This is now our third or fourth experience with American Plumbing, so it was about time to say just how great they are. From the first call to the front office, to the service call on site, these folks are what good customer service is all about. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and very skilled, our recent experiences on the job with Matt, and then Pat, have been nothing short of excellent, and we certainly have the confidence to call on them again.

We used Americal at our older home in Meredith Gardens in Huntington Beach a few years ago and these guys did an outstanding job! Toby was very helpful throughout the process keeping me informed. We bought a townhome in Fountain Valley recently  and were doing some remodeling and decided to repipe before laying down wood floors. Once again these guys were very thourough and left everything clean. This company is very professional from sales, plumbers, and patch crew! Awesome...

Very nice service. I called him and he answered me right away. He came in the afternoon in the same day. After a few minutes, the blocking issue in my dishwasher was fixed. He only asked for a gas fee. Very good man, highly recommended!

I met Steve, the owner, when I had a garage door problem years ago, and touched base recently with another garage door problem (he also owns Door Crafters of Irvine, which has nothing but 5-star reviews). His plumbing business is 5-star as well.  I called with a problem (called me back in 15 minutes), and instead of coming out and charging me to fix it, he talked me through the repair over the phone, exchanging pictures to help.  That's the way he does business, he only does what's necessary, charges a fair price, returns calls, and arrives on time.  And in addition, everything he's done for me has been done right the first time. Highest recommendation.

I unexpectedly punctured our main water line while digging a deep hole in my front yard for a new tree. I contacted Luis at Ser Plumbing immediately and found him to be responsive and very professional, right down to his automated scheduling and invoicing system. He said he would be at my home within four hours after completing another job but arrived in half that time. The repair was completed promptly and expertly. I did not expect to go from shut down to operational again in just a few hours. Ser made it possible.

Repipe 1 did a complete repipe about 9 months ago and I was happy with the work and the crew that did it. Now it is Saturday morning and I wake up to water spraying all over my front door. I shut off the water to the house and call the company ( expecting the old runaround). I talked to a pleasant young lady who told me someone to at my house between 2 and 3pm ( I am still expecting the worse). At 2:30 Fernando knocks on the door asked some questions, inspected the pipe and called HQ ( here it comes).
Fernando came back got to work and by 5pm I had water back to my house. I am impressed the company stood behind their work sent a professional and courteous representative who did good work in a timely manner, what more can you ask for?

I was turned down for a plumbing job considered minor, i.e. costs only $350 ;) I guess the economy is booming for the plumbing industry. Shame on me for having a small water leak.

Team Rooter sent out the most wonderful team of drain technicians headed up by Lex, an extremely polite and communicative man. We had horribly clogged drains on our pool deck, and after a few days of intense work, scoping, hydrojetting, and replacement of pipes, we have great new drains! The team was very nice and very professional, cleaning their work area and even drainage out in the street gutter! We are extremely pleased with them and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Late last night (Saturday) our downstairs bathtub started filling up with black water...then the toilet started to spill over a bit! We just bought our home and we were freaking out. Thankfully the water stopped on its own, but not without spilling all over the bathroom floor.

I woke up the next morning (Sunday) and called South County Plumbing at 7:01am.  Jason answered and I tried to explain what happened the night before. He said he could be at my house in about an hour! I was so thankful. He came and assessed the problem (he checked each bathroom, each sink, and our laundry). He showed me how our main drain leading out to the street was clogged. He used a machine that unclogged it. He then took the time to wash out and even clean my downstairs tub! He also drew me a diagram of my plumbing system so I could understand what happened and so that in the future if I experienced a problem I'd have a better understanding of what might be the issue.

Jason was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

I will only call SCP for my home going forward.

I will  be using Al Weber and sons plumbing and heating again. They are great plumbing business in my area. Steve came out in an hour to fix a leaking hose connection for a fridge ice maker, he also had to come back today at 8:30am to install a new facet and he was on time and got the job done fast and right. The service is fast and friendly. This is a very honest business. The price was very fair. I am very Happy! Thank You Steve (Al Weber and sons) You guys are awesome.

Living in uptown Whittier calls for dealing with  OLD pipes. After calling RK, they sent over 2 great technicians who helped unclog the bathroom tub and even  came through next day for the kitchen sink drain. Great customer service and great deals if you check in on yelp

Chris is the best plumber we've ever had--and we ran through quite a few before finding him. (We've been ripped off by a few, too.) He's replaced faucets, toilets, outside hose faucets, and recently came several times in one week after our whole house water filter exploded internally, sending carbon bits throughout our entire intake plumbing system. He patiently cleaned out toilet hoses upstairs and down, replaced a commercial pre-rinse faucet in the kitchen, and had to replace an entire toilet downstairs. We kept having additional problems with more and more carbon--a real nightmare-- but Chris just kept coming back without complaint as we needed additional service. I was an emotional wreck, but Chris was steady as a rock throughout and didn't take advantage cost-wise, despite my emergency texts--I'm just grateful he doesn't charge extra for psych counseling. We've known Chris for some years now and wouldn't call any other plumber.

Our RANNAI tankless water heater was leaking like crazy. We called the manufacture who gave us a few names of local plumbers who were certified on their units. I called Plumbing Concepts and spoke to Lori. She was very helpful and professional. We set up the appointment and Bill came out. He was personable, professional, and got right down to it. He had our system up and running in no time at all. These guys are fair and know their stuff. Not to mention the price was four times less than another plumbing service quoted me!! I can vouch for their skills on these tankless systems. Awesome service, thank you!

Jeff is our plumber, he is the best! My six year old son follows him around d & talks to him the entire time he is here. Jeff is so kind & patient & always does a great job with any plumbing need we have. The prices are great & the service is even better.
