, Juan and the whole team over there are just awful.
Oscar and Paul did such a great job saving this little guy that had been stuck in a storm drain! Thank you for your prompt response and patience in rescuing him!
ELDER ABUSE ALERT: My 90 year old father called for a backed up toilet... one week later, he was presented a bill for $4000 for one cleanout install and a drain hydro flush. My father has cognitive dementia and paid the bill without any idea what he was paying for. I called and spoke with Jerry, told him my father is not in charge of his finances and he said he has forwarded the account to his Manager, Roger, for investigation.
I have received no contact from them. I am filing with California Better Business Bureau and if you use these guys, don't say your were not warned. Buyer beware....

They came late then tried to charge night rates then pushed job to Saturday and waited $3800 for a job I paid $1400 for.
Called Roto-Rooter to come out because our sewer line was backing up into the bathtub anytime the toilet was flushed. They arrived on time and resolved the issue but refused to honor the $40 off Any Plumbing or Drain Cleaning Service coupon posted on their own website. I don't know how exactly they considered this to not be an any plumbing issue. Also wanted to charge an extra $200+ dollars to reinstall our toilet when they had to uninstall it to fix the clog anyway. We opted to purchase our own $3 wax ring and install it ourselves. It's only 2 screws after all! Service was fine but found their service to be overpriced and dishonest that they wouldn't honor their own coupon!

So, I tried going through my home warranty to have my commode repaired today, but it would've been almost a week to wait, & they couldn't set a time other than between 12:00-5:00PM . As a teacher, especially during Covid, I can't just take time off. From the moment I called dispatch at RotoRooter, I knew I chose the right company. Oscar Rodríguez showed up later than the scheduled time, but dispatch let me know that, so I wasn't guessing. When he arrived, he was super professional & friendly & had the commode working in about 30 minutes! I am super happy! Yes, it was pricey, but it was done TODAY & not almost a week from today.
Way to go, RotoRooter!!! I'm very grateful!
Juan was prompt, honest, and a great help to us. He is the first person we will call for plumbing problems.

The tram at Roto-Rooter is always extremely quick to answer work orders when I send one over. They are typically on-site taking care of issues within just a couple of hours and their pricing is worthy of the work they do. I trust in them to get the job done right and on time, every time.
Let me just say that these people are very polite very clean very nice they show up within an hour do you have a problem I'll be there within an hour we had a big kitchen sink problem the guy looked at it looked under the sink looked at it again it says we can fix it it'll be $750 more like what no after some talking about it we agreed to let him do it he started the job as he was involved in this job about an hour later he called a supervisor supervisor shows up in about 20 minutes looked at the situation says we made a mistake it's going to cost $1600 to fix we talked about it it's made sense we gave the OK didn't like it but made the OK then it was $2000 after we gave the OK he's like no I'm sorry it needs a little more than I thought so we canceled the whole thing and got somebody else and it was $600 and fixed in like two hours I would not call these people again I'm not saying it's a scam but they certainly know their businessb
We needed an outdoor faucet and toilet fixed right away and we called Roto-Rooter in Cathedral City. They sent us Oscar who was very knowledgeable, respectful and helpful with are plumbing needs. Thank you for all your help to fix our plumbing needs.
This company did add the attachments to my tankless water heater needed for flushing, but the prices were very high. At this time, I do not have plans to use this company again.

Our plumber Daniel was friendly, quick and so knowledgeable. We had a clogged sink drain since we bought our place a year ago and finally got around to calling about it. Not only did Daniel fix it within minutes, he also offered a free estimate for moving our washer/dryer. I didn't realize roto rooter did more than drains!
Overall a great experience.

I needed an urgent service for a tenant occupied property. The plumber dispatched was great and not the reason for this poor rating. He arrived around 11pm and was very responsive. I was, however, contacted by a 2nd person the next day.
I paid $865 to have 2 guys clean the pipe and nothing more. I was offered a complimentary camera scoping, thus not entitled to a copy of the images. Based on the scoping, I required trenching and a chain-like tool in order to clear the significant clogging. The cost (in addition to the $865) would have been $5200. Any additional damage would be quoted if found, but 50% of the $5200 would go towards additional repairs. I was also told it was inaccessible from the clean out and 1/2 of the 3 drain was blocked, worst case the cast iron would need to be replaced. $$$$.
We are not sitting on a pile of cash so I paid the $865 (already an ouch) and decided to call in a 2nd opinion from another well-rated Yelp plumber and asked for a video scope. The cost would be $295. I now have the photos and video so I know what is actually happening and it was not as detrimental as described. NOT AT ALL.
I'm happy to report that a simple $365 hydrojet did the issue from a different plumber.
Be weary of being asked to spend $$$$ without evidence - this is a wrongful practice by a licensed individual and naive homeowners may have given in a paid THOUSANDS for a simple job. I will also post this on Google.
The plumber Josiah did a great job! He was clean, professional, and thorough. The job supervisor Josh also came out to consult as we had a complicated plumbing problem due to how these homes were built in the 1940s. He was also very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They gave us a fair price for 2 days of work, and got our kitchen back up and running 100%. Thank you!
Kitchen sink was clogged. Oscar came out and cleared line. Did it in 2 minutes. No charge! Said to spread the word. He was very professional and courteous! Roto-Rooter is lucky to have him as a employee!

Saul Cazares is amazing! I had a leak that I thought was coming from my washer and it turned out to be a busted pipe behind the wall. I was so stressed and worried about what to do, he handled everything. Christian fixed the pipe the same day and with in a few days they started the restoration. Saul sent everything to my insurance spoke with the adjuster and took a lot of stress off of me. He answered every call and text to assure me everything was going to be ok, and he gave me a good deal on the plumbing to replace the pipe. I highly recommended! I want to thank you for all your help.

I called and within an hour Juan Serrano came to my rescue. He is honest, energetic & smart, with incredible knowledge on plumbing! I had a septic problem and the whole problem was fixed with the help of Nick coming right in time to pump it out. Juan truly did more than expected and went out of his way to make sure I am a valued and continuous customer! Maybe a bit more pricey, but I definitely got what I paid for! I will recommend using this friendly and neighborhood plumber!!!
The quote I got for installing one Toto low-flush toilet was $600 !!!! Total insanity. How does this place do any business ???? I felt sorry for the technician (or plumber); he had to deliver the bad news. No matter, I would NEVER deal with this company again.
I called Roto-rooter after I had been waiting for hours for another plumbing company in Palm Springs , called 23 1/2, to show up. The other company didn't show up and didn't call until midnight that night. Meanwhile I had scheduled Roto-Rooter for the next morning. I want to particularly compliment Josiah Perez who was my technician. He fixed the problem quickly and even explained to me how everything worked, since so I was interested. And then he noticed another potential bigger problem with my pressure valve. So after quoting me a fair price to fix that he did that as well. I couldn't be happier. I will say too that the phone dispatchers were very kind and courteous too. If you are in Palm Springs call this company first!
Quickly responded to a clogged drain call. Clearly explained what he was going to do and offered alternatives but let us make our choice without pressure. Wore shoe coverings, used the side gate to avoid coming through the hpuse. Very professional service, pleasant person.

I had some roots in my toilet and the water wouldn't go down. I called and they came out and got 3 different prices for the problem up to $950, they said the would have to break the floor and replace a pipe that was broken and that's how the roots were getting in. We said no, it was too expensive. They came back again and did nothing but remove and replace the toilet and charged me $250.00 for that. For doing nothing. A friend came by and fixed it the problem right away with no breaking the floor or replacing a pipe and the toilet is now working as well as new. I will never recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone. They just care about getting as much money as they can from unsuspecting customers. NEVER AGAIN!
I had an exceptional experience w Roto Rooter, Aaron Ramirez and his team (Saul, Adrian, Nick, and Eddie). Aaron went beyond to help us with a recent water leak. He provided resources like housing, communicated with insurance adjuster, and helped us with the many issues of having a flood.
They were able to complete the job as quickly as they were able to.

Juan showed up in a timely manner, was very courteous and respectful, put on the shoe covers, and explained what was happening every step of the way. Rarely have I met a young man who takes so much pride in his work.
I can confidently say I would request Juan for any future calls.
Arrived on time, worked as planned, dealt with surprises enthusiastically. We couldn't locate the septic tank, and they called for a camera and related equipment. Found it, and helped dig. Very professional. I would recommend them for septic work.
Worst experience ever!! Called for service, waited 3 hours for a call stating they would not be able to service tank when they originally told us that they would. Advise against ever using this company.

The team was professional, knowledgable and kind. We appreciated that the area manager even came by to see what was going on. No one called or showed up for the appointment. I call the the 800 customer number, on hold 5 minutes.
They did come out 1:30 mins later. *Very professional courteous technician. Calls his manager for estimate price. It's more than 3 times higher compared to a advertised competitive Plumber.
The sink in the kitchen was super clogged. Juan came and cleared the clog and explained everything he was doing. The service is really costly but that is not Juan's fault. Only three stars because of the cost.
I called this company on a sunday my main pipe was clogged the plumber double talked me and i thought it was going to be cheaper than it was i paid anyways they email a receipt to you it took nine days to get it. He put something on the receipt he did not do will never use them agaim

The toilet and shower were draining really slowly, thankfully they weren't backing up. Hugo snaked/augured the toilet and when that didn't resolve the problem, he didn't hesitate to check with his colleagues to get their input on how to resolve the problem. His supervisor, Daniel, even stopped to assist even though he had clocked out and his family were waiting for their dinner he was bringing home! Great guys, super helpful.
I had a great experience today with Roto-Rooter. I first called my home warranty who sent a terrible plumber. He didn't help me one bit. Then Anthony shows up from Roto-Rooter. He really checked everything around the house to diagnose what was causing my stoppage. Pulled out the big machine and snaked my line. Magical. The tub and sink in my bathroom drained! Such a pleasure! They really know clogged drains better than the others.

Root Rooter, serviceman Luis Bonilla was sent after we ordered service using a coupon from a mailer, and he ripped us off. We had a clogged drain and he charged us $575 to clear it which was ridiculous. Also, it didn't resolve the problem. If you request a plumber from them, make sure it's not Luis Bonilla. It was clogged again within a week, and a real,plumber fixed it for $275. Be careful using coupons from RotoRooter in Palm Springs area.

We had a pipe burst in our wall and called roto-rooter for help. They instantly replaced the pipe and helped us schedule abatement and repairs with our insurance company.
While the work was being done we also had them replace our very old hot water heater and would like to acknowledge the work done by Micheal who came to our house after another job ran late but stayed past 9pm to get the job done and even came back the next day to check on one last outstanding item.

I had the pleasure of meeting RotoRooter's Albert Gamez with his supervisor Josh here in Palm Desert! . I have had trouble annually with a backup and overflow in my sewer line. This time these guys with the help of a camera showed me why: corroding and rough pipe filled with lots of sludge. They suggested I fix the problem costing more, yes, of course; I opted to fix it by having them use a piece of equipment that smoothes out the interior of the old sewer line. They understood my financial dilemna as I am a retired teacher. Because they explained well and showed me the interior condition of the pipe with taking time for me to come to the conclusion by myself that paying more for a better longterm fix was the way to be rid of the annual problem. They were organized, going step by step, with answers that I trusted. I felt they were good guys, smart , well spoken, experienced and well- trained. They gained my trust by their patience , with explanations and so very respectful of my hesitancy. When the job was completed the next day, I felt that I had met the right people to trust with this costly remedy. I realized going with their facts as they presented them to me, would be the wisest decision in the long run.
Spending the money hurt but going with the best fix with these good guys was my opportunity to get it done professionally with assurance from their professional and thorough communication skills. Bravo! I am done with sewer line problems.Thanks to Albert and Josh. Thank you!

Buyer beware of Gerry Rebamonte and his quotes!!!! Seek additional quotes from other companies please! Outrageous rip off, Gerry took advantage of an emergency sewer repair call due to a clogged sewer line. He charged $5200 to install a clean out when I already had one, alleging that the existing clean out I had would not work as it was not close enough to the clogged pipe. All in work performed was a snaked sewer line, hydro jet and an installed clean out for $5200. They said they were replacing part of the sewer Line which had the roots but then only installed a clean out and tried to charge another $5500 to finish the job and install a liner!! Total cost would have been $10,700 but I denied the additional work. reporting to the BBB and the city.
Called on Thursday evening for a Friday appointment. Was told someone would call at 0800 with the plumber time and at around 0830 received a call that a plumber would be dispatched and should be here in about an hour and twenty minutes. 40 mins later received another call that it would be delayed as the plumber had a flat and another plumber is being dispatched. A couple hours later, my backyard camera goes off an the plumber is stuck in a wash in the backyard trying to use wood from my yard to get unstuck. I went outside and he finally came in to take a look. I explained the problem and first thing said is his mind is not in the job because he is worried about being stuck in wash. I explained the issue again and all the work that I did and he asks for my tools to pull the pipe from the garage disposal, use my tool to push in a blockage, runs water, and then charges $ 375 for not even 5 mins of work. Yes he was in the house for a couple of more minutes calling everyone to explain he was stuck in the wash. I feel I paid for his tow truck bill instead of any work done. What a joke of a company.
Service was provided in Rancho Mirage, was good, but very expensive. I couldn't get through to the business office due to their phone problems on the day of service. The plumber spent 10 minutes diagnosing and fixing the toilet stoppage, 10 minutes talking, and charged $190. Today I did reach them and the lady answering the phone said the charge was on the low end and the service technicians have the discretion to set their own charge. Never heard of a company allowing that, which allows for price gouging. Won't use or recommend their service again.
I would like to write a review for two plumbers. My property had 2 leaks, one emergency one that was taken care of by Juan Serano. One of my pipes bursted and water was leaking and overflowing throughout the house. We called at night and Juan was kind enough to come in promptly and address the leak with an emergency kit. He was able to communicate the problem to me succinctly, which I definitely appreciated and was able to write me a detailed report that was necessary to help me with my insurance claim. Thank you so much, Juan!
I would also like to thank Luis for his help with my shower valve. He is one of the more senior plumbers and is exceptional...absolutely exceptional. He came early in the morning around 08:30AM and stayed all the way until about 9pm at night just to make sure the job was done in a day, despite the grueling work he had to do. He clearly has years of experience and is one of the hardest workers I have ever seen. If you want to get the job done correctly, especially a difficult one, he's the guy you want to ask for.
Christian Torres was great. We had a severe clogged drain that was causing massive backup from kitchen as well as our utility sink and washer. As a new home owner I wanted to learn a few things for future reference and Christian took the time to show me a few things which were greatly appreciated. After he finished the job we asked him about some issues we have been having about our pressure in our water and he was able to quickly find the cause which was that our pressure release valve went bad. We were so thankful to have found this out because last week we had our water heater break that may have been from the pressure, as well as two garden hoses breaking and our shower head. If we had waited too long or if Christian didn't fix the PRV we may have had major pipe repair but he fixed everything within 24 hours. Our sewage line clogged up and caused water to backup through the floor level shower. I called Rescue Rooter and they said they could have someone out around noon. It turned out they were able to get Josiah out within 30 minutes. They found that the clean out was not useful for clearing the block and the toilet had to be removed. We decided to have a proper clean out installed. Josiah and Mike began digging to expose the clean out. They had to dig an 8 foot hole to make the repairs. I'm extremely impressed with their diligence, thoughtfulness and expertise. I'm very happy with the results.

I needed them to remove roots on a Saturday night. They kept in contact by both text and email. Took some work but it was cleared up. Also found a problem from part of the new main put in. Julio was courtesy and very professional - would use again
Our kitchen had mold under the sink. I called the roto rooter team, and they came out the next morning. The mitigation team did an excellent fast and efficient job. I had no problems with communication. Their response was always quick and precise. They are highly motivated and qualified. I will always be one of their valued customers.

The lady who answered the phone would not tell me the base price to rout out a partially stopped toilet...one that simply doesn't flush all the way. I asked what is the cheapest price they charge for the the most basic service. She wouldn't tell me. She said they would come out within a two-hour window, while I had to sit home and missed work, to give me a quote. The man arrived and priced it at $225 and tried to talk me into replacing items in the tank, which have been replaced within past year. DVS only charges $130. So they trap you at home, won't quote you a price before they come out, and then charge WAY TOO MUCH. I am an architect, so I know what I am talking about. This is a big scam.

Our kitchen faucet has been going for a bit now... this morning I went in to use it... & that was it... no more...so I called my old buddies Roto-Rooter!! They sent me an angel named Joe T!! This guy came in ... cleaned out my puzzle of a sink... then found me a very affordable touch less faucet... hubby went to pick it up & joe started... he finally finished.. & it's gorgeous!! Hip hip hooray Joe!!! I'd recommend joe to anyone who needs anything fixed!!
